군병원 간호조직문화와 조직성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Nursing Organizational Culture of Military Hospital and Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose: This research was, by investigating the relations between the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital and performance, to ascertain the cultural types to be able to improve performance. Method: The date were gathered from 255 nurse officers who were in 19 military hospitals by using the self-report type of questionnaire. The period of data collection was from April 20, 2003 to July 15, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used: the tools for measuring the organizational characteristics, organizational culture, and job satisfaction, the tool for measuring organizational commitment. For data analysis the SPSS Win 12.0 program was used. Result: 1) Most of the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital is Relation-oriented. 2) In the relation between general the characteristics of subject and the organizational cultural type, there was a difference in the innovation-oriented, relation-oriented, hierarchy-oriented, and task-oriented culture according to nurse officers careers, hospital types, year in hospital, marital status, and unit(p<0.05). 3) In the relation between general characteristics of subject and organizational performance, there was a difference in the job satisfaction, affective commitment, transactional commitment, and normative commitment according to nurse officers careers, education, madrigal status and unit(p<0.05). 4) In the relationship between the of a military hospital were correlated with the type of each culture(p=0.00), 5) In the relation between the organizational culture type of military hospital and its performance, there was a positive correlation among job satisfaction and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture(p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with job satisfaction(p<0.05). There was a positive correlation among affective commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture(p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with affective commitment(p<0.05). There was no culture type significantly related to continuance commitment and there was a weak positive correlation among normative commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture. The types to have an influence upon nurse officers' job satisfaction were relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture(p=0.00). And relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture were major variances for affective commitment and only relation-oriented culture was influential variance for normative commitment(p=0.00). Conclusion: The organizational culture type was found which had an influence upon nurse officers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. These result are very significant in having showed the persons in charge of nursing administration a basic data for creation of an effective organizational culture.

도서관사서의 임파워먼트와 조직헌신성이 조직효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Librarian's Empowerment and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도서관사서의 임파워먼트와 조직헌신성이 조직효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 도서관사서의 임파워먼트, 헌신성, 조직효과가 사서의 연령과 결혼여부 및 현 도서관 경력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 고찰하였으며, 세 변인 간의 상관관계 및 사서의 임파워먼트와 헌신성이 조직효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 전라북도의 공공도서관 6곳과 대학도서관 4곳을 모집단으로 하여 비확률적 표집(nonprobability sampling) 방법의 하나인 목적표집(purposeful sampling) 방법으로 표집하였으며, 총 148명의 설문을 통계분석하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS pc+ 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 통계분석 방법은 일원변량분석, Pearson의 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과와 논의를 토대로 얻어진 결론은 첫째, 도서관사서의 임파워먼트 수준과 조직효과는 연령별에 따라 차이가 있으나 조직헌신성은 차이가 없다. 둘째, 도서관사서의 임파워먼트 수준은 결혼유무에 따라 차이가 있으나 조직헌신성과 조직효과는 차이가 없다. 셋째, 도서관사서의 임파워먼트 수준은 경력별에 따라 차이가 있으나 조직헌신성과 조직효과는 차이가 없다. 넷째, 변인들 간의 상관에서 가장 높은 상관은 영향력과 임파워먼트 전체, 역량성과 임파워먼트 전체, 자기결정력과 임파워먼트 전체의 순으로 높다. 다섯째, 임파워먼트는 9.3%의 설명력, 헌신성은 5.6%의 설명력을 조직효과에 가지고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 다문화수용성이 다문화역량을 매개로 조직효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는 목적으로 서울시 C대학교에 재학 중인 보육교사 327명을 임의표집하여 설문조사를 하였고, IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0을 활용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 다문화차별성과 다문화지식간의 관계, 국민정체성, 다문화차별성, 세계시민행동의지와 다문화인식간의 관계, 다문화지식과 조직적응성간의 관계, 다문화인식과 조직적응성, 조직생산성간의 관계, 국민정체성과 조직생산성간의 관계, 다문화차별성과 조직생산성간의 관계, 세계시민행동의지와의 관계에서 정적인 관계가 있었고, 이중적평가간의 관계는 부적인 관계가 있었다. 둘째. 다문화인식만 조직적응성과 조직생산성에 영향을 미침으로 매개효과가 나타났다. 따라서 융합시대에 어린이집의 조직효과성을 향상시키기 위해서는 조직효과성의 하위요인인 조직적응성, 조직생산성과 연계하여 다문화인식에 관련된 교육프로그램이 보육교사들에게 필요하다.

물리치료사의 소명의식 및 감정노동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Physical Therapist's Vocation and Emotional Labor on Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사의 소명의식 및 감정노동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 2019년 05월 25일부터 2019년 06월 30일까지 서울시에 있는 개인 병원 2곳, 준 종합 병원 2곳, 종합 병원 2곳, 대학 병원 2곳인 총 8곳의 병원에 근무하는 물리치료사 137명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 물리치료사의 소명의식이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 소명의식 요인이 높을수록 조직성과가 높아진다는 것으로 조직성과에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물리치료사의 감정노동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 감정노동의 하위요인인 표면행동 요인은 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 내면행동 요인은 조직성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 물리치료사가 지각하는 소명의식이 높을수록 조직성과가 높게 나타나고, 감정노동의 표면행동이 높을수록 조직성과가 낮아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 물리치료사의 조직성과를 높이기 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

Development of a Leading Performance Indicator from Operational Experience and Resilience in a Nuclear Power Plant

