자동차 패널의 헤밍 공정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Hemming Process for Automotive Body Panels)

  • Typical automotive opening parts, i. e. hood trunk lid and door, are made through the press operations such as drawing, trimming, flanging, and hemming. The dimensional accuracy of stamped panels is mainly dependent on the drawing operation. However, the gap between outer panels and opening parts, which is important to the appearance quality of the assembled body, is directly influenced by the flanging and hemming operation. In this study, the relation between the design parameters of the hemming operation and the defect of roll-in is shown. The effects of some design parameters on the gap are examined using CAE. furthermore, the simulated results of the hemmed part of tailgate comer are shown and discussed.

제연구역 방화문의 각속도 변화와 폐쇄 조건 분석 (A Study on the Conditions of Injection Pressurization in the Smoke-Control Zone II. Analysis of the Conditions for Closing Force of Fire Door with Variation of Angular Velocity)

  • 본 연구는 풍도, 부속실, 거실 그리고 계단실로 구성된 구조물의 제연설비 성능에 관한 연구를 수행하고 급기 가압실의 안전성을 구현하기 위한 실험 자료를 구축하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 부속실 가압 및 차압 조절 설비와 방화문의 개폐력 측정 장치를 제작하였다. 본 주제는 부속실의 가압을 위한 설계유량과 폐쇄시 차압이 동일한 경우 방화문의 크기와 닫히는 각속도 증가에 따라서 폐쇄력을 분석하였다. 실험 결과 방화문의 크기와 닫히는 각속도가 증가 할수록 폐쇄력이 증가하였으며, 일정 각속도 이상으로 증가할 경우 폐쇄력이 일정하게 유지되는 임계각속도가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다.

Comparison of Spinal Canal Expansion Following Cervical Laminoplasty Based on the Preoperative Lamina Angle : A Simulation Study

  • Objective : Expansion in the spinal canal area (SCA) after laminoplasty is one of the critical factors to relieve the preoperative symptoms. No previous study has compared the increases in SCA achieved by open-door laminoplasty (ODL) and double door laminoplasty (DDL) according to the preoperative lamina angle (LA). This study was designed to clarify the relationship between the laminoplasty opening angle (OA)/laminoplasty opening size (OS) and increases in the SCA following ODL and DDL according to the preoperative LA using a simulation model. Methods : The simulation model was constructed and validated by comparing the clinical data of 64 patients who had undergone C3-C6 laminoplasty (43 patients with ODL and 21 patients with DDL). SCA expansion was predicted with a verified simulation model at various preoperative LAs (from 28° to 32°) with different OAs (40° to 44°) and OSs (10 mm to 14 mm) recruited from patient data. Results : The constructed simulation model was validated by comparing clinical data and revealed a very high degree of correlation (r=0.935, p<0.001). In this validated model, at the same OA, the increase in SCA was higher following ODL than following DDL in the usual LA (p<0.05). At the same OS, the increase in SCA was slightly larger following DDL than following ODL, but the difference was not significant (p>0.05). The difference was significant when the preoperative LA was narrower or much wider. Conclusion : Based on clinical data, a simulation model was constructed and verified that could predict increases in the SCA following ODL and DDL. When applying this model, prediction in SCA increase using the OS parameter was more practical and compatible with clinical data. Both laminoplasties achieved enough SCA, and there was no significant difference between them in the usual range.

피난 지연시간의 적용과 방화문 개방 정도에 따른 피난 안전성 확보에 관한 고찰 : 주거형태를 중심으로 (A Study on the Safety of Evacuation according to Evacuation Delay Time and Fire Door Openness: Based on Residence Types)

