A Study on the Effects of Food-related Style for Purchase and Willingness-to-Pay of the Meal-kit (식생활스타일이 밀키트 구매의사 및 지불의사금액에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the willingness to pay for meal kit products of Millefeuille Nabe and Gambas al-Ahiyo, and willingness to pay and purchase intentions according to various characteristics to suggest a meal kit marketing strategy that reflected consumer preference. It was found that the price of meal kits is higher than the price of individual ingredients and lower than the price of meal kits in the current market. The willingness to pay for Millefeuille Nabe is higher in the group that pursues quality and taste, and the more satisfied with the certification system, the higher their willingness to pay for both Millefeuille Nabe and Gambas al-Ahiyo. In addition, the higher the satisfaction with the pleasure, taste, and price of the meal kit, the higher the intention to purchase in the future. Therefore, to increase the willingness to pay and purchases intentions in the future, the quality of meal kit ingredients must be carefully revised and supplemented, and various products are developed and reflected in the marketing strategy.

An Effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Commitment : The Mediating Effect of Pay Satisfaction (절차공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 임금만족 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the relation between procedural justice and organizational commitment. A survey was conducted to examine the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the responses of 529 employees. The study chose sex, age, education, position, job type and career as control variable, and the regression model which treated procedural justice as independent variable and organizational commitment as criterion variables were set. A pay satisfaction was supposed as mediating variable of these relationships. The data analysis was conducted by SAS 9.4ver and LISREL 8.80. The results of this study confirm underneath the followings. First, the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment are significantly unique. Second, procedural justice are positively related to pay satisfaction. Third, pay satisfaction is significantly positively related to organizational commitment. Fourth, the pay satisfaction is partially mediated on the relationship between procedural justice and organizational commitment. This means that the pay satisfaction mediates the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay satisfaction as mediating variable of procedural justice and organizational commitment. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

  • The Conditional Access System is a complete system for ensuring that broadcasting services be accessible to only those who are entitled to receive them. Secure key management and efficient delivery mechanism are very important design factors to this system. In this paper, we propose secure and efficient protocols which would be well fitted to a Pay TV system including the satellite DMB. Further. by applying our protocol to the existing conditional access system, we propose a new system that properly enables the control of conditional access to the Pay TV in satellite DMB environment.

  • one of the representative micropayment protocols. The original PayWord system is designed for a user who generates paywords by performing hash chain operation for payment to an only designated vendor. In other words, a user has to create new hash chain values in order to establish commercial transactions with different vendors on the Internet. Therefore, we suggest an efficient scheme that is able to deal with business to different vendors by using only one hash chain operation to supplement this drawback. In this proposed system, a broker creates a new series of hash chain values along with a certificate for the user's certificate request. This certificate is signed by a broker to give authority enabling a user to generate hash chain values. hew hash chain values generated by a broker provide means to a user to do business with multiple vendors.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안된 초소액 지불 시스템들의 성능을 비교 분석한다. 비교 대상 시스템으로는 $\mu$-iKP, PayWord, CAFE(phone call), MPTP, NetBill, Mini-Pay, Millicent를 선택하였고, 비교 항목으로는 효율성, 안정성, 그리고 분쟁 해결성등의 요소를 고려하였다.

  • The development of a Pay Adjustment (PA) procedure for implementing Performance-related Specifications (PRS) is known to be a difficult task faced by most State Highway Agencies (SHAs) due to the difficulty in such areas as selecting pay factor items, modeling the relationship between stochastic variability of pay factor items and pavement performance, and determining an overall lot pay adjustment. This led to the need for an effective way of developing a scientific pay adjustment procedure by incorporating Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) embedded Monte Carlo approach. In this work, we propose a prototype system to determine a PA specifically using the data in the pavement management information systems at Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) as an exemplary to other SHAs. It is believed that the PRS methodology demonstrated in this study can be used in real projects by incorporating the more accurate and reliable performance prediction models and LCC model.

