자기애적 성격과 직무스트레스와의 관계에 대한 고찰 (A study of relationships between narcissism and job stress)

  • As the modern society is called the narcissistic society, the narcissism is widespread in the personality of individuals and the society at large. In consideration of this side, this study explored for several characteristics of the narcissistic personality and the job stress, and explored for the relationships between the two things theoretically. The narcissism is an attempt to repair self-esteem weakened by the splitting anxiety, the lack and the pathological fusion of self-structure. The job stress is a factor that a characteristic of the job influenced on the behavioral and affective response of the person on the job directly or indirectly. This study selected organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development as factors of the job stress. This study viewed that the stress is made from an interaction between environmental stimulus and personal particular reaction by defining the stress as an interaction model of stimulus-response and personal reaction is caused by psychological adjustment process, personal differences. On this occasion, this study discussed that the narcissistic personality is easy to get stress and weak in the job stress with regarding the personality as a mediation variation of psychological process. As a result, the narcissists estimated themselves positively and their self-esteem is high, but they excessively showed a self biased cognitive and affective response about the negative feedback to protect themselves. Moreover, this positive estimate on themselves and high self-esteem was vulnerable and weak in the self threat. In this view, the narcissistic personality is easy to get more job stress such as organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development.

간호학생의 학업성취에 관한 연구 -대학 간호학생의 심리적 제특성과 학업성취와의 관계- (Study on Achievement of Nursing Students-Relationship between Psychological Test Characteristics and Academic Achievement of Nursing Students in a Baccalaureate Program-)

  • There is an urgent need to improve the tool predicting success or failure of academic achievement of nursing in Korea so as to identify as early as possible those students who should receive special instruction and to improve screening procedures for admission of nursing. The main purpose of this study is to identify the correlation between the grade point averages of courses learned and their psychological test characteristics in a baccalaureate nursing program. All 240 students, except freshmen, enrolled in Nursing Department of Seoul National University in the spring semester, 1972, participated in this study. All of the subjects completed the psychometric tests such as interest test, personality test and test of self-concept. Total grade point averages, grade point averages of general education subjects, of supporting science courses and of professional education subjects were used as performance criteria of the students. Through the calculation of product-moment correlation coefficients between the test scores and four grade point averages of each class and of total subjects, the following findings and recommendations were obtained. 1. There was so much variation in characteristics of interest test correlated with academic achievement of nursing students in each class. 2. Since the school objectives, curriculum and teaching strategies may affect predictive efficiency of characteristics of students'interest test, interest test must-be utilized in a homogeneous group in order to predict school achievement. 3. Characteristics of interest test positively correlated at significant level with total grade point averages of all subjects were scientific interest-biological, scientific interest-physical, and humanitarian interest. Scientific interest-physics: was the only characteristic positively correlated at significant level with total grade point averages and grade point averages of professional courses. 4. There were various patterns in characteristics of personality test correlated with school achievement of nursing students by class pattern and personality maturation as they progress toward higher classes. 5. A characteristic of personality test, responsibility, is in high positive correlation with academic achievement in the upper division of classes. 6. Responsibility was the sole personality factor positively correlated at significant level with total grade point averages and grade point averages of nursing courses in the total number of students. 7. There were very different correlation coefficients between characteristics of self-concept test and academic achievement according to the type of each class and type of courses they learned. 8. Characteristics of self-concept test positively correlated at significant level with total grade point averages and grade point averages of nursing courses of all students were physical self and row variability. Those who have positive concept on their own physical status and who are deficient in self-concept were higher in total grade point averages and grade point averages of professional courses than other students. 9. Scores of professional courses offered in freshmen and sophomore classes were in positive correlation with limited number of characteristics of psychological tests. In pursuit of a tool predicting successful academic achievement of nursing students, their G.P.A. during the junior and senior year of nursing will serve as the more reasonable criteria. 10. Junior students of this school were in higher positive correlation with many psychological factors than other classes.

