The purpose of this study is to implement a visual organizer which enables learners to support web navigation as well as visual understandings in the electronic document space. I developed a visual organizer according to design principles of visual organizer, and then analysed the effect of a visual organizer on the students' disorientation, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, satisfaction and use intention. According to the result, using the visual organizer was more effect than conventional web-based instruction in view of navigation and visual understandings.

O-R 매핑툴을 이용하면 업체별로 상이하며 가변적인 요소를 포함하는 전자 상거래 시스템을 효과적으로 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 시스템을 위한 범용적 O-R Mapping Tool인 Object $Organizer{\;}^{TM}$를 소개하고, 이를 설계하고 구현하기 위해 이용된 접근법에 대해 설명한다. 기존의 0-R 매핑툴에 대한 분석을 통해 사용 편의성과 수행 성능을 개선할 수 있도록 설계하였으며 전자 상거래 시스템의 구현 방법에서 일반화될 수 있는 부분을 추출하기 위하여 개발 프로세스와 구현 방식을 분석하였다. 또한 전자 상거래 시스템의 요구 사항을 충분히 반영할 수 있는 애플리케이션도메인을 선정하여 현업의 구체적인 요구 사항을 효과적으로 처리 가능하도록 설계하였다. 본 논문은 전자 상거래 시스템에 범용적으로 사용될 수 있는 O-R 매핑툴의 구현 방향을 제시했으며 Object $Organizer{\;}^{TM}$를 통해 이를 구현하였다. O-R 매핑툴의 범용성을 확보하기 위해 기존의 제품을 분석하고 전자상거래 시스템의 구현 방법을 분석하고 일반화하였으며 실제 전자 상거래 애플리케이션을 구현해 봄으로써 Object $Organizer{\;}^{TM}$의 개발 효율성을 평가하였다.

Sports events are not copyrighted and sports organizer's profit from sports events is not subject to intellectual property law in our legislation. Most other countries, except for France, do not also recognize sports organizer's profit as an intellectual property right. For this reason, legal grounds protecting sports organizer's profit must be found from current law such as tort law or Unfair Competition and Trade Secret Protection Act. It is irrefutable that these laws play a significant role in protecting sports organizer's profit by imposing restrictions on taking unfair advantage of others' efforts or investment. Nevertheless, protecting sports organizer's profit through such laws has its limits because sports events and relevant information outside the protection category of intellectual property law are considered as public domain. Therefore, introduction of sports organizer's intellectual property right through legislation will serve to faithfully protect sports organizer's profit. Even countries where spectator sports industry is fully in force actively discuss the issue of introducing sports organizer's intellectual property right. Intellectual property law, like other laws, is keenly subject to international trends due to market globalization and sensitively responds to the trends. I believe that further discussions are highly required about the introduction of sports organizer's intellectual property right that properly reflects international trends.

The main purpose of this research is to search the effect of different types of advance organizers in elementary science classes, to the students in acquiring scientific concepts and its retentions. In order to proceed with the research, We have chosen 93 students of three different classes of fifth graders, studying in M elementary school in U metropolitan city. We have randomly chosen two classes as an experimental group and one class as a comparative group. In the first experimental group (Group1), advance organizer was put in a form of a sentence., and the second experimental group (Group2), advance organizer was put in a form of a picture. For the comparative group, We have not put any advance organizer, and the method of class was proceeded as it was before. The result of this research are as follows. Firstly, the result of 'One-way analysis of variance' on scientific concept grade, right after the experiment on three groups, has shown a meaningful difference that, the shape of advance organizer does affect the acquisition of elementary school students' scientific concept. Secondly, even though Group1, who was given with a sentence as an advance organizer, got higher scientific concept scores after the experiment than that of comparative group, However, there was not a meaningful difference between Group1 and comparative group. Thirdly, Group2, who was given with a picture as an advance organizer, has shown a meaningful difference from comparative group. Judging from the facts above, utilizing an advance organizer of a picture in elementary science class, will be very affective on students' acquiring scientific concept.

The purposes of this study are to propose exhibition planning and management skills of trade fair organizers and to provide suggestions on the direction of government policies related to fair items. This study analyzes exhibitor objectives of exhibition participation and exhibition choice attributes using revised importance-performance analysis. This research uses visitor level, organizer services and market attraction of hosting country, as explanatory variables affecting companies' trade show choices. It also utilizes sales and non-sales purposes of participants as variables of exhibitors' objectives. As a result of the empirical analysis and examination of prior research, this study presents some recommendations for exhibition organizers and governments of hosting countries. First, the exhibition organizer should consider the importance of the number of visitors. Thus, the organizer should focus on prior marketing activities to attract visitors. Second, the organizer should make a trade fair plan in compliance with participants' needs. Third, policy authorities should provide environment of free competition among players.

