The task scheduling problem has received a lot of attention in recent years as a crucial area for research in the cloud environment. However, due to the difference in objectives considered by service providers and users, it has become a major challenge to resolve the conflicting interests of service providers and users while both can still take into account their respective objectives. Therefore, the task scheduling problem as a bi-objective game problem is formulated first, and then a task scheduling model based on the bi-objective game (TSBOG) is constructed. In this model, energy consumption and resource utilization, which are of concern to the service provider, and cost and task completion rate, which are of concern to the user, are calculated simultaneously. Furthermore, a many-objective evolutionary algorithm based on a partitioned collaborative selection strategy (MaOEA-PCS) has been developed to solve the TSBOG. The MaOEA-PCS can find a balance between population convergence and diversity by partitioning the objective space and selecting the best converging individuals from each region into the next generation. To balance the players' multiple objectives, a crossover and mutation operator based on dynamic games is proposed and applied to MaPEA-PCS as a player's strategy update mechanism. Finally, through a series of experiments, not only the effectiveness of the model compared to a normal many-objective model is demonstrated, but also the performance of MaOEA-PCS and the validity of DGame.

Objective: To construct a CT-based Fagotti scoring system by analyzing the correlations between laparoscopic findings and CT features in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: This retrospective cohort study included patients diagnosed with stage III/IV ovarian cancer who underwent diagnostic laparoscopy and debulking surgery between January 2010 and June 2018. Two radiologists independently reviewed preoperative CT scans and assessed ten CT features known as predictors of suboptimal cytoreduction. Correlation analysis between ten CT features and seven laparoscopic parameters based on the Fagotti scoring system was performed using Spearman's correlation. Variable selection and model construction were performed by logistic regression with the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator method using a predictive index value (PIV) ≥ 8 as an indicator of suboptimal cytoreduction. The final CT-based scoring system was internally validated using 5-fold cross-validation. Results: A total of 157 patients (median age, 56 years; range, 27-79 years) were evaluated. Among 120 (76.4%) patients with a PIV ≥ 8, 105 patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by interval debulking surgery, and the optimal cytoreduction rate was 90.5% (95 of 105). Among 37 (23.6%) patients with PIV < 8, 29 patients underwent primary debulking surgery, and the optimal cytoreduction rate was 93.1% (27 of 29). CT features showing significant correlations with PIV ≥ 8 were mesenteric involvement, gastro-transverse mesocolon-splenic space involvement, diaphragmatic involvement, and para-aortic lymphadenopathy. The area under the receiver operating curve of the final model for prediction of PIV ≥ 8 was 0.72 (95% confidence interval: 0.62-0.82). Conclusion: Central tumor burden and upper abdominal spread features on preoperative CT were identified as distinct predictive factors for high PIV on diagnostic laparoscopy. The CT-based PIV prediction model might be useful for patient stratification before cytoreduction surgery for advanced ovarian cancer.
Aviation safety is the State and industry's top priority and more scientific approaches for fatigue management should be needed. There are lately various studies and regulation changes for crew fatigue management with ICAO, FAA and EASA. ICAO issued the provisions of fatigue management for flight crew since 1st edition, 1969, of Annex 6 operation of aircraft as a Standards and Recommended practice(SARPs). Unfortunately, there have been few changes and improvement to fatigue management provisions since the time they were first introduced. However the SARPs have been big changed lately. ICAO published guidance materials for development of prescriptive fatigue regulations through amendment 33A of Annex 6 Part 1 as applicable November 19th 2009. And then ICAO introduced additional amendment for using Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) with $35^{th}$ amendment in 2011. According to the Annex 6, the State of the operator shall establish a) regulations for flight time, flight duty period, duty period and rest period limitations and b) FRMS regulations. The Operator shall implement one of following 3 provisions a) flight time, flight duty period, duty period and rest period limitations within the prescriptive fatigue management regulations established by the State of the Operator; or b) a FRMS; or c) a combination of a) and b). U.S. FAA recently published several kinds of Advisory Circular about flightcrew fatigue. U.S. passed "Airline Safety and FAA Extension Act of 2010" into law on August 1st, 2010. This mandates all commercial air carriers to develop a FAA-acceptable Fatigue Risk Management Plan(FRMP) by October 31st, 2010. Also, on May 16, 2012, the FAA published a final rule(correction) entitled 'Flightcrew Member Duty and Rest Requirements; correction to amend its existing prescriptive regulations. The new requirements are required to implement same regulations for domestic, flag and supplemental operations from January 4, 2014. EASA introduced a Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA) 2010-14 entitled "Draft opinion of the European Aviation Safety Agency for a Commission Regulation establishing the implementing rules on Flight and Duty Time Limitations and Rest Requirements for Commercial Air Transport with