  • In this study, through an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis, the internal construction project was designed to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the project and provide suggestions on the quality of communication. To carry out this study, a selection factor was selected by referring to AHP theory and existing prior research. AHP technique was used to collect weights after analysis, examine and analyze gaps. In the interior construction project, the most important factor among the factors influencing the quality of communication to the project performance was communication interaction. Among the sub-factors, accuracy of exchange of information and timeliness of communication were shown in the order of importance. Looking at the results of comprehensive analysis of the first and second layers, the accuracy of information exchange among the elements of communication quality was found to be the number 1 in weight. The timeliness of communication, which is ranked second, and communication that takes place at an appropriate time can lead to efficiency in shortening the project execution period by eliminating unnecessary work. And, Among the factors that affect communication quality, it was analyzed that communication method is not an important factor when compared to other factors. This study shows that quality of communication influences the performance of interior construction projects and provides suggestions for improving communication quality. And it has been confirmed that managing communication quality can act as an important issue that can improve business performance in project execution and production of results.

  • This paper focuses on the SE concept based on the weapon system design, which is the lack of systematic research at the stage of military requirements creation prior to acquisition management phase. Influence factors were derived by focusing on the core issues that were at issue in the process of requirements analysis, requirements verification, and business management in recent years. Next, the impact factor was prioritized using the AHP technique and then alternatives were suggested. As a result, through the hierarchical analysis process, 'substantiation of necessity' was found to be the most important factor in the large category, and 'satisfaction of the operating concept' was the most important factor. In addition, as a result of calculating the final weight for each nutritional factor, it was analyzed in order of 'enemy threat response ability', 'response to operational environment change', 'performance considering operational environment', and 'guaranteed power generation'. The results of this analysis suggest which factors should be focused on, firstly, based on the concept of SE by the military and JCS.

  • As global competition is intensifying, companies are entering not only developed markets but also emerging and developing countries. In emerging and developing countries, business-to-governmental relations are an essential factor influencing the firm performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of corporate political activities on firm performance. Using the BEEPS data developed by the EBRD and the World Bank, the effect of various bribery activities regarded as corporate political activities on the firm performance was examined. Also, the moderating effect of competition type on the firm performance was proved. As the results, the bribery contribution, which is a corporate political activity, has a positive effect on the firm performance. Specifically, when infrastructure bribery occurred, costs and sales were higher, and when permission bribery was granted, profits, costs, and sales were higher. In addition, the effect of bribery as a corporate political activity on firm performance is moderated by competition type. These findings have academic and practical implications for empirical analyzing of SMEs' firm performance, guidelines suggestion for entry into the other countries, generalization possibility of using credible data, developing and designing export support systems and programs. Finally, limitations of the research and future research directions were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the factors affecting the research results of humanities and social sciences based convergence research. For this purpose, personal characteristics, research environment factor, researcher factor, research team factor, and support agency factor were set as influence factors of convergence research. Survey was conducted for researchers who are conducting research on humanities and social sciences based convergence research. As a result, it was found that factors influencing research on humanities and social sciences based convergence were researcher factor, supporting agency factor, research environment factor(major), and the influence of these factors on convergence research result was 51.6%. The implications of the research results are as follows: First, when performing the convergence research based on humanities and social science, individual factor of the researcher is more important than the factor of the research team in the performance of convergence research. Second, the support organization can improve the convergence research result through continuous management of convergence research results. Third, the research field (major) of the researcher also influences the performance of the convergence research. Therefore, the research field (major) should be considered important in the formation of the convergence research team.

Interview survey was done during the period from August to October, 1986. Interviewee were 166 CHPs among total of 217 CHPs in Kyonggi province area. Multiple stepwise regression and canonical correlation analysis were used to identify major factors influenced to perform community health practitioners' task. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. General characteristics of CHPs 1) Personal characteristics The average age of CHPs was 37.8 years and their marital status was $77.6\%$ of married, educational back-ground was $65.3\%$ of junior college graduation. Their job career was $38.6\%$ of between 1-3 years, $33.3\%$ of between 3-5 years, $22.2\%$ of less than 1 years. Most of CHPs$(62.8\%)$ were fully satisfied with their job, $33.3\%$ were moderately, and $3.8\%$ were not satisfied. 2) Working environmental condition Only $31.7%$ of CHPs were satisfied with their working condition of primary health post, $26.6\%$ were not satisfied. Half of CHPs$(52.5\%)$ replied having good cooperation with health center, $10.1\%$ replied bad. Cooperation with health subcenter was good in $32.9\%$, and bad in $21.9%$. Cooperation with private health institutions was good in $34.2\%$, bad in $21.6%$. 2. Performance level of community health practitioners' task Among a total of 52 contents of their functions medical history taking. physical examination, referral of diagnostic laboratory work-up($(86.4\%)$, health assessment of pregnant women$(82.1\%)$, development of health information system$(79.4\%)$, supervision of health workers $(78.4\%)$, follow-up of family planning acceptors$(77.3\%)$, and follow-up of family planning acceptors' side effects$(77.3\%)$ were actively performed. Diagnosis of pregnancy$(62.1\%)$, sampling of drinking water for quality test$(52.5\%)$, making list of equipment' & supplies $(51.5\%)$, evaluation of primary health post activities $(37.6\%)$, organization of village health workers$(32.4\%)$ and management of village health workers $(30.1\%)$ were poorly performed. 3. Stepwise multiple regression analysis of job function The factors which influenced the performance level of community health practitioners' function were age, marital status, educational level, job career, job satisfaction, satisfaction of working environment of primary health post, cooperation of health center, cooperation of health center, cooperation of private health instiutions in orders. These 9 variables were able to explain job function from $25.7\%$ of program planning to $6.7\%$ of management of common disease. 4. Canonical correlation analysis between the performance of function and general characteristics of CHPs. Cooperation of private health institutions was found to be the factor influencing task performance of community organization, management of primary health post, technical supervision of health personnels. • Purpose: Focusing manner is very powerful mind-body self-help and self-awareness competence. So focusing manner may affect nurses' emotional labor and nursing performance, but few are known about it to date. The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of focusing manner, emotional labor, nursing performance of clinical nurses, and the factors that affect nursing performance. Methods: In order to collect data, structured questionnaires were administered to 212 nurses who worked at 2 university hospitals located in D city. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0. Results: Nursing performance had positive relationship with focusing manner (r=.45, p<.001), and negative relationship with emotional labor (r=-.25, p<.001). And the most prediction factor influencing nursing performance was focusing manner (${\beta}=.41$, p<.001) and the other factors were age (${\beta}=.30$, p=.002), and emotional labor (${\beta}=.14$, p=.012). The total variance was 37.1% by those predictors (F=25.87, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and educational program on focusing manner-oriented psychotherapy in order to improve the nursing performance. Also, the management system for controlling emotional labor needs to be set up for nurses in clinical settings.
