Symbiotic evolutionary algorithms, also called cooperative coevolutionary algorithms, are stochastic search algorithms that imitate the biological coevolution process through symbiotic interactions. In the algorithms, the fitness evaluation of an individual required first selecting symbiotic partners of the individual. Several partner selection strategies are provided. The goal of this study is to analyze how much partnering strategies can influence the performance of the algorithms. With two types of test-bed problems: the NKC model and the binary string covering problem, extensive experiments are carried out to compare the performance of partnering strategies, using the analysis of variance. The experimental results indicate that there does not exist statistically significant difference in their performance.

By spread of Internet, we become to use several of communication such as email, ICQ, VoIP etc. But as become convenient to use, user must be aware of variety of information regarding the media and partner user. The forecast is that this problem grows larger and larger as new media are brought in the expanding communications network. In this research, we suggest an agent MIA (Media Integration Agent) that manages the information instead of user. The MIA is an agent that obtains situation of user, and dynamically exchanged addresses and tendency of using medias in form of vCard. By use of this, user can choose better communication media. Accordingly seamless communication environment that user doesn't have to be aware of various information is formed.

This research is based on the survey of strategic alliance of the foodservice industry conducted by interviewing their customers. We found out that cooperating and information of benefits influenced revisiting followed by service quality and customer satisfaction. As a result of research, we noticed that for breaking through the depression and having synergic effects among the enterprises, providing high service and quality to customer is a key to success. It must be used as an essential part of marketing strategic plans for maintaining and increasing customers, guiding partner selection among the enterprises.

This letter presents a model for a dynamic collaboration (DC) platform among cloud providers (CPs) that prevents adverse business impacts, cloud vendor lock-in and violation of service level agreements with consumers, and also offers collaborative cloud services to consumers. We consider two major challenges. The first challenge is to find an appropriate market model in order to enable the DC platform. The second is to select suitable collaborative partners to provide services. We propose a novel combinatorial auction-based cloud market model that enables a DC platform among CPs. We also propose a new promising multi-objective optimization model to quantitatively evaluate the partners. Simulation experiments were conducted to verify both of the proposed models.

This study proposes a data-mining analysis method for examining variable multi-attribute big-data, which is considered to be more applicable in social science using a Correspondence Analysis of variables obtained by AIC model selection. The proposed method was applied on the Seoul Survey from 2005 to 2010 in order to extract interesting rules or patterns on characteristics of single household. The results found as follows. Firstly, this paper illustrated that the proposed method is efficiently able to apply on a big dataset of huge categorical multi attributes variables. Secondly, as a result of Seoul Survey analysis, it has been found that the more dissatisfied with residential environment the higher tendency of residential mobility in single household. Thirdly, it turned out that there are three types of single households based on the characteristics of their demographic characteristics, and it was different from recognition of home and partner of counselling by the three types of single households. Fourthly, this paper extracted eight significant variables with a spatial aggregated dataset which are highly correlated to the ratio of occupancy of single household in 25 Seoul Municipals, and to conclude, it investigated the relation between spatial distribution of single households and their demographic statistics based on the six divided groups obtained by Cluster Analysis.

In an age when a small quantity of sperm can lead to pregnancy through in vitro fertilization or intracytoplasmic sperm injection, selecting healthy sperm is important. Sperm DNA fragmentation (SDF) is known to be higher in infertile men. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate nick end labeling (TUNEL) and the alkaline comet test are SDF tests that directly measure DNA damage and have shown closer correlations with assisted reproduction results than indirect tools such as the sperm chromatin structure assay or the sperm chromatic dispersion test. It is difficult; however, to endorse a single test as the best test overall; instead, it is best to select a testing method based on each patient's clinical condition and goals. In a couple struggling with infertility, if the male partner has a high level of SDF, he should aim to decrease SDF through lifestyle modifications, antioxidant treatment, and ensuring an appropriate duration of abstinence, and physicians need to treat the underlying diseases of such patients. If sperm DNA damage continues despite the patient's and physician's efforts, other methods, such as micromanipulation-based sperm selection or testicular sperm extraction, should be used to select healthy sperm with nuclear DNA integrity.