aeroplanes" on December 10, 2010. The purpose of this NPA is to develop and implement fatigue management for commercial air transport operations. Comparing with Korean and foreign regulations regarding fatigue management, the provisions of ICAO, FAA, EASA are more considering various fatigue factors and conditions. Korea regulations should be needed for some development of insufficiency points. In this thesis, I present the results of the comparative study between domestic and foreign regulations in respect of fatigue management crew member. Also, I suggest legal proposals for amendment of Korea Aviation act and Enforcement Regulations concerning fatigue management for crew members. I hope that this paper is helpful to change korea fatigue regulations, to enhance aviation safety, and to reduce the number of accidents relating to fatigue. Fatigue should be managed at all level such as regulators, experts, operators and pilots. Authority should change surveillance mind-set from regulatory auditor to expert adviser. Operators should identify various fatigue factors and consider to crew scheduling them. Crews should strongly manage both individual and duty-oriented fatigue issues.
This paper intends to describe the carrier's duty for the delivery of international air cargo and the carrier's liability for the illegal delivery of cargo under the Montreal Convention, lATA Conditions of Carriage for Cargo and judicial precedents. Under the Article 13 of Montreal Convention, the consignee is entitled, on arrival of the cargo at the place of destination, to require the carrier to deliver the cargo to it, on payment of the charge due and on complying with the conditions of carriage. And unless it is otherwise agreed, it is the duty of the carrier to give notice to the consignee as soon as the cargo arrives. Under the Article 18 of Montreal Convention, the carrier is liable for damage sustained in the event of the destruction or less of or damage to, cargo upon condition only that the event which caused the damage so sustained took place during the carriage by air. And the carriage by air comprises by the period during which the cargo is in the carriage of the carrier. Under the Article 11 of lATA Conditions of Carriage for Cargo, carrier is liable to shipper, consignee of any other person for damage sustained in the event of destruction of loss of, or damage to, or delay in the carriage of cargo only if the occurrence which caused to the damage so sustained took place during the carriage as defined under Article 1. According to the precedent of Korean Supreme Court sentenced on 22 July 2004, the freight forwarder as carrier was not liable for the illegal delivery of cargo to the notify party (actual importer) on the airway bill by the bonded warehouse operator because the freight forwarder did not designate the bonded warehouse and did not hold the position of employer to the bonded warehouse operator. In conclusion, the carrier or freight forwarder should pay always attention the movement and condition of the cargo not to be liable for the illegal delivery of cargo.
Aeronautical Information Service means a service established within the defined area of coverage responsible for the provision of aeronautical information/data necessary for the safety, regularity and efficiency of air navigation. Especially, in consequence of RNAV envelopment, the role and importance of aeronautical information/data has been increased constantly, therefore advanced RNP and navigation systems has been highly required simultaneously. International Civil Aviation Organization establishes SARPs to maintain aviation safety for every contracting states. Therefore, every contracting states should make an application of the aviation information and data in accordance with ICAO's SARPs, but each state is actually applied with each other regulations considered with each state's circumstance. At the result of these reason, it sometimes makes confuse to aircraft operator and effects significant aviation safety. The purpose of this study is to investigate SARPs of Annexes and rules of FAA relevant to Aeronautical Information Service(AIS), to compare them with Korean Aviation law and regulations related to AIS and then, to provide information for planing and decision-making to enhance them into the international standards.

Conventional slinding genioplsty has the risk of mental nerve injury after operation and difficult to correct vertical asymmetry of chin. So, authors propose a new genioplasty to correct asymmetry of chin. Switching genioplasty is a modification method of conventional genioplasty. Between mandibular right and left canine, osteotomy line of triangular shape make until mandibular lower border. In large side, osteotome line of wedge shape is added to reduction. After osteotomy, segment of wedge shape was separated from chin. Distal segment was rotated to reduction side. Because of rotation of distal segment, space is made in opposite side. Seperated segement of wedge shape from large side is switched this space to fill. So, stability of distal segment is achieved. Authors applied to swiching genioplasty the patients who was remained the chin asymmetry after both sagittal split ramus osteotome was done because mandible asymmetry. After operation, patient and operator were satisfied with excellent esthetic results without any other complication. The switching genioplasty is effective surgical technique for chin asymmetry because it has more advantages than conventional sliding genioplasty. First, other donor side does not need for bone graft. Second, the switching genioplasty can reduce infection, bone resroption, dehiscence, capsular contraction after allograft. Third, have little mental nerve damage. Forth, anteroposterior correction is possible. Fifth, operation time is less than other genioplasty for chin asymmetry.
