Recently, the importance of HR analytics for data-based decision-making in establishing and operating an effective human resource management system for companies is increasing. In addition, there is growing interest in the effect of employees' perceptions of organizational justice on positive organizational behavior. Therefore, in this study, among the various factors affecting teamwork behavior, we analyzed the impact on teamwork behavior such as perception of organizational justice and organizational culture. Organizational justice has a significant impact on the formation of members' attitudes, but its meaning may vary depending on the organizational context. In this study, we divided organizational justice into four types (procedural, distributive, interpersonal, and informational fairness) and confirmed their impact on teamwork behavior. In addition, organizational culture was divided into hierarchy culture and innovation culture, and how to regulate these relationships was examined. To analyze these relationships, individual-level data collected from 657 people at domestic companies were used for analysis. According to the analysis results, in a hierarchical culture, procedural justice and information justice had a positive influence on teamwork behavior through the mediating process of job satisfaction, and in an innovative culture, interpersonal justice and information justice had a positive influence on teamwork behavior through job satisfaction. It was confirmed to have a (+) effect. These research results provide implications for people management by indicating that, although organizational justice is important to members and organizations, it may be perceived differently and have different meanings depending on the organizational context. Through the use of the information presented in this study, we will provide value that can effectively and efficiently implement a company's human resource management system.
The purpose of this study is to present and identify the relationship for the effects of performance-based human resource practices on the organizational effectiveness with focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises around Shandong province of China. The performance-based human resource practice factors include selective employment system, education training system, evaluation system, compensation system and the career promotion ladder opportunity system. As a result, among ten hypotheses, six hypotheses turned out to be the meaningful approaches. In addition there exist some human factors that interfere with the fairness of the evaluation due to the regional and personal factors, assessment system difference among firms. Finally the compensation system and organizational investment for increasing or decreasing will critically affect the enthusiasm of the staff members of firms, and the less invested for thema, the greater the likelihood of their turnovers.
Purpose: This study was conducted to examine how nurse practice environment and organizational justice affected job embeddedness in the Small and Medium Sized Hospital Nurses. Methods: The data were collected from 233 nurses by means of self-reported questionnaires on August 23th to September 8th, 2017. Results: The model explained 49.7% of the total variance in job embeddedness scores. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that hospital nurses that had higher perceived nurse practice environment, higher organizational justice, and were older were more likely to have higher job embeddedness scores. Conclusion: To enhance nurses' job embeddedness, hospital and nurse leaders should improve nurse practice environment, particularly in relation to staffing and resource adequacy and collegial nurse-physician relations. Additionally, the nurse leaders can facilitate nurses' job embeddedness by creating and maintaining an organizational culture of fairness and justice.
The aim of this study to assess the effect of information security policy awareness, information security involvement, compliance behavioral intention on information security behavior The research method is composed of a cross-sectional design of reward and fairness. This paper focuses on the process of organizational policy on the information security compliance intention in the individual decision-making process. As a result, the reward had a significant effect on compliance behavioral intention, and it was found that influence of the psychological reward-based condition was greater than the material reward-based condition. The fairness had a significant effect on information security policy awareness, information security involvement, information security behavior, and it was found that influence of the equity-based condition was greater than the equality-based condition. The exploration model was verified as a multiple mediation model. In addition, the discussion presented the necessary research direction from the perspective of synergy by the cultural environment of individuals and organizations.

Greenberg(1990) suggested that organizational justice research may potentially explain many organizational behavior outcome variables. One such example of nontraditional job behavior is organizational citizenship behavior and service quality, for they are part of the spontaneous and innovative behaviors noted by Katz(1964). Stimulated by conceptualizations of justice in organizations by such theorists as Homans(1961), Admans(1965), and Walster, Berscheid, and Walster(1973), organizational researchers devoted considerable attention in the 1960s and 1970s to testing propositions about the distribution of payment and other work-related rewards derived from equity theory. Although reviews and critiques of equity theories once dominated the pages of organizational journals, more recently it has been the subject of far more attention(Reis, 1986). In one notable recent trend, researchers and theorists have expanded on conceptualizations of procedural and distributive justice by turning attention to the interpersonal aspects of justice, the perceived fairness of the way people are treated by others. With the rapid and uncertain changes of organization, such voluntary behaviors as OCB, service quality, and innovative behavior have become more important for the development and survival of organization. Thus it is very important to keep the organization fair for keeping employees participative in organization. Here it is reviewed the relationship between organizational justice and it's related factors(OCB, service quality and innovative behavior).
The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of error management culture and psychological capital on job satisfaction and organizational commitment from social workers. This study was focused on the relationship between error management culture, psychological capital and job satisfaction and organizational commitment, controlled organizational fairness. The data was collected from social workers in Seoul, Kyunggi areas using stratified sampling method. A total of 564 social workers and 89 human service organizations were finally used for multilevel analysis. The survey had conducted for 18 days, from October 27 to November 13 in 2009 by mail. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, interaction effect between error management culture and psychological capital was significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment in positive direction. Second, main effect of error management culture in human service organizations was positively significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment on social workers. So it was important to enhance the level of error management culture in order to increase the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, main effect of psychological capital on social workers was positively significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment. According to the results of this study, it was suggested the theoretical and practical implications for increasing and strengthen the error management culture and psychological capital.
