This study is to investigate the relationships between system characteristics and performance of customer relationship management, and also to examine the type of industry which organizations are involved in, financial or non-financial business, affects on those relationships. To accomplish these research purposes, this study obtained 230 questionnaires from domestic organizations which have implemented customer relationship management systems, and finally used 206 responses for statistical analyses. The results of the study can be summarized as followings. First, integration of system and ease of use of system among various system characteristics have a positive affect on the performance of customer relationship management in significant level. Second, the relationship between system characteristics and performance of customer relationship management, based on testing for parallelism, does not differ by the industry type of organizations.

Purpose - Overall social entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the organization's C.S.R. and overall growth. This study aims to identify the effects of social entrepreneurship in startup companies on corporate social responsibility by identifying gaps in the literature and providing feasible solutions to the gaps. Research design, Data, and methodology - The qualitative content analysis that was conducted by this research takes the form of two research designs. The first step to conducting a conceptual content analysis is to choose the level of analysis, specifically words, phrases, word sense and the second step is the relational content analysis by choosing the concept to be examined, only that the analysis entails examining the relationships between concepts Result - According to the investigation of numerous previous literature review, the current authors found out total six solutions and the application of suggested solutions indicated that the use of innovative models, startup organizations can gain a competitive edge against dominant competitors in their industry of operations, Conclusion - Finally, the conclusion of this research indicates through the use of innovative solution models, startup organizations can gain a competitive edge against dominant competitors in their industry of operations and startup companies may range from an increase in reputation to growth in profitability and entrepreneurs' satisfaction.

The green IT technology is being introduced in diverse sectors, especially in the data center and green computer sectors. Rack-type PCs, which have been developed by improving the computer hardware, are effective for data centers and large businesses, but they are not usually introduced in small organizations such as small and medium businesses and schools because they require high initial costs. Power-saving PC software enables the inexpensive power control, but the installation of the power-saving software in all computers in the organization is not an easy task. Computer users in the organization are usually not cooperative as they do not think the power-saving cost is directly related to themselves. In this paper, a technique wherein the server has a restriction in providing the IP address to the computers that has no power-saving software is proposed, so that users will cooperate in the PC power-saving system to avoid inconvenience. In order to provide restricted IP address periodically, the server makes a request of power-saving software installation check for user's PC. Proposed technique is more effective ways to save computer energy, because it does not depend on specific systems or organizations.

E-commerce is a relatively new but rapidly developing industry and global phenomenon. Uzbekistan, as developing country, has recognized that strong economic development is associated with the adoption and development of e-commerce industry. In this regard, the present study identifies the main facilitators of e-commerce in a developing country and provides some important implications. Four rounds of the Delphi method conducted for a survey involving a panel of experts from various organizations associated with e-commerce, indicate a total of 24 items representing five facilitating factors. The results indicate no significant differences among factors reflecting technology infrastructure, the legal environment/support, the industry environment, and business organizations and suggest that technology infrastructure, the legal environment/support, and the industry environment are more important facilitators of e-commerce than the economic and political environment. The results have important practical and theoretical implications.

Since the mid 1990s, Korea has recognized the importance of content industry and has carried out several support policies. Especially, the support system for the comic industry has been systematically organized, and organizations for this area have tried to extend the type of support programs and objects as well. One of the remarkable changes made by these support programs is to encourage the remaking of old comics, which mostly are published comics in 1970s and 1980s, into the new format, the webtoon. Some of revitalized old comics are open to public through several portal web sites, and people can reach them easily by free. This research is to consider support programs run by policy organizations that are managed in the regional level. This research mainly deals with the type of support programs for the remade old comics and, at the same time, considers the meanings of this support programs for the Korean comic industry.

