From Feb. 2006, the ventilating systems with air exchange rate of over 0.7times/hour are installed at the apartment houses (over 100 units). Installation cost and maintenance cost are very important factors for ventilating system because consumers have to pay the expenses of that system. Especially small apartment needs more considerations because small apartment is comparatively the economically weak part. The purpose of this study is to the performance evaluation of the hybrid ventilation system for small apartment houses. Hybrid system 1 consists of natural ventilation system and duct type exhaust diffusers. Hybrid system 2 has natural ventilation system and toilet exhaust system with static pressure fan. Infiltration of test apartment houses with ventilation system is under 0.1 times/hour. Mean air age of hybrid system 1 is 1.52 hours and hybrid system 2 is 1.42 hours. Mean ventilation effectiveness of hybrid system 2(93%) is higher than that of hybrid system 1(81%).

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability on firm value, as well as the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR), which in this study is a moderator and company size as a control variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, to obtain a sample of 22 LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The data analysis method in this study used was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS 18 Program. The results show that the ratios of liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability are significant to firm value in accordance with the initial hypothesis of the study. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a role as a moderating variable and company size variable as a control variable on the effect of financial ratios (liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability) on firm value. The implication of this research is that CSR has a very important role in increasing company value. To attract more investors, companies must pay attention not only to financial performance but also to social performance. Large-scale companies tend to do more CSR so that the company value will increase.

한국춤의 표상을 색채라는 의미에서 조명한다. 한국춤의 고유한 색과 빛은 한국예술의 정수이자 한국인의 의식을 투영한다. 그러므로 한국예술, 색과 의미를 분석한다는 것은 한국의 색을 재조명할 수 있는 미학적 해석의 원리를 제공할 수 있다. 이는 한국예술의 근원을 묻고 인문학적 기반으로서 독창적 콘텐츠의 개발 가능성에 주목해야 함을 뜻한다. 색과 삶, 그것이 문화가 되는 한국적 사상과 철학은 한국 예술의 또 다른 재창조적 시야를 위한 뿌리로 남는다. 따라서 한국춤을 인식하는 여러 가지 미적 태도는 다양한 해석의 확대와 함께 예술로서 한국적 정체성의 체계를 확립하는 것이 필요한 때이다.

This study has uncovered some important relationships among employees perceptions of distributive justice and procedural justice and organizational commitment and job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The present study attempts, first, to identify the perceived justice in promotion and transfer, performance evaluation, pay raise, job allocation and job fire. Second, to determine the relative importance of DJ(distributive justice) and PJ(procedural justice). Add to that two's justice's impact organizational committment, job satisfaction and to examine relationships of organizational committment, job satisfaction. Third, to examine relationships of organizational committment, job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The research is the identification of a modest but significant relationship between the two justice and organizational commitment and job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The result make it clear that employee find that right personnel management of fairness.

There is a tradition of advocating the 'two basics' (basic knowledge and basic skills) in Chinese mathematics education. The direct consequence is that Chinese students are able to produce excellent performance in the international mathematics examinations and outstanding results in the international mathematics competitions. In this article, we will present why and how Chinese teachers teach the 'two basics,' and how combine the pupil's creativity with their 'two basics.' Open ended problem solving is a way to meet the goal. The following topics will be concerned: Culture background; the speed of computation; 'make perfect' ; Efficiency in classroom; Balance between 'two basics' and personal development. In Particular, Chinese mathematics educators pay more attentions to the link between open ended problem solving and the 'two basics' principal.

In this Paper, slack is computed from a comparision of the cable pay out rate and the ship ground speed in accordance with laying conditions, and the speed controller of the cable engine based on an $H^{\infty}$ servo control is designed for adjusting the cable engine in order to lay a desired amount of slack. The controller is designed to have the robust tracking property of the cable engine under disturbances. The performance of the designed controller is evaluated by computer simulation, and, consequently, a feasibility study for laying the submarine cable stably is done through analyzing simulation results.

Support vector machine (SVM) active learning plays a key role in the interactive content-based image retrieval (CBIR) community. However, the regular SVM active learning is challenged by what we call "the small example problem" and "the asymmetric distribution problem." This paper attempts to integrate the merits of semi-supervised learning, ensemble learning, and active learning into the interactive CBIR. Concretely, unlabeled images are exploited to facilitate boosting by helping augment the diversity among base SVM classifiers, and then the learned ensemble model is used to identify the most informative images for active learning. In particular, a bias-weighting mechanism is developed to guide the ensemble model to pay more attention on positive images than negative images. Experiments on 5000 Corel images show that the proposed method yields better retrieval performance by an amount of 0.16 in mean average precision compared to regular SVM active learning, which is more effective than some existing improved variants of SVM active learning.

This study is designed to suggest future development guidelines for leave-out lands in the land readjustment project area. For this purpose, physical conditions which affect living conditions were surveyed. The findings are follows. First, the living conditions in the lands are low with shortage of parking space and green area, narrow and low-performance road conditions, disordered fence and roof. Furthermore, illegal waste disposal made the condition even worse. Second, it is desirable to make separated plan for the leave-out lands because they have quite different living conditions from those of the land readjustment project area. Third, it is suggested that urban planning and architectural laws should pay attention to the leave-out lands to improve living conditions. It is also recommended that planning obligations for the leave out land should be imposed on land developers.

We pay attention to a coupled problem by a penalty term which is induced from non-overlapping domain decomposition methods based on augmented Lagrangian methodology. The coupled problem is composed by two parts mainly; one is a problem associated with local problems in non-overlapping subdomains and the other is a coupled part over all subdomains due to the penalty term. For the speedup of iterative solvers for the coupled problem, we propose two different types of preconditioners: a block-diagonal preconditioner and an additive Schwarz preconditioner as overlapping domain decomposition methods. We analyze the coupled problem and the preconditioned problems in terms of their condition numbers. Finally we present numerical results which show the performance of the proposed methods.

It is very important to pay careful attention to construction of earthwork/tunnel transition zone for railway. The transition zone of the railway is the section which roadbed stiffness is suddenly varied. Differences in stiffness have dynamic effects and these increase the forces in the track and the extent of deformation. In this study, performance of transition zone was investigated through the field tests. The wheel loads and sleeper settlement were measured after installing field testing sections.
