Supernumerary teeth are in excess of the normal number of teeth in either the primary or permanent dentitions. They are classified into supplemental teeth resembling those of the normal series and rudimentary teeth with abnormal shapes, according to their form. Most of the supernumerary teeth are rudimentary form, and supplemental teeth are much less common. Sulppemental teeth are most common in the permanent maxillary lateral incisor area and clinicians should be careful with differential diagnosis from normal teeth. Unerupted supernumerary teeth may produce several complications such as delayed eruption, displacement of permanent teeth, diastema, root resorption and cyst formation. Early detection and proper treatment plan according to the tooth alignment and root formation stage are important. Here we report 3 cases of unilateral or bilateral normal incisor shaped supernumerary lateral incisors treated by eruption observation, surgical extraction and orthodontic treatment with resin build-up.
The paper considers the main processes of evolution and convergence of information and communication technologies, which have a permanent source for creation and introduction of innovations in learning and education. The modern scientific and technological revolution gives new features to all modern activities, including activities in the sphere of education, influencing it and transforming its phases, form and content, and perhaps understanding in general. Consequently, general understandings about the essence of the provision of educational services and their technological support are also being transformed. Note that, according to scientists, convergence is a new determinant of the development of society, and evolution is a multidimensional natural process of development (becoming).
Tropospheric parameters, in the form of Total Zenith Delay (TZD) corrections, were estimated with the current GPS network of Korea. We estimated the TZD using the Korea Astronomy Observatory GPS Network of nine permanent stations. About four years of data were processed to get the continuous time series of the TZD. The longest time series is obtained from the site DAEJ, which has been in operation for about 10 years. We analyzed the seasonal and annual signals in the TZD estimates at DAEJ and spatial correlations among eight sites.
Occurence of different forms of Carabelli's cusp on the maxillary first permanent molar was studied in 282 Korean children. The results were as follows; 1. The Carabelli's cusp was absent in 36.2% of the teeth studied. 2. The percentages of various form appeared Carabelli's tubercle were as follows; a. Pronounced tubercle............9.9% b. Slight tubercle............24.5% c. Groove............25.5% d. Pit............3.9%

The soil nailing system at permanent slope reinforcement is used with various facing methods in Korea. Also, pressure-injected grout technique is variously applied to many structures. However, most design of the pressure-injected grout technique have been carried out empirically because of complicated mechanisms associated with the behavior of surrounding soils and the hardening process of cement grout. Therefore this study, a newly modified soil nailing technology named as the PGSN (Pressure Grouting Soil Nailing) system with fabric form is developed to increase the global stability. Up to now, the PGSN system has been estimated mainly focusing on an establishment of the design procedure. In the present study, numerical study are carried out to evaluate potential failure surface and minimum factor of safety including facing stiffness and expanded radius of cemented grout by SSR (Shear Strength Reduction) technique. Also, results of numerical analysis are carried out for the typical section of soil nails slope using $FLAC^{2D}$ program for expanded effective radius by pressure grouting.
Discrete Element Method (DEM) simulations were developed to investigate the effectiveness of geosynthetic reinforcement and the effectiveness of maintenance techniques performed on a simulated ballast bed subjected to dynamic loading. The results from four samples subjected each one to a total of 425 load cycles are presented: one unreinforced and unmaintained sample, one unmaintained but reinforced sample, one unreinforced sample subjected to maintenance in the form of stoneblowing after 200 load cycles, and one unreinforced sample subjected to maintenance in the form of tamping after 200 load cycles. The obtained values of permanent deformation as a function of the applied number of load cycles for the four cases are presented together allowing a comparison of the effectiveness of each technique. Moreover, snapshots of the simulated track sections are presented at different moments of the simulations. The simulations indicated that the geosynthetic reinforcement may not be beneficial for the analyzed case while stoneblowing was the most effective maintenance technique.

