재가의료급여 시범사업 대상자의 재입원에 미치는 영향: 일반적 특성, 일상생활수행능력, 서비스 이용을 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Unplanned Hospital Readmission among Medical Aid Community Care Program Participants)

  • Purpose: This study identifies the factors influencing unplanned readmissions among participants of the medical aid community care pilot program. Methods: This descriptive study analyzed data from 1,013 participants in a medical aid community care pilot program. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: The presence of mental illness, injury-related conditions, long-term care grades, and activities of daily living scores are key factors influencing the likelihood of readmission. In particular, the presence of a mental disorder or an injury-related condition increased the probability of readmission, whereas individuals with long-term care grades 1~2 showed a decreased likelihood of readmission. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the importance of enhancing the management of mental and injury-related conditions, effective utilization of long-term care services, and improvement of ADL scores to reduce readmission. These findings offer crucial insights for enhancing the efficiency of home medical care benefit programs and sustainable expansion of services.

장례 복식 문화에 관한 기초연구 (A Pilot Study on the Funereal Garments Culture)

  • The purpose of this study was to revoke attention to the funeral costumes which has been neglected by academic fields and fashion industries. We investigated the traditional funeral garments by the literature reviews and the actual conditions by the questionnaire. For the data analysis, 525 questionnaires for male and female in Seoul, Daeagu, Jeonju and Busan were collected. Men mainly wore the western style black suits, women wore the traditional white funeral costumes during the funeral service. Most of the respondents were dissatisfied with the funeral garments. We investigated the styles, the materials and the colors of the funeral garments which were favored by the consumers. The preferences and the criteria of the funeral garments were different with sex, age, income, educational levels, religion and occupational status of husband partly.

훈련용 항공기 비행전 안전 프로토콜 개발 (Development of Preflight Safety Protocol for Training Aircraft)

  • With the development of the aviation industry in Korea, the number of aircrafts has increased every year. About 10 flight departments have been established at domestic universities, and flight training is conducted until the course of commercial pilot certificate. In addition, private aviation institutes using Muan airport as a base have also increased, and the number of training aircrafts in the eastern and western regions of Jeonnam region has increased dramatically. Along with an increase in the number of training aircrafts, aviation accidents have also increased. From April 2018 to September 2019, 11 accidents occurred at Muan airport and Yeosu airport. This study aims to develop a pre-flight safety protocol to promote flight training safety. Three aspects-including technical factors, human factors, and organizational factors-were considered in this study.

  • 항공산업의 발전에도 불구하고 조종사의 인적오류에 의한 항공기 사고는 지속해서 발생하고 있다. 인적오류에 의한 항공기 사고의 원인은 비행안전을 저해하는 위해(hazard) 요인을 사전에 제거하지 못해 사고로 이어지는 것이다. 본 연구는 국내 항공사에 근무하는 운항승무원과 일반항공 (general aviation)의 조종사를 대상으로, 비행안전을 위협하는 여러 가지 위해 요인 중에서 조종사에게 심리적, 신체적으로 영향을 미치는 직무스트레스와 피로, 불안감이 안전행동에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 아울러 직무스트레스와 안전행동의 간에 안전문화의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 직무스트레스는 조종사의 안전행동에 직접적인 영향을 줄 뿐만이 아니라 안전분위기, 보고문화와 같은 항공사의 안전문화에도 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 이러한 조종사의 직무스트레스와 안전문화, 안전행동간의 상관관계를 통해 안전관리시스템의 성과를 제고하고자 한다.

비행시간과 연령이 헬리콥터 조종사의 상황인식 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study for Flight Times and Ages affects on Situation Awareness Evaluation of Helicopter Pilots)

  • According to U.S. NTSB, from 1989 to 1992, Situation Awareness(SA) was a major factor causing 80% of all aircraft accidents in scheduled airlines. Therefore, the prevention of accidents through effective training in SA became a pivot in aviation safety. Furthermore, during the past 10 years, since all helicopter accidents in Korea were caused by the factors related to SA, an appropriate countermeasure has been required. This study, which uses survey data, examines various factors related to SA that could affect helicopter pilots. Common characteristics of situation awareness factors are that the result from the independent variables which are flight time, duty period and age of a first officer is statistically significant with the result from the independent variables of an instructor pilot's. However, only experience is statistically significant independent variable for factors influencing decision making in emergency situations, but anxiety, expectation and comprehension are not significant.

