Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of interaction between product category (fresh vs. indulgent product) and shopping options (shipping charge and delivery time) on customer satisfaction and purchase intent in an e-commerce context. When ordering groceries online, consumers begin to allocate a larger share of their grocery budget toward product categories that generally contain healthier items at the expense of product categories that generally contain more indulgent products. Moreover, customers are extremely sensitive to shipping options such as shipping charges and delivery time. Therefore, this research investigates the issue at a more segmented level to focus on the impact that one dimension of logistics service quality - product category, shipping charge, and delivery time have on customer satisfaction and purchase intent. Research design, data, and methodology: To test the theoretically derived priori hypotheses concerning product category, shipping charges, delivery time, satisfaction, and purchase intent, this research presented a scenario-based experiment. Eight treatment groups were assigned by the method of product category (fresh produce vs. indulgent product), shipping charge (free vs. paid), and delivery time (one-day vs. two to three days). A total of 240 subjects were divided into groups and exposed to one of the eight scenarios. Participant's purchase intention was the dependent variable, and ANOVA and L-matrix were used to analyze for main and interactive effects between factors. Conclusions: Results indicated that in tests 1 and 2, free shipping and fast delivery time increased consumer satisfaction as well as purchase intent, and fast delivery moderated the impact of free shipping on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent. Test 3 showed that the effect of free shipping on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent moderated by fast delivery for indulgent products. In contrast, fast delivery for fresh products moderated the effect of paid shipping on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent. Consistent with this proposed mechanism, the relative importance of fresh produce versus indulgent products highlights the effect of shipping options on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent when ordering the target product in an e-commerce context. We conclude with a discussion of the theoretical and practical implications of our findings.
Purpose: This study was done to investigate the level of family support, job stress in clinical nurses end identify the participant's individual characteristics that influenced each of them. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. The participants were 192 clinical nurses working in local middle range hospitals. The data were collected from May to June, 2013 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson's correlation by PASW statistics20. Results: The item mean score for family support was 21.01 and job stress was 98.89. There was a statistically significant negative correlation between family support and job stress (r=-.12). The level of job stress differed according to age (p=.014), duration of career (p=.013), department area (p<.001), position (p=.005), work duty form (p<.001), family member (p=.021), burden (p=.031), marital status (p=.001) and satisfaction (p<.001). Conclusion: Family support is needed to reduce job stress. Also, job satisfaction improvement programs and effective working systems should be developed to decrease the nurse's workplace stress.

Objectives: This study conducted practical training to improve the proper usage of personal protective equipment(PPE), which greatly impacts workplace safety and health management. Personal protective equipment education was conducted through active participation, without theoretical modules, and aimed to identify the effects of repeated practical education and determine ways to increase participant satisfaction. Methods: Study data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics ver.29 software. First, participants' general characteristics were analyzed with frequency analysis. Second, the normality and equality of variances (Leven's test) were tested for the dependent variables prior to statistical analyses to determine the use of parametric tests. In general, normality is assumed when the sample size is 30 or more per the central limit theorem (Park et al., 2014). As our sample size of health management workers was 43, normality can be assumed. However, to ensure rigor of the study, we examined skewness and kurtosis. The results confirmed that the data were normally distributed. Third, the effects of repeated PPE training were analyzed using paired t-tests. Fourth, differences in satisfaction with PPE training according to the safety and health job position and safety and health certification were analyzed with t-test and Welch's t-test. For parameters that did not meet the assumption of equal variances, the Welch's t-test was performed. Results: Repeated PPE training improved the educational outcomes, and the improvements were significant in the 1st and 2nd respiratory PPE and safety and hygiene PPE training evaluations (p<.001). In terms of safety and health job position, repeated training led to improvements in educational outcomes, with significant improvements observed among supervisors and specialized health management institution workers in the 1st and 2nd training evaluations (p<.005). In terms of safety certification, repeated training led to improvements in educational outcomes, with significant improvements observed among both certified and non-certified individuals (p<.005). Regarding satisfaction with PPE training according to safety and health job positions, specialized health management institution workers showed greater satisfaction than supervisors, with significant differences in the satisfaction for expertise of lecture, work relevance, and lecturer's attitude (p<.001). Regarding satisfaction with PPE training according to safety and health certification, satisfaction was higher among certified individuals, with significant differences in satisfaction for work relevance and lecture attitude (p<.05) Conclusions: PPE education should be recommended to be provided as practical training. Repeated training can enhance educational outcomes for individuals with inadequate knowledge and understanding of PPE prior to education. For individuals with high levels of pre-existing knowledge and understanding of PPE, the results show that various training experiences should be provided to enhance their satisfaction. Therefore, it suggests that the workplace should actively seek educational media and methods to acquire expertise and skills in wearing personal protective equipment and improve the ability to use
The purpose of this study was identified about the self-perceived job stress and the relationship between turnover and job stress of dental hygienists'. This results were based for improved of job satisfaction of dental hygienists'. 214 dental hygienist in Ulsan and Kyung Nam areas were participated and this study was done from March to May in 2009. Results: In the job-related environmental characteristic, 57.5% of participant worked in dental clinic and 42.5% of participant worked in dental hospital. The majority of career year was 1~3 years, 42.5%. 38.3% of participant had turnover, and the majority of number of turnover was once, 45.1%. 33.6% of participant had 1,300,000~1,490,000 won/month, 49.5% of participant worked for 8~9hours/day and the major working service was assistant for general dental treatment, 70.1%. Younger dental hygienist had more stress about inappropriate compensation. Higher education and married dental hygienist had more stress about job demand. The number of turnover, workplace culture and experience of turnover were significantly related. In the job-related environmental characteristic, job demand, interpersonal conflict and a case of dental clinic were significantly related. Other effecting factors were interpersonal conflict in salary, organization system in working time, and working demand in conditions of 5day's working. Experience of turnover was influenced with interpersonal conflicts and the number of dental hygienist in the working place was related with job stress significantly.

PURPOSE. To evaluate and compare the effect of impression type (conventional vs digital) and the number of implants on the time from the impressions to the generation of working casts of mandibular implant-supported fixed completearch frameworks, as well as on patient satisfaction. MATERIALS AND METHODS. 17 participants, 3 or 4 implants, received 2 types of digital impression methods (DI) and conventional (CI). In DI, two techniques were performed: scanning with the scan bodies (SC) and scanning with a device attached to the scan bodies (SD) (BR 10 2019 026265 6). In CI, the making of a solid index (SI) and open-tray impression (OT) were used. The outcomes were used to evaluate the time and the participant satisfaction with conventional and digital impressions. The time was evaluated through the timing of the time obtained in the workflow in the conventional and digital impression. The effect of the number of implants on time was also assessed. Satisfaction was assessed through a questionnaire based on seven. The Wilcoxon test used to identify the statistical difference between the groups in terms of time. The Mann-Whitney test was used to analyze the relationship between the time and the number of implants. Fisher's test was used to assess the patient satisfaction (P<.05). RESULTS. The time with DI was shorter than with CI (DI, $\tilde{x}=02:58$; CI, $\tilde{x}=31:48$) (P<.0001). The arches rehabilitated with 3 implants required shorter digital impression time (3: $\tilde{x}=05:36$; 4: $\tilde{x}=09:16$) (P<.0001). Regarding satisfaction, the DI was more comfortable and pain-free than the CI (P<.005). CONCLUSION. Digital impressions required shorter chair time and had higher patient acceptance than conventional impressions.

This paper is to discover selection indicator for academia-industrial cooperation R&D project. Existing Project lacks careful consideration for participant enterprise. But, This project must be focused on enterprise for the goal of project is to improve business competition. Therefore, we analyze the survey result of enterprise satisfaction and deduct the factor of satisfaction by statistical analysis like One-way ANOVA and Regression. The study says that collaboration time, the time of planning of commercialization, technology transfer and the level of goal achievement improve enterprise satisfaction. And it implies needs for plan of manpower input and commercialization at the selecting phase. This paper is significant that it can improve project system by satisfaction. We expect that this result is utilized by planning and management.
