PLL을 이용한 공진부하 MOSFET 인버어터의 주파수 추종제어계 (Frequency Follow-up Control System of Resonant Load MOSFET Inverter using PLL)

  • The system that follows to the resonance frequency of high frequency MOSFET inverter and varies according to the changes of load characteristics is proposed. Also we suggested a method how to select the resonant load type between series and parallel circuit for a given inverter type. It leads to the conclusion that in the case of high impedance loads, parallel resonant circuits are preferable, on the other hand, for low impedance loads, series resonant circuits are more preferable. For frequency tracking, a PLL circuit is used as main control element to detect the phase difference of current and voltage of load. The realized apparatus composed of control circuit and voltage type full-bridged MOSFET elements as main parts of inverter. A stable frequency follow-up characteristics are obtained for 1.2MHz, 1.5KW high frequency output and power is always supplied to the load with unity power factor.

  • 본 논문에서는 리액턴스 소자률 갖는 전기적 소형다이폴 안테나의 강제 공진특성을 해석하고 있다. 이론 해석 에는 다이폴 안테나에 흐르는 전류분포에 관한 적분방정식을 풀기 위해 모멘트 법을 적용했으며, 강제 공진특성 을 검토하기 위하여 급전점 및 장하점에 착목한 2단자 동가 회로망으로부터 안테나가 강제적으로 공진하도록 하는 리액턴스의 값을 결정하는 결정방정식을 도출하고 있다. 공진특성의 해석결과 리액턴스 소자를 적절히 조절 하면 안테나가 강제적으로 공진하며, 강제 공진에는 직렬공진 및 병렬공진의 두 가지 종류가존재한다는 것을 밝 히고 있다. 또한, 이들 강제 공진특성을 미지 주파수의 측정에 이용할 수 있다는 것을 원리적인 변을 중심으로 이 론적으로 검토하고 있다.

도넛형 결함접지면 구조를 이용한 주파수 가변 공진기 특성 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Frequency Tunable Resonator using the Donut Type Defected Ground Structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 형태의 도넛형 결함 접지면 구조를 이용한 공진기의 동작특성과 등가회로을 나타내고, 이것의 접지면에 칩 캐패시터를 추가하여 공진주파수를 가변할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 일반적으로 결함접지면 구조는 병렬 공진 특성을 갖는다. 여기에 집중소자 캐패시터를 추가하면 공진주파수가 낮아지게 된다. 캐패시터 대신에 바랙터다이오드를 이용하면 전압으로써 공진 주파수를 제어할 수 있다. 본 공진기는 전압제어발진기와 가변주파수 대역통과 여파기등에 응용될 수 있다.

  • In the case of conventional high frequency inverter, with damage of switch by surge voltage when switch gets into compulsion extinction by load accident and so on because reactor is connected by series to switch, or there was problem of conduction loss by reactor's resistivity component, Also, it has controversial point of that can not ignore conduction loss of switch in complete work kind action of soft switching. In this paper, as high frequency induction heating power supply, we propose half bridge type multi resonance soft switching high frequency inverter topology that can realize high amplitude operation of load current with controlling switch current by multiplex resonance, mitigating surge voltage when switch gets into compulsion extinction and to be complete operation of zero current switching by opposit parallel connected reactor to inverter switch. and do circuit analysis for choice of most suitable circuit parameter of circuit

오차의 허용범위를 고려한 수동형 필터의 특성 해석 (Performance Analysis for Passive Filter Considering Allowable Limits of Tolerance)

  • Reactors are connected with capacitors to passive filter circuits for reducing harmonics caused by power conversion application. This passive filter frequently gets out of order by voltage and current stress. Especially filter reactor has too much voltage harmonics components, its trouble rate is higher than capacitor. In this paper, we analyzed voltage and current of reactor and capacitor used for passive filter by simulation and measurement. If reactor has a tolerance on variation of reactance value, series resonance frequency is different from originally filter design frequency and parallel resonance can be generated at the close point of the former. Because filter absorbs harmonic component of non-linear load, much of harmonic voltage has been impacted on reactor.