  • The Navigational System is the Fundamental System of Port Transportation System and comprises 3 Subsystems, say, the Waterway System, the Shiphandling System and the Support System. The Waterway System of Navigational System is the important and fundamental System for Traffic Safety inside the Port like a Car Road System on Land. This study aims to make a Guideline for the Optimal Waterway System of Port Development and Safety. The Conclusion of this Paper are drawn : 1) The complicated Shiphandling Operations should be avoided for the period of Physical night Time for eliminating the Human Errors. 2) For the Maneuverability and all-weather Combined Piloting the Inside Turn Point Buoy and Begin the-turn Buoy should be mounted with Racon(T) and Radar Reflector for foggy and bad weathers. 3) The Seabuoy located in the Approaching Area for Pilot Station and making Landfall should be mounted with Racon(G) and Morese A Light for giving a Hint of Pilot Station to the Captain on the Bridge, and these Equipments of Racon and Light should be operated normally and effectively even in a Heavy and stormy weathers. 4) A Basic Practical Expression, 1/2 L sin D, for calculating the Extra Width of Cutoff Turn Regions was derived Originally from the Viewpoint of Turn Maneuvers and Maneuverability of the Ship.

AHP 기법을 활용한 비행 훈련생의 피로도 인식 (A Study on Fatigue Perception of Flight Trainees Using Analytic Hierarchy Process Technique)

  • The importance of human factors has been emphasized for pilots because most of aviation accidents have been caused by the human factors of pilots. Human factors issues such as fatigue affecting flight safety are needed to be educated to student pilots who have less experience in flight training. In order to prevent aviation accidents caused by human factors, the management of stress, fatigue, and obsessive-compulsive disorder which increase psychological harmful factors of student pilots, is essential for aviation safety. The management of fatigue is required as a part of safety management system following the guidance of leading aviation authorities. The purpose of this article was to investigate the factors of fatigue at each stage by classifying it into before, during, and after flight training to manage the fatigue of students pilots. Then, the factors of relatively high fatigue were analyzed by using the AHP process to provide factors related fatigue affecting pilot training.

기능성 캐쥬얼화가 보행 시 족저 압력에 미치는 영향: 예비연구 (Effects of the Modified Casual Shoes on Foot Pressure Distribution during Walking: Pilot study)

  • 본 연구는 기능성 및 일반적 캐쥬얼화간에 빠른보행과 편안한 보행 시 족저 압력에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 보고자 한다. 남성 물리치료사 8명을 대상으로 하루 간격을 두고 동일한 대상에게 일반적 캐쥬얼화와 기능성 캐쥬얼화를 착용하고 10m 편안한 보행과 빠른 보행 동안 족저 악력을 각각 측정하였다. 전체, 1번째 발가락, 2-3번째 발가락, 4-5번째 발가락, 안쪽 중족골, 바깥쪽 중족골, 안쪽 뒷꿈치, 바깥쪽 뒷꿈치로 나누어 분석하여 4 보행 조건(일반적 캐쥬얼화-편안한 보행, 기능성 캐쥬얼화-편안한 보행, 일반적 캐쥬얼화-빠른 보행, 기능성 캐쥬얼화-빠른 보행) 간에 비교하였다. 비교 분석 결과 유의하지 않지만 빠른 보행이 편안한 보행 보다 안쪽 발가락과 뒷꿈치 압력이 증가하는 것으로 볼 때, 기능성 캐주얼화가 일반적 캐쥬얼화보다 보행의 움직임성을 증가시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 기능성 신사화 착용이 즉각적인 선자세 족저압력 분포 변화에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 남성 물리치료사 8명을 대상으로 하루 간격을 두고 동일한 대상에게 일반적 신사화와 기능성 신사화를 착용하고 선 자세 동안 높은 족저압력의 발과 낮은 족저압력의 발간에 족저압력 분포를 비교하였다. 비교 분석 결과, 일반화를 착용한 선 자세에서 높은 족저압력의 발과 낮은 족저압력의 발간에 족저압력 비율이 유의한 차이를 보였지만 기능성 신사화에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 높은 족저압력 분포 발에서 기능성 및 일반적 신사화간에 전족부와 후족부의 압력이 차이를 보였다. 선 자세에서 기능성 신사화가 일반적 신사화 보다 즉각적으로 정상 생리적 자세를 유도하는 것으로 보였다.

  • Industrialization and development of technology satisfied various humanly needs and lay the basis of numerous benefit and profit. New technologies like these mostly required large amounts of fossil Fuel, Fossil energy depletion rate was increasing rapidly. However, technical development for Human race required absolute sacrifice of the environment. Especially, 'City' which had been focused as stage of human activities, allowed to continue to have fossil energy dependent activities, and it shows in many data that the city is responsible for the 75-80% of the green house gas by human. In order to solve the problem relating climate changes and energy, European countries already made progress studies on many of the low carbon green city and pilot case construction. Especially, Germany, Austria, Holland, Sweden who had been playing leader role on environmental awareness and ecological concept, are actively constructing low carbon green city project based on Ecological city planning scheme. These projects positively utilize planning scheme that limits carbon emission using Urban Metabolism concept. Therefore, throughout this study, I would like to present planning and direction of future domestic low carbon green city by analyzing theories relative theories and best practices in Europe.
