간호사의 조직몰입 예측요인 (Prediction Factors on the Organizational Commitment in Registered Nurses)

  • Purpose: This research has been conducted in order to confirm the major factors that prediction organizational commitment in registered nurses. Method: The subjects were 350 registered nurses from 3 hospitals in Seoul. The sample for data collection consisted of 329 useable questionnaires (94% overall return rate) for 2 weeks. The Instrument tools utilized in this study were organizational commitment scale, empowerment scale, job stress scale and job satisfaction scale and thoroughly modified to verify validity and reliability. The collected data have been analyzed using SPSS 11.0 program. Three outliers which were bigger than 3 in absolute value were found, so after taking them off, Multiple Regression was used for further analysis. Result: The major factors that prediction organizational commitment in registered nurses were job satisfaction, empowerment, age and unit experience, which explained 51.9% of organizational commitment. Conclusion: It has been confirmed that the regression equation model of this research may serve as a organizational commitment prediction factors in Registered Nurses.

임상간호사의 시간관리 요인이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Time Management on the Clinical Nurse's Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of time management on the clinical nurse's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Methods: Subjects were recruited in two general hospitals in Seoul and Incheon. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire. Time management was measured using the questionnaire developed by Han (1992). Organizational commitment and job satisfaction were measured using the questionnaire developed by Yoon (2000), based on Mowday et al. (1979) and Stamps et al. (1978). The data were analyzed using the SAS statistical package program, version 10.0. Specifically, descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression were performed. Results: The predictive time management factors for organizational commitment included deadline decision, simplification, and goal-setting. The predictive time management factors for job satisfaction included planning/making the priority order, deadline decision, simplification, asking for help, and responsibility reduction. Conclusion: Time management factors are highly correlated with organizational commitment and job satisfaction in clinical nurses. Deadline decision and simplification are common predictive factors for organizational commitment and job satisfaction. These results can be used to develop more effective time management strategies for increasing organizational effectiveness in clinical nurses.

종합병원 간호사의 조직몰입과 관련요인 (Organizational Commitment and Its Related Factor among Medium Hospitals of Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 조직몰입과 관련 요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 자료는 SPSS 19.0 Version으로 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coeffcient, Stepwise multiple Regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호사의 조직몰입은 재직기간, 결혼유무, 월수입, 성격, 밤번횟수에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호사의 조직몰입은 직무만족, 소진과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 소진이 가장 높은 설명력을 나타냈으며, 직무만족, 밤번근무횟수가 유의한 변수로 모두 48.6%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 그러므로 간호사의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위해 소진을 낮추고, 직무만족도를 높이고, 밤번 횟수를 줄이는 것이 필요하다.

병원간호사의 공감역량과 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Compassion Competence and Organizational Commitment on Customer Orientation in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of compassion competence and organizational commitment on customer orientation in hospital nurses. Methods: The participant of this study was 223 nurses who have worked at a tertiary hospital in Chungcheong Province for at least one year. The general characteristics, compassion competence, organizational commitment, and customer orientation of the participants were collected, using self-reported questionnaires, from June 15 to June 29, 2018. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA ($Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test), Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using an SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Customer orientation was significantly associated with organizational commitment (r=.51, p<.001), and compassion competence (r=.74, p<.001). Compassion competence (${\beta}=.62$, p<.001), organizational commitment (${\beta}=.17$, p=.004), and marital status (${\beta}=.11$, p=.034) were identified as the predictors of customer orientation. These variables explained 59.1% of the variance in customer orientation. Conclusion: This study confirmed that compassion competence and organizational commitment may have an impact on customer orientation in hospital Nurses. Therefore, to improve customer orientation in hospital nurses, it is necessary to develop interventions and education programs considering these factors.

임상간호사의 간호일터영성, 직무배태성, 간호근무환경이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Exploring the Effect of Nursing Workplace Spirituality, Job Embeddedness, and Nursing Work Environment on Clinical Nurses' Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of nursing workplace spirituality, job embeddedness, and the nursing work environment on the organizational commitment of clinical nurses. The findings of the study will serveasafoundational resource for designinginterventions to improvenurses' organizational commitment. Methods: The samples of this study comprised 170 nurses working at general hospitals in B City. Data were analyzed through the SPSS 25.0 program using ANOVA, t-test, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The primaryfactors impactingparticipants' organizational commitment were nursing workplace spirituality (β=.388, p<.001), nursing work environment (β=.232, p=.001), position (β=.145, p=.009),and pay satisfaction (β=.143, p=.012). These factors had an explanatory power of 51.4% with regard to organizational commitment. Conclusion: To improve nurses' organizational commitment, it is necessary to implementand developintervention programs aimed atincreasingtheir sense of workplace spirituality. Moreover, organizational management and policy initiatives are needed to foster apositivenursing work environment and pay satisfaction.