  • 본 논문은 주거형태를 가지는 건축물의 성능위주설계 시 수행되는 피난 지연시간(인지 시간 + 개시 시간)의 적용과 세대 내 방화문의 개방 정도가 피난 안전성 평가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고 현실적 대안을 제시하기 위한 논문이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 먼저 2018년 6월까지 시행되었던 광주광역시의 성능위주설계 대상 건축물 중 주거형태를 가지는 건축물(공동주택, 도시형생활주택 등)의 피난 안전성 평가에 대해 선행 조사를 하였다. 그런 다음 선행 조사된 건축물 중 일반적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 2가지 대표적인 Type에 대해 피난 지연시간은 W1, W2를 적용하고 방화문의 개방 정도는 전체개방, 1/4 개방, 누설 틈새를 각각 적용하여 시뮬레이션한 다음 피난 안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 피난 안전성 평가의 수행결과 방화문 개방 정도가 전체개방 및 1/4 개방 상태에서 사생활 침해 등을 고려하여 피난 지연시간 W2를 적용한 경우에는 피난 안전성을 모두 확보하기 어려운 것으로 나타났으며, 누설 틈새를 적용한 경우에만 피난 지연시간 W2를 적용해도 피난 안전성이 확보되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 주거형태를 가지는 건축물이 성능위주설계 대상이 될 때 피난 안전성 평가 수행 시 CCTV 설치 등으로 사생활 침해 등의 우려가 있는 국내 현실을 반영하여 피난 지연시간은 W1보다는 W2의 적용을 검토하고 방화문의 차연성능 확보 및 성능위주 설계의 고도화를 위해 방화문의 개방 정도에 누설 틈새를 적용하는 방안도 함께 검토해 줄 것을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 성능위주 설계 시 좀 더 현실화된 자료로 피난 안전성 평가를 수행함으로써 한 단계 더 발전된 성능위주설계가 될 것으로 기대된다.

A Flow Analysis of a Refrigeration Warehouse where an Unusual Death of an Operator Occurred by Deficiency of Oxygen

  • A numerical flow analysis of the case of a refrigeration warehouse where an unusual death of an operator occurred by deficiency of oxygen is performed by using STAR-CD program of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code. The refrigeration room of the warehouse for storing the fruits maintains an atmosphere of 95% nitrogen and 5% oxygen by volume. When the operator was found dead in the refrigeration room, the room was in normal operating conditions except for the fact that the auxiliary door had been left open. For the flow analysis, unsteady 3-dimensional natural convection with mass transfer is considered. The flow analysis result is compared with the oxygen concentration level measured against time during on-site investigation. The change in oxygen concentration level in the warehouse due to the opening of the auxiliary door is found to be negligible.

능동형 RFID 기반 컨테이너 보안 장치(CSD)의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Development of Container Security Device(CSD) based on Active RFID)

  • CSD는 미국 국토안보부(DHS)에서 제안한 Active RFID를 기반으로 하는 컨테이너 보안 장치로 컨테이너 내부에 장착되어 컨테이너 도어의 개폐여부를 감지하는 장치이다. ConTracer는 본 연구에서 개발한 CSD(Container Security Device)로 이 장비의 주기능은 컨테이너 도어 개폐 여부 감지뿐만 아니라 온도, 습도, 충격 센서를 장착하여 컨테이너 내부 환경 상태 및 운송 도중 컨테이너에 가해지는 충격에 대한 이력 조회가 가능하다. 그리고 RFID 동작주파수는 433MHz와 2.4GHz의 두 주파수 대역을 사용하여 각 국가별 주파수 사용제안에 능동적으로 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 컨테이너 보안 장치의 발전 방향에 대해서 알아본 후 본 연구에서 개발한 ConTracer와 각 회사에서 개발한 CSD를 비교하여 보고, ConTracer를 이용하여 설계 및 구현한 CSD 시스템을 소개한다. 마지막으로 구현된 CSD 시스템은 한국 중국 간 컨테이너 물류에 시범서비스를 실시하여 구현한 CSD 시스템을 검증 하였다.

전통건축 대청 배면 개구부형식의 변천에 관한 연구 (A study on the transition of the type of openings constructed at backside of DAECHUNG in Korean traditional architectures)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey the transition of the type of openings in korean traditional archiectures. To do this, various types of openings at the backside of Daechung of 23 Hyang-Gyo Myung-Ryun-Dangs were investigated. After the classification in some groups according to their types and their periods of constuction, the tasnsition of the type of openings was analysed. Results are as follows. (1) The openings constructed form 16th to 17th century, the earliest form, is a ledged and battened panel window(or framed and ledged panel window) whose mullion is built on the frame of window. It is presumed that these types were widely used before 17th century. (2) The next type is ledged and battened panel window(door) (or framed and ledged panel window) which lacks a mullion. These types were thought to be customed after 18th century. (3) The lastest type, which is appeared from 19th to 20th century, is an characteristic backside opening(ledged and battened panel window or framed and ledged panel window) that among 3 column spacings the central one is enlarged in comparison with the right and left ones. Through this transition pattern of the openings, can be menifested that the trend of 20th century is to enlarge convenience of usage by constuctiong door and eliminating some windows.