Purpose: In this study we aim to identify factors affecting successful inter-firm collaboration. We tried to find out whether government subsidies to small-business owners should be made to experienced and competent cooperatives or to cooperatives with potential even if inexperienced. Research design, data and methodology: Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we examine if evaluation criteria for the Small Business Collaboration Grant (SBCG) reflect the potential of successful collaboration of applicant cooperatives. Results: We found that experts tend to think that applicant cooperatives without any experience as a recipient for the SBSG need to be evaluated by their growth potential and their preparation of the application rather than by their business performance or achievement history. The weight of the evaluation must be different between the growth potential and the achievements already achieved. By means of an expert survey, we confirmed that Rookies should weigh evaluation indicators that can reflect their growth potential, and experienced groups should give weight to evaluation indicators that can reflect their achievements. Conclusions: For SBCG applicants with experiences, experts tend to weigh more on SBCG business performances and feasible sharing systems. The screening procedure for the first applicant cooperatives need to focus more on "partner selection" stage, whereas elements related to "realization" apply to experienced applicant cooperatives.

본 연구의 목적은 창업 인프라 기관인 N사의 파트너스퀘어(광주)를 이용한 경험이 있는 청년자영업자를 대상으로 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업하는 과정을 근거이론(Grounded Theory) 방법을 활용해 규명해 보는 데 있다. 본 연구는 심층 면접 조사 자료를 활용했는데, 연구 참여자의 선정에 있어 이론적 표본 추출 (Theoretical Sampling)방식을 사용했으며, 스트라우스와 코빈(Strauss & Corbin)이 제시한 개방코딩, 축 코딩, 선택코딩 순으로 진행한 후 패러다임모형으로 분석했다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모는 온라인쇼핑몰에 대해 잘 알지 못하거나 부정적이라도 자녀의 창업에 대해서 긍정적이면 자녀가 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부모가 온라인쇼핑몰에 대해서 부정적이고, 자녀의 창업에도 부정적이면 자녀는 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청년층의 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업과 성과 창출 조건으로 온라인쇼핑몰 활용능력이 중요한 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 파트너스퀘어 (광주)는 온라인쇼핑몰 활용능력을 증대시켜, 청년층의 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년층은 온라인쇼핑몰에서 창업 이후 단순한 매출액 증가 이외에 자존감 상승, 기회발견, 창의성 역량이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다.

ASEAN은 BRICs에 이어 차세대 시장으로 부상하고 있다. 우리나라에 있어서도 ASEAN은 제2의 교역 파트너이자 세 번째 해외투자 대상으로서, 중요한 경제협력 파트너이다. ASEAN은 앞으로의 미래 투자지역으로 많은 기업에게 매력적인 사업지로 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라, 한국 정부는 ASEAN과 협력관계를 발전시켜나가기 위해 "신(新) 남방 정책"을 강력하게 추진하여 상호 관계를 강화하고 있다. ASEAN이 최근 해운물류 개발의 중심지역으로 떠오르면서 주변국들 또한 ASEAN 지역의 국가들에 대한 해운 물류 분야의 개발협력과 지원을 집중적으로 하게 되었다. 우리나라 기업 또한 신남방 지역으로의 진출에 적극적이고 이러한 진출을 정부가 지원하고 있다. ASEAN 국가에 진출하기 위해서는 진출 대상국에 대한 투자 및 유치 제도와 외국 법인에 대한 법적인 지원 범위 등을 파악하여야 사업 진입 및 진출 전략을 위한 해당 시장에 대해 정확히 반영할 수 있다. 이러한 해외 진출 리스크를 회피하기 위해서는 각 국의 해외 직접 투자 및 외국 법인 설립 등 현지에 맞는 사업 방법의 선정과 회사 설립 방법에 대한 기초적인 이해는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 해양 ASEAN 국가에 진입하고자 하는 해운 물류 유관 기업들의 해외투자법 및 기업설립법의 이해를 도모하여 이러한 규정이 진입 장벽이 되지 않도록 하기 위해 제도를 분석하고, 해운 물류 기업의 해외 투자를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