Influence of public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment among social welfare public officials -Verification of the moderating effect of supervision-

  • There is no prior research on organizational commitment and supervision for social welfare public officials in charge of public-private cooperation in public welfare fields. Therefore we are designed to determine the impact of social welfare public officials' public-private cooperation awareness on organizational commitment to verify the moderating effect of supervision on the effect between public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment. The analysis data is 242 questionnaires collected from Incheon public health and welfare officials visiting towns, villages, and villages in 10 counties. Using the SPSS 22.0 program, descriptive statistics and relationships between variables were analyzed, regression analysis was performed to analyze the influence between variables, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify supervision control. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the perception of public-private cooperation affects organizational commitment, interacts with supervision satisfaction, and has a moderating effect. Based on this, in order to improve the organizational commitment of social welfare public officials during public-private cooperation work, specific measures were proposed for sharing awareness and understanding between the public and private sectors, establishing an official system, and establishing a supervision system.

동기-위생요인이 간호사의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 조직동일시에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Effects of Motivation-Hygiene Factors on nurse's Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Identification)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of motivation and hygiene factors on nurse's job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational identification. Methods: The subject hospital was 4 tertiary general hospital located in Seoul and Incheon, Korea. The participants of this study were 521 nurses working in the subject hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from April 1 to June 30, 2004. The data were analyzed using SAS 8.0 program for descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of variables were as follows. The motivation factor's total was 3.22, hygiene factor's total was 2.98, job satisfaction was 2.94. organizational commitment was 2.94, and organizational identification was 3.62. The statistically significant predicting factors of job satisfaction were achievement, work itself and salary. In organizational commitment, the significant predicting factors were achievement, advancement, work itself, policy and administration, working conditions, and interpersonal relations. In organizational identification, the significant predicting factors were work itself, responsibility, interpersonal relations, and personal life. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the predicting factors of nurse's job satisfaction based on Herzberg's two-factor theory. The most statistically significant factors were salary on job satisfaction, policy and administration on organizational commitment and work itself on organizational identification. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategy of nursing staff management. And also these will be contributed to developing the nurse's motivation enhancement plans.

간호사의 조직공정성, 임파워먼트가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향: 직무만족과 조직몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Organizational Justice, Empowerment on the Nursing Task Performance of Nurses: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural model on the Nursing Task Performance of Hospital Nurses. Methods: Data collection was done by the 200 hospital nurses from May 1st to May 20th, 2013 in Seoul city. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analyzed using AMOS 19.0 and the maximum likelihood minimization function. The goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMR, RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. Results: First, hospital nurses' organizational justice and empowerment was not found to have a significant direct effect on nursing task performance. Second, organizational justice and empowerment had a direct effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment was found to have a significant direct effect on nursing task performance. Forth, hospital nurses' empowerment was found to have a significant direct effect on nursing task performance. Conclusion: Nurses' nursing task performance was influenced by organizational justice, empowerment, and organizational commitment. In order to increase the degree of nursing task performance in hospital nurse, it is necessary to develop the nursing program and its application considering hospital nurses' organizational justice and empowerment and organizational commitment.

임상간호사의 간호근무환경과 조직몰입의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Resilience on the Relationship between Nurse Practice Environment and Organizational Commitment in Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 간호근무환경과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G도 및 J도의 상급종합병원, 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상간호사의 조직몰입 정도는 5점 만점에 3.38점, 간호근무환경은 4점 만점에 2.62점, 회복탄력성은 5점 만점에 3.45점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 조직몰입 정도는 임상경력, 근무만족도가 높을수록, 연령, 결혼 상태에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 조직몰입은 간호근무환경(r=.64, p<.001), 회복탄력성(r=.75, p<.001)과 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 임상간호사의 간호근무환경과 조직몰입 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분 매개(Z=6.23, p<.001)하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호사의 조직몰입 향상을 위하여 간호근무환경과 회복탄력성을 강화시킬 수 있는 융복합적인 조직몰입 중재프로그램을 개발하기 위한 전략이 필요하다.

Impact of ICT Investment on Agricultural Sector: Analysis of Korean Corporations Based on IT Portfolio Framework

  • In several industries, including the agriculture industry, information and communication technology (ICT) expenditure has been gradually increasing. This study explores the ICT investment of Korean agricultural corporations, and examines the effect of ICT investment on their profitability using an IT portfolio framework. As the organizational capabilities and environment in which ICT is used is critical in examining its impact, the IT-savvy level is used as a moderator. An increase in ICT investment size results in a significantly positive effect on profitability in organizations with higher IT-savvy levels, whereas there is no effect in organizations with lower IT-savvy levels. This study shows the necessity of understanding the structure of ICT investments in the agriculture industry, and suggests the importance of organizational capabilities and environment in making best use of ICT.
