  • 현사회(現社會)의 비영리조직(非營利組識)에는 마케팅분야(分野)의 적용(適用)이 점차 늘어나고 있으며, 근래에 와서는 정보(情報)서비스조직(組織)에도 마케팅분야(分野)의 영향(影響)을 받기 시작하였다. 마케팅기법(技法)은 부족한 자원(資源)의 배분(配分)과 새로운 자원(資源)의 발굴(發掘)에 있어서 정보(情報)서비스조직(組織)에 도움을 줄 것이다. 따라서 본고(本稿)에서는 마케팅의 일반이론(一般理論), 비영리조직(非營利組織) 마케팅 및 정보(情報)서비스조직(組織) 마케팅에 관하여 기술하고 있다.

  • Recently, CMM have been recognized as a critical factor to validate the competitiveness of software organizations, even if the organizations have already achieved the ISO9001 certification. Furthermore, the new version of ISO9001:2000 is being required instead of ISO9001:1994. Both CMM and ISO9001 have a common point that they pursuit quality improvement for the organizations processes and products. Therefore, it is important to understand the similarities of specific requirements between the two models in software organizations which attempt to employ both of the models. From this background, this paper compares CMM and ISO9001 by considering the versions in 1994 and 2000 of ISO9001. The results of this research are likely to help software organizations ma]fe a decision for a strategy to adopt CMM and ISO9001.

산업지원기관의 산업체 정보봉사 (Information services to industry by industrial su n.0, pporting organizations)

  • This study attempts to provide the foundation for a possibility that industrial su n.0, pporting organization can be strong information centers if they fortify their information dissemination activities, along with the basic functions. The following conclusions are resulted from the analysis in the operations of libraries, service methods and their publications of the information activities provided by the industrial su n.0, pporting organizations. First, the organizations have not be acquiring enough information materials. The services for bibliographic information should guarantee the uses of original documents. Second, the number of organizations providing on-line information services has been increasing, but the provided materials are nothing but their own materials produced during performing the basic functions. Third, the speedy information provision and efficient information dissemination for the end-users in the distance may be possible through on-line service, but it requires information analysis function to select the necessary information in our industrial environment. Forth, th information activities provided by the libraries of industrial su n.0, pporting organizations should be fortified.

산업분야 정보서비스에 있어서 정보분석의 문제 (Information analysis for industrial information service)

  • This study attempts to provide the foundation that KINITI and industrial su n.0, pporting organizations can be strong information analysis centers if they fortify their information analysis activities. The following conclusions are resulted from the analysis in the state-of-the-art-report covered in national information flow system, service methods and their publications of the information analysis activities provided by the KINITI and industrial su n.0, pporting organizations. First, the KINITI and industrial su n.0, pporting organizations have not be acquiring enough information materials. The services for bibliographic information should guarantee the uses of original documents. Second, the number of organizations providing on-line information services has been increasing, but the provided materials are not sufficiently suited for user's requests. Third, the speedy information provision and efficient information dissemination for the end users in the long distance may be possible through on-line service, but it requires information analysis procedure to select the necessary information in our industrial environment. Forth, the information activities provided by the libraries of industrial su n.0, pporting organizations should be fortified.

  • This paper complements the work of Courtney et al. in viewing learning organizations as inquiring systems. Hegelian inquiring systems are based on the dialectic. Dialectic can not exist without dialogue. The guarantor of this system is conflict. Hegelian inquiring systems would facilitate multiple and contradictory interpretations of reality. Hegelian synthesis of two opposing models-thesis and antithesis-is the epitome of open systems and double-loop learning. Knowledge gained from the Hegelian inquiring systems may result in an entirely new strategic direction to organizations. This paper reviews some guidelines and principles of Hegelian learning organizations and IT support of it. Also it proposes the immediate deployment of Hegelian learning organizations in the wicked business environments and finally suggests the development of new, flexible information technologies and systems for Hegelian organizations.

전문도서관 정보봉사의 현단계 (Present status information services in special libraries)

  • Special Libraries are not the organizations established and administered by the Library and Reading Promotion Law, but the ones organized to provide necessary knowledge and information required in the works performed by the staff of organizations. The goal of special libraries is to provide the information and materials required by the parent organizations, preferably, at the right time and in the right form. In accordance with the specialization of social structure, the number of special library has been increasing. Especially, industries need industrial information in their introduction of new management techniques and in the processes of technical development, so special libraries attached to industries have remarkably been increased. Special libraries, along with academic libraries, are the organizations providing necessary materials for the specialists who are producing knowledge of every field in the society. However, apart from academic libraries, the organizations, manpower, works, collections and services of special libraries have not been properly investigated and known. This research has tried to identify if those factors are provided for propose services. The result shows which factors are fulfilled enough or which ones need enforcement.

환경교육 교사 현직 연수의 현황 및 프로그램 분석 (The Current Status of Environmental Education Teacher Inservice Training and Analysis of Programmes)

  • The purpose of study is to provide fundamental data for the improvement of the teacher inservice training for environmental education through analysis of current inservice training programmes. The subject of analysis are documents on training programmes which was conducted after 2000 by 10 training organizations. Based on the results of this study, inservice training programmes is classified with 6 organizations which consist of education training institute, education & scientific research institute, national · public organizations, colleges of an attached organizations, civil organizations, teacher research society. The strategies for improvement of proposed in this study can be summarized as follows: First,'60 hours training programmes for general competencies improvement of environmental teacher' have to reconsider about scarcity areas to analysis of programmes. Second, this training programmes need to establish in training programmes of nothing region for increase in training opportunity of teachers. Third,'the core training programmes'is continued to be complementing about this programmes and need to establish about training programmes of teaching method of environmental education, environmentally value and attitude, etc

  • This research examines the characteristics of incubating organizations of hi-tech ventures in the information technology industry. In particular, it attempts to investigate incubating conditions under which entrepreneurs obtain their management abilities and market information, locate business partners and prepare the prototypes of their new products. For the empirical test, three incubator organizations, two universities (Seoul National University and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology ) and a government research institute (ETRI: Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) are compared in terms of incubating conditions. It is found that two universities are not different in terms of lab members' demographic characteristics and their attitude towards venture creation. However, the entrepreneurial environments of incubator organizations are different between the universities and ETRI. The universities have more favorable environments than ETRI in terms of management know-how or capabilities, while ETRI has more favorable environments than the universities in terms of the information about markets, distribution channels or customers. The results of this study would provide many policy implementations to administrators of incubator organizations as well as government policy-makers in making effective venture-creation policies.

  • Currently, many organizations introduce ERP system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integration and managing enterprise resources. Already many organizations have introduced ERP systems and the number of introduced ERP system is increasing steadily. Unfortunately, even though organizations have invested much money, previous studies showed the ERP systems had not always turned in good result. It is easy to find many studies that suggest that successful implementing strategies for ERP systems. This study reviewed the previous literature on strategic use of change management in enterprise. In order to establish a successful implementation of ERP, this paper suggests proper solutions to conduct change management according to implementation phase with activity and output, especially analyzing successful organizations in implementing ERP system through consistent change management.
