This study proposes community based web service for contents providers and web designers to provide user-centered approach on Wordpress theme search and customizstion process. The contents and structure of theme information is analyzed and online communities on programming and Wordpress are studied to development of community based, theme contents service scenario. As a result, I launched 'Themettack' web service, I took beta testing with 20 users for 2 weeks, and found that theme template image and ideal theme contest services are the most satisfactory experiences. Various community contents which tested in this study and user participation data provided proper directions of Wordpress theme service as open source platform.

With the development of the Internet and the increase of smart phones, various services considering user convenience are increasing, so that users can check news in real time anytime and anywhere. However, online news is categorized by media and category, and it provides only a few related search terms, making it difficult to find related news related to keywords. In order to solve this problem, we propose a method to recommend related documents more accurately by applying Doc2Vec similarity to the specific keywords of news articles and weighting the title and contents of news articles. We collect news articles from Naver politics category by web crawling in Java environment, preprocess them, extract topics using LDA modeling, and find similarities using Doc2Vec. To supplement Doc2Vec, we apply TF-IDF to obtain TC(Title Contents) weights for the title and contents of news articles. Then we combine Doc2Vec similarity and TC weight to generate TC weight-similarity and evaluate the similarity between words using PMI technique to confirm the keyword association.

Daily dance Ganggangsullae is recommended for youth to help their diet, improve their team life and know Korean culture. Its performance costumes were fusion hanbok and casual wear shown at the Second Daily Dance Ganggangsullae Contest Conference of Myeongryang Battle Festival in 2013. A fusion hanbok shows the Korean traditional spirit, but it is not practical. Casual wear is practical, but it does not show any Korean identity. Therefore, their combination is needed to reflect the Korean identity and practicality. For this, a literature review and an online search were conducted for the history, purpose and dance motion of daily dance Ganggangsullae. And photographs of participating teams were gathered from Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency. Goguryeo costumes were used for design motifs. Four designs were sets of T-shirts and pants for the summer. Style 1 is designed using sam, jikryeong, go, round and triangle pattern with rippled cotton. Colors were from Wang Huiji's mural painting. Style 2 is designed using dansuui, beonryeong, go, round and quadrangle patterns with rippled cotton. Colors were from a Deokheungri mural painting. Style 3 is designed using sam, round ryeong, go, quadrangle patterns, prints with cotton jersey and denim. Colors were from a Gamsinchong mural painting. Style 4 is designed using dansuui, jikryeong, go, a flame pattern, a bow and arrow shape with cotton, knit and jersey. Colors were from a Muyongchong mural painting. This study is helpful to anyone who wants to develop Korean-style performance costumes.

Game Designs & Developers that system designs improve, the product and the change of tasks to all developers are essential in achieving On-Line Game project. Existent On-line Game project management designs supper the definition and the change of project activities, and configuration management designs support version check, workspace management, build management, etc. In this paper, the proposed Design defines Game component based development process model, and achieves recording of process progression, processing the request of change, reporting the progression of each task, product registering and change, version recording, artifact or form search, etc. using UML. Furthermore, study on the stake holders get the systematic management and standardization by sharing information that are necessary in Game design & development and configuration management in distributed environment using the system integrated management design.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trend of Korean traditional medicine for musculoskeletal disorders related to wrist and hand under Korean healthcare facilities. Methods We collected data from search engines for research including foreign and domestic online database using the keywords ligament tendon, wrist sprain, tendinitis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, ganglion cyst, de Quervain's and Raynaud. Results A total of 45 articles were about ligament tendon, wrist sprain, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cyst, de Quervain's tenosynovitis and Raynaud disease. Out of 45 articles, 20 articles were about carpal tunnel syndrome and the most commonly used measurement was visual analog scale. Conclusions This study shows the research trend of musculoskeletal disorders related with the wrist and hand. Through the collected data, the treatment methods and specific information of treatments were organized. This study can be used in clinical environments and will contribute for further study in musculoskeletal disorders related with the wrist and hand.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trend of Korean traditional medicine for edema under Korean healthcare facilities. Methods : We collected data from search engines for research including domestic online database using the keywords edema, Hydrocele, emphysema and Pneumocranium Results : Total of 41 articles were about Lower body edema, General edema, edema of the eyelid, Lymphedema, Hydrocele, Bone marrow edema, hand edema, Brain edema, emphysema, Pneumocranium The treatment methods used were acupuncture and pharmacopuncture treatment, moxibustion treatment, herbal medicine treatment, cupping treatment, massage treatment, radio frequency treatment, and Chuna treatment. Twenty-nine studies used only oriental medicine treatment, and 12 studies combined oriental medicine and western medicine. the most commonly used measurement was Measurement of the perimeter of the area. Conclusions : This study shows the research trend of edema. Through the collected data, the treatment methods and for specific information of treatments were organized. This study can be used in clinical environments and will contribute for further study in edema.

