Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of PBL on self-directed learning and critical thinking disposition. Method: The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design using two groups of first-year students from two nursing schools in Gwangju, South Korea. PBL was conducted for one semester. Result: Significant difference was found in self-directed learning between the two groups after PBL (p<0.05). but, not in critical thinking disposition. Conclusion: The findings indicate that there is a need for paradigm shift in nursing education from the traditional teacher-centered methods to a more learner-centered approach. PBL program will facilitate the development of abilities to become self-directed in learning.

전파기술의 눈부신 발달에 따라 무선통신 기술은 물론 전파와 타 산업의 융합 기술 개발이 매우 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소형 셀 기술과 인지 무선 기술의 발전에 따른 전파정책의 변화를 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 창의적 전파이용을 위한 주파수 정책과 기술 개발 방향을 분석한다. 특히 개방형 전파정책의 확대를 위한 전파정책 방안의 제시와 함께 이에 따른 간섭관리 방안, 그리고 관련 전파법의 개선 방안을 제안한다.

As the 21st century is the post-digital era, a mix of the hard digital and the soft analog realm, the school uniform designs for the post-digital generation need to be changed within this paradigm shift. Thus, this study is conducted with the purpose of developing the school uniform design that reflects aesthetic value and sensitivity of the post-digital generation. The definition and background of the post-digital generation is reviewed and the values of this generation are drawn based on the theoretical research. Also, through the survey of 205 high school girls in Seoul, the purchase, wear & fit, and suggestions for improvement of present school uniforms are investigated. Based on the studies above, the guidelines for designing school uniforms for the post-digital generation are established and the products are developed.

With the evolution of the Internet of Things (IoT), a computing paradigm shift from cloud to edge computing is rapidly taking place to effectively manage the rapidly increasing volume of data generated by various IoT devices. Edge computing is computing that occurs at or near the physical location of a user or data source. Placing computing services closer to these locations allows users to benefit from faster and more reliable services, and enterprises can take advantage of the flexibility of hybrid cloud computing. This paper describes the concept and main benefits of edge computing and presents the trends and future prospects for edge computing technology.

차세대 방송서비스로 대두되고 있는 UHDTV(Ultra High Definition TV) 및 3DTV 등 실감방송서비스의 성공적인 도입과 기존 HDTV 방송기술의 고도화를 위하여 저비용 고효율의 방송콘텐츠 제작 및 서비스기술을 확보하는 것이 요구된다. 최근 들어 IT 자원의 사용 및 유지 관리비용의 절감을 목적으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하는 응용분야가 확대되고 있으며, 방송산업분야에서도 콘텐츠 제작 및 서비스에 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 이용하는 사례가 점차 늘어나고 있다. 따라서, 본고에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 기본적인 개념에 대하여 알아 보고, 기존 방송콘텐츠 제작 및 서비스에 대한 현황과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술도입에 따른 제작 및 서비스 패러다임의 변화를 살펴본다.

This study is about 3D design for parts supporting copper pipes of wall-mounted air-conditioners manufactured by company "D" in Japan. Domestic press die manufacturers are obsessed with 2D die design and are afraid of taking risk with developing 3D die design and die manufacture. This hinders paradigm shift. In this study, the strip layout, which was already completed in the previous study, is altered by adding restriking. Based on the modified strip layout, the 3D die design is done in 15 processes.

This study is an exploratory investigation on how national R&D investments decisions are made in Korea. For developing system dynamic model, we are interested in locating three structural dilemma, occurring with the Korean NIS. In so doing, we intend to devise the ways of ameliorating problems within the NIS investment decision-making process by providing policy implications. We identify delays and side effects during transition periods between different stages of technology innovation by perceiving the switching pattern dynamically, in which form of technologies shifts from one to another stage like paradigm shift, when the R&D investment reaches a certain stock. It is also suggested that the development of strategies is necessary in order to enhance efficiency of technological development process.

The media industry influenced by digital convergence is developing in the direction which the media consumers change their passive attitudes for positive participation on the base of the interactivity of convergence media of telecommunication and broadcasting. And content is progressing toward on-demand service which is customer-oriented and open. In light of these findings, interactivity is the most important feature which is able to shift the paradigm of the media industry and critical success factors which should be considered in order to plan the media strategy. This study is aimed at shedding light on the effects of interactivity factors, which are main factors of ubiquitous environment, on consumer's acceptance intention and describing the role of perceived interactivity and awareness of media substitution in the process of formation of acceptance intention..

이 논문은 현재 해양오염관리의 패러다임을 분석하고 시스템 과학화에도 불구하고 드러난 초동대응 실패, 대응체계혼선, 피해 최소화 실패 등 문제점과 이를 통한 변화의 전조와 인과관계를 동시에 고려할 수 있도록 인과지도(Causal Map)를 작성하여 변화를 분석했다. 현재 패러다임의 지배적 피드백 루프(Dominant Feedback Loop)를 파악하고 이를 통해 유출원을 신속하게 봉쇄할 수 있는 장비 개발과 더불어 피해자로만 인정하는 지역주민에 대하여 방제활동 및 전략수립을 결정하는 자원으로 전환시킬 수 있도록 프로그램 개발과 더불어 지원, 협조되는 기관의 증가에도 현장에서 신속하게 판단할 수 있는 체계로 개선되어야 한다.

The success of quality management is depend on will of TOP and flexibility in the field. Moreover, the level of standardization of the company is the important index for activation of quality management and establishment of $\boxDr$Prevention Manufacturing Systems$\boxUl$. Six sigma, which is highlighted recently, totally certify the paradigm shift from Management by AFTER to management by BEFORE and regard as a scientific, statistic expression of management activity for understanding customer's needs correctly.