With controlling Drones, although it was discussed in the previous study which showed a possibility. Which is personality and property rights of third parties could be violated while operating the drone with a video camera. But It's hard to find out precedents related to drones in Korea. In case of that someone try to control the drone which is equipped with a camera in a yard of neighborhood, the German District Court (Potsdam) considered an operator of drone has little bit of careless to do his duty and admit nonfeasance claim in the owner of the one's property for prevention to repetition of similar situation according to a nonfeasance claim for prevention to Section 1004 (1) sentence 2 of the German Civil Code(BGB). The drone which is equipped with a camera have possibilities to disrupt property and personal rights of the owner. Because a danger in repetition is getting larger regarding the violation of law. Moreover, there is a case that someone shot down the drone which is equipped with a camer. Because it has a risk to interrupt private life and cause some dangerous in our life. The German district court(Riesa) recently have considered that controlling the drone with a camera in private spaces is illegal as a violation of personal life. In addtion to, the action of property owner shot down drone is a legal according to § 228 of the German Civil Code(BGB) which is caleed "Necessity". Although it is difficult to apply to foreign cases directly to Korea, similar cases are likely to be occurred in Korea. The decision of the German District Court showed implications to Korea. As demand for the camera-equipped drone increases in Korea, it is time to discuss specific measures for drone violations.
Purpose of this study is to determine the reasonable portal approach for thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy in small sized dogs under 10 kg. Ten healthy beagle dogs weighing $8.67{\pm}0.49kg$ were included. Under general anesthesia, one-lung ventilation (1LV) was achieved using endobronchial blocker with guidance of fiber-optic bronchoscope. Two portal approaches were used; 8-6-10 intercostal space (ICS) and 8-6-5 ICS approach. Thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy was performed using endoscopic linear self-cutting stapler and specimen retrieval bag. Each approach was evaluated by scoring 0; bad, 1; endurable, 2; good, 3; excellent in following five category, 1) visualization, 2) triangulation; instrumental sword fighting in the thoracic cavity, 3) approach to hilar pedicle; application of stapler, 4) any obstacles in applicating Lap Bag, and 5) the operator's convenience. Favorable working space was secured by 1LV and thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy was successfully completed in all dogs. There was no need to change the portal location and iatrogenic complication. Most of scores were good to excellent in both approaches. Consequently, both approaches are feasible methods for thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy with one lung ventilation using endoscopic linear self-cutting stapler in dogs weighing less than 10 kg.

Besides, an appliance regulation needs to be arranged regarding two-way communication, ATC and communication issue, airspace and area in-flight between UAS(Unmanned Aircraft System) users. An operation of the UAV in the air significantly requires the guarantee of the aircraft's capacity, and also the standardized flight criteria. A safe and smooth use is ensured only if this criteria is applied and understood by the entire airspace users. For the purpose, a standardized military UAV flight operations criteria and a law complementary scheme.
Moving object boundary is very important for moving object segmentation. But the moving object boundary shows broken boundary We invent a novel space-oriented boundary linking algorithm to link the broken boundary The boundary linking algorithm forms a quadrant around the terminating pixel in the broken boundary and searches forward other terminating pixel to link within a radius. The boundary linking algorithm guarantees shortest distance linking. We also register the background from image sequence. We construct two object masks, one from the result of boundary linking and the other from the registered background, and use these two complementary object masks together for moving object segmentation. We also suppress the moving cast shadow using Roberts gradient operator. The major advantages of the proposed algorithms are more accurate moving object segmentation and the segmentation of the object which has holes in its region using these two object masks. We experiment the algorithms using the standard MPEG-4 test sequences and real video sequence. The proposed algorithms are very efficient and can process QCIF image more than 48 fps and CIF image more than 19 fps using a 2.0GHz Pentium-4 computer.
