Amid the growing importance and urgency of smartening in the Korean maritime logistics industry, this study conducted a survey on the status of Korea's maritime trade technology. Korea is on par with developed countries internationally, but in order to lead the digitalization of the future era, additional developments should be explored by reviewing current conditions. In particular, it is necessary to draw policy implications for smart shipping in Korea, which is a three-sided sea. This study derived technical implications by comparing the number of patent applications and the applicant for domestic and foreign patents related to the major technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, it was intended to investigate and present the status of Korea's maritime trade technology through the analysis of smart shipping-related emotions and the analysis of positive and negative scores of companies related to sentiment analysis.

본 연구는 기업 혁신 산업 특성이 기업의 전유전략에 미치는 영향을 특허와 영업비밀의 상대적 선호를 중심을 '한국기업혁신조사' 2005, 2010, 2014년 자료를 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 벤처기업, 고기술산업에 속한 기업, 정부의 연구개발 자금지원을 받은 기업, 제품혁신 수행기업과 연구개발 지출이 높은 기업에서 특허를 영업비밀보다 상대적으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업규모와 연구개발 협력여부는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이는 산업별 특성을 고려한 전유제도 정책이 보다 효과적일 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 높은 시장집중도를 가진 산업에 속한 기업들은 영업비밀을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 특성은 소기업과 벤처기업에서 명확히 나타났다. 이는 선도기업의 전략적 특허출원의 증가가 소기업과 벤처기업의 특허활동을 제약할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 과도한 전략적 특허의 증가는 궁극적으로 소규모 기업들의 기술활동을 저해할 가능성이 있기 때문에 불필요한 전략적 특허의 남용을 방지할 수 있는 정책적 노력이 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 디지털시대의 창업가 육성을 목적으로 대학생들을 대상으로 한 발명창업교육 프로그램의 중요도와 필요도를 규명하고 발명교육프로그램의 타당성을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 연구는 창업과정에서 요구되는 발명교육 프로그램의 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구의 표본은 125명의 대학생이며, 5명의 발명창업 기업가가 참여하였다. 중요연구결과는 다음과 같다 발명창업교육의 분야는 발명개념의 이해, 발명과 경영, 발명과 창의성, 발명과 특허, 그리고 발명실습의 5 가지 영역으로 구분되었다. 대학생들의 인지한 발명교육내용의 평균값은 발명과 경영, 발명실습, 발명과 창의성, 발명개념과 발명과 특허의 순서로 나타났다. 그러나 발명사업가들에게는 발명과 특허, 발명과 경영, 창의성, 발명실습과 발명개념의 순서로 나타났다. 발명교육내용의 필요도 분석에서는 발명과 경영, 발명실습이 타 영역보다 높은 순서로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업을 위한 발명교육내용이 발명과 경영 부분을 강화해야 하며, 특허부분에서는 학생들이 관심을 가지고 쉽게 경험을 통해 참여할 수 있는 내용전개의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

Objectives: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease of the elderly characterized by impaired behavior from lack of dopamine secretion. However, no accurate quantitative diagnosis method has been established. The purpose of this study was to analyze the patent trends (PTs) of health examination and daily monitoring/healthcare technology for PD. Methods: For analyzing PTs, a search summary for classifying each analysis target technology was set, and a final search formula was constructed by collecting keywords. After constructing a database of related patents through the final search formula, noise was removed to extract valid patents. PTs by major countries were analyzed using the valid patents, and PTs and growth stages were analyzed by the detailed technologies. Results: The survey analysis showed that, despite the existence of unpublished patents between 2018 and 2020, patent activity has increased rapidly in the recent period, and this increasing trend was led by the USA. This technology is considered to be in its early- or mid-stage growth period, which means that the marketability is high and the barriers are low. Korea's market share is only about 25%, but it has a larger number of applications than those of Europe and Japan. Integrated monitoring and diagnosis technologies for PD have a share of 34%. Conclusion: The advances in diagnosis and healthcare technology for PD means that traditional Korean medicine must continue to pay attention to related technologies and to review plans that are applicable to clinical practice.

