Purpose: This study was to identify the perceptions of nursing student on the clinical practice environment and related variables. Methods: The subjects of this study were 180 nursing students from a college participated in clinical practice at four regional hospitals. Data was collected with the questionnaire tool for the perceptions of clinical practice environment. Results: The students highly satisfied in the major had significantly high perception in innovation, personalization, student involvement, and clinical practice satisfaction. The students with a low level of stress and a clearly named guidance nurse were significantly high in the perceptions of task orientation, innovation, personalization, student involvement, and practice satisfaction. Clinical practice environment variables such as task orientation, innovation, individualization, personalization, student involvement, and practice satisfaction were significantly correlated with each other. In student characteristics, the main variables directly influencing the perceptions of clinical practice environment were religion, the level of stress, and the method of guidance. Conclusion: Understanding the students' perspective would be valuable for promoting a positive clinical practice environment. Developing a cooperative system between the college and educational hospitals is necessary for effective clinical practice education.
Although wireless devices are the most suitable device for ubiquitous environment, they have restrictive capacities when using internet services than desktop environments. Therefore this research proposes a wireless internet service method that uses contents-based personalization. The existing websites can easily and promptly access desired news articles and other data through RSS-linked web contents and by the personalization method. The proposed method will make using wireless internet easier while lowering contents production costs. Moreover, personalized mobile web news contents that satisfy the preferences of users can be serviced.

With SDI service provided in libraries and information centers traditionally, this paper studies component technologies and structure of system platform in PIS(personalization information service based on the customized information service served currently in some institutions. The PIS system should provide relevant information as an output through the learning system analyzing user information searching behavior as an input value with personal profile information. To do it, this paper studies requirements and algorithms to develop PIS, and proposes learning system and recommendation system as core components in PIS.

It is essential to have Context-aware technology for personalization recommendation services and the appropriate representation and definition of Context information for context-aware. Ontology is possible to represent knowledge freely and knowledge can be extended by inferring. In addition, design of the ontology model is needed according to the purposes of utilization. This paper used context-aware technologies to implement a user personalization recommendation service. It also proposed the context through OWL modeling for user personalization recommendation service and used inference rules and inference engine for context reasoning.
As ubiquitous technology develops, there are many studies to provide various contents proper to users through a mobile device. However, there is a limit of information provision due to a small user interface of a mobile device. This study proposes a system that can solve a problem and provide an intelligent agent model appropriate to a mobile environment and job information positively that an individual user is interested. It is composed of a personalization engine to monitor users' behavior patterns and a learning algorithm to provide information to a mobile device. Analysis shows that preferred job items are different by sex, age and education, while a region affects job searching significantly.
Mobile devices have become the most influential media platform. Mobile advertising has thus grown much faster than any other type of advertising. This study is designed to examine antecedents of attitude toward mobile ads, antecedents such as irritation, personalization, and online information privacy concerns. The study also examines consumers' attitudes toward mobile ads as an antecedent of mobile advertising acceptance. Study findings suggest that irritation is not a statistically significant predictor of attitude toward mobile ads. An antecedent found to be positively related to attitude toward mobile ads is personalization and one found to be negatively related is online privacy concerns. Finally, consumers' attitudes toward mobile ads are found to be positively related to a general acceptance of mobile advertising. Practical implications are discussed.
Purpose: This study aims at understanding the impacts of three omnichannel attributes (channel transparency, channel uniformity, channel convenience) and four customer perceptions (perceived innovativeness, perceived personalization, perceived risk, perceived credibility) on customer experience and channel selection decision. Research design and methodology: A quantitative online survey with 356 shoppers was executed. The partial least squares linear structural model (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS were adopted to analyze the collected data and test the proposed hypotheses. Results: The research findings indicate four dominant results: (i) The customers' channel selection is directly determined by customer experience; perceived innovativeness; perceived personalization; perceived risk; and perceived credibility; and (ii) among these, the perceived risk shows negative impact on the customer's experience and customers' channel selection whereas others reveal the positive status; (iii) The customer experience represents the most decisive impact on the channel selection, then perceived personalization, perceived credibility, perceived innovativeness, and perceived risk. (iv) Three proposed channel attributes (transparency, uniformity, convenience) significantly influence the overall customer experience. Conclusions: This research adds to the body of knowledge in omnichannel retailing, customer experience, and customer channel selection. Furthermore, this research provides omnichannel retailers with practical implications for improving customer channel selection.
Purpose According to a recent survey, more than 90% of customers make purchase or use decisions for their products and services, primarily based on word-of-mouth(WOM) information (reviews, recommendations, ratings, etc.). However, few studies have explored what factors influence user's WOM intention in the context of OTT service. To address this gap, this study investigates the antecedent factors of WOM intention by adopting stimulus-organism-response (SOR) theory and pleasure arousal dominance (PAD) theory as a theoretical basis. Design/methodology/approach The research model consists of stimulus factors (diversity of original content, aesthetics, interactivity, personalization quality), emotional factors (pleasure, excitement, dominance), and behavioral factor (WOM intention). The research hypothesis was tested using the survey data collected from OTT service users of 305. Findings The result reveals that diversity of original content significantly affects on pleasure and arousal whereas it is not associated with dominance. Findings indicate that aesthetics positively influences pleasure, and interactivity is not associated with arousal. It is also proven that personalization quality has a positive effect on dominance. In addition, pleasure, arousal, and domination are proven to be positively and significantly related to WOM intention.
Purpose: The research aims to address the intricacies of AI and Big Data application within the food industry. This study explores the strategic implementation of AI and Big Data in the food industry. The study seeks to understand how these technologies can be employed to bolster consumer engagement and contribute to market expansion, while considering ethical implications. Research Method: This research employs a comprehensive approach, analyzing current trends, case studies, and existing academic literature. It focuses on the application of AI and Big Data in areas such as supply chain management, consumer behavior analysis, and personalized marketing strategies. Results: The study finds that AI and Big Data significantly enhance market analytics, consumer personalization, and market trend prediction. It highlights the potential of these technologies in creating more efficient supply chains, improving consumer satisfaction through personalization, and providing valuable market insights. Conclusion and Implications: The paper offers actionable insights and recommendations for the effective implementation of AI and Big Data strategies in the food industry. It emphasizes the need for ethical considerations, particularly in data privacy and the transparency of AI algorithms. The study also explores future trends, suggesting that AI and Big Data will continue to revolutionize the industry, emphasizing sustainability, efficiency, and consumer-centric practices.
As the highly improved Internet and information technology has led to the diversification of users' demands, personalization service attract lots of attention as a means to meet highly diversified demand of users. However, personalization service costs a lot. Also concerns over a possible violation of privacy have been raised since the service uses technology to find out the users' profiles. This research studies the advantages individuals acquire from personalization service and how privacy concern influences service acceptance. Research on related documents and information gathering from e-commerce sites derived six representative types of service. Questionnaires were utilized to research privacy concern according to services, service usefulness, and service acceptance. As expected, privacy concern has a negative relation to acceptance while service usefulness has a positive relation to it, thereby resulting in an offset between two variables. Moreover, they play a different role depending on what kinds of service or in formation should be provided. The results derived from this paper will help the e-commerce sites provide personalization service by collecting personal information while protecting users' privacy.
