본 논문은 B2B(Business To Business)전자상거래상의 거래기업에 대한 신뢰도 및 경제동향에 따른 거래기업의 변동율을 예측 분석하는 모형을 제시한다. 거래기업의 자금흐름은 거래기업의 은행으로부터 움직이게 되고, 따라서 거래하고자 하는 신뢰도는 그 거래대상 기업의 성장성이나 자금흐름 등과 같은 기본적인 재무비율 보다는, 거래기업은행에서 바라 보는 거래기업의 신뢰성이라는 측면에 비중이 더 실린다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모형에 대한 알고리즘 설계 및 인터페이스 관한 설계를 하고, UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 이용하여 Component 로 구현을 한다.

Indian railways has been regularly in the news albeit for the wrong reasons. The frequency with which train accidents have been taking place has led to serious doubts in the public mind about the safety of rail travel and also the health of the network. Against this background, an attempt is made in this paper to assess the trends in railway accidents for the period from 2000-01 to 2009-10. The paper also highlighted the various measures taken by IR to prevent accidents to ensure safety to the public.

This study checks the conceptual definition of domestic book curation which is still in the beginning stage, the necessity of developing service and business, domestic and overseas case of relevant service. Further, the problem of book recommendation service and the difficulty anticipated in the embodiment of service are investigated together and the business model as new IT service is suggested to supplement them. Specifically, the collection of book information and customer information (interest and purchase pattern) and the procedure of mining the collected information and the process of embodying visualization was presented in the sector of service in the first place. Then, the technical transfer of developed solution and the construction cost and the method to impose commission over contents sales are presented in the sector of business. Diverse social and economic effects are expected to realize by developing and utilizing such services, namely, promoting the distribution of excellent book which were kept in dead storage so far due to lack of marketing support, recommendation readers the proper books which are convenient and necessary.

This study aims to analyze the changes in purchasing decisions in conducting transactions using cash and digital payment systems. Cash payment systems are very different from digital payments because they no longer use banks as intermediaries for transactions. The scope of this study is to determine the differences that take place with purchasing decisions using digital payment systems with OVO Indonesia smart applications. By using the paired T-test sample test method and testing the regression class assumptions, it is expected we will document the comparison between cash and digital payment systems as regards changes in consumers' buying interest behavior towards goods. Data is obtained by purposive sampling using special characteristics for smart application users. The results show that digital payments are developing very quickly, but cash payments still dominate due to the unavailability of complete facilities and infrastructure to support digital payment systems other than in cities. This study illustrates that digital payments have not been able to completely change consumer buying behavior in large numbers, but the main finding in this study is an increase in the percentage of digital payment usage to the online market, due to the many conveniences provided in OVO smart applications.

The study aims to investigate corporate social responsibility (CSR) best practices of the world automotive industry - Peugeot, BMW, Ford, Hyundai and Toyota among others - and recommend that they plan their business strategies and managerial responses accordingly. Based on the comparative research and case studies, this research finds that all five automobile manufacturers have taken very similar measures and actions in order to establish and maintain a high level of CSR practices. Sustainability was a core value in all five companies and served as a guiding principle in every aspect and approach of their business. This study finds that all five companies have CSR strategies in place to increase energy efficiency as well as reduce the usage and wastage of water in their production and plants. This research also finds that all companies monitor their suppliers and their own production process to ensure that they maintain their CSR standards. More impressively, this sustainable management practice is transferred along the companies' supply chain through education and training. Their suppliers and business partners are closely monitored to make sure that their high CSR standards are respected and followed. However, we find that there also are some differences in terms of their CSR deliveries and activities.

Currently memorandum have been a method to manage information easily by short writing. In particular, a electronic memorandum system has been efficiently used for business purpose, which is available in a computer widely used in our daily life. Considering the smart business environment, we propose a multi-functional electronic memorandum system in this paper, which is helpful to manage information intelligently in the smart business environment. The proposed system maintains the contents of memorandum in a database structure, so it is available without any restrictions in time and place. In addition, it also has additional functions of music playing, capturing working screens, and scheduling. The functions help for the proposed system to be widely used in the smart business environment.