여대생의 라이프스타일에 따른 화장품충동구매와 성격특성 및 자아이미지의 비교 (Comparison on Cosmetic Impulse Buying, Personality Characteristic, and Self-image of College Women Based on Lifestyle)

  • 본 연구는 여대생을 대상으로 라이프스타일에 따른 화장품충동구매와 성격특성 및 자아이미지에 대하여 살펴보았다. 라이프스타일에 따른 화장품충동구매와 성격특성 및 자아이미지를 비교분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 여대생의 라이프스타일은 지적자아충실형, 활동적사회참여형, 서구적가치추구형, 생활장식선호형, 견실적가치추구형, 소극적타인지향형, 전통적 생활 추구형으로 도출되었고, 이 중 지적자아충실형, 활동적사회참여형, 서구적 가치추구형은 중요한 차원으로 나타났다. 이러한 라이프스타일의 요인을 유형화한 결과 견실적 서구 지향형,보수적 지식 추구형, 활동적 장식 선호형, 전통적 생활 추구형으로 분류되었다. 견실적 서구 지향형과 활동적 장식 선호형은 보수적 지식 추구형과 전통적 생활 추구형 보다 충동구매성향이 강한 것으로 드러났다. 성격특성과 자아이미지는 집단 간에 의미있는 차이를 나타내었다. 따라서 이들 집단들의 심리적 특성은 충동구매에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

댄스스포츠 참여 부부의 성격특성에 따른 부부친밀감의 자기 및 상대효과 (Actor and Partner Effects of Marital Intimacy according to Personality Characteristics of Couples Participating in Dance Sports)

  • 본 연구는 댄스스포츠 참여 부부의 성격특성에 따른 부부친밀감의 자기 및 상대효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있으며 댄스스포츠에 참여하고 있는 부부 148쌍을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 APIM모형을 분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 신경증과 관련하여 남편과 아내 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 남편의 부부친밀감에 대한 아내의 신경증은 부적 영향을 받았고 아내는 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개방성과 관련하여 남편에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 남편의 부부친밀감에 대한 아내의 개방성은 상대적으로 부적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고 아내는 동일 수준의 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외향성과 관련하여 아내에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 아내가 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성실성과 관련하여 남편과 아내 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며 서로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 친화성과 관련하여 아내에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 아내가 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 부부는 바람직한 여가활동을 선용하고 긍정적인 부부여가문화를 형성하여야 할 것이다.

대응일치분석을 이용한 외식기업의 브랜드개성 고찰: 퀵서비스 레스토랑과 패밀리 레스토랑의 비교 (A Study on the Brand Personality of Foodservice Companies using Correspondence Analysis: Comparative Analysis of Family and Quick-service Restaurants)

  • This study investigated and compared the brand personality of domestically run family restaurants with quick service restaurants. Information was elicited from respective patrons using self-administered questionnaires which asked questions on recognizable brand characteristic and attributes of each restaurant through image maps. Data from the self-administrated questionnaires were collected and analysed using comparative statistical analysis, including frequency, t-test, chi-square, factor analysis, reliability analysis and correspondence analysis. Overall, patrons identified 5 factors which they used to rank individual restaurants; sophistication, competence, likeableness, trendiness, and ruggedness. Overall results showed the family restaurants that scored highly on likeableness and trendiness were Outback and TGIF. Furthermore, Vips was the only family restaurants that scored highly in ruggedness. In relation to quick service restaurants, Lotteria scored highest for competence while McDonalds and Burger King scored best for sophistication. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

원자력발전소의 절차서 기반 업무에서 직무스트레스의 조직요인과 조직성향 분석 (An Assessment of the Job Stress Factors and the Organizational Personality Types in the Procedure‐based Job Conditions of Nuclear Power Plants)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the organizational types and the job stress factors that affect the procedure-based job performances in nuclear power plants(NPPs). We derived 24 organizational factors affecting to the job stress in NPPs from the job stress analysis models of NIOSH(1989), Cooper(1990), and Karasek(1990). onsidering the safety characteristic in operating tasks of NPPs, we individuate among the tasks in NPPs through the division of duty and the analysis of cost activity. Through the questionnaire survey, a structured interview with the responsible employees, and expert panels, we assess 70 tasks among 777 tasks managed officially under the procedures. They are the representative tasks to the duties of each division and are directly related to the safety. We utilize the OPTI(organizational personality type indicators) to characterize the personality type of each organization in NPPs.

성격점수를 이용한 ROC-curve 기반 사상체질 분류 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on Sasang Constitutional Classification Methods based on ROC-curve using the personality score)

  • Objectives : Sasang typology is extensively studied for the Sasang constitution diagnosis objectification with various data, for example, questionaires, reference materials, etc and analyzed with the several statistical methods. In this study, we used ROC-curve (Receiver Operating Characteristic curve) analysis to diagnose Sasang constitution, which is a kind of epidemiologic research methods and is away from traditional statistical methods. Methods : We collected personality questionnaire which consists of 15 items, from 24 oriental medical clinics. We analyzed the sensitivity and specificity using ROC curve method based on the score of personality questionnaire and also investigated classification accuracy and cut-off value of Sasang constitution. Results : The AUC (area under the ROC curve) value was 0.508 (p=.5511) for Taeeumin, 0.629 (p<.0001) for Soeumin and 0.604(p<.0001) for Soyangin, respectively. so the classification accuracy for Soeumin was highest Soeumin for over 30 points and Soyangin for below 28 points respectively. Conclusions : We suggest that Taeeumin is not classified easily in the ROC-curve analysis. We may classify Soeumin and Soyangin but the accuracy of Sasang constitutional diagnosis is still low.

