By investigating structural relationships between personal image and self-efficacy, this experimental study purposes to suggest a direction and the meaning of effective education on personal image. Based on scholars' studies on personal image and self-efficacy, this study extracts a revised questionnaire on personal image. The experimental study proved the relationship between the variables of personal image and self-efficacy by using personal image questionnaires which are extracted from the literature study. For this purpose, we have conducted a questionnaire survey including 234 students from women's university in Seoul. The results of this study are as follows. First, for cognitions on personal image, which are components of the internal image, both the visual image and social image impacting on self-efficacy have a significant efficacy in the self-regulation factor. Second, the satisfaction rates of the components for personal image impacting all the factors of self-efficacy showed a significant effect. Third, the significant results are being obtained from the analysis of differences in self-efficacy according to the levels of satisfaction rates on internal image and social image, which are expected to have effects on the self-efficacy between the groups for all factors. However, according to the analysis of differences in self-efficacy in relation to the levels of satisfaction for visual images, only the self-confidence factor in the self-efficacy is different between the groups.
Recently, increasing use of big data have caused regulation factors of personal information and combination of pseudonymized information to emerge as key policy measures. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the mediating effect and moderating effect of pseudonymized information combination as the third variable in the relationship between regulation factors of personal information and big data utilization. The analysis showed the following results: First, among personal information regulation factors, definition regulation, consent regulation, supervisory authority regulation, and punishment intensity regulation showed a positive(+) relationship with the big data utilization, while among pseudonymized information combination factors, non-identification of combination, standardization of combined pseudonymized information, and responsibility of combination were also found to be in a positive relationship with the use of big data. Second, among the factors of pseudonymized information combination, non-identification of combination, standardization of combined pseudonymized information, and responsibility of combination showed a positive(+) mediating effect in relation to regulation factors of personal information and big data utilization. Third, in the relationship between personal information regulation factors and big data utilization, the moderating effect hypothesis that each combination institution type of pseudonymized information (free-type, intermediary-type, and designated-type) would play a different role as a moderator was rejected. Based on the results of the empirical research, policy alternatives of 'Good Regulation' were proposed, which would maintain balance between protection of personal information and big data utilization.

The aim of this paper is to identify and rank the main causes of fall accidents from scaffolding according to their relative importance as perceived by project managers and site engineers in construction projects in the Gaza Strip. A total of 50 questionnaires were distributed to project managers and site engineers, 35 questionnaires were received yielding 70% response rate. A total of 33 factors that cause fall accidents in scaffolding were identified through a literature review and consolidated by a pilot study. These factors were categorized into six groups: factors related to erection, factors related to the staff (Scaffolders), factors related to loads, factors related to the personal safety, factors related to the workers behavior, factors related to the personal competencies. The results indicated that factors related to the workers behavior are the major factors that caused fall accidents from scaffolds. The results revealed that the top ranked factors which caused falls accidents from scaffolding were: absence of personal protective equipment (PPE), missing ladders, wind loads, disguised the design code, lack of proper assembly or inspection, overhead tools and materials, climbing and neglect using ladders, lack of guardrails, missing bracing and working during fatigue. These findings would help contractors to understand the top factors that caused fall accidents so that they can take them into consideration in safety planning in order to minimize the possibility of their occurrences.
Objectives: More than half of youth smokers start to use cigarettes in their middle-school ages. Thus, middle school students should be the primary target population for smoking prevention education although the technical smoking rate is higher in high school students than in middle school students. Based on this significance, this study examined personal and social factors reinforcing non-smoking middle school students to acquire positive attitudes on smoking cigarettes. Methods: A total of 1,081 students of the 3 middle schools in Seoul participated in the self-administered survey. The designated schools were conveniently selected and all the 2nd-grade students of the schools participated in the survey. The questionnaire asked reinforcing social factors of smoking such as, family and parental history of drug use, close-people's smoking and drug use, personal experience of drug use, perceived smoking and drug use knowledge and attitudes, perceived smoking intention in future, and other delinquent behaviors. Results: Personal experience of drug and delinquent behaviors, perceived smoking intention in future, perceived knowledge of smoking, educational experience, and close-people's smoking and drug use were significantly related to students' attitudes on smoking. The significant factors affecting the positive attitudes of smoking were living with broken family and few education experience of smoking in school as social factors and strong smoking intention in future, high score of delinquent behavior, and low score of drug use knowledge as personal factors. Conclusions: Adolescents' strong smoking intention and little smoking education experience would primary personal and social factors reinforcing positive attitudes on smoking. Thus, school-based educational programs preventing smoking intention need to be developed and to be delivered to middle school students to minimize the future smoking population in a long-term perspective.

The sample consisted of 51 noncommissioned officers, 72 administrative officers and 160 nurse officers from army hospitals. The data were collected from March 14 to April 18, 1994 and statistically analysed by percentage, mean and $x^2$ test. Factors of job satisfaction consist of 6 categories; job pristige, interaction, autonomy, task requirements, pay, and organizational requirements. The overall job satisfaction degree was $62.8\%$ in NCOs, $54.2\%$ in administrative officers and $33.3\%$ in nurse officers. The job satisfaction of NCCs increased in factors of job prestige (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), task requirement (p<0.05), and was higher as age. There were statistically significant in the factors of pay in school background, Job prestige in rank (p<0.05). This study examines factors influencing nonusers' resistance to the adoption of the metaverse, focusing on propagation mechanisms. It elucidates the role of innovation resistance within the metaverse adoption process. We applied the Innovation Resistance Model in the context of the metaverse and considers three major groups of factors influencing resistance to the metaverse: innovation characteristics (perceived usefulness, compatibility, perceived risk, and complexity), consumer characteristics (personal innovativeness), and propagation mechanisms (mass media, online media, and personal communication). An online survey of college students who do not use the metaverse revealed that perceived usefulness, compatibility, personal innovativeness, and online media were negative predictors of resistance to the metaverse. Conversely, perceived risk, mass media, and personal communication were positive predictors of resistance to the metaverse. Furthermore, innovation resistance was found to play a mediating role in the metaverse adoption process. Drawing upon the findings, we suggested marketing strategies to decrease resistance to the metaverse.