핵의학 검사실내 세균 분석 (Analysis of the Bacteria in Nuclear Medicine)

  • In this study, the bacterial contamination level of equipments and devices in the nuclear medicine department of a university hospital was investigated. CNS was detected from the sample collected from the door opening button of the nuclear medicine department. Bacillus sp. was detected from the table and CNS with Bacillus sp. were detected from the control button at the PET-CT room no.1. Also, CNS was detected from the table and the control button at the PET-CT room no.2. In the distribution room no.1, CNS and Bacillus sp. were detected while CNS being detected from the distribution room no.2 and CNS with Bacillus sp. being detected from the distribution room no.3. In the injection room, Enterrococcus faecium and Pontoea sp. were detected. On the table of the ecsomatics room, Pontoea sp. was detected. Bacillus sp. was detected from the inside of the syringe Pb shield and CNS was detected from the outside. Enterrococcus faecium was detected from the Gamma camera table and Bacillus sp. was detected from the door grip. On the chair at the patient waiting room, Pseudomonas aeruginosa abd Bacillus sp. were detected. Therefore, it was understood that infection should be prevented by securely sterilizing examination devices after each examination, maintaining cleanliness by regular sterilization of waiting chairs and such objects with a number of direct contacts with patients, and infection education for the features of nuclear department.

여성지체장애인 가정의 주택 개조 실태 및 거주자의 물리적 주거환경 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Residential Environments and Residential Alterations for Physically Disabled Women)

  • In order to develop a manual of residential alterations for the physically disabled, this case study was accomplished to analyze and evaluate residential environments and residential alterations for physically disabled women. Twenty-nine physically disabled women in Seoul and Kyunggi areas were the subjects of this study. With the evaluation checklist on physical environments of their housing, data on general characteristics of wall, floor, and all features and equipments and spaces of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living mom, entrance and balcony were gathered. Also, data on residential alterations were gathered through personal interviews. The data were collected from July 18th to July 25th in 2000. Frequency, percentage, and mean were used to analyze the data. In kitchen, small space, hee space under the sink and heights of the lower cabinets were not properly provided. In bathroom, door width, direction of opening door, adjustable height of shower, level difference, clear space for wheelchair user, and storage place were not appropriate to the disabled. Kitchen and bathroom showed high frequencies of alteration. But most of the subjects were not satisfied with the alterations of their housing. They also wanted to alter these two spaces in the future. In order to after their housing effectively appropriate information of the residential alterations was needed. If a guide or manual book for residential alterations was provided, the physically disabled people will more easily after their housing for safe and independent life.

환기부족 구획화재에서 수직 개구부의 형상 및 위치가 화재특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Geometry and Location of an Vertical Opening on the Fire Characteristics in the Under-Ventilated Compartment Fire)

  • 실규모 환기부족 구획화재에서 수직 개구부의 형상 및 위치변화에 따른 열 및 화학적 화재특성 변화를 수치적으로 검토하기 위하여, 이론적 최대 공기 유입량을 결정하는 환기인자($A\sqrt{h}$)와 heptane pool 화재의 질량 감소율이 모든 조건에 대하여 동일하게 설정되었다. 주요 결과로서, 출입문 형상의 변화는 구획 내부의 열 및 화학적특성 변화에 큰 영향을 미친다. 창문 위치의 변화는 화재지속시간 및 재순환 유동구조를 포함한 추가적인 화재특성의 복잡한 변화를 초래하였다. 이들 결과는 개구부 유동 및 연료/공기의 혼합현상을 포함한 다차원 유동 및 화재특성을 통해 상세히 분석되었다.