글로벌시대 국내유치 국제기구의 법인격 - 한·아시아산림협력기구(AFoCO) 사무국의 사례를 중심으로 - (Review on the Legal Status and Personality of International Organization Hosted in Korea - In Case of AFoCO Secretariat -)

  • 우리정부는 AFoCO 협정의 이행을 위한 상설 행정조직으로서 AFoCO 사무국을 국내에 유치하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리 정부는 공식적으로 국제기구를 인정하는 기준을 마련하고 있지 않은 상태이며, 국제기구가 국내에서 법인격을 가지고 활동할 수 있는 국내법적 근거나 정부부처 차원의 국제기구 등록이나 국제기구 공인을 위한 법제도적 장치가 없는 현실이다. 이 글은 AFoCO 사무국의 국제기구로서의 지위를 설명하는데 필요한 국제법 이론과 국제기구의 국내법적 지위와 관련된 미국과 일본 등 선진국의 국제기구관련 국내 법제를 실증적으로 검토하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라의 글로벌화 추세 속에 향후 지속적으로 추진될 국제기구의 국내유치에 따른 국제기구 사무국의 국제법적 지위와 국내법인격의 문제의 해결을 위한 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. AFoCO 사무국은 한국과 아세안 회원국정부가 당사국이 되어 합의를 도출하고 국제법의 규율을 받는 조약으로 성립된 AFoCO 협정을 체결하여 설립되었다는 점, 국제기구는 당해 기구의 설립을 위한 국제법적 문서에 의하여 명시적으로 법인격이 부여되지 않아도 설립목적의 달성을 위해 필요한 범위 내에서 법인격을 보유한다는 묵시적 권한이론 등을 고려할 때 국제기구로서의 지위를 가지며 법인격을 향유한다. 따라서 AFoCO 사무국은 산림분야에 있어서 한국과 아세안 국가들 간의 협력사업 수행을 목표로 하는 행정적 기관으로서 한국과 아세안 회원국들이 당사국인 다자간 지역 국제기구라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 우리 정부가 글로벌 시대에 부응하여 좀 더 많은 국제기구를 적극 유치하고자 한다면 유치하는 국제기구에 대하여 사례별로 또는 국제법 이론에 근거하여 국제기구로서의 지위를 갖도록 할 것이 아니라 외교부 소관의 법률로 가칭 '국제기구 유치지원에 관한 법률'을 제정하여 명시적인 국내법 규정에 근거하여 국내 유치 국제기구에 대한 법적 지위를 부여할 뿐만 아니라 국제기구를 국내에 적극적으로 유지하도록 지원하는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

요통환자의 인성변화에 대한 임상적 고찰 (A Clinical study on mutation of personality in Low back pain patients)

  • We know that social psychologic factors important to make a decision on characteristic of back pain and prognosis. These facters have difficult to diagnosis of back pain and being protract the treatment session and which bring about a social problem caused the impairment compensation. Clinically, twenty low back pain patients, 8 organic pain group and 12 functional pain group have completed the MMPI(Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) and the results were as follows: l)Mean MMPI T-score of Hypochondriasis was 56.60(12.39, that of Depression was 57.95(7.71, and that of Hysteria was 57.50(7.15. and those of other scales were within normal range near to 50. 2)there was no significant difference between male and female groups on MMPI scales 3)The MMPI T-score of organic group was significantly higher than that of functional group on Hypochondriasis and Hysteria scale.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the component factors on images of good elementary teacher. 579 elementary teachers in Busan were sampled to be surveyed. The subjects answered open-ended questionnaire related to characteristics of good teacher. The number of items obtained from the questionnaire is 79. The exploratory factor analysis was applied to the data. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, the components of good teacher are classified into five factors : fairness, enthusiasm, commitment, warmth, self-management. All such factors might be related to the personality in common. It shows that teachers think the personality important as a characteristic of good teacher. On the basis of this result we offer a suggestion to the teacher education.