This study traces out female identity and sexuality in George Du Maurier's novel, Trilby. The heroine's sexuality in this novel plays some interesting roles invoking both male gaze and male homosocial desire. There seems to have been lots of debates about female subjectivity and gender relations in the Victorian age. George Du Maurier tries to redefine female identity which had been divided into two aspects in the age: angel and demon. When he describes Trilby's identity, the fixed duality as fallen, demonic and autonomous women might have been considerably fluid. Rather than returning to the old boundaries of female subjectivity and identity through his heroine, he unwittingly describes the female role as an erotic organizer. As Du Maurier shows that Trilby's identity plays a conduit role for male homosocial desire, he created the tension between masculinity and femininity and revealed a changing relationship between female nature and male culture as well. Furthermore, when George Du Maurier in his novel opened a new possibility for an erotic organizer through his heroin, Trilby, he seems to have represented the more fluid female role in the patriarchal culture that asked only some fixed roles for women.

The purpose of the study was to reveal the effects of visual organizer types and cognitive styles in electronic text understanding. 126 graduate students were divided into a field-dependent group and a field-independent group, and then assigned to two different types of web- based instruction programs which included visual organizers of 'reduction' type and 'abstraction' type. Regarding the comprehension of contents, there were no significant effects of visual organizer types and cognitive styles. However, it was revealed that there were significant interaction effects between visual organizer types and cognitive styles on the awareness of structure in electronic texts. That is to say, while Type 2 ('abstraction' type) was more effective to field-dependent learners, Type 1 ('reduction' type) was more effective to field-independent learners in awareness of structure in electronic texts.

The purpose of this study was to develop Graphic Organizer as Advance Organizer. The 'Menu Planning and Food Selection' unit of second grade middle school Technology & Home Economics(revised curriculum of 2007) was selected as the study subject. The course of abstracting an essential education element got done $3^{rd}$ times. It abstracted the first essential education elements to analyze the presented sentence or a concept with the educational contents factor which is on the achievement standard of the area of dietary life from 5grade to 10grade in curriculum revised in 2007. The first 4 essential education elements selected were superiority and cultural value of Korean traditional meal, preparing a balanced diet for the family, food purchasing, and food selection based on the various information'. It abstracted second essential education elements that it concretized the first content factor on a unit of this study and solved overlapping when it was happened at the first contents factor and made connecting with between grade. The $3^{rd}$ essential education elements abstracted to classify the contents which abstracted essential education elements in second. And, it developed Graphic Organizer on a unit of 'Menu Planning and Food Selection' in eight-grade Technology & Home Economics based on the abstracted essential education elements. Graphic Organizer was developed in according to order of the way for making on a Concept Map of Heo In Sook(2000). Developed Graphic Organizer is all of 10 which are 'nutrition value on food of the season', 'harmony and combination of food', 'natural dressing and a garnish', 'the recipe', 'fermented food', 'a traditional instrument and a vessel', 'actor of food harm', 'present food', 'food quality certification' and 'selecting food with food information'.

A technique to improve the analysis of micronuclei(MN) in lymphocytes as a cytogenetic indicator is reported. For the purpose of diminishing the variation of the result from individual reader and making it easier to distinguish accurately a cytokinesis blicked(CB) lymphocyte and micronuclei, we tried a modified one-step silver staining technique as a method for detection of the argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region(AgNOR) with or without conventional Giemsa stain in the slide from CB method. Compared with the conventional Giemsa stain, the preparation processed with this method are especially useful for the accurate analysis of MN of cultured lymphocyte with cytochalasin B. This method will be a useful technique for automated calculation of MN.

This research is to 1) examine the perception of an exhibition organizer in holding an exhibition and its time, and 2) find out participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services according to time and purposes of visiting. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who work for exhibition companies, and exhibition visitors that have participated in any kind of international exhibitions which were held in COEX from 27, March to 2, May, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; First convenience facilities nearby, promotion, parking facilities strongly affected participants' overall satisfaction. Secondly, the purposes and time of visiting showed significant factors on the participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services. In turn, buying merchandise and obtaining useful information significantly affected convenience facilities nearby. Also, simple visiting purposes affected the cost of staying and service related to tourism. Finally, the number of workers, time and occupation of exhibitions are showed as important factors for the perception of an exhibition provider in the exhibition services.
