인포테인먼트 디자인의 개념 연구 (A study on the attribute of infotainment design)

  • 정보전달 환경의 변화에 따라 정보에 흥미를 분가하여 효율성을 높이는 것이 디자인에서 중요하게 대두되었다. 인포테인먼트는 다양한 표현방법과 미디어기술을 기반으로 정보 콘텐츠를 디자인할 때 오락적 흥미요소를 정보에 결합하는 개념으로 활용되고 있다. 정보자체만을 사실적으로 전달하는 정보형 메시지에 비해 오락적 흥미가 부가되어 사용자 관심을 유도하는 정보는 설득형 메시지의 정보이다. 인포테인먼트의 메시지가 설득적이라는 것은 정보의 이해과정에서 감각적 자극이나 인지적 재미, 상황적 흥미를 통해 사용자가 정보에 몰입하게 하는 것이다. 감각적 자극은 정보디자인의 표현요소와 미디어의 기능에 의해 발생하는 것이고, 인지적 재미는 정보 콘텐츠의 구조화에서 비예측성, 부조화 상태를 통한 잉여적 표현으로 수용자가 심리적 정체를 경험한 후 이를 해소하려는 지적인 활동에서 나타난다. 상황적 흥미는 사용자가 갖는 최적의 경험으로 쾌(快)에 의한 플로우 상태에서 나타난다. 따라서 인포테인먼트의 속성은 감각적 자극, 잉여성, 쾌로 정의될 수 있으며, 디자인 요인은 물리적 요인, 구조적 요인, 심리적 요인으로 구분해 볼 수 있다. 감각적 자극을 위한 물리적 요인은 비주얼 아날로지나 비주얼 펀의 개념으로 시각적 조작을 통한 흥미요소 표현과, 멀티미디어와 동적요소의 적용으로 가능하다. 잉여성표현에 의한 구조적 요인은 스토리텔링이나 이벤트, 인터랙션의 활용으로 정보이해과정에서 상상력을 발휘케 하는 것이다. 심리적 요인은 사용자에게 심리적 만족을 주는 것으로 유머나 놀이, 게임과 같은 오락적 흥미를 통해 플로우 상태를 경험하는 것이다. 결국 인포테인먼트는 그 속성에 부합될 수 있는 디자인 요인들이 복합적으로 연계될 때와, 전달하려는 정보의 특성과 목적에 잘 맞을 때 적용될 수 있는 개념이다.

항만물류서비스의 평가에 관하여 (On the Evaluation of Physical Distribution Service in Ports)

  • It is required to consider pricing and non-pricing factors and external economy in order to achieve the objects of physical distribution system in a port. Recently, among the three factors, much attention has been paid to non-pricing factor in the system. Although physical distribution service in a port(PDSP)has been frequently mentioned in documents and literature related to port and shipping studies, few study on it has not been systematically and scientifically made due to the following problems; $\circ$ there are not proper criteria to evaluate level and quality of PDSP and as a result it is difficult to set up a unified standard for doing so. $\circ$ algorithms to evaluate problems with complex and ambiguous attributes and multiple levels in PDSP are not available. This thesis aims to establish a paradigm to evaluate PDSP and to abvance existing decision making methods to deal with complex and ambiguous problems in PDSP. To tackle the first purpose, extensive and thorough literature survey was carried out on general physical distribution service, which is a corner stone to handle PDSp. In addition, through interviews and questionnaire to the expert, it have extracted 82 factors of physical distribution service in a port. They have been classified into 6 groups by KJ method and each group defined by the expert's advice as follows; a. Potentiality b. Exactness c. safety d. Speediness e. Convenience f. Linkage Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in PDSP. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a method to evaluate them but it is not applicable to PDSP that have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probablility measure can not be used to evaluate PDSP but fuzzy measure is required. Hierarchical fuzzy integral method, which is merged AHP with fuzzy measure, is also not effective method to evaluate attributes because it has vary complicated way to calculate fuzzy measure identification coefficient of attributes. A new evaluation algorithm has been introduced to solve problems with multi-attribute and multi-level hierarchy, which is called hierarchy fuzzy process(HFP).Analysis on ambiguous aspects of PDSP under study which is not easy to be defined is prerequisite to evaluate it. HFP is different from algorithm existed in that it clarified the relationship between fuzzy measure and probability measure adopted in AHP and that it directly calculates the family of fuzzy measure from overlapping coefficient and probability measure to treat and evaluate ambiguous and complex aspects of PDSP. A new evaluation algorithm HFP was applied to evaluate level of physical distribution service in the biggest twenty container port in the world. The ranks of the ports are as follows; 1. 프랜차이즈 분식점의 브랜드 포지셔닝에 관한 연구 - 부산 지역 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on Brand Positioning of Franchise Snack Bar - Focused on Busan Area -)

