해양시추선용 경량수밀댐퍼의 구조안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Safety Evaluation of Light Weight Damper for Offshore Rigs)

  • In this study, The watertight damper was designed to improve conventional DN 350A butterfly valve. The FSI(Fluid-Structure Interaction) analysis has performed to investigate the safety factor for the watertight damper. When watertight damper of disk was closed, the disk of pressure value is constant. However depending on the opening angle of disk, the flow velocity and pressure are changed. The maximum velocity was appeared at the end of disk on the small outlet area of duct. When the opening angel of disk is $90^{\circ}$, the maximum velocity was appeared at the center of ending disk. So we were found the opening angle of disk is bigger, the flow rate is increased and velocity is also increased from the result of FSI analysis. We can find the least deformation and stress when the opening angel of damper is $90^{\circ}$. When the $45^{\circ}$ opening angle of disk, the largest deformation and stress was found and the minimum safety factor 1.3 was calculated. As a result, we found that the structure of watertight damper is safe enough irrespective of opening angel.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was comparison of survival rate of implant as two sinus elevation techniques and when window opening procedure had done it was comparison of survival rate of implant between the procedure of implantation after 6 month of sinus elevation to allow healing period and that of implantation with sinus elevation simultaneously. Material and Methods: All 79 of patients treated at DanKook University Dental Hospital Dept. of Periodontics for 164 implantation of maxillary posterior edentulous area with sinus elevation. Sinus elevation technique was divided of the technique : Osteotome technique and window opening technique. Result: 14 implants among 96 implants was failed implants of using osteotome for sinus elevation whereas one implant of 68 implants was failed of using window opening technique. Conclusion: Window opening technique had higher survival rate than osteotome technique. In case of window opening, there was no significant difference of immediate implantation and delayed implantation.

보관조건에 따른 수삼의 중량과 유리당 조성 변화 (Effects of Storage Conditions on Weight Loss and Free Sugar Composition of Fresh Ginseng)

  • 본 연구는 수삼의 저장용기로 많이 이용되고 있는 플라스틱 상자의 통기구 비율 즉 개공율이 수삼의 저장성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 개공율을 밀폐(0), 1, 3, 5, 및 $10\%$로 설정하여 실온에서$(19\~23^{\circ}C,\;RH\;40\~61\%)$ 10일간, 냉장으로$(4\~9^{\circ}C,\;RH\;72\~92\%)$ 30일간 저장하면서 이 화학적 변화를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 실온에서 외관변화는 밀폐구에서 4일 부터 곰팡이 발생이 관찰되며 10일째는 부패하였고, $1\%$는 8일부터 곰팡이 발생이 관찰되었다. $5\%$$10\%$ 개공율은 4일부터 시들기 시작하였다. 중량감모율은 개공율이 높을수록 많이 나타나 $5\%$$10\%$개공율에서 4일후 $10\%$이상 나타났다. 유리당은저장기간의 경과에 따라 maltose와 sucrose가 감소하였는데 개공율이 낮을 수록 많이 감소하였다. 냉장에서 곰팡이 발생은 관찰되지 않았으며 중량모율은 $5\%$$10\%$ 개공율에서 12일부터 약 $10\%$를 보이면서 시들기 시작하였으며, 밀폐와 $1\%$는 30일간 저장기간에서도 양호한 외관상태를 보였다. 유리당중 maltose는 감소, sucrose는 감소하였다가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 보관상자의 개공율을 조절하여 수삼의 저장성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

온돌 난방분배기의 개도조정 (Adjustment of Valve Opening in Ondol Hot Water Distributor)

  • In housing units constructed recently in Korea, the length of ondol coil is different in each room, so the flow rate of hot water is adjusted by setting valve opening. If the flow rate is not appropriate for heating load, the room temperature seriously deviates from the set temperature range for comfort. In particular, too small valve opening can induce a noise by cavitation. In order to adjust the valve opening, two methods by zone area and a new method by return temperature rise were modelled and simulated using TRNSYS and EES. As a result, heating energy consumption during one week was the same on three methods, but the room temperature of the new method minimally deviated from the range of set temperature with a low possibility of noise.