This study researches the dwelling satisfaction about apartment remodeling by inspecting ten apartments located in Gwang-Ju, Jun-Nam province. The method of study is to use the field study method, which is based on cultural anthropology, and the participant observation method at same time. According to the research, we find those things as they follow. First, the participation of residents and the mutual agreement are necessary in the process of the selecting a company. Furthermore it's hard to solve the problem about an uniform design and an inferior construction. These things are the most serious factor in dissatisfaction of resident environment. Second, the space of storage and veranda should be separated for the proper functions and the space for laundry is necessary. The rooms, except bedroom, and the bathroom in the main living room should be used for practical application because they are not used so often and if we make the veranda as a inner space, we've got to make a gardening plan, too. Through this research we find out that the participation of an expert company and residents for enough communication and mutual agreement and the space plan for the satisfaction of occupants are necessary for the proper apartment remodeling.
The purpose of this study is to grasp actual status and needs of leisure of middle age. The questionnaire survey is used, the subjects are middle age from 40$\~$50's living in seoul. The questionnaire consists of leisure conscious, leisure actual condition, leisure satisfaction and need. Frequency, percent, average, $x^2_test$ and ANOVA are used for data analysis. The results of this study are as following; First, leisure is necessary to elevate quality of life in terms of spiritual, psychological stability and physical health. Second, the subjects are not satisfied with current leisure for unsufficiency of leisure time, cost, facility and program. Third, present leisure behavior characteristics are restrictive and passive. In the near future, however, they showed desire to engage in fivers forms of leisure including active and participant leisure. Fourth, even though current main areas for leisure activity are in their house, they are more likely to change from in the house to around and near there house.
This study proposes to implement premarital education programs designed to enhance potential capacity in marital life, targeted at marriage expectant couple and verify the effectiveness of the programs. For this study, 8 marriage expectant couples residing in Seoul participated. For this study, advance and follow-up surveys were conducted. To be specific, the advanced surveys questions were posed regarding general features, the level of communication, conflict-resolution skills and the attitude toward the role of the gender and so forth of those persons polled. In follow-up surveys, questions were asked regarding the extent to which the participant was satisfied with the contents of the education and teaching process in each session of the programs, the attitude toward the role of the gender, the level of communication and conflict-resolution skills. The effectiveness of the program was verified based on the subjective level of satisfaction of the instructor and the program manager and the statistical analyses of advance and follow-up surveys. Our findings show: First, the changes in 'the attitude toward the role of the gender' of the participants after 'the education of the role of the gender' were not significantly related. Second, after 'the education of communication' was implemented, the capability of the participants to communicate proved to have improved. Third, the extent to which the participants were satisfied with the contents of the education scored higher than the average, the level of educational satisfaction with 'the skills of communication between the husband and wife' scoring the highest. Fourth, with respect to the level of overall satisfaction with the educational effects of the program, the level of satisfaction with improved relationship between each party of the couple turned out relatively high, and the level of the overall education program also proved to be high.
This study is conducted to verify the effect on the job performance mediating job satisfaction of participant's self-leadership and empowerment for Senior Employment Programs. The questionnaire research targets, a total of 158, are used analysis on participants for Senior Employment Programs in Gwang-ju, Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do, Jeju. In order to derive research result to use a SPSS Version 12.0 for Window program, and factorial analysis, reliability verification for each variable were used. Additionally, It was used to carry out hypothesis verification for Regression analysis. As a result, the study shows that the job performance is maximized by the mediation effect of job satisfaction with self-leadership and empowerment of participants on Senior Employment Programs. On the base of study result, this paper suggest for participants in Senior Employment Program to enforce method about Natural Reward Strategies, Meaning, Confidence, Impact.
