A data base design framework for predictive a preventive-maintenance system is presented in this paper in order to effectively control machines and reduce accident rates in the workplace. The data base is designed to meet general management requirements to evaluate different maintenance strategies. There are seven data files: the equipment list maintenace pesonnel, maintenance history, maintenance specification, spare part, maintenance equipment, and maintenance schedules. Each data base file has several record based upon data acquisition.

This Paper is to describe about new concept of the hidden cost of quality and through two cases plastic bottle manufacturing to explain how to find out it. Generally, the hidden quality cost does not show in the accounting record, but some time can find in the data of cost accounting or management accounting. How to combine between the hidden quality cost and the accounting method is discussed in the conclusion.

A newly recorded glycerid polychaete collected from mud of the tidal flat in the southwestern coast of Korea is identified as Glycera fallax Quatrefages, 1850 based on the morphologies of papaillae and ailerons on proboscis, parapodial postsetal lobes, and branchiae. In this paper, we provide a detailed description and illustration of Korean materials of this species and a key to the species of the genus Glycera from Korean waters.

It is an important to notice that the the importance of the medical recording department in hospital will be increased in the future. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the organization of space and to seize the computerization of medical record system in hospital. For these purposes, the operation of medical recording department and the delivery of the patieent's medical recard paper were investigated.

The present study summarized the occurrence, distribution and autecology about 31 taxa of the green algae (Chlorophytes) collected from several swamps, reservoir and highland wet-lands in the South Korea from 2010 to 2013. This paper deals with a total 31 taxa including of 26 genera which are recorded for the first time in Korea. Among these algae, 18 genera including Pyrobotrys Arnoldi, Volvulina Playfair, Dicellula Svirenko, Echinocoleum Jao & Lee, Hofmania Chodat, Gloeotila Kutzing, Tetrachlorella Korschikov, Botryospherella P.C.Silva etc., were newly recorded in Korean fresh-water algal flora.

The paper describes two new records of the lichen genus Buellia (B. badia and B. nashii) from South Korea. A detailed taxonomic description and comments are presented for both taxa. An updated key representing all Buellia species known from South Korea is also provided.

The paper describes three new records of lichen genus Rhizocarpon (R. alpicola, R. grande and R. lavatum) from South Korea. Brief taxonomic description and comments are provided for the new records. An artificial key is also provided for known species of this genus in South Korea.

This paper presents a development of the control algorithm and Pick & Placer. The Pick & Placer provides a powerful multi-task system that includes both graphical and remote interface. Users can easily set up sorting parameters and record important data including wafer number, data, and operator information. This System sets up a dustproof device and massively machined components to provide an extremely stable sorting environment. Precise resolution and accuracy result from using machine vision, a pneumatic slide drive and close -looped positioning.

In this paper, the patient monitor consisting of amplifier, scan converter, A/D converter, CRT amplifier, and micro-controller part was developed. This patient monitor measures the patient's 4 states in the hospital such as electro-cardiography, respiration, blood pressure, and temperature. The control and processing methods based on micro-processor employ the flexibility, extensibility and economy over other conventional system. The followings are incorporated in this system. First, record the heart rate trends for 1 and 4 hours respectively. Second, measures the respiration by impedance pneumography. Third, measures the blood pressure with auto-zero balance. Fourth, linesrize the temperatures by bridge method.