  • 이 연구는 포지셔닝 전략에 관한 연구로서 프랜차이즈 분식점 브랜드의 경쟁관계를 분석하고, 고객의 욕구를 충족시켜주는 선택속성이 무엇인지 파악하여 효율적인 포지셔닝 전략을 수립함으로 발전적인 마케팅 방향을 제시하였다. 요인분석을 통하여 고객들이 인지하는 프랜차이즈 분식점들의 선택속성은 총 25의 문항들은 총 3개의 요인으로(음식의 품질, 직원들의 서비스, 물리적 환경)으로 범주화 되었다. 이용동기에 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 일원배치분석(ANOVA)를 실시하여 Duncan을 통하여 사후분석하였고, 다차원척도법(MDS)을 통하여 브랜드 유사성, 선택속성과 브랜드 선호도를 검증하였다. 아딸은 음식, 서비스, 물리적 환경 속성에서 평균보다 높은 점수를 받았으며, 봉구스 밥버거는 서비스와 물리적 환경, 고봉민 김밥은 음식과 물리적 환경속성이 평균보다 높았다. 김밥천국은 음식, 서비스, 물리적 환경의 세 요인 모두에서 평균보다 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 5개의 프랜차이즈 분식점에 대한 유용한 경쟁관계를 나타내는 포지셔닝 맵과 실용적인 제안을 제공하였다.

통관거점을 이용한 국제물류의 공간적 분포 패턴 (Spatial Distribution Patterns of International Physical Distribution through Clearance Depot)

  • 본 연구는 내륙세관인 청주세관에서 통관이 이루어진 지역을 대상으로 국제무역의 배후지와 관문, 지향지의 관계를 상호작용형 속성행렬 4차원의 행렬체를 2차원화 시켜 주성분분석을 하여 국제무역의 공간적 분포 패턴을 파악하였는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 배후지-관문-지향지의 지역결합에 의한 주요 공간적 패턴은 수출의 경우 10개, 수입의 경우 9개로 나타났다. 청주세관 통관지역에서의 주요 수출입상품의 구성은 대체로 유사하지만 '정밀기계 제품', '비금속광물'은 수출에서, '광물성 제품', '기계류 및 전자제품'은 수입에서 주로 이루어지는 점이 다르다. 또 관문은 수출입 모두 유사하지만 수입의 경우 인천공항의 이용이 더 많고 청주공항을 이용하는 상품도 있어 지역공항의 이용도를 높이고 있다. 그리고 충북 이외의 지역에서의 수입의 지향지가 두드러지게 나타난다.

치과기공사의 직무환경이 건강상태에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Job Environment and Health Condition of Dental Technicians)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze dental technician's job environment and health condition level and to examine its correlation. Methods: 250 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Jeonbuk area were selected. Survey was carried out from October 11, 2010 to November 25, 2010 by using self-administered questionnaire. As for the tools for this study, the structured questionnaire was used with its proven reliability and feasibility, and the questionnaire consisted of total 49 questions which included general attribute of subjects(14 questions), job Environment(13 questions) and health condition(22 questions). The data analysis was processed by computerized system with SPSS Win 17.0. Statistical analysis techniques included frequency, percentage, T-test, One-way ANOVA analysis and regression analysis. Results: As a result of analyzing the research subjects' job environment level, there was significant difference in the item of gender, working hours a day(Hour), healthy condition, job satisfaction level with dental technician, plan for task continuity in dental technician(P<0.05). The average in the job environment was indicated to be high with 2.85. As a result of analyzing the research subjects' health condition level, there was significant difference in the item of gender, task field, working hours a day(Hour), healthy condition, job satisfaction level, plan for task continuity(P<0.05). The average in the self health recognition was indicated to be high with 2.83. Conclusion: Correlation between job environment and health condition, all of variables were indicated to have reverse correlation, thereby having been shown that the worse job environment leads to the more physical subjective symptoms.

노인복지시설의 급식서비스 품질 요소 규명 및 급식서비스 만족도 향상 전략 (Strategies for the Improvement of Customer Satisfaction on Foodservice through Identifying the Foodservice Quality Factors in Senior Care Facilities)

  • This study was designed to develop the strategy plans for the customer satisfaction on foodservice in the senior care facilities. For this, we examined the level of the customer satisfaction and foodservice quality. Additionally, the association between service quality, customer satisfaction, and social, psychological, physical factors of the aged were tested. Data from convenience samples from 3 senior care facilities were collected by using a questionnaire. Exploratory factor analyses were completed on 20 attributes for the food and service quality and 7 items for the social and psychological states of the aged, respectively. Cronbach's a was estimated for reliability, and Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used for statistical analyses. The level of the satisfaction on foodservice was 4.01 of 5.0. The satisfaction on foodservice did not show the significant differences by gender, education level, BMI, and socio-psychological satisfaction. But the foodservice quality and the satisfaction showed significant difference by income and physical problem, and the goal of life of the eldely, respectively. Multiple regression analyses revealed that the determinants of the customer satisfaction on foodservice were the core quality of product, confidence, professionalism of employees and secondary quality of products. Especially, the kindness of employee is the most important attribute of the foodservice. Based on these results, we can set the strategy plans as follow: (1) the introduction of the foodservice evaluation system (2) the deployment of the event activities for offering fun to the customer (3) the continuous training of employees for ensuring the professional and kind service system, and (4) the introduction of selective menu system and take-out service of menu.