상자포장 청과물의 송풍저항 특성 (Resistance to Air Flow through Packed Fruits and Vegetables in Vented Box)

  • In pressure cooling system, produce were packed in vented box and cooled rapidly by producing a difference in air pressure on opposite faces of stacks of vented box. So, energy requirements and performance of pressure cooling system depended upon the air flow rate and the static pressure drop through packed produce in vented box. The static pressure drop across packed produce in vented box normally depended upon air flow rate, vent area of box and conditions of produce bed (depth, porosity, stacking patterns, size and shape of products) in box. The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of vent area and air flow rate on airflow resistance of empty box and packed produce in vented box, and to investigate the relationship between the air flow resistance of packed products in vented box and sum of air flow resistance of empty box only and products in bulk only. Mandarins and tomatoes were used in the experiment. The airflow rate were in the range of 0.02~1.0$m^3$/s.$m^2$, the opening ratio of vent hole were in the range of 2.5~20% of the side area. The results were summerized as follows. 1. The pressure drops across vented box increased in proportion to superficial air velocity and decreased in proportion to opening ratio of vent hole. A regression equation to calculate airflow resistance of vented box was derived as a function of superficial air velocity and opening ratio of vent hole. 2. The pressure drops across packed produce in vented box increased in proportion to superficial air velocity and decreased in proportion to opening ratio of vent hole. 3. Because of the air velocity increase in the vicinity of vent hole in box, the airflow resistances of packed products in vented box were always higher than sum of air flow resistance of empty box only and products in bulk only. 4. Based on the airflow resistance of empty box and products in bulk, a regression equation to calculate airflow resistance of packed products in vented box was derived.

개통 이후의 지하철역 거리에 기반한 주택가격의 시간적 반응 - 개통 후 10년의 대전 도시철도를 중심으로 - (Temporal Reaction of House Price Based on the Distance from Subway Station since Its Operation - Focused on 10-year Experience after Opening of the Daejeon Urban Transit Line -)

  • This study analyzed whether a subway accessibility impact on house price is constant since its operation over time or not. The study was approached specifically to answer two research questions. One is "Are there significant temporal variations in the relationship between subway accessibility and housing price transacted after its opening?" The other one is "How the pattern of its temporal variation in housing price is formed as a function of the distance from the nearest station?" The study area is the subway station areas in the Daejeon metropolitan city, South Korea. Its first subway line has started to be opened in 2006 with 12 stations and then opened its additional 10 stations in 2007. It can be more appropriate to observe its impacts of subway accessibility on housing price because it has only one transit line with more than 10-year reaction term to its operation. The study employed alternative models to estimate yearly variation of subway accessibility on house price for the station areas with 500-meter and 1-kilometer radius respectively. While the study originally considered both a hedonic price model with interaction terms of its access distance to yearly transacted housing and a time-variant random coefficient model, the former model was finally selected because it is better fitted. Based on our analysis results, the reaction of house price to its transit line had significant temporal variation over time after opening. In addition, the pattern in its variation from our analysis results indicates that its capitalization impact on house price is over-estimated in its first several years after the opening. In addition, its positive capitalization impact is more effective in the 1000-meter station area than in the 500-meter one.

차 개구형상이 엔진룸내 유동에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치연구 (The Numerical Study of the Effect of Car Front Opening Area on the mean Flow in Engine Room)

  • The knowledge of air flow in an engine room has become more and more important in recent car design. The fluid flow in the engine compartment was investigated by numerical analysis. Due to the complex geometry of the engine compartment, mesh generation is a time-consuming job. In this research, the "ICEM" code was used to generate meshes by the Cartesian mesh model. The Reynolds-averaged Navier Stokes equations, together with the porous flow model for radiator and condenser, were solved. Computation was performed for the steady, incompressible, and high speed viscous flow, adopting the standard K-ε turbulence model. The "STAR-CD" code was used as a solver. The effect of car front openning area on the flow in engine room was also investigated.