Korea may have the social environment that has a high interest and demand for the fashion industry, but the relative importance that the Hanbok industry occupies in the fashion industry is very low. It can be found that this is attributed to the difficulty in identifying the trends of Hanbok due to the smallness of Hanbok material producers and Hanbok producers, a change in consumers' consciousness of Hanbok, the difficulty of ties and integration between Hanbok-related organizations, the lack of support from government and the like. Given the recent trend that the principal factor that enables the Korean fashion industry to be competitive in the world fashion business community is based on the beauty of Hanbok, this indifference to the Korean Hanbok industry would be the roadblock to internationalizing the Korean fashion industry. Accordingly, this study attempted to identify the problem of Hanbok-rela1ed department as the basic work for the development of the Hanbok industry and present the plan to activate it, thereby providing basic materials for exploiting the new arena of the Hanbok cultural industry the domestic and foreign fashion market in the 21st century.

One of the challenges faced by Talent Acquisition teams today pertains to the acquisition of human resources by matching job descriptions and skillsets desired. It is more so in the case of competitive sectors like the Indian IT sector. There can be various channels for Talent Acquisition and accordingly, the cost and benefits might vary. However, the consequences of a mismatch have an impact on the quality of deliverables, high recruitment expenses and loss of revenue for the organization. With increased and diverse sources of data that are available to organizations today, there is ample opportunity to apply analytics for informed decision making in this field. This paper reveals useful insights that help streamline the Talent Acquisition process in the Indian IT Industry. The paper adopts a data-centric approach to examine the critical determinants for efficient and effective Talent Acquisition process in IT organizations. Selected supervised machine learning algorithms are applied for the analysis of the dataset. The study is likely to help organizations in reassessing their talent acquisition strategy with respect to key parameters like expected cost to company (CTC), candidate sourcing channels and optimal joining period.

Two main features of the recent building project are the enlargement of the size and the technological complexity. Due to these features, the number or the size of organizations participating in building project is also increasing and the relationships between the organizations are becoming more interdependent than ever. Owing to these features, some delays or errors in the decision-making process in the phase of planning of a building project may influence many subjects related to the project. The most important factor for a successful project is to arbitrate confrontations and build cooperative relationships between parties who have different interests with one another in the project. Efforts were made to find out general features of building project and the features in the phase of planning in order to set a direction of this research. To solve problems in the phase of planning, the concept of 'cooperative design', which means that different features and interests of various organizations should be reflected from the phase of planning, was introduced. By introducing cooperative design in building projects, more rapid and objective decision-makings are possible.

As Ransomware spreads, the target of the attack shifted from a single personal to organizations which lead attackers to be more intelligent and systematic. Thus, Ransomware's threats to domestic infrastructure, including the financial industry, have grown to a level that cannot be ignored. As a measure against these security issues, organizations use ISMS, which is an information protection management system. However, it is difficult for management to make decisions on the loss done by the security issues since amount of the damage done can not be calculated with just ISMS. In this paper, through FAIR-based loss measurement model based on scenario's to identify the extent of damage and calculate the reasonable damages which has been considered to be the problem of the ISMS, we identified losses and risks of Ransomeware on the financial industry and method to reduce the loss by applying the current ISMS and ISO 27001 control items rather than modifying the ISMS.

This study is aimed to analyze the establishing of fisheries management consulting system by case study of similar organizations. For a gradual extension of new technology of fisheries, National Fisheries Research and Development Institute(NFRDI) has launched fisheries consulting project including management in 2010. Fisheries management consulting needs practical and theoretical background regarding its standardization of process, systematization. To achieve this, fisheries management consulting system has to follow farm management consulting system by means of benchmarking. In order to analyze farm management consulting system, I investigated its role organizations(MIFAFF, RDA, KFRI), farm consulting guide. And also, it was conducted to investigated establishing of fisheries management consulting system through development of standard management consulting table and consulting indicators. The research results showed that the realm of fisheries management consulting should be redefined and systematized apposite to the case of fisheries actual conditions. In recent years, to enhance improvement of the fisheries income, there is need to be focused on the efficient utilization of fisheries management consulting system. It is expected that fisheries management consulting system be main issue in fisheries industry.
