미용서비스 산업에 있어서 점포충성도의 원인에 관한 연구: 거래비용적 관점 (The Reasons for Store Loyalty of Beauty Service : Transaction Cost Perspective)

  • 최근 미용서비스 산업에 있어서 미용실의 수가 급증하면서 점포들 간의 경쟁이 심화되고 있고, 고객들 또한 다양한 선택대안 중에서 그 욕구가 점차 높아져가고 있어 미용서비스 점포의 측면에서는 고정고객을 확보하는 일이 무엇보다도 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 미용서비스 점포의 점포충성에 관한 연구가 기존 소매점포의 충성에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 많이 이루어져 왔으나, 미용서비스의 거래환경을 고려한 고객 비용적 접근은 없었다. 고객의 입장에서 보면 미용서비스는 서비스의 특징상 정보가 제한되어 있고, 서비스에 대한 평가가 매우 주관적이어서 미용점포 측면에서 이러한 거래환경을 고려한 전략을 수립하는 것이 고객들을 유지하는데 기여할 것으로 보인다. 이 연구는 Williamson의 거래환경과 거래비용이라는 개념을 미용서비스 산업의 특수성에 맞게 수정하여 적용한 것이며, 고객이 미용서비스를 구매함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 거래환경을 고객의 거래비용으로 정리하여 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 미용실의 환경적 특성에 대한 선행연구와 세분화된 거래비용과의 관계를 검토해 보고, 점포충성도에 영향을 미치는 원인을 살펴보았다.

히드록시프로필셀룰로오스/카르보폴 고체분산체의 점막부착성과 팽윤 및 약물방출특성 (Mucoadhesion, Swelling and Drug Release Characteristics of Hydroxypropylcellulose/Carbopol Solid Dispersions)

  • Some mucoadhesive polymers such as hydroxypropylcelluose (HPC) and carbopol-934 (CP) have been employed for the preparation of mucoadhesive polymeric systems, and their physical properties including mucoadhesion, swelling, and drug release were evaluated. A new simple experimental technique that can quantitatively measure the bioadhesive properties of various polymeric systems has been developed by the methods of detachment force test. As the polymeric systems, the discs of freeze-dried HPC/CP solid dispersions were prepared. The mucosa used in these tests were upper, middle, and lower parts of small intestine of male rats weighing $300{\sim}350\;g$. Detachment forces were increased as the mole fraction of CP increased in discs of HPC/CP solid dispersions. In the points of intestinal site dependence of mucoadhesion, the solid dispersions revealed non-specific mucoadhesion to the intestine. Swelling and drug release characteristics of mucoadhesive polymeric systems were studied extensively to find out the feasibility for the oral controlled delivery systems. Swelling ratio, expressed as the final height/initial height, has been determined in various pH buffer solutions. Hydrochlorothiazide (HCT) was employed as a model drug for release study. Apparent swelling and drug release rate constants, $K_s$ and $K_r$ respectively, were obtained from the square-root time plot of either swelling ratio or released amount of drug, particularly for the time periods before reaching the equilibrium. As a result, the swelling ratio of HPC/CP solid dispersions was increased as the weight percentage of CP increased. Similarly, the release of HCT from the solid dispersions was dependent on pH changes and CP contents, resulted in the slower release of HCT with the increases of pH and CP contents.

Carbohydrate-electrolyte drinks exhibit risks for human enamel surface loss

  • Objectives: The aim of this investigation was to give insights into the impact of carbohydrate-electrolyte drinks on the likely capacity of enamel surface dissolution and the influence of human saliva exposure as a biological protective factor. Materials and Methods: The pH, titratable acidity (TA) to pH 7.0, and buffer capacity (${\beta}$) of common beverages ingested by patients under physical activity were analyzed. Then, we randomly distributed 50 specimens of human enamel into 5 groups. Processed and natural coconut water served as controls for testing three carbohydrate-electrolyte drinks. In all specimens, we measured surface microhardness (Knoop hardness numbers) and enamel loss (profilometry, ${\mu}m$) for baseline and after simulated intake cycling exposure model. We also prepared areas of specimens to be exposed to human saliva overnight prior to the simulated intake cycling exposure. The cycles were performed by alternated immersions in beverages and artificial saliva. ANOVA two-way and Tukey HDS tests were used. Results: The range of pH, TA, and ${\beta}$ were 2.85 - 4.81, 8.33 - 46.66 mM/L and 3.48 - $10.25mM/L{\times}pH$, respectively. The highest capacity of enamel surface dissolution was found for commercially available sports drinks for all variables. Single time human saliva exposure failed to significantly promote protective effect for the acidic attack of beverages. Conclusions: In this study, carbohydrate-electrolyte drinks usually consumed during endurance training may have a greater capacity of dissolution of enamel surface depending on their physicochemical proprieties associated with pH and titratable acidity.

