In korea, since November 1982 these two small group activity (QC circle convension and Factory Saemaul activity small group convension) has been united, many problems have been disclosed that are aganist the basic principle more or less. Worker's small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. In practice, however, many group are so typical and impetuous of the material effect that it is worried to be inclined to outform rather than contents. Effective small group activities are presumed to be successful only with labour management cooperation on the basis of human-orient management philosophy. The small group activities are also prevalent in service sector. More derivative methods have been developed and more members are willingly participation in training programs. The small group which is basically a horizontal organization unit, promptes communication within the whole organization, In consideration of social circumstances and traditions, the flexible model of the small group activities suitable to the corporate environment, will contribute to industrial development.

Myofascial pain syndrome is one of the major cause of chronic pain and trigger point injection, stretching, spray and electrical therapy are often used in clinical situation for treatment of myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is characterzied by the existence of a hypersensitive region, called the trigger point in a muscle or in the connective tissue, together with palpable noble, stiffness, limitation of motion and referred pain when trigger point is stimulated. Physiologically, they represent a self-sustaining vicious cycle of pain-spasm-pain. The purpose of this study is to illustrate mechanisms of pain by stimulation of acupuncture and trigger point, to introduce clinic application of orient and western stimulative point (acupuncture, trigger point)for treatment of MPS(myofascial pain syndrome), to make physiotherapist use both stimulative points for treatment of MPS.

On the importance of brain, Nei Ching has many descriptions, but it has been 3,000 years since the theory was issued that brain should be considered as a viscera. Nowadays scientists rush more studies on brain in international scientific field, Eastern medicine is to be required for the solution of it. This study is on the identical pathological mechanism between Simpo and brain based on my researches on senil dimentia through continued reports last 15 years. A psychosis is caused by stress and abnormality of neurotransmitter on brain, for which is caused by seven emotions and pathological material on Simpo in Pyun Jahk Simseo, so it shows Simpo is brain clearly. Therefore Simpo is no more intangible organ but brain, Samcho which has been debated similarly for thousands of years in the orient is no more intangible but spinal nerve system on central nerve with its structure and physiological points, and both two organs are composed of inside and outside relationship in Eastern medicine, I report hereby today.

The topology optimizations of electromagnetic systems with the nonlinear and the eddy current effects are studied using the finite element method. The topology design sensitivity formulations of nonlinear magnetostatics and eddy current systems are derived using the adjoint variable method. A computer program is developed using object orient programming and applied to the topology optimization of a C-core actuator. A numerical study shows the effects of saturation and eddy current by comparing results of topology optimizations.

In odor to set high saturation magnetization and coercivity, it had need to orient axis of easy magnetization of CoCr-based thin film perpendicular direction(c-axis) to the substrate plane. It was known that crystalline orientation of CoCr-based thin film was improved by introducing underlayer like Ti, Ge. We prepared singlelayer and double layer with Si underlayer by Facing Targets Sputtering System. As a result, intensity and c-axis dispersion angle ${\Delta}{\theta}_{50}$ of singlelayer were improved with increasing film thickness. Also, it was found that CoCr/Si and CoCrTa/Si double layer showed good c-axis dispersion angle due to introducing Si.

The CAD/CAM System oriented to StereoLithographic Rapid Prototyping was constructed and developed. The software architecture uses a 586PC running the windows NT operating system. An .STL file brought into the software program can be verified in divers view points and focused for a detail of concern. A variety of Entity was applied to define an array of triangular facets and sliced loops. The system provides Edit, Scale, Orient, Copy and Divide commands to modify .STL model. The NC codes are created according to various laser beam scan pattern and the software show the parts on the platform before they are constructed. This system is written in Visual C and has been proved as a powerful tool for producing solid parts directly from a CAD modelling, using actual applications.

In the Orient, most references are made on the visual perception of the eye having the blue iris, even in the case where the reference should be made on the perception by the eye having the dark iris. In order to clarify the difference in the visual perceptions of a monochromatic light, an objective boundary wavelength between hues incident on the dark eyes was obtained and the correlation between the valuesalready reported as having been obtained with the blue eyes was examined. A significant difference was found in the subjective boundary wavelengths of hues depending on the difference in the visual sensitivity distribution on the dark and blue eyes.

PALMIWON is composed of 8 oriental herbs which has been known to show some pharmacological effects in kidney, blood vessels and immune systems, and used for the treatment of kid ney disease, hypertension, nervous disease and diabetic mellitus in the Orient for a long time. Based on our previous report that PALMIWON showed different effects on immune cells and ${\beta}$-cells, the immunoreactivity of ICSA (Islet Cell Surface Antibody) with ${\beta}$-cell (RINm5F) and the cell proliferation and function of interleukin-1${\beta}$ damaged ${\beta}$-cells in the presence of PALMIWON were examined. It was observed that PALMIWON significantly inhibited the immunoreactivity of ICSA with ${\beta}$-cell, and markedly increased cell proliferation and insulin release of interleukin-1${\beta}$ damaged ${\beta}$-cells.

Retinitis pigmentosa(RP) is characterized by night-blindness, contraction of the visual field, distinct hereditary nature, wide-spread pigmentary in the midperiphery. We have experienced a case of retinitis pigmentosa treated by oriental medicine (Herbal medicaiton, Acupuncture & Electroacupuncture therapy). In the point of Differentiation of syndrome, this subject was diagnosed deficiency of both Gi & blood and Eum deficiency of Liver and Kidney. So we was administrated with Palmultang-Gamibang. After treatment of orient medicine, symptoms of patient were improved.

Dreams are experiences of life that is recognized to have taken place in .the mind while asleep. The phenomenon of dreams is occured by external stimuli such as somatic factor and emotion-arousing pre-sleep stimuli. The contents of dreams reflect the dreamer's unique psychic situation, we can view them from category of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements(陰陽五行). Also dreams are characterized by an objectivity that provides whatever in necessary for psychic balance, regardless of the ego's wishes. Hence dreams are objective sources of psychotherapy. The doctor must not treat patient by the doctor's subject mind. The Orient has taken the idea that human beings have the divine center in the heart, so dreams in the psychotherapy of the oriental medicine are more valuable as representation of inner world. The images of dream are classified as the deficiency and excessiveness of Yin-Ki and Yang-Ki of the internal organs, an property and source of stimulus. Dream applies to diagnose the disease of internal organs and to decide to the method of medical treatment.