Evaluating the Willingness to Pay of Public ESS Facilities: Focusing on the Environmental Benefits (환경적 이점을 중심으로 한 공공 에너지저장시스템의 경제적 가치 추정)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the economic value of installing public Energy storage system (ESS) facilities using a logit regression analysis and Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). We focused mainly on the environmental benefits of ESS and analyzed how the users' attitude toward environmental protection and knowledge of renewable energy affect their Willingness to pay (WTP) Methods: A single-bounded dichotomous choice (SBDC) survey was used to collect the data. We asked participants whether they are willing to pay a randomly presented cost (KRW 100, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 5000, 10000) along with their attitude to toward environmental protection, knowledge of renewable energy, and perceived cost of electric bill. 417 valid samples were collected and used for the analysis. Results: The results of the logit regression show that the initial bid, attitude toward environmental protection, knowledge of renewable energy, and perceived cost of electric bill significantly affect the user's WTP of public ESS facilities. The CVM results show that users are willing to pay KRW 5,049.1/month to install ESS facilities. Conclusion: : According to results, we conclude that the users agree with the need to install ESSs and that environmental benefits of ESSs are important factors for ESS adoption. Therefore, policy makers need to emphasize environmental aspects to install the ESS facilities.

  • 공개키 연산을 이용하는 고액 지불 시스템(Macro Payment System)은 높은 수수료로 인해 경제성이 맞지 않아 소액 지불(Micro Payment)에는 적합하지 않다. 해쉬 연산을 이용한 PayWord 프로토콜은 저렴한 메커니즘 비용과 신속한 트랜잭션 처리, 거래과정에서 브로커의 오프라인 참여로 소액 대금 결재에 적합하다. 그러나 특정 상점에만 사용 가능한 화폐가치를 포함하여, 사용자가 거래하는 상점이 많아지면 관리 저장해야 하는 해쉬 체인의 수가 늘어나는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자화폐에 해당하는 해쉬 체인을 하나만 생성하여 여러 상점들에 안전한 지불을 수행하는 개선된 소액 지불 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 지불과정에 MAC(Message Authentication Code)을 이용한 해쉬 간을 추가하여, 상점들의 공모 및 악의적인 수정을 방지한다. 따라서 사용자는 하나의 해쉬 체인만을 생성함으로써 기존의 PayWord보다 계산부담이 줄고, 여러 상점들과의 일시적인 거래관계에서도 효율적인 지불을 수행한다.

Measuring Landscape Value of Jeju Island's Mandarin(Orchard) for the Introduction of Direct Payment System of the Landscape Preservation (경관보전직불제 도입을 위한 제주감귤(원)의 경관가치 평가)

  • The dichotomous-choice contingent valuation method is applied to estimate the landscape value of Jeju mandarin(orchard). A distribution-free approach, Turnbull empirical distribution model, is employed to solve negative willingness to pay and truncation problems. The data used are collected from the interviews with tourist about willingness-to-pay at the various donation amount levels of Jeju mandarin(orchard)'s landscape value. The evaluation result is shown that the average amount of willingness to pay for the Jeju mandarin's landscape value is 12,926 won per person with standard deviation of 1,874.7 won/person. When the number of Jeju visitors is considered, the economic value of Jeju mandarin's landscape rises every year(2005:64.89 billion won, 2011: 84.43 billion won). The average economic value of Jeju mandarin's landscape are estimated 59.65 billion won during 2000-2005 and 76.88 billion won during 2006-2011, respectively.

The Dividend on Purchase and Revolving Funds System of Fisheries Cooperatives (수협의 이용고배당과 회전출자제도)

  • The paper examines the dividend on purchase and revolving funds system of fisheries cooperatives, and discusses how to reform the current revolving funds system. In general, there are two types of dividend that fisheries cooperatives pay to their members : (1) dividend on capital and (2) dividend on purchase or patronage dividend. During the last 5 years from 1990 to 1994, the rate of total dividend ranged from 7.5% to 8.6%. The average rate of dividend on capital and dividend on purchase are 7.3% and 0.5%, respectively. On average, the level of dividend on capital is almost 15 times as high as that of dividend on purchase. Since the dividend on purchase is supposed to be reinvested into capital by the Articles of the cooperatives, it is paid only if there are additional funds available after the payment of dividend on capital and is regarded as the secondary type of dividend. For this reason, even though most of fisheries cooperatives pay the dividend on capital, only a small number of cooperatives pay the patronage dividend. This means that most of cooperatives cannot materialize the managerial function of dividend on purchase to improve their operational efficiency under the current system of revolving funds. Therefore, the paper suggests that in the long run, the system of revolving funds should be reformed in the way that revolving funds could serve to complement equity capital for only a fixed time, after which they are repaid to members.
