Microporous TS-1 Zeolite(MFI)의 합성과 특성 (Synthesis and characterization of microporous TS-1 zeolite(MFI))

  • 새로운 촉매 소자로 각광 받고 있는 TS-1 Zeolite를 초기 반응액의 pH를 변화시켜 합성하였다. 반응물의 pH는 10.0에서 11.5 까지의 범위를 가지며, pH 10.4 에서는 큰 기공(8~10$\AA$)을 가진 TS-1 Zeolite(ETS-10)가 합성되는 반면 pH가 11.5에서는 작은 기공(3~5$\AA$)을 갖는 TS-1 Zeolite(ETS-4)가 합성되었다. pH의 범위가 10.4에서 11.5 내에서는 두 가지 물질이 동시에 존재하였다. 합성된 TS-1 Zeolite의 결정화, 물리적 화학적 성질은 XRD, XRF, SEM 과 FT-IR에 의해 연구되었다.

Pyrolysis kinetics and microstructure of thermal conversion products on toluene soluble component from two kinds of modified pitch

  • Modified pitch A (MPA) and modified pitch B (MPB) were prepared by oxidative polymerization and thermal polycondensation reaction with refined pitch as the raw material, respectively. The toluene soluble components (TS-1 and TS-2) were obtained by solvent extraction from MPA and MPB, separately. The Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose method were used to calculate the pyrolysis activation energy of TS. The Satava-Sestak method was used to investigate the pyrolysis kinetic parameters of TS. Moreover, the optical microstructure of the thermal conversion products (TS-1-P and TS-2-P) by calcination shows that TS-1-P has more contents of mosaic structure and lower contents of fine fiber structure than TS-2-P. The research result obtained by a combination of X-ray diffraction and the curve-fitting method revealed that the ratios of ordered carbon crystallite (Ig) in TS-1-P and TS-2-P were 0.3793 and 0.4417, respectively. The distributions of carbon crystallite on TS-1-P and TS-2-P were calculated by Raman spectrum and curve-fitting analysis. They show that the thermal conversion product of TS-2 has a better graphite crystallite structure than TS-1.

  • We synthesized polypyrrole (PPy) by electrolysis of the pyrrole monomer solution containing support electrolyte KCl and/or p-toluene sulfonic acid sodium salt (p-TS). The electrochemical behavior was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance. In the case of using electrolyte p-TS, the redox potential was about -0.3 V vs. Ag/ AgCl reference electrode, while the potential was about 0 V for using electrolyte KCl. It is considered as the backbone forms a queue effectively by doping p-TS Therefore, it is possible to be arranged regularly. That leads to improvement in the electron hopping. The AC impedance plot gave a hint of betterment of mass transport. PPy doped with p-TS has improved in mass transport, or diffusion. That is because the PPy doped with p-TS has a good orientation, and is more porous than PPy with KCl.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 크린룸에서 VOC(volatile organic compound)과 수분을 제거하기 위한 흡착로타에 관한 것이다. 흡착로타는 세라믹 페이퍼 허니컴 기질에 NaX 제올라이트와 TS-1 제올라이트로 만들어졌다. NaX 제올라이트는 수열합성법으로 합성되어졌으며, NaX 제올라이트 결정(2∼3 ㎛)을 seed로 합성 조성에 3∼5 wt%까지 첨가하여 5 ㎛의 균일한 NaX 제올라이트를 성장시켰다. Seed의 첨가는 seed를 첨가하지 않은 합성용액과 비교하여 결정의 크기가 크며, 균일한 NaX 제올라이트 결정을 성공적으로 합성하였다. TS-1 제올라이트는 초기 반응액의 pH를 변화시켜 합성하였다. 반응물의 pH는 10.0에서 11.5 까지의 범위를 가지며, PH 10.4에서 큰 기공(8∼10 (equation omitted))을 가진 TS-1 제올라이트(ETS-10)가 합성되는 반면 pH가 11.5에서는 작은 기공 (3∼5 (equation omitted))을 갖는 TS-1 제올라이트(ETS-4)가 합성되었다.

