  • According as many people use a computer newly, damage of computer virus and hacking is rapidly increasing by the crucial users. A computer virus is one of program on computer and has abilities of self reproduction and destruction like a virus of biology.   • Modernity in costumes is analyzed as the preference of change and novelty, the formation of the masses, and the aspect of function, which is transplanted by western modernization. However, it is seem that the factor of modernity in Japanese traditional costume history. This study examines the Proto-modernity in Japanese traditional costume history. First, this study examines the term 'Imamekashiki' which means the present time. Because of the recognition of every present time arises from the recognition and the preference of change and novelty. In the pre-modem Era, this study examines the masses formed by the publication and the play, Kabuki. This study provides an alternative answer to understanding what is to 'wear clothes' for Japanese people.

  • This paper is a study on the hand gesture recognition using Instance-based teaming, Symbolic learning algorithms and Power Glove which supplies information on finger position, hand position and orientation. The data were carefully examined, and a few features of the data that would serve as good discriminants between signs when used with the learning algorithms were extracted. The hand gesture data collected from 5 people were applied to the teaming algorithms. In spite of the noise and accuracy constraints of the equipment used, some accuracy rates were achieved.

  • The speech movements are acquired activity, not determined by instincts or by biologic inheritance either. The child listens to the sound from the surrounding persons, observes the speech movement of the people and tried to imitate them. Then the child acquires their specific phonation pattern. We guessed that the parents influences to the child are very important in the developing of the speech movements. Because the parents are first contact person to the baby. The recognition of parents about the voice changes in the child will be important too. And social environments such as kindergarden, school, friends contact with, can influence to the voice of the child. We investigated the state of the voice, parents influence and social environmental factor. In the bases of this study, we knew that the parents recognition about the voice changes of child, faulty vocal habits of child, social environmental factors influenced to the voice of child. And we thought we have to do our best for the early detection of voice changes and proper treatment.

  • For the flight education, it needs a lot of money. Most of people become airline transportation pilots after completing a course. Therefore it is important to select superior students who adapt themselves to flight for flying education. At present, students who have a good high school record and SAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test) are chosen, and educated at Hankuk aviation university, department of aeronautical science and flight operation. This research studies the professor's recognition of the relationship between practical flight skills and high school record, university grades, and SAT grades.. On this analysis result, there are significant differences between belonging education, completion and work experience.

  • Railway sign(graphic sign, diagraphics) designs require good recognition with universality to transmit accurate and speedy information as they connect people around the station and other transport systems. An important point of signs is how to design and deliver the contents to the viewers as a communication service tools. It needs to establish design guidelines with standardization and unified system to show their contents and images clearly like common language with visuality, attractivity and generality. These requisites are important for both aesthetics legibility and unified standards to maximize the effectiveness of pictograms for the use of the general public, who require systematic suggestion and management.

Study on Evaluation of Coppice Landscape Depend on Healthiness of Plants

  • It is increasing scenery created as a result of pine wilt disease. The purpose of this study is to investigate the local resident's awareness against the scenery caused by pine wilt disease in their neighboring area, through the questionnaire investigation. The result showed that more than $40\%$ of the residents are not aware of such scenery in their local area, and about 30% of the residents did not know that those trees were dying. More than $40\%$ of the people do not know of the pine wilt disease as a general argument. Another question showed that the recognition of such scenery depends on the distance of the viewer. General residents don't worry about such scenery in the far distance in fact some of them think those are colored leaves. However, the nearer they see the trees, the higher they have negative feeling against it.

  • It is requures to understand the meaning of sound and cultural background of target spaces for soundscape design. The purpose of this study is to derive the general soundscape preserved in the mind of Korean people. Four kinds of traditional Korean songs, that is to say, Sijo (Korean verse), folk-song, Pansori (song for drama by Chang reciter), and popular songs, were used as tools of research subjects. That is because the sounds expressed in literature are very useful subjects for soundscape survey. Paragraphs containing description of sounds were selected from the lyrics of the songs. Then 11 sound categories were named, and 13 meaning categories were classified according to referential and emotional aspects, respectively.

Intelligent Pattern Recognition Algorithms based on Dust, Vision and Activity Sensors for User Unusual Event Detection

  • According to the Statistics Korea in 2017, the 10 leading causes of death contain a cardiac disorder disease, self-injury. In terms of these diseases, urgent assistance is highly required when people do not move for certain period of time. We propose an unusual event detection algorithm to identify abnormal user behaviors using dust, vision and activity sensors in their houses. Vision sensors can detect personalized activity behaviors within the CCTV range in the house in their lives. The pattern algorithm using the dust sensors classifies user movements or dust-generated daily behaviors in indoor areas. The accelerometer sensor in the smartphone is suitable to identify activity behaviors of the mobile users. We evaluated the proposed pattern algorithms and the fusion method in the scenarios.

  • By the increase of internet usage, communicating online became an everyday thing. Thereby various people have experienced profanity by anonymous users. Nowadays lots of studies tried to solve this problem using artificial intelligence, but most of the solutions were for non-real time situations. In this paper, we propose a Telegram plugin that detects swear words using word2vec, and an algorithm to find the target of the sentence. We vectorized the input sentence to find connections with other similar words, then inputted the value to the pre-trained CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) model to detect any swears. For target recognition we proposed a sequential algorithm based on KoNLPY.