미세 간극을 지나는 축대칭 내부 유동의 압축성 효과 분석 (Compressibility Effect in the Axisymmetric Internal Flow Past a Microgap)

  • 본 연구에서는 미세 간극을 지나는 압축성 내부 유동 문제에 대해 간략화된 축대칭 모형을 제안하였다. 수치 해석과 실험을 통하여 미세 간극에 의해 형성되는 고리 모양의 좁은 단면을 지나서 아음속 유동이 가속되어 발생하는 초킹 현상을 관찰하였다. 질량 유량과 차압 사이의 관계를 구하고, 대응되는 실험 결과와 비교하여 수치 결과의 타당성에 대해 논하였다. 또한 축대칭 압축성 Navier-Stokes 방정식의 수치해석을 통하여 초킹 이후의 초음속 제트 유동장의 형성 및 이의 회절을 가시화하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 자동차 동력계의 밸브 등 많은 응용 분야를 지닌 미세 간극의 축대칭 압축성 유동에 대한 물리적 이해를 확대하였다.

Ni/Si/Ni n형 4H-SiC의 오옴성 접합 (Ni/Si/Ni Ohmic contacts to n-type 4H-SiC)

  • In this letter, we report on the investigation of Ni/Si/Ni Ohmic contacts to n-type 4H-SiC. Ohmic contacts have been formed by a vacuum annealing and N$_2$ gas ambient annealing method at 950$^{\circ}C$ for 10 min. The specific contact resistivity($\rho$$\sub$c/), sheet resistance(R$\sub$S/), contact resistance(R$\sub$S/), transfer length(LT) were calculated from resistance(R$\sub$T/) versus contact spacing(d) measurements obtained from 10 TLM(transmission line method) structures. The resulting average values of vacuum annealing sample were $\rho$$\sub$c/=3.8x10$\^$-5/ Ω$\textrm{cm}^2$ , R$\sub$c/=4.9Ω, R$\sub$T/=9.8Ω and L$\sub$T/=15.5$\mu\textrm{m}$, resulting average values of another sample were $\rho$$\sub$c/=2.29x10$\^$-4/ Ω$\textrm{cm}^2$ , R$\sub$c/=12.9Ω, R$\sub$T/=25.8Ω. The Physical properties of contacts were examined using X-Ray Diffraction and Auger analysis, there was a uniform intermixing of the Si and Ni, migration of Ni into the SiC.

유수실이 2개인 유공케이슨의 파력 산정에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Investigation for Evaluating Wave Forces on Perforated Caisson with Two Wave Chambers)

  • 유수실을 두 개 가지는 유공케이슨에 작용하는 파력 산정식은 아직까지 없다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 이중유수실 케이슨 모형에 작용하는 파력을 측정한 수리실험 자료 분석 결과를 제시하였다. 실험결과로부터 세 가지 연직벽체에 작용하는 파력의 첨두값에 연관된 다섯 가지 파의 위상에 따른 파력의 변화 양상을 명확하게 규명할 수 있었으며, 이로부터 Takahashi and Shimosako (1994)와 유사한 형태의 이중유수실 파력보정계수를 산정하였다. 이 결과는 향후 추가 실험 및 현장 실무에의 적용을 통해 검증될 필요가 있다.

고속도로 휴게소 연결로 설계 기준 설정에 관한 연구 (A Development of the Design Guidelines for Connecting Roads in Highway Rest Area)

  • PURPOSES: Design of approach roads of rest areas in highway has many drawbacks such as geometric design elements. There has been traffic accidents occured in these approach roads of rest areas. Thus, design criteria is required in order to protect accidents from being occurred. In case of Korea, geometric structure design criteria of entry facilities, such as toll-gate, interchange, junction etc was established. However there are no presence in a detailed standards for geometric structure of the rest area which affiliated road facilities. METHODS: In this study, analytic on accidents was carried out in regards to the entry of geometric structure of resting areas by utilizing a sight survey and an investigation research of traffic accidents. The survey was targeting 135 general service areas. Collisions with physical channelization and safety facilities occurred due to speeding, rapid entry, and etc at the entrance nose section. At the entrance connector roads, accidents caused by speeding, negligence, over-operation of handle of drivers were main reason of accidents. Discriminant analysis were conducted about geometric elements to distinguish influencing factors for traffic accidents. the lengths and access angles of the entrance connector roads were regarded as to have the high relation with traffic accidents. RESULTS: After classifying the design section of resting areas' entry as well as derive design elements on each section, a speed measurement by targeting entry of rest areas and car behavior surveys were performed, then each element's minimum standard was derived through the analyses. According to the speeds at the starting/end point of entrance connector road, the range of the junction setting angle of the entrance connector road is defined as $12^{\circ}{\sim}17^{\circ}$ and the connector length model was suggested. CONCLUSIONS: Suggest improvement plans for existing rest areas that can be applied realistically. This should be corresponded to the standards of entry and exit of developed rest areas.

