TCE, PCE 측정을 위한 바이오센서의 특성

  • A sol-gel fiber-optic biosensor with encapsulated pH-sensitive fluorophore and immobilized genetically modified toluene-o-xylene monooxygenase was developed to detect TCE and PCE, which are carcinogenic chlorinate organic compounds prevailing in ground water. The sensitivity was characterized for the composition of sol-gel, and manufacturing procedure. The intensity curve reveals a linear range of intensity for pollutant concentration range of 0.01ppm and 1ppm. The change in intensity was appeared to be larger at each of L for same condition, and, therefore, the wavelength of λ was chosen for the analytical measurement.

  • Photolithography techniques were applied for immobilization of GOD membrane on the pH-ISFET with photo-sensitive polymers to realize ISEFT glucose sensor. This IC technology-compatible glucose sensor showed good sensing characteristics in the wide range of 10-1000 mg/dl glucose concentrations.

  • Growth responses of lettuce seeds germinated in aqueous solutions of $SO_2$ were investigated for mode of action studies of this gas. The concentration and pH of $SO_2$ solution greatly affected the growth of germinating seeds. Root growth was more sensitive to $SO_2$ than hypocotyl growth. The sensitivity of total seedling growth lay between root and hypocotyl growth. Growth inhibition of germinating seeds appeared more serioius when $SO_2$ was added during the early stage of germination.

  • 생체적합성이 우수하며 자연계에 널리 존재하는 chitin의 탈아세틸화물인 chitosan은 인공피부, 생분해성 고분자 재료 및 약물방출용 고분자막으로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 특히 chitosan은 cellulose와 유사한 화학구조를 가지고 있으며 보다 풍부한 반응성 작용기를 가지므로 이를 개질하려는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구실에서는 chitosan막이 산성 조건하에서 팽윤되는 성질을 이용한 pH-sensitive막을 이용한 약물방출 조절에 관한 연구를 진행하고 있다.

  • This study describes a simple and sensitive semi-micro HPLC method with UV detection and direct deproteinization. The plasma protein was precipitated using perchloric acid (60%) and the supernatant was directly injected onto the semi-micro HPLC system. The separation was achieved on a C18 (25 mm ${\times}$ 2.0 mm I.D) analytical column with a mobile phase of sodium acetate buffer (pH 3.5, 50 mmol) - acetonitrile (60:40, V/V). (omitted)

  • This study established a sensitive novel Quantification method for detecting glimepiride in human plasma using LC-MS/MS for pharmacokinetic studies. The mobile phase used after degassing was composed of 10 mM ammonium acetate and acetonitrile (20:80, pH 3.0), with flow rate of 200uL/min. One mL plasma were pipetted into glass tubes and spiked with 0.1 mL of internal standard solution. (omitted)