Online news on the Internet, as published open data, contain facts or opinions about a specific affair and hence influences considerably on the decisions of the general publics who are interested in a particular issue. Therefore, we can predict the people's choices related with the issue by analyzing a large number of related internet news. This study aims to propose a text analysis methodto predict the outcomes of events that take place in a specific place. We used topics of the news articles because the topics contains more essential text than the news articles. Moreover, when it comes to mobile environment, people tend to rely more on the news topics before clicking into the news articles. We collected the titles of news articles and divided them into the learning and evaluation data set. Morphemes are extracted and their polarity values are identified with the learning data. Then we analyzed the sensitivity of the entire articles. As a result, the prediction success rate was 70.6% and it showed a clear difference with other analytical methods to compare. Derived prediction information will be helpful in determining the expected demand of goods when preparing the event.

There are various factors to consider when parties to an international agreement draft a dispute resolution clause in their written contract. These factors can be classified into two categories. The first category is about the parties and the nature of the contract, such as the parties' places of business and whether the contract contains a simple transaction or has a complicated nature. The second category is about the applicable rules of the parties' places of business or performance such as the private international law, service of process rules, and enforcement of court judgment and arbitration award rules. When parties to an international contract agree to a litigation, they normally choose a forum court and a governing law. In selecting a forum court and a governing law, the parties must consider private international law, service of process rules, and enforcement of judgement rules of candidate forums. In case the parties agree to an arbitration, they have to choose between institutional arbitration and ad hoc arbitration. For ad hoc arbitration, parties still need to further agree on which arbitration rules to use, and in which place the arbitration shall take place. Mediation involves a similar kind of decision as with arbitration. Traditionally, national courts of the parties' places of business have been used as litigation forums in dispute resolution clauses but, recently, arbitration is being increasingly employed as an alternative dispute resolution method in international contracts. Moreover, there have been international efforts to utilize mediation as a dispute resolution method in international commercial issues. Rather than simply taking a dispute resolution clause provided in a sample written contract, parties to an international contract must carefully consider various relevant factors in order to insert a dispute resolution clause which will work well for a particular contract.

Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) have long played an important role in the growth of firm. M&A has been considered a effective strategy for Korean government to restructure industry. Previous studies provided mixed results on the synergy effect of M&A This study provides investigation on 39 mergers occurred over the sample period from 2000 to 2001. In this study, event study methodology arc used to calculate abnormal return(AR) and cumulative abnormal return(CAR) based on mean-adjusted model. The testing period of this study from date -30 through date +30, where date zero is the date of the first public announcement of the merger. The empirical results in this study can be summarized as follows. First, the return rates of KOSDAQ registered firms with M&A appears higher than that of KSE listed firms. This means that public announcement of M&A is more influential on stock price for KOSDAQ registered firms than KSE listed firms. Second, The difference between actual merging price and fair value is significant in KSE listed firms and KOSDAQ registered firms. This means that the investors take M&A of KOSDAQ registered firms as a good news. Third, the impact on the market prices of merging firms take place after the first public announcement of the merger in KSE registered firms. But the impact on the market prices take place not only merging firms but also merged firms in KOSDAQ registered firms. This result shows that the investors recognize a M&A is a strategy of technology transfer in small & venture business.

Electronic commerce, driven by the development of the Internet and computer, premises to be an important engine for growth for the world economy in th the 21st century. Electronic commerce offers considerable new opportunities for the business and citizens in all regions of the world by enhancing productivity across of our economics and encourage trade in both goods and services. Specially in relation to contract, electronic commerce requires a coherent, coordinated approach internationally on key issues such as a validity, a legality, consumer protection. Electronic commerce, which breaks down national boundaries and widens the gap between the place where services are performed and the place where they are consumed, requires a new paradigm when making an between contracting parties.