Organizational interpersonal supervisory trust, organizational justice(distributive and procedural justice) and job satisfaction have been lately more spotlighted as generally concluded by many previous studies. The purpose of this study is to find out possible effects of these three factors upon organizational commitment. The results of this study can be outlined as follows: First, it was found that organizational trust, a preceding variable, had significant positive effects on distributive and procedural justice, as well as on organizational commitment as a dependent variable. Second, it was found that two independent variables, i.e. distributive and procedural justice had significant positive effects upon job satisfaction, and procedural justice had significant positive effects on organizational commitment as a dependent variable, but distributive fairness had no significant effects on organizational commitment. Third, it was found that job satisfaction, an independent variable, had significant positive effects on organizational commitment. Fourth, it was found that organizational trust had significant positive secondhand associations with organizational commitment by way of distributive and procedural justice and job satisfaction, and also had overall significant positive effects on organizational commitment. Thus, it is concluded that the higher organizational trust is an index of higher organizational commitment. Fifth, it was found that distributive justice had just significant secondhand effects on organizational commitment by way of job satisfaction, but it had no significant effects overall upon organizational commitment, since such secondhand effects were considerably set off due to negative firsthand effects of distributive justice upon organizational commitment. But procedural justice and job satisfaction had significant firsthand and overall effects on organizational commitment, so it is concluded that the higher procedural justice and the higher job satisfaction are good indices of the higher organizational commitment. Hence, it is concluded that organizational supervisory trust has positive effects on distributive and procedural justice and organizational commitment; distributive justice has positive effects on job satisfaction; procedural justice has positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment; and job satisfaction has positive effects on organizational commitment, so these empirical findings hereof are consistent with general results of previous studies.

Recently, both scholars and marketers have asserted the importance of boundary spanning behaviors, such as external representation, being vocal advocates to outsiders of the organization's image, goods, and services, internal influence, taking individual initiative in communications to the firm and co-workers to improve service delivery by the organization, co-workers, and oneself, and service delivery, serving customers in a conscientious, responsive, flexible, and courteous manner. However, there is lack of study dealing with bourdary spanning behaviors bewteen organizational dyads, in which boundary spanning behaviors are expected to have important roles. The objectives of this paper is to investigate these important concerns with prior research by developing a theoretical model predicting how distinct buyer's boundary spanning behaviors occur. To be concrete, this paper develops a seller characteristics-based model of the attitudinal antecedents of three conceptually distinct forms of boundary spanning behaviors, and tests the hypothesized differential effects of seller characteristics on the three forms of boundary spanning behaviors, and investigates the extent to which these relationships are mediated by relationship satisfaction and organizational commitment. For the purpose of empirical testing, 420 respondents of leading automobile dealers, dining franchisees, industrial material retailers in Korea were surveyed and the analysis utilizing structural equation model indicated that communication quality, fairness, and marketing program dynamism had positive effects on buyer's boundary spanning behaviors via relationship satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, boundary spanning behaviors occurred more in contractural and corporate distribution channel than in conventional distribution channel.
The purpose of this study is to identify the differential effects of transformational leadership and organizational justice on psychological contract breach and work engagement, and to suggest practical implications. To this purpose, this study theoretically references equity theory which recognizes the relationship between organizational input and output, social exchange theory which explains the exchange relationship between members and organization, and job demand-resource (JD-R) model that combines job demands and job resources. A empirical study was conducted on 277 employees at 18 companies of diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, and finance, and to eliminate the common method bias problem, the dependent variable was measured using peer evaluation. The results of this study showed that: 1) both transformational leadership and organizational justice had a significant positive effect on work engagement and significant negative effect on psychological contract breach; and 2) psychological contract breach played a partial mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement as well as between organizational justice and work engagement. Therefore, this study suggests that, as organizational justice has stronger influence on work engagement and psychological contract breach than transformational leadership, organizations should not only train its leaders but also guarantee fairness.
This study holds various implications and usefulness toward nurses as well as hospitals in that the study empirically found out the relations among hospitals' ethical climates, employee engagement (job engagement and organizational engagement) and intention to quit. The study shows that nurses' awareness of principles of responsibilities and benevolent ethical climates impact on enhancing organizational engagement and lowering intention to quit. Internally, employees are encouraged to make decisions accompanying fairness and responsibility and thus, shared values will be created between hospitals and nurses, while it will contribute to create a good image of the hospital to the public. However, it is also revealed that climates deficient in ethics, such as a climate of selfishness, have strong negative influences on workplace attitude of nurses. Therefore, recognizing importance and effectiveness of ethical climates, hospitals should underscore personal ethics of managers and nurses, and should go further to exert strategic efforts on the organizational level to create ethical hospital climates where nurses can naturally take ethical actions.
