  • Influences of convergent services on the overall industry has become noticeable. Various services are becoming to converge into a single platform because of ever-hanging needs of digital service users. However, few studies have investigated how users' perception of convergent services as well as the quality of experience that service users have while using the convergent services. Therefore, this study aims at identifying perceived patterns of convergent services by IPTV users, which is one of the representative convergent-ervice platforms. It also aims at identifying the impact of perceived convergence pattern on the relationship between goal congruency among individual services and the quality of user experience. Two empirical studies were conducted to accomplish the research goals. We have constructed two prototypes of convergent digital services in the IPTV environment and conducted controlled experiments to verify the research hypotheses. The results indicate that design similarities of two services substantially influence the perceived patterns of convergent services. It was also found that the perceived convergent patterns have significant moderating effects on the impact of perceived goal congruence upon the quality of user experience. This paper ends with limitations as well as implications of the study results.

  • Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in the domain of IT is a representative phenomenon that is expected to provide the saturated existing markets with a new source of profit. Especially, T-Commerce combines familiarity of TV and immediacy of the Internet which are expected to cover all the users familiar with each media and expand the existing commercial transactions. Telecommunications-broadcasting convergence in Korea, however, is focusing on technical and regulatory aspects so that research on the real users is not up to the mark yet. This is the most fundamental problem in hampering growth in the corresponding service and market. Thus, we are proposing an adoption model on T-Commerce to rapidly expand the convergence service through understanding the potential users. Perceived utilitarian and hedonic values, perceived interactivity, media substitution and personal innovativeness have been examined as the factors influencing the users' intention to adopt a new convergence service. As a result of empirical analysis, it is verified that perceived utilitarian and hedonic values and personal innovativeness directly influenced the users' intention to adopt whereas perceived interactivity had indirect affect on them. T-Commerce service providers should not only emphasize on the benefit that the older media could not provide the users with, but also provide them with more pleasure and entertaining experience during the course of satisfying the users' needs to distinguish T-Commerce from the other existing media.

소셜 미디어의 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향변수에 관한 연구 (Understanding factors affecting users' social media continuance)

  • 소셜 미디어에 대한 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향변수와 그 관계에 대한 보다 체계적이고 종합적인 설명이 필요하다. 이를 위해 소셜 미디어 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향변수(소셜 미디어 활동참여, 개인정보 노출위험, 지각된 향유, 몰입, 그리고 집단 동일시)와 소셜 미디어 이용에 대한 태도를 중심으로 모형을 설정하고 가설을 설정하였다. 수립된 가설을 실증적으로 검증하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하고 AMOS를 이용하여 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 신뢰성과 타당성이 확보된 연구결과를 토대로 분석한 결과 소셜 미디어 활동참여, 지각된 향유, 그리고 몰입이 소셜 미디어 지속성에 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 소셜 미디어에 대한 태도가 소셜 미디어 지속이용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 연구결과의 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

여고생의 유행태도에 따른 의복구매시의 디스플레이 활용도와 인지위험 (A Study on the Use of Display and Perceived Risk according to High School Girls′ Attitudes Toward Fashion)

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate the use level of display and perceived risk of high school girls according to their attitudes toward fashion. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, $x^2$, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The sample consisted of 390 students at four girls' high schools located in Seoul. The results are as follows : 1. Based on the attitudes toward fashion, respondents were classified into 3 groups, fashion-oriented, fashion-conformed, fashion-retarded. No differences were found in fashion attitudes among and between the groups by residing place. The group having higher interest in fashion spent more expenditure for apparels, and showed the higher interest in display, and highly regarded the needs of display. 2. The more fashion-oriented group showed higher degree of risk perceiving. Especially, they perceived psychological risk, fashionability risk, and social risk highly. And all the three groups perceived opportunity risk most. 3. In general, those who are more sensitive to fashion showed more positive attitude of risk reduction activities.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning fashion mobile marketing. This study contributes to the effect on shopping behavior of m-commerce consumer applying technology acceptance model(TAM) in the mobile fashion merchandise shopping environment. The areas of study interest are mobile commerce interface characteristics, flow, perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude, purchase intention. To fulfill the study objectives, a total of 406 questionnaires were conducted to the customers with first-hand experience with merchandise in mobile commerce. The judgement sampling method was employed on sample population ages from 20s to 30s over two month period. Based on the results of the above-mentioned path analysis, The result showed that different factors affect acceptance intention of the fashion M-commerce. The result which extended TAM relationship, excepted affects in perceived ease of use by navigation and Flow, perceived usefulness by perceived ease of use and purchase intention by perceived ease of use considers from all relationships the effect put out. On this wise, mobile commerce interface characteristics needs provider of basic contents to fashion mobile commerce technology acceptance and suggested the ability which diffuses a fashion mobile transactions.