오늘날 MMS (Mobile Mapping System)는 지형공간 데이터 수집의 효율성을 높이기 위해 다양한 플랫폼에서 개별 센서 기술들의 강점을 이용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 모바일 매핑 시장 규모와 기술 동향을 분석하였고, MMS 관련 특허의 빈도, 추이, 특성 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 국내외 모바일 매핑 시장의 향후 지속적인 성장이 예측되며, MMS 관련 기술과 활용이 급속도로 발전하고 있어, 기술 개발과 특허 경쟁을 통한 미래 시장을 선점하기 위해 적극적인 연구 및 개발 투자가 요구된다. 둘째, 국내 특허의 출원 빈도는 국가R&D의 결과와 상관성이 많으며, 산업체 특허 출원은 국가 용역과 연관성이 많았다. 시장 개척보다는 관련 산업에서의 선점을 위한 기업들의 선제적 기술 도입과 연구개발 결과로 사료된다. 그리고 마지막으로, 우리나라의 공간정보산업 조사시 외국 기관의 자료와 비교할 수 있도록 정비가 요구되며, 특히 공간정보 활용도 측면과 기술적 측면에서의 시장 규모를 파악할 수 있는 통계자료가 절실히 요구된다.

Korean government has been putting efforts to promote development of technologies by government sponsored labs and to transfer, diffuse, and commercialize these technologies in private sector since mid 1980s. In spite of these efforts, utilization of government-sponsored technology remains in the very low level. According to the survey conducted by Korea Intellectual and Patent Office (1999), the ratio of unused industrial property rights including patents was above 70% of total industrial property rights. Survey on the information and telecommunication industry done by the Institute of Information Technology Assessment (IITA) in 1999 shows that the utilization ratio of government-sponsored technologies is about 55.8%. This is especially true where government is not the primary or end-user of technologies. The purposes of this paper are to (1) identify a process model of technology commercialization, (2) develop the related variables of each step in the six-step continuous process model of government-sponsored technology commercialization, (3) empirically investigate the data gathered through questionnaire survey, and (4) suggest policy alternatives for promoting technology commercialization in Information and Telecommunication industries.

기업의 지식재산 투자와 관리 역량은 기업경쟁력 강화를 통해서 기업가치와 무형자산가치를 창출할 수 있는 핵심 요인이다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식재산 투자와 관리 역량과 연관된 주요 변수들이 무형자산가치 범주를 구분하는데 미치는 형향을 통계적으로 검정하는 것이다. 지식재산 관리 실태조사 결과 특허관리 역량은 전반적으로 충분하지 못한 것으로 나타났고, 디자인 관리 및 브랜드 관리 역량은 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 다변량 분산분석 결과 무형자산가치 범주간 지식재산 투자와 관리 변수의 평균차이가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 다항로짓 판별분석 결과 연구개발비 비율과 특허관리 역량이 무형자산가치 범주를 판별하는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 광고선전비 비율은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는것으로 나타났다. 디자인 및 브랜드 관리 역량은 범주간 다른 유의수준을 보이고있다. 결론적으로 무형자산가치 창출을 위해서 기업의 지식재산 투자와 더불어 지식재산 관리 역량 개선을 위한 전략적 정책이 절실히 요구된다.

선진국에서 승용차의 에어백 장착이 의무화되기 시작하면서 저렴하고 성능이 우수한 에어백의 국산화 개발이 시급하게 되었다. 에어백 장착시 대당 $300-$1000이 추가로 소요되므로, 전량 수입에 의존하는 대신에 저렴한 국산 에어백의 필요성이 심각하다 하겠다. 지금까지는 국내 자동차 업계에서의 에어백에 대한 관심이 높지 않으나 앞으로는 이에 대한 연구개발이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 에어백 개발에 있어서 중요한 기본 기술에 대한 survey가 행하여지며, 앞으로 산업체 등에서 제품 개발시 실질적인 도움을 줄수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

본 연구에서는 국내·해외의 성과평가 사례들에 대하여 조사 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고, 특허 창출 성과자료 또는 기업현황 자료의 분석을 통해 국가 R&D 성과평가 체계에 맞는 질적, 양적 특허성과 평가 지표와 평가 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 또한 이를 해외 수출 및 기술력이 우수한 특정 기업군에 적용하기 위하여 실태 조사 결과를 바탕으로 특허전략 지원사업 성과 분석 사례 연구를 하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 특허전략 지원사업이라는 한정된 사업 범위 또는 사업 특성에서 기인하는 성과평가 지표 개발의 한계점은 있으나 이전 연구 및 국내·해외 사례 분석을 통해 질적 평가체계를 검토하고 활용 가능한 특허성과의 평가 지표를 제시하고자 하였다. 지원사업 성과와 관련된 데이터 접근 및 수집의 문제로 인해 성과분석이 충분한 수준으로 이루어지지 못한 한계점을 가지고 있으나 그럼에도 불구하고 향후 R&D 지원사업, 특허전략 지원사업 등의 종료 후에도 추적조사를 통해 후속 성과분석 등이 이루어 질 수 있으므로 사업종료 시의 성과추적조사에 활용할 수 있는 성과지표 및 성과분석의 가이드 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