  • Although piezoelectric bimorph that is using as the sensor in medical and industrial measurement has large displacement, it has problems including efficiency in generating force, energy convergence, and response. Its application is being limited based on the change in resonance frequency with temperature. In this study, to overcome the disadvantages, PZT piezoelectric ceramics was prepared and produced a parallel type piezoelectric bimorphs. In addition, by using the finite element method. the configuration of piezoelectric bimorph was designed and the displacement of the bimorph based on applied electric pressure and the wave pattern were measured. By analyzing the resonance characteristics of the bimorph in the temperature range of $-60{\sim}80^{\circ}C$, an attempt was made to study the operational characteristics and temperature reliability of vortex flowmeter sensor. As a result, the resonance frequency of the bimorph was gradually increased with the temperature from $-60{\sim}80^{\circ}C$. The deflection of the bimorph was found to strongly depend on both the applied electric field waveform and the environmental temperature.

평면형 케이블 구동 병렬로봇의 구조에 따른 진동분석 (Vibration Analysis of Planar Cable-Driven Parallel Robot Configurations)

  • This paper focuses on the vibration analysis of planar cable-driven parallel robots on their configurations. Despite of many advantages of the cable robots, elasticity of the cables may cause the vibration at the existence of external disturbance, resulting in deterioration of positioning accuracy. According to the vibration theory, having high first order natural frequency can prevent resonance with low frequency disturbance from the surrounding environment. A series of simulations showed that choosing frame / end-effector shape and cable connection method affects robots' natural frequency. For the precise simulation, the cables are modeled as linear springs and axial vibration of cables is mainly considered. Aspect ratios of the frame and end-effector are defined as non-dimensional parameters while their areas are fixed. It was shown that vibration analysis guides to design a planar cable robot in terms of high capacity to reduce vibration.

공명기 배열을 이용한 소음기의 음향학적 특성 (Acoustic Characteristics of a .Silencer by Using Array Resonators)

  • Helmholtz resonator is used to reduce noise of the narrow frequency band. It has high transmission loss at its resonance frequency. The silencer that combines many resonators could control broadband noise at low frequency. To convey this rather simple idea, serial and parallel arrangement of resonators have been tested to obtain high transmission loss characteristics in the band of which are selects. Theoretical and experimental results explain these characteristics in the absence of mean flow. The change of acoustic characteristics by the resonance frequencies and resonators arrangement are explained by using the equivalent Impedance analysis that is defined in this paper. It shows that the transmission loss has a maximum value when the separation distance between each resonator is λ/4 of its wavelength.

  • This paper describes a type of piezoelectric transformer with improved design principles. It consists of a thin rectangular piezoelectric ceramic plate having two input electrodes and one output electrode. The length of each input and output electrode is nearly one third of that of piezoelectric transformer itself. In the driving section, the ceramic plate is poled in the thickness direction reversely with each other, and has electrodes on both main faces. The electric input near its fundamental resonance frequency is applied to the driving section in parallel and the output voltage from the generating section is connected to the resistor load. Its equivalent circuit is derived from the Mason\`s model. The frequency characteristics near the resonance frequency under no load have been investigated. Moreover, using this piezoelectric transformer we measured the LCD backlight characteristics.

765 kV 송전선로의 345 kV 운전에 따른 계통 해석 (The analysis result of temporary operation of 765 kV transmission line as 345 kV rating)

  • This paper describes the power frequency voltage and its countermeasure when a 765 kV transmission line is directly connected to a 345 kV line and operated at 345 kV voltage. The summary of this result is as follows : The western route of 765 kV transmission line doesn't need any countermeasure to reduce the power frequency voltage at the receiving end. The eastern route of 765 kV transmission needs 100 Mvar(3 phase) capacity of shunt reactor at the receiving end to reduce the power frequency voltage. The use of shunt reactors in the 765 kV transmission lines has unexpected problems, one of which is induction of high voltages on a de-energized circuit of two parallel lines. This paper examined the problem of resonance on two parallel transmission circuits in one routes.