  • The development of operational performance indicators is of utmost importance for nuclear power plants, since they measure, track, and trend plant operation. Leading indicators are ideal for reducing the likelihood of consequential events. This paper describes the operational data analysis of the information contained in the Corrective Action Program. The methodology considers human error and organizational factors because of their large contribution to consequential events. The results include a tool developed from the data to be used for the identification, prediction, and reduction of the likelihood of significant consequential events. This tool is based on the resilience curve that was built from the plant's operational data. The stress is described by the number of unresolved condition reports. The strain is represented by the number of preventive maintenance tasks and other periodic work activities (i.e., baseline activities), as well as, closing open corrective actions assigned to different departments to resolve the condition reports (i.e., corrective action workload). Beyond the identified resilience threshold, the stress exceeds the station's ability to operate successfully and there is an increased likelihood that a consequential event will occur. A performance indicator is proposed to reduce the likelihood of consequential events at nuclear power plants.

시스템엔지니어링에 기반한 효과적인 리스크 관리 (An Effective Project risk Management Based on Systems Engineering)

  • SE generally defines approaching ways of conducting identification, verification and integration of an optimized product and process solution to meet customer's needs by leveraging organizational competency in engineering and management. To successfully develop a new product under mass production contract, it is important to efficiently carry out the program by ensuring that three major competencies are secured; core technology, system integration, and program management. For successful implementation of tasks in the three areas, systematic execution is called for, which requires identifying risk factors in advance. In particular, comprehensive risk management role and responsibility is required for program management. Success of a development program is determined by complex elements of human resources, organization culture, and overall competency of an organization in technology and program management, including capability of the program manager. In this paper, a risk management solution is suggested to lead a program to success with a more efficient way through actual risk management by the concept of SE around the above three areas.

미국의 농촌개발사업 고찰과 시사점 - 메인 스트리트 프로그램을 중심으로 - (Review on Rural Development Project in the United States and Its Application to Korea : Main Street Program)

  • In 1977, the Main Street Program(MSP) of the United States was founded by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to revitalize downtowns which suffered major declines in their economy and population. This study analyzed the methodology of MSP such as the Four-Point Approach and the Eight Principles, history of MSP, local program organizational structure, local program budgets and funding, official designation and so on. Three successful cases were discussed the background of an introduction to MSP, implementations, results and revitalization statistics. To be able to apply rural development projects in Korea, this study showed the implications such as the need for a program's ethic and methodology, a strong public-private partnership, a dedicated organization, a full-time professional program manager, a commitment to good design and comprehensive work plan, and an educational program of ongoing training for staff, volunteers and other residents.

간호사의 일터영성과 조직시민행동이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Nursing Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior on nurses' performance of nursing. Methods: This study was done over a 6 month period, with 395 nurses participants from 5 different general hospitals with 400 beds in 4 regions of Korea. Data were gathered using self-reported questionnaires from July 23 to August 21, 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analyses with IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Nursing performance showed positive correlations with workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior. The significant predictors of the nursing performance by nurses were a master's degree or higher (${\beta}=.26$), civic virtue (${\beta}=.19$), courtesy (${\beta}=.12$), 40 years of age or older (${\beta}=.09$), a sense of empathy (${\beta}=.07$), and a bachelor's degree in nursing (${\beta}=.06$). These variables explained 39.2% of the variance in nursing performance by nurses. Conclusion: Based on the outcomes of this study, there is a need to develop intervention programs that can inspire nurse to show spontaneous organizational citizenship behavior, and enhance their workplace spirituality. Related variables including academic credentials should also be taken into account.

소속감과 정서적 고갈 그리고 지각된 정의가 이직의도와 조직에 대한 부정적 구전에 미치는 영향 - 파업 후 복귀한 A항공사 운항승무원을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Effect of Airline Pilot's Organizational Identification, Emotional Exhaustion and Perceived Justice on Tunrover Intention and Negative Word-of-Mouth)

  • Recently industries have started to recognize the importance of word-of-mouth marketing and human resource management especially for airline industries who suffer from pilot shortage. Pilots are very important component of airline company and require a lot of money and time to assession, training and maintaining certified license validity. This study is to test the effect of airline pilot's organizational identification, emotional exhaustion and perceived justice on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth on airline union pilots returned from the strike. This study used both literary method and empirical method. The researcher did literary study based on the previous study, designed the research model and hypothesis, did questionnaire survey to the Union member pilot from year 2005 strike for the subject of study to verify hypothesis and analysed empirically the finding using SPSS12.0 program. The major findings of this study may be summarized as follows, (1) organizational identification has a negative effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth, (2) emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth, (3) perceived justice has a negative effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth.

커피전문점에서의 변혁적 리더십이 신뢰, 상사후원인식 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - 종사원 통제위치의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Effects of Transformational Leadership on Trust, Perceived Support from Superiors, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees in Coffee Shop Industry - Moderating Role of Locus of Control -)

  • This study aimed to examine the effects of transformational leadership on employees' trust, perceived support from superiors, organizational citizenship behavior, and moderating effects of locus of control. Using the Amos program, this study tested reliability and fitness of the research model and verified five hypotheses based on empirical data from 233 employee samples in coffee shops. The result of this study shows that positive consideration and charisma of transformational leadership positively influenced employees' level of trust toward superiors and perceived support from superiors. Trust had positive effects on promotion of organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Lastly, analysis of the moderating effect of locus of control showed that a lower level of extrinsic control and higher level of intrinsic control were both positively correlated with greater receptiveness to transformational leadership. The findings in this study identified several significant factors of employee effectiveness influenced by transformational leadership in the coffee shop industry. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