암반지층 굴착벽체 작용토압에 대한 암반조건의 영향: 수치해석적 조사 (Effect of Rock Mass Condition on the Earth Pressure Against an Excavation Wall in Rock Mass: Numerical Investigation)

  • 본 연구는 절리가 형성된 암반지층에서 암석종류, 절리경사각, 토압계수 및 지하수조건을 달리할 때 굴착벽체에 발생하는 토압의 크기 및 분포에 대해서 조사하였다. 모형실험(Son and Park, 2014)에 근거하여 확장연구를 수행하였으며, 이 때 암반-구조 상호작용과 암반의 절리특성을 고려하기 위하여 개별요소법을 이용한 수치해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구로부터 굴착벽체에 작용하는 토압은 암석종류, 절리경사각 및 토압계수 뿐만 아니라 지하수조건에 의해서 크게 영향을 받는다는 것을 파악하였다. 이와 더불어 본 연구로부터 조사된 토압을 토사지반에 적용되는 Peck의 경험토압과 비교하였으며, 이를 통해 절리형성 암반지층 굴착벽체에 발생하는 토압은 토사지반에서 발생하는 토압과 크게 다를 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

3차원 구조를 고려한 전기비저항 탐사자료 해석을 통한 국내 저수지 제체 안전성 분석 (Safety Analysis of Reservoir Dikes in South Korea through the Interpretation of the Electrical Resistivity Data Considering Three-dimensional Structure)

  • 저수지 제체는 3차원 전기비저항 구조로 구성되어 있기 때문에, 전기비저항 격자구조에 담수호의 수위변화에 따른 제체 내부의 침윤선 변동과 함께 담수호의 전기전도도가 고려되지 않는 경우 전기비저항 역산 결과가 왜곡될 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 3차원 전기비저항 탐사 모델링을 통하여, 저수지의 3차원 비저항 구조와 저수지 수위의 변화에 따른 제체 내부의 비저항 변화를 해석하였다. 이 분석 결과에 근거하여 국내 283개소 저수지를 대상으로 3차원 모델링에 의한 2차원 이론자료와 현장 2차원 탐사자료에 대한 역산 결과를 비교하였다. 마지막으로 두 역산의 비가 50% 이상이 되는 저수지를 추가 정밀조사 대상 저수지로 선정하였다.

Investigation of the U-shape submerged breakwater performance by the finite-different scheme

  • The submerged U-shape breakwater interaction with the solitary wave is simulated by the Boussinesq equations using the finite-difference scheme. The wave reflection, transmission, and dissipation (RTD) coefficients are used to investigate the U-shape breakwater's performance for different crest width, Lc1, and indent breakwater height, du. The results show that the submerged breakwater performance for a set of U-shape breakwater with the same cross-section area is related to the length of submerged breakwater crest, Lc1, and the distance between the crests, Lc2 (or the height of du). The breakwater has the maximum performance when the crest length is larger, and at the same time, the distance between them increases. Changing the Lc1 and du of the U-shape breakwaters result in a significant change in the RTD coefficients. Comparison of the U-shape breakwater, having the best performance, with the averaged RTD values shows that the transmission coefficients, Kt, has a better performance of up to 4% in comparison to other breakwaters. Also, the reflection coefficients KR and the diffusion coefficients, Kd shows a better performance of about 30% and 55% on average, respectively. However, the model governing equations are non-dissipative. The non-energy conserving of the transmission and reflection coefficients due to wave and breakwater interaction results in dissipation type contribution. The U-shape breakwater with the best performance is compared with the rectangular breakwater with the same cross-section area to investigate the economic advantages of the U-shape breakwater. The transmission coefficients, Kt, of the U-shape breakwater shows a better performance of 5% higher than the rectangular one. The reflection coefficient, KR, is 60% lower for U-shape in comparison to rectangular one; however, the diffusion coefficients, Kd, of U-shape breakwater is 35% higher than the rectangular breakwater. Therefore, we could say that the U-shape breakwater has a better performance than the rectangular one.