환자만족도 평가에 대한 방법론적 접근: IPA기법을 중심으로 (A Methodological Approach on the Evaluation of Patient Satisfaction: Focused on the Importance Performance Analysis(IPA))

  • The measurement and management of patient satisfaction has become one of the key issues in the last two decades. Hospitals must thoroughly understand the needs of their customers and design products and health services that meet and exceed their expectations. The importance-performance analysis(IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that yields strategies for managing customer satisfaction in a variety of applications. IP A is a two-dimensional grid based on customer-perceived importance of quality attributes and attribute performance. Depending on the interplay of these two dimensions, four strategies can be derived. The aim of this study is to develop the management strategies for improving patient satisfaction in university hospitals using the I-P analysis. The attributes on inpatient service quality in 4 university hospitals was investigated using the Martilla and James(l977)' s a mean adjusted I-P grid where the axes of the grid cross at the average rating point of all items. The patient satisfaction questionnaires were completed by 600 hospital inpatients. The main statistical methods are path analysis and IPA with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 statistical softwares. The two attributes, physician and medical service, administrative staff kindness attributes position in first quadrant(Keep Up the Good domain). The nurse and nursing service attributes position in second quadrant(Possible Overkill domain). The two attributes, convenience of check-in service, facilities and physical environment position in third quadrant(Low Priority domain). Finally the quality of inpatient service(food etc.) attributes position in fourth quadrant(Concentrate Here domain). These findings show various implications on the development of strategies in university hospitals in the future. It was determined that quality of inpatient service(food etc.) need to concentrate more on investments. These investments include a taste, price, proper provision of food service and quick response of pain management. A low priority was given to investment in streamlining the check-in process of inpatient and hospital facilities and physical environment in the long run.

단위제 고등학교의 애착장소 인식에 관한 연구 - 일본의 총합학과 고등학교를 대상으로 - (Research on the Space Recognition of Attachment Places of Credit-based High Schools - Focused on Japanese Comprehensive High Schools -)

  • As high schools implement credit completion system these days, concerns about the dissolution of classes, which are the original stable groups of studying and living, and the instability of the basal space, is growing due to the extended operation of moving optional classes. The purpose of this research is to understand the effect that environmental features of the basal space within the school and the operation method have on the students' space use and formation of attachment place within the school. For this, the main activity places, attachment places, school life satisfaction and others were investigated at 2 Japanese credit-based comprehensive high schools, which are different in the physical environmental features of school buildings. Based on this, a quantitative analysis about the distribution of activity places and attachment places was implemented. The space use features for each student attribute were compared, and the school life satisfaction for each type of attachment place formation was analyzed. As a result, the change of the territorial consciousness about the class space according to the implementation of moving optional classes could be understood. And it was confirmed that the students' space using behavior and place evaluation change according to the physical environmental feature of the class space and common space, and that this is affecting the life satisfaction of students.

BIM 기반 설계 자동화 도구와 디지털 트윈의 상호운용성 - 차세대 방음터널의 사례를 중심으로 - (BIM-based Design Automation Tool and Digital Twin Interoperability - Case of the Next Generation Noise Barrier Tunnel -)

  • Digital twins between "BIM Digital Model-Physical Prototype Model" will be built for Noise Barrier tunnel(NBT) that meet the definition of N.G smart city facilities derived from previous studies to build a data flow that connects data at each stage of design, construction, and operation. In this process, BIM design automation tools are created and utilized, and consistent transmission of member and attribute data is performed by converting them into IFC format. Through this, the purpose is to improve the labor-intensive environment required from the design stage of the NBT and to consistently maintain the information required for subsequent production and construction. This includes achieving changes in the construction industry based on digital transformation by unifying various data formats used differently for each industry from design to operation. In addition, it demonstrates that information exchange in the maintenance and management stages is possible based on the data exchange of the established digital twin and aims to improve the existing labor-intensive environment and expand operability between digital and physical information. As suggested in previous studies, the implementation of digital twins in these N.G smart city facilities includes the possibility of building an environment that adds to the possibility of high value-added product platforms as well as the function of big data platforms targeting existing smart cities.

남성 소비자의 소비가치에 따른 신사복 구매행동의 차이 (Differences in Purchase Behavior of Men's Suits among Male Consumption Value Groups)

  • This study classified respondents by consumption value and analyzed differences in the purchase behavior of men's suits among consumption value groups. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance were conducted in order to analyze research problems. Factor analysis results showed that male consumption values included safety-oriented value, individuality-oriented value, others-oriented value, pleasure-oriented value, aesthetic-oriented value, low price-oriented value, community-oriented value, utility-oriented value, innovation-oriented value, and self-expression oriented value. The study divided respondents into personal satisfaction pursuit group, beauty & functionality pursuit group, individuality pursuit group, and others-oriented & low cost preference group according to consumption value. There were significant differences in selection criteria for men's suit (product image, physical properties of product, and brand name), selection reasons of brand (fashion & ostentation, individuality, and refinement), store attributes (store environment/salesperson service, reputation/additional service, and product assortment/shopping convenience).
