Purpose - This study aims to suggest appropriate policies and performance indicators for financial aid recipients. It analyzes the existing regular government policy funds support project, especially its propriety and reasonability. Research design, data, and methodology - When financial aid is effective, it should be able to predict small enterprise business results. Additionally, there should be an evaluation, checking before and after performance rates so that the rate of achievement and outcome can be measured. This study's contribution for small enterprises is in researching the best way to improve this support system. Results - The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS), currently designated as a support organization for implementing the government financial aid project, has assessment indicators. However, these focus mainly on quantitative indicators and survey results. Conclusions - In the future, there is some need to draw up measures, setting the right direction for developing policies for the small enterprise fund loans and improving the management of the plans. Eventually, this effort will dispel concerns about the present support policy, which is considered to be weakening small enterprises.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core strengthening training on baseball throwing. A total of 14 subjects were recruited from among middle school baseball players. The main outcome measures were as follows: speed guns were used to measure the velocity of baseballs thrown; scored targets were used to measure throwing accuracy; and 50m measuring tapes were used to measure throwing distances. It was found that core strengthening training improved the velocity of baseballs thrown and throwing accuracy and distance. Thus, core strengthening training is effective for improving the throwing ability of baseball players.

This study examined the existing issues and current status of how to best approach the establishment of railroad asset of the corporation in the long run. It also explored some preventative measures for further problems. Based on the law of state property and related railroad statutes, the research referred to basic plans for railroad management of Korea Rail Network Authority, the outcome of file research, handbook of asset management, guidelines and policy of Ministry of Finance and Economy for state property management, recommendations of the Board of Audit and Inspection and fact-finding research of state property (miscellaneous properties). The findings are making a few suggestions on the service of the Korea Rail Network Authority and Korail.

This report describes the long term safety and efficacy of intrathecal therapy using Sufentanil for the management of chronic intractable neuropathic pain in 12 chronic pain patients. Standardized psychological screening was used to determine treatment suitability. Evaluation data included the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Wong-Baker Faces Scale, Brief Pain Inventory (BPI), Disability of Arm, Shoulder, and Hand (DASH), McGill Quality of Life Questionnaire, and complications (granulomas, toxicity, withdrawal, or deaths). SPSS version 18 was used for data analysis. Pre- and post- treatment BPI measures and pain scale scores showed a statistically significant difference. There were no complications directly related to drug toxicity, nor drug withdrawals, granulomas, or deaths. Intrathecal therapy with Sufentanil therapy offers a good treatment alternative for those cases that have failed both surgery and standard pain treatment. Strict patient selection based on psychological screening, control of co-morbidities, a proper pain management may contribute to successful outcome.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of community-based rehabilitation (CBR) program on activities of daily livings (ADLs), quality of life and assistive technology satisfaction for disabled adults in South Korea. Fourteen community-dwelling subjects were participated in a home-based rehabilitation program which performed once a month for 2 months. The outcome measures included Modified Barthel Index (MBI) for assessing ADLs, EuroQol five-dimensions questionnaire (EQ-5D) for quality of life (QoL) and Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0 (QUEST 2.0) for assistive technology. Significant improvements in ADLs, quality of life and assistive technology satisfaction were observed after the program. This study indicated that community-based rehabilitation program is an effective method for improving ADLs, quality of life and assistive technology satisfaction for adults with disabilities.

본 증례에서는 난임의 치료방법으로 FCST의 음양균형장치를 포함한 PBT, 평형 침 치료, 부항, 한약 등의 복합치료로 전신 증상의 개선 및 감소에 현저한 치료효과가 나타남을 관찰하였다. 또한 그 결과로 자연 임신에 성공하여 출산하였고 출산한 아기도 건강한 상태임을 확인하였다.

In order for the analysis of effect in the respective preventive measures which is being carried out by a small & medium sized company against any potential accident, this research relates to the followings: We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company in which his obligation of selecting a safety manager is exempted, in accordance with the industrial safety & healthcare & enforcement ordinance, enforcement rule. We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company which entrusted the specialized organization with his own safety control notwithstanding it is free from an obligation to have any safety manager for aiming at the comparison and analysis of the outcome. The economic and preventive effect of industrial accident has been compared and analyzed in order to strengthen the obligation of selecting a safety manager.

This study was designed to investigate the level of mother's anxiety and to exent knowledge about critical factors of mothers who has hospitalized school aged children. The subject of this study were 395 mothers who have hospitalized school-aged children in 9 different general hospital in Seoul. This outcome measures of mothers' anxiety were tested by Spielberger' STAI. The findings from this study were as follows : 1. The mean score of mother's anxiety was 46.7. 2. The level of mother's anxiety by mother's age, educational level, relegion and experience of loss of children showed significantly difference. Also level of mother's anxiety by the type of disease, hospital days and birth order of children showed significantly difference.

Objectives: Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in Iron Deficiency Anemia. Methods: One Iron Deficiency Anemia cases were managed with the Yinyang Balancing Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. Results: The patients showed positive changes even after the initial treatment and this effext maintained over the follow-up period. Conclusions: Although it is not clear the effect is a sustaining or temporary in its nature, a positive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

The purpose of this thesis is to lay groundwork for the development of emergency care system in metropolitan area. It compares the performance and outcome of the current system with foreign counterparts and investigates the changing aspects of future medical environment. Emergency medical system can be divided into two parts of both pre-hospital care, which refers to the emergency measures taken before arriving at a hospital, and hospital care that is given within a hospital. Pre-hospital care includes on-the-spot expedients, information system and delivery system, whereas hospital care is related to the classification and specialization of medical care facilities. This research focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a rescue party, which is part of pre-historical care system. As a result, it provides valuable material for the development of the emergency medical system in Seoul.
