In the paper, a Visual factory model for a optical-components manufacturing process is built. The optical-components manufacturing process is composed of 3 operation processes; optical sub assembly process, package assembly process, and fiber assembly process. Each process is managed not a batch mode, which is one of most popular manufacturing styles to produce a great deal of industrial output, but though a modular cell. In the processes, a modular cell has to be processed independently of the other cells. Optimization for the composition of assembly cell in the optical-components system is made by the Visual factory model.

TCP/UDP가 차지하고 있던 전송 프로토콜에 멀티미디어와 같은 대용량 데이터전송을 위해 개발되어 차세대 전송프로토콜로 지칭되는 SCTP가 최근의 리눅스 커널 2.6.0-testX에 탑재되었다. 리눅스 커널 2.6에 탑재된 SCTP는 lksctp라는 패키지 형태로 구현하고 배포하였는데, 실제 커널에서 SCTP API를 분석하고, TCP, UDP와의 비교가 시급한 실정이다. 또한 안정화 상태를 점검하고 검증할 가치가 있는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 새로운 리눅스 커널에 탑재된 SCTP API를 분석하고, 테스트에 대한 구체적인 사항을 기술한다.

Purpose : This study attempted to find out the relationship between leadership style, knowledge transfer in nursing officers' job, considering the task characteristics. Methods : The data were collected from the military hospital during November 1st to November 17th, 2008 using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the statistical method of frequency, correlation, and regression analysis, in SPSS 12.0 program package. Results/Conclusion : The results of empirical analysis shows that the levels of job tension and job focused task domain affect the job characteristics of the nursing officers' organization. The job characteristics have a moderating effect on the relationship between leadership style and knowledge transfer. The research is very useful in finding out the job characteristics which well depict military nursing organizations. This research suggests that a desirable leadership styles affect the knowledge transfer in the job characteristics type.

21세기의 정보화 시대에는 국가간, 지역간 무역의 장벽이 사라지고 다변화하는 무한경쟁시대로 변모하게 될 것이다. 포장산업은 판매부터 폭넓은 시장에서 모든 계층의 소비자 욕구를 충족시키는 기업위주의 마케팅 활동이 가능하였다. 따라서 이 시대에 요구되는 술 포장디자인은 시장구조가 양적, 질적으로 다양해지면서 제품이미지를 계획적으로 통제, 운영하지 않으면 자사 브랜드의 시장력이 저하될 수 밖에 없는 현실이다. 이제 술 포장디자인은 물질적, 생산지 1차 기능의 충족을 위한 수단으로만 존재하는 것이아니라 인간의 만족과 정서적 풍요로움을 가능하게 해줄 수 있어야만 한다. 그러한 가치 형성의 배경은 여러 가지 다각적 측면으로 분석되어진다. 술 포장디자인 그 시대의 기초와 취미 소비자의 질서가 가장 적절하게 표현되는 대중문화를 선동하는 사회적, 문화적 파급효과에 이르고 있다. 그리한 변화에 따라 소비자의 의식구조, 라이프 스타일 변화 시장 구조 계층을 변화시켰으며 술 시장의 세분화를 더욱 더 촉진 시켰다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 세분화된 소비계층의 중심인 술 포장디자인의 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있는 효율성을 도모하고 술 소비자의 계층구조에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고자한다. 또한 술 포장디자인의 전략의 특성을 파악하고, 술 포장디자인이라는 매개체를 통하여 상호유기성 통하여 보다 효율적인 소비자 커뮤니케이션에 접근토록 하는 새로운 전략적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership styles and self-esteem, satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. Method:The subjects were 386 nursing students who were in college and university located around Seoul, Kyounggi, Chungchung, Kangwon province. The data were collected from July 26 to September 18, 2004 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS package were used. Results: 1. The score of the nursing students' transformational leadership were higher than that of the nursing students' transactional leadership. 2. The mean of satisfaction of clinical practice perceived by nursing students was 3.07, and its subcategories were practice contents 3.28, practice evaluations 3.11, practice hours 3.00, practice environments 2.99, practice directions 2.98. 3. 'Transformational leadership', 'charisma', 'intellectual stimulation' and 'individual consideration' were positively related to 'self-esteem', 'satisfaction of clinical practice' of nursing students. 4. 'Contingent reward' was positively related to 'self-esteem'. And 'Management by exception' was negatively related to 'self-esteem'. 5. 'Transactional leadership', 'Contingent reward' were positively related to 'satisfaction of clinical practice' of nursing students. 6. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the key determinants of 'self-esteem' were 'charisma' and this explained 27.41% of the total variance of it. And the key determinants of 'satisfaction of clinical practice' were 'charisma' and this explained 10.94% of the total variance of it.

