The reliability guarantee insurance policy for parts and materials was introduced to the market in 2003. This policy indemnifies manufactures for the repair/failure costs, recall expenses. In this paper, owing to the nature of the policy, we propose a new rate-making system considering the type of product and industry, quality control circumstances, record of guarantee performance, and exposures.

This paper provides descriptions and illustrations of two hippolytid shrimps, Eualus macilentus ($Kr{\phi}yer$, 1841) and E. leptognathus (Stimpson, 1860). This is the first record of E. macilentus collected in Korean waters; it was found in the East Sea at a depth of 300 m. Eualus leptognathus has been collected previously from various locations in southern and eastern Korea, but no detailed description has been reported. This study provides a key to the six species of Eualus in Korean waters.

In this paper, while electric multiple unit is moving on the rail, the content of measuring and analysing electric power consumption is mentioned. In order to measure the electric power consumption, we developed the power record analysis equipment and installed it the inside of the converter and inverter system to record the electric power consumption measured by voltage sensor and current sensor. Moving on the rail, we analysed traction power used up and regenerative power by using the measuring instrument. We expect that the measured and analysed data will offer basic research material to devise a energy reduction plan and introduce a new EMU system with high efficiency.

Platorchestia monodi (Mateus et al., 1986), the beach hopper, commonly lives in sea shores and was previously reported only from the Atlantic regions, such as Mid-Atlantic islands, Brazilian coast, and Israel. We present the first record of this species in the Pacific region. The present species can be clearly distinguished from related species by the shapes of gnathopods 1-2 and development of sexual dimorphism in antenna 2 and pereopod 7. Descriptions of the diagnostic characteristics of the species are provided on the text. In addition, this paper also provided the partial sequence of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) gene of the species for its molecular characteristics.

This paper proposes CPR(Computer-based patient record) system that is utilized in Ubiquitous environment, establish security policy by analyzing security limitation of system and design suitable security system in CPR system. The present study designed a CPR system and, for the development of a security system, established security policies for the CPR system through analyzing the operating environment and vulnerability in security and designed a security system implementing the policies. The security system supporting CPR system is composed of authentication system, XML documentation and encryption of medical information and network security system.

An exact spectrum wish no leakage error could be obtained when the period of the signal coincides perfectly with the record length. However, the record length will be determined regardless of the period of signal. The Leakage error due to this problem will gibe a distorted spectrum. In the conventional research, the method was proposed to estimate the three parameters, frequency, amplitude and phase angle, from the spectrum data for anundamped sinusoidal signal. In this paper, some techniques are proposed to estimate frequency, amplitude and damping ratios from the frequency response functions for damped signals. The validation of the proposed techniques is verified by several numerical examples.

This paper presents apparatus and its method for event record of digital substation based on SCL files, which can save communication messages of a variety of IEC61850 international standard applied substation events such as fault. In particular, the device has ability to analyze all of the events and faults, and performs its functions based on SCL files.

The paper chart of medical record had been used as an important medium of the medical information in the medical recording department. This chart has not dealt with the development of information industry and the change of use of medical record in several decades. This study is to show the data which is helpful for the current spacial situation of medical recording in Korea and understand problems to reconsider the medical recording department of hospital architectural plan. In addition, this study is to look for the spacial changes by computerizing of medical recording and its special confrontation and the prospect for the future medical recording department which is going to work as a medical information center.

Recently because of high-speed operation of trains, railway crossings become more and more hazardous components among the whole ones of railway system. It is desirable to remove all the railway crossings for reducing fatalities at railway crossings. it is impossible to eliminate all the crossings for unrealistic investment, so it should be considered to construct multi-level crossings by the order of priority. In this paper operation conditions, various hazard factors on the train accident at domestic railway crossings and foreign cases of risk-based safety assessment models are reviewed and then necessary record data that be added and modified, some essential considerations for developing railway crossing safety assessment software program are proposed.

This paper is the result of the study of diseases, treatments, and causes of death of Yunsan-Gun, King Jungjong, King Injong, and etc that are recorded in The Authentic Record of Chosun Dynasty. Yunsan-Gun died at the age of 31, two months after he was expelled to Kanghwa Island. His rage, regret and emotional disorder injured Wonki therefore, exopathogens easily affected and finally caused death. King Jungjong died of old age. King Injong was born with weak heart and stomach, and attack of sorrow among seven emotions, and failure of harmonious intake of food lead to death.