The purpose of this study is to identify the degree to which the card catalog in a university library serves its users and to provide useful information for the design of conversion from card catalog to online catalog. From August 19th to September 16th 1995, 278 users of Duksung Women's University Library were randomley selected and surveyed in terms of card catalog use, success rate of card searching, and catalog use training received. Major findings are as follows: 1. Taking into considerations the fact that Library users tended to use more heavily oriental card catalog$(61.8\%)$ than western card catalog$(8.3\%)$ or classification card catalog$(26.3\%)$, oriental card catalog should be designed to improve its search function of the catalog. 2. It was found that the university library card catalog was not easy to use by $49.3\%$ of the users of Duksung University Library. 3. One of main reasons why the card catalog is hard to use is that there is no subject card to which users can access for subject searching. Besides, users have difficulties in locating appropriate classification numbers for subjects which users are interested in. 4. When success rate is defined as finding appropriate cards in catalog boxes, the success rate was reported to be $87.0\%$. 5. The major access points of known items which library users utilized mostly were author$(18.3\%)$ and title$(74.5\%)$. 6. In case of translated versions of foreign materials, original author name cards instead of pronounced original name card written in Korean were given to them as access points. $79.9\%$ of library users of Duksung Women's University insisted that both original and pronounced author name writ':en in Korean should be given as access points to foreign authors for the sake of user's convenience. 7. Formal training programs for card catalog use were found not to be sufficient. Small group informal training courses should be offered to users who need to get information for catalog use by library staffs. 8. Considering the trend that orders of access points have been changed from title, author and subject in card catalog to title, keyword, and author in online catalog, the existing card catalog of Duksung Women's University is expected not to meet future users' needs for subject searching unless the funcions of subject searching of catalog is improved.

Due to the development of internet technology and the rapid increase of internet data, various studies are actively conducted on how to use and analyze internet data for various purposes. In particular, in recent years, a number of studies have been performed on the applications of text mining techniques in order to overcome the limitations of the current application of structured data. Especially, there are various studies on sentimental analysis to score opinions based on the distribution of polarity such as positivity or negativity of vocabularies or sentences of the texts in documents. As a part of such studies, this study tries to predict ups and downs of stock prices of companies by performing sentimental analysis on news contexts of the particular companies in the Internet. A variety of news on companies is produced online by different economic agents, and it is diffused quickly and accessed easily in the Internet. So, based on inefficient market hypothesis, we can expect that news information of an individual company can be used to predict the fluctuations of stock prices of the company if we apply proper data analysis techniques. However, as the areas of corporate management activity are different, an analysis considering characteristics of each company is required in the analysis of text data based on machine-learning. In addition, since the news including positive or negative information on certain companies have various impacts on other companies or industry fields, an analysis for the prediction of the stock price of each company is necessary. Therefore, this study attempted to predict changes in the stock prices of the individual companies that applied a sentimental analysis of the online news data. Accordingly, this study chose top company in KOSPI 200 as the subjects of the analysis, and collected and analyzed online news data by each company produced for two years on a representative domestic search portal service, Naver. In addition, considering the differences in the meanings of vocabularies for each of the certain economic subjects, it aims to improve performance by building up a lexicon for each individual company and applying that to an analysis. As a result of the analysis, the accuracy of the prediction by each company are different, and the prediction accurate rate turned out to be 56% on average. Comparing the accuracy of the prediction of stock prices on industry sectors, 'energy/chemical', 'consumer goods for living' and 'consumer discretionary' showed a relatively higher accuracy of the prediction of stock prices than other industries, while it was found that the sectors such as 'information technology' and 'shipbuilding/transportation' industry had lower accuracy of prediction. The number of the representative companies in each industry collected was five each, so it is somewhat difficult to generalize, but it could be confirmed that there was a difference in the accuracy of the prediction of stock prices depending on industry sectors. In addition, at the individual company level, the companies such as 'Kangwon Land', 'KT & G' and 'SK Innovation' showed a relatively higher prediction accuracy as compared to other companies, while it showed that the companies such as 'Young Poong', 'LG', 'Samsung Life Insurance', and 'Doosan' had a low prediction accuracy of less than 50%. In this paper, we performed an analysis of the share price performance relative to the prediction of individual companies through the vocabulary of pre-built company to take advantage of the online news information. In this paper, we aim to improve performance of the stock prices prediction, applying online news information, through the stock price prediction of individual companies. Based on this, in the future, it will be possible to find ways to increase the stock price prediction accuracy by complementing the problem of unnecessary words that are added to the sentiment dictionary.

Entering the convergence education era, the emergence of smart devices removed the constraint of time and space for study, so if we use smart devices appropriately for education, it will strengthen students' abilities and cultivate creative human resource. Therefore the current study analyzed the general application condition of the smart devices through surveys targeted to students and proposed a measure in applying the smart device as an educational information. In relation to information application, a test was proceeded after carrying out education targeted to experiment group students by naming the group information search, communication, cooperation, sharing, report generation, data storage, online assessment and project management activity. Through the test and survey analysis, it was discovered that the experiment group students displayed higher self-efficacy and ability in applying the smart device as information compared to the control group.

The advent of the fourth industrial revolution has led to various technologies such as bigdata, the internet of things, artificial intelligence etc. Based on these innovations, the types of information services can changed in the library. The focus is on smart device. This study aims to identify utilization status and service implications of the smart device in the library. To achieve this goal, we conducted current status analysis of the smart device in the library through literature research and online search and gathered the executives views of practical librarians. Consequently, we proposed improvement of library service by using smart device. The results of this study will be expected to help next generation library establish service strategies.