중합효소연쇄반응을 이용한 Theileria sergenti의 신속한 검출 (Rapid detection of Theileria sergenti by polymerase chain reaction)

  • Theileria sergeni의 진단방법으로 Giemsa 염색에 의한 광학현미경적 관찰이 가장 통상 적으로 이용되고 있으나 감염이 아주 적거나 내과성인 경우 검출하기가 매우 곤란하다. 이에 PCR 진단을 위한 대강유전자로서 p33의 염기서열을 이용하여 4개의 oligonucleotide primers. TS1, TS2 ,TS3,, TS4를 작성하였다. 작성된 primer의 각 조합에 따라 PCR한 결과 TS1과 TS4 조합에서는 499 bps, TS1과 TS3 조합에서는 381 bps, TS2와 TS4 조합에서는 365 bps, TS2 와 TS3 조합에서는 247 bps 크기의 산물을 획득하였다 이 PCR산물은 p33 유전자 염기서열 분석을 통한 제한효소처리 및 Southern blot hybridization 방법을 통하여 그 특이성을 확인하였다. Primer의 특이성을 조사한 결과 미감염 백혈구 및 다른 주혈기생충인 Babesic ouota, Anaplosmn marginate에 대해서는 교차 반응을 나타내지 않았다. 또한 야외시료에 PCR 기법을 적용한 결과 Giemsa 염색에 의한 광학현미경적 관찰에서는 64.8%의 양성률을 보인 반면, PCR 진단에서는 본 실험에서 작성된 TS1과 TS4, TS2와 TS3 조합이 공희 88.7%의 양성률을 나타내었다.

Fatty Acid Profiles and Stearoyl-CoA Desaturase Gene Expression in Longissimus dorsi Muscle of Growing Lambs Influenced by Addition of Tea Saponins and Soybean Oil

  • This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary addition of tea saponins (TS) and soybean oil (SO) on fatty acid profile and gene expression of stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) in longissimus dorsi (LD) muscle of growing lambs. Thirty-two Huzhou lambs were assigned to four dietary treatments in a $2{\times}2$ factorial arrangement with main effects of TS (0 or 3 g/d) and SO (0 or 30 g/kg of diet DM). The diet without additives was considered as NTNS (no TS or SO). After a feeding trial for 60 d, four lambs of each treatment were slaughtered to collect the samples of LD muscle. Percentage of trans-11 vaccenic acid was enhanced (p<0.05) in muscle of lambs fed TS and SO. The proportion of total conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) was increased (p<0.05) by SO, but decreased (p<0.05) by TS in LD muscle. The percentage of total saturated fatty acids in muscle was decreased (p<0.05) by addition of TS and SO, while addition of SO increased (p<0.05) the percentage of total polyunsaturated fatty acids. The ratio of cis-9, trans-11 CLA to tran-11 vaccenic acid was decreased (p<0.05) by TS, but increased (p<0.05) by SO. The same effects were observed in SCD mRNA expression. From these results it is indicated that including TS and SO in the diet of growing lambs affect the fatty acid profiles of LD muscle and that the proportion of cis-9, trans-11 CLA in the muscle influenced by TS and SO may be related to the SCD gene expression.

  • 재조합 pBR322-trp$^+$ 플라스미드의 숙주내 안정적 유지를 목적으로 tRNA phe 의 구조유전자인 pheW$^+$ 유전자를 pBR322-trp$^+$의 플라스미드에 도입시키고, 숙주세포로는 트립토판 생산을 위한 정상숙주 LC901의 phenylalanyl tRNA synthetase 온도감수성 변이체인 LC901-pheS-ts를 구성하여 이 온도감수성 숙주의 제한온도 (restrictive temperature)에서 재조합 trp$^+$ 플라스미드의 안정적 유지와 trp$^+$ 유전자가 미치는 효과를 조사하였다.

  • We synthesized polypyrrole (PPy) by electrolysis of the pyrrole monomer solution containing support electrolyte, KCl and/or p-toluene sulfonic acid sodium salt (p-TS). The electrochemical behavior, was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance. In the case of using electrolyte p-TS, the oxidation potential of the PPy was about -02 V vs Ag/AgCl reference electrode, while the potential was about 0 V for using electrolyte KCl. The falloff of the oxidation potential gave a sign of an improvement in the electron hopoing mechanism on the backbone. The AC impedance plot gave a hint of betterment of mass transport. PPy doped with p-TS improved in mass transport or diffusion. That was because the PPy doped with p-TS was more porous than PPy with KCl. We attained an effect of good kinetic parameters, in the case of PP-GOx enzyme electrodes doped with p-TS, which were determined by 58 mmol dm$\^$-3/ for apparent Michaelis constant and by 581 ㎂ for maximum current respectively.