Shortening the construction duration of structural frame work is extremely important because the work accounts for a major percentage of all cost and duration in large projects. For this reason, new construction methods to reduce the duration of structural frame work are being continuously studied and developed. A PSRC composite column, which uses steel angles instead of H-beams, has the advantages of flexural strength and ductility. Moreover, with this PSRC technique, conventional work for reinforcing bars in columns in practice can be skipped. However, one limitation exists in which the form work is still required. This research proposes a Form-LPSRC column method that is prefabricated with the column frame that includes permanent forms attached. Feasibility was examined with mock-up specimens and finally, the technique applied to real practice. Compared to the conventional SRC column method, this study demonstrated that the proposed technique has many advantages in construction duration, cost, quality, safety and environment.

Developmental dental morphological anomalies are fusion, gemination, twinning, concrescence and etc. They may cause many problems in conservative, periodontal and esthetic aspects. Fusion is a condition where two separate tooth buds unite at some stage in their development to form a bifid crown. If tooth contact occurs early, at least before the start of calcification, the two teeth may be completely unites to form a single large tooth. If tooth contact occurs after the time when a portion of the tooth crown has completed its formation, there may be union of the roots only. In fusion the dentin is always confluent. Fusion teeth is more common in the deciduous than in the permanent dentition. Fused teeth are relatively rare, and are mostly mandibular anterior teeth. Fusion of normal and supernumerary teeth or between normal teeth may occurs. The exact etiology factor of fusion is unknown, but genetic and environmental factors seems to be related. A variety of complications and subsequent treatments have been suggested on this teeth. Periodontal conditions may arise due to a groove formed at the line of fusion of the two teeth. Crowding or Protrusion with potential for malocclusion or delayed eruption of adjacent teeth. Fusion teeth appear in the anterior region, they usually cause esthetic problems. Treatments vary depending on the problem, the location, and the extent of fusion. Treatment of fused teeth has been reported from endodontic, orthodontic, periodontic, surgical and multidisciplinary. This report presents the esthetic improvements by separation of two clinical crowns. Bone reduction or endodontic treatments are not required.
The Direct Torque Control (DTC) technique for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) is receiving increased attention due to its simplicity and robust dynamic response when compared with other control techniques. The classical switching table based DTC results in large flux and torque ripples in the motors. Several studies have been reported in the literature on classical DTC. However, there are only limited studies that actually discuss or evaluate the classical DTC. This paper proposes, novel switching table / DTC methods for PMSMs to reduce torque ripples. In this paper, two DTC schemes are proposed. The six sector and twelve sector methodology is considered in DTC scheme I and DTC scheme II, respectively. In both DTC schemes a simple modification is made to the classical DTC structure. The two level inverter available in the classical DTC is eliminated by replacing it with a three level Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) inverter. To further improve the performance of the proposed DTC scheme I, the available 27 voltage vectors are allowed to form different groups of voltage vectors such as Large - Zero (LZ), Medium - Zero (MZ) and Small - Zero (SZ), where as in DTC scheme II, all of the voltage vectors are considered to form a switching table. Based on these groups, a novel switching table is proposed. The proposed DTC schemes are comparatively investigated with the classical DTC and existing literatures through theory analysis and computer simulations. The superiority of the proposed DTC method is also confirmed by experimental results. It can be observed that the proposed techniques can significantly reduces the torque ripples and improves the quality of current waveform when compared with traditional and existing methods.

This paper aims to clarify the spatial form and functional characteries of traditional market place in Seomjin river. The objects of this study are Gokseong, Gurye, Soonchang, and Okgok market place. The results are as follows. First, the form of the traditional market that it was open focusing on large open space of a village was maintained until now. Second, the spatial form of a market place surrounds market-shop located at the center of a market, and a permanent market-store is located in a line. Spatial element important for constituting a market place is three, market-shop, stall, and the mall of market place, and each spatial element is functioning in linkage. The unit space of market-shop is mainly determined by between pillars, and a store is opened. And the same type of industry adjoins, and market-shop's forms a fixed domain and is distributed. The stall is located with many kinds and forms at street mall, and it is taking charge of the important function of trade.