건강신념모형을 적용한 사무직 근로자의 근골격계질환에 대한 인식도 및 예방프로그램 요구도 조사 (A Study on the Perception and Needs of Prevention Program for Musculoskeletal Disease of Office Workers Based on the Health Belief Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to research the health belief, perception and need of prevention program for musculoskeletal disease of office workers in a public corporation. Method: We surveyed 339 office workers at a industry based in Ahn Yang, Kyunggi Province, with questionnaires, during the period June 3rd - June 18th, 2004. Result: Forty-four percent of the subjects said they had musculoskeletal symptoms, and 10.9% said they had received medical treatment for musculoskeletal disease in the last year. Factors that affected perception of musculoskeletal disease were appeared to be perceived severity, perceived barrier, cue to action, marital status, regular exercise and age, and they explained 23.2% of perception of musculoskeletal disease. Factors that affected need of prevention program appeared to be perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefit and PC using hours, and they explained 20.8% of need of prevention program. Conclusion: In conclusion, we suggested that in management the prevention of musculoskeletal disease for office workers, it should be considered nursing intervention strategies to reinforce health belief.

사무직 근로자의 A, B형 성격유형에 따른 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 비교 (Factors Influencing Health Promoting Behaviour according to the Type A/B Personality of White Collar Workers)

  • Purpose: The study was done to identify factors influencing health promoting behaviour in office workers according to the type A/B personality. Methods: The data were collected by questionnaires from 249 workers in Seoul and Gyung-gi province. Measures were a health promoting behaviour, the type of personality, self-esteem, perceived health status, social support, and job stress. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 15.0 version. Results: This study suggests that A type office workers have a little lower degree in health promoting behaviour, self-esteem, social support and have a higher degree in perceived health status, perceived symptoms and job stress than those of B type office workers. The factors which influence A type office workers on health promoting behaviour are social support, perceived health status and self-esteem, which accounted for 40.2% of the variance and those of B type office workers, self-esteem and perceived health status accounted for 24.5%. Conclusion: It needs to develop and operate self-management program for health maintenance and promotion for the type A/B personality White Collar Workers.

혈액투석 환자의 간호요구도와 지각된 간호수행도 차이 (Difference Between Nursing Demand and Perceived Nursing Performance in Hemodialysis Patients)

  • Purpose: In the present study, the difference in patients' nursing demands and nursing performance as perceived by the patients was examined. Methods: The participants were 272 patients on maintenance hemodialysis at five university hospitals. Nursing need and nursing performance were measured using the tool developed by Lee for this study. Results: The mean score for nursing demand was 3.35 points out of 4. The scores were higher for participants with middle school graduation or less, those not professing religion, and those whose medical insurance was of the medicaid type. The mean score for perceived nursing performance was 3.22 points out of 4. Nursing performance as perceived by hemodialysis patients was lower than nursing demand for 22 of 28 items. The item with the largest difference between nursing performance and nursing demand was 'Give a pain-free injection', followed by 'Explain about insurance benefits and supports' and 'Maintain quiet environment in the hemodialysis unit enabling rest during hemodialysis'. Conclusion: The results show that nursing performance as perceived by hemodialysis patients was lower than nursing demand. This result indicates a need to develop appropriate strategies to enhance nursing performance, especially for items that showed low nursing performance.

군 병원코디네이터에 대한 역할인식과 서비스 요구도 (Service Needs and Role Awareness of Military Hospital Coordinator)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the service needs and role awareness of military hospital coordinator to provide basic data for establishing the role of military hospital coordinator and facilitating efficient, systematic work performance. Questionnaires were used to survey military hospital out patients for 25 days from July 13 to August 11. 2011. The subjects were 616 outpatients. Research results, the recognition of higher awareness of the military hospital coordinator to perform the work to know if the work performed was low awareness of the present in the generally. High service needs was generally presented among outpatients that perceived the work performed by the military hospital coordinator, and most of the work preformed in the service needs was higher, showed a high needs. The results of this study showed that military hospital outpatients presented low role awareness but high level of service needs for military hospital coordinator. Establish roles of military hospital coordinator and provide for systematic performance if so can military hospital will contribute to improving service satisfaction.

일부 지역 보육교사의 구강건강관련 실천도 및 구강보건교육 인식도·필요도 조사 (Oral Health Practices of Some Local Child Care Teachers Oral Health Education Awareness and Need Survey)

  • Purpose. Infant oral health care forms the basis of lifelong health, and the role of child care teachers in contributing to the quality level in the formation of correct habits at this time throughout the infant's health care and education is very important. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the perceived oral health status of nursery teachers and the necessity of oral health education, and to emphasize that the oral health of teachers is closely related to the oral health of infants and young children. Methods. This study was conducted from May to June 2018 by surveying private nursery teachers in some parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do province by using the self-entry method. The research tools consisted of the general characteristics of subjects, subjective oral health status, oral health practice, oral health education awareness, and oral health education needs. We used shceffe as a post hoc test to compare the differences between groups after frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. The linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health practice and awareness, and oral health education needs. The statistical level was .05. Results. According to the results of this study, the oral health related practice according to the demographic characteristics is at the final education level, and the oral health related awareness is age, marital status and oral health education needs. The results showed statistically significant differences in final educational attainment and cohabitation. Regarding the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health related practice and awareness, and oral health education needs There were significant differences in oral health practice(β =.329) and oral health education needs (β =.158). Conclusion. Based on the above results, the child care facility can emphasize the importance of the role of the child care teacher in the oral health care of infants, and the basic data for the establishment of the child care management program in the future by reflecting the role of the teacher in the development of the child care management program of the child care facility.