Increase In Mean Alveolar Pressure Due To Asymmetric Airway Geometry During High Frequency Ventilation

  • During high frequency ventilation (HFV), mean alveolar pressure has been measured to increase with mean airway opening pressure controlled at a constant level in both humans and experimental animals. Since this phenomenon could potentiate barotrauma limiting advantages of HFV, the present study theoretically predicted the difference between menu alveolar and airway opening pressures ($MP_{alv}$). In a Weibel's trumpet airway model, approximated formula for $MP_{alv}$ was derived based on momentum conservation assuming a uniform velocity profile. The prediction, equation was a func pion of gas density($\rho$), mean flow rate(Q), and diameter of the airway opening where the pressure measurement was made($D_0$) : $MP_{alv}=4{\rho}(Q/D_0^{2})^2$. This was a result of the difference in crosssectional area between the alveoli and the airway opening. A simple aireway model experiment was performed and the results well fitted to the prediction, which demonstrated the validity of the present analysis. Previously reported $MP_{alv}$ data from anesthetized dogs in supine position were comparable to the predicted values, indicating that the observed dissociation between mean alveolar and airway opening pressures during HFV can be explained by this innate geometric (or cross-sectional area) asymmetry of the airways. In lateral position, however, the prediction substantially underestimated the measurements suggesting involvement of other important physiological mechanisms.

  • Achieved monitoring regularly about fishway that is a intake dam belongings to Kyeongchon for 5 years. Result that achieve monitoring, discovered pressing issue of opening and closing degree of discharge control part in fishway. In this research, analyze discharge relation with fishway and intake sluice and presented operation plan of opening and closing of discharge control part. Investigated necessity intake discharge and benefited area to analyze relation of discharge that is flowed in fishway and discharge escaping by intake sluice. When opened discharge control part step by step gradually, analyzed discharge. Compared with survey discharge making ration curve of fishway and intake sluice using orifice and submerged weir formula. Because operation of intake dam is necessary intake discharge and upriver inflow discharge by time, operation uses by survey discharge and calculated opening discharge of fishway by opening discharge of intake sluice via monthly inflow discharge. To sum up, calculated floodgate opening height of fishway by water level to present maintenance standard of intake dam.

결정질 태양전지의 국부적 후면 전극 형성에서 접합 면적에 따른 전기적 특성분석 연구 (A study on local back contact of crystalline solar cell according for electrical specific analysis research in junction area)

  • 국부적 후면 전극(LBC)형성은 결정질 실리콘 태양전지에서 고효율과 저가화를 동시에 달성할 수 있는 기술이다. 후면 표면 passivation과 국부적 후면 전극 형성을 통해서 후면 재결합 속도를 낮출 수 있고 이를 통해 효율향상을 기대해볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 PECVD를 이용한 LBC(local back contact) cell의 후면 passivation 박막을 형성하였고 접합면적에 따른 전기적 특성을 분석해 보았다. LBC cell을 위한 후면 passivation 박막은 PECVD를 이용한 ONO박막을 사용하였고, 후면 opening 형성에 etching paste를 이용하였다. Opening size는 0.4mm,0.5mm,0.7mm로 형성하여 cell을 제작하고 효율을 분석하였다. 실험결과 opening size가 0.4mm일때 전극의 접촉면적이 15.96%, 0.5mm일때 10.22%, 0.7mm일때 5.17%로 형성됨을 확인할 수 있었다. Opening size가 0.4mm일 때 cell의 효율이 가장 우수함을 IQE 및 LIV 결과를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 접촉면적이 증가함에 따라 전극에서 수집되는 carrier의 양이 증가하고 셀 효율역시 향상됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.