Due to the popularization of fashion, it is important for consumers to find out under what kinds of reasons consumers choose and prefer the clothing products as consumers are interested in clothing and have variety of their styles to choose This study is to classify the self-image of the middle-aged women and examine the characteristics of each group and also to inquire into the evaluation of clothing by each group. Data are collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey from 4 to October 31, 2005 from 350 middle-aged women in Daegu; 275 are used for the data analysis. Data analysis is performed using SPSS Package, which included cluster analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, and chi-square test. The results are as follows: 1. As a result of factor analysis of self-image, the five factors which are intelligent image, social image, fashionable image, female image, bold image are extracted. Besides, as a result of cluster analysis, the three types which are female-type, neuter-type, male-type are classified. 2. The middle-aged women regard the classic style as their best style for outgoing and then they like the casual style, elegant style, dramatic style in order. 3. As a result of factor analysis for clothing image, the four factors which are dignity, attraction, simplicity activity are extracted. 4. According to self-image types, there are differences for clothing image and preferring clothing styles. While female-type groups choose the elegant style, neuter-type groups regard the classic style as their best style and male-type groups regard the casual style as their best style. In case of daring style, the preference shows the lowest among all the types unrelated to self-image types.

캘리그라피 기법은 요즘 동서양을 막론하고 다양한 분야에서 활용되어지고 있다. 광고, 패키지, 심볼마크, 로고타입, 영화포스터 등의 그래픽디자인 분야에서 심지어 현대추상회화에 이르기까지 현대인의 시각환경을 망라하고 있다. 이는 기호 및 운동표현으로서의 그 역동적이고 암시적인 표현력이 재인식되었기 때문이다. 기계적이고 인위적인 디지털환경, 획일적이고 공식화된 모더니즘적 경향에 대한 현대인의 이탈심리의 작용으로 동양적 신비감과 정서적 친근감을 갖춘 새로운 표현양식으로서 캘리그라피 기법에 주목한다. 따라서 본 논문은 캘리그라피의 역사를 조명하고, 특성을 이해하며, 현대회화와 그래픽디자인에 확장된 가치를 모색하여 시각언어와 표현양식의 확산에 기여하고자 한다. 또한 동양화적 기법과 재료, 캘리그라피 기법을 혼용한 캘리일러스트(Calli-Illust)에 대한 개념의 정립과 활용 가능성에 대해 탐색하여 일러스트의 영역을 확장하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 보면 캘리그라피 기법은 추상표현주의 회화의 한 양식으로서, 새로운 조형세계의 영역을 확장시킨 공헌을 하고 있으며, 다양한 디자인 환경 속에서 비판 없이 수용되었던 서구의 이성적, 합리적 그리고 기하학적인 기능주의 디자인 양식의 한계점을 타개할 새로운 표현양식으로 발전시킬 필요가 있음을 도출하였다. 또한 이전까지 캘리그라피의 개념에 포함되어 이해되었던 캘리일러스트에 대한 개념과 정치를 확보할 수 있었다. 캘리일러스트에 대한 연구는 이제 시작에 불과하다. 앞으로 보다 심도 있고 폭넓은 연구가 진행되어 커뮤니케이션 디자인에 다각적으로 적용될 수 있게 되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether characteristics of the perceiver make differences in impressions of clothing types in the situation of first impression formation. Questionnaire was used as major method of gathering data. A poll of 650 men h women between the ages of 20∼39 living in Daegu was taken by the author for this study. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, frequency, ANOVA-test and t-test were implemented with the SPSS-package. The characteristics of clothing types used in our experiments include: sexy, masculine, feminine, dramatic, elegant-classic and casual. The results are as follows; 1 . Men favored sexy clothes more than women, whereas women tended to like masculine clothes more than men. 2. Positive, open-minded men were accepting of masculine, feminine, dramatic and elegant-classic clothes, but gave unfavorable responses toward casual clothes. In contrast, positive open-minded women continued to show unfavorable impressions of sexy clothes. Attitude towards clothing affected the outlook towards clothing by the perceiver 3. Clothing-dependent/vain men favored sexy, dramatic and elegant-classic clothes, while clothing-indifferent men tended toward casual clothes. Furthermore, clothing-dependent/vain women were interested in the feminine style, but women in general continued to show negative responses toward sexy and dramatic clothes.
