Preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Corona-19, our education is expanding a new chapter of learning to the era of AI education that incorporates software technology beyond software education. In this study, we will analyze the case of learner-centered assessment in software education and examine the assessment direction of artificial intelligence education through its effectiveness. Through the case of applying learner-centered assessment to non-computer subjects including computer subjects, we sought the effects on learners' learning, environmental conditions and assessment models of learner-centered evaluation, and through the case of applying the learner-centered assessment model to software education, we wanted to find out what the learner-centered assessment in artificial intelligence education suggests to the educational site. According to the analysis, the learner-centered assessment had a significant effect on the learner's achievement goal, and it is expected that the learner-centered assessment in artificial intelligence education will be carried out smoothly when an objective evaluation system and objective evaluation model are designed to help the learner's assessment, building digital environment conditions based on intelligent information technology.

The program educational objectives(PEO) are defined as the goals that students should achieve in 3~4 years after graduation. Assessment tools for evaluating program educational objectives might be different for every program. In this paper, we developed and proposed assessment tools which include not only direct assessments through the present study but also indirect assessment through question rubrics. With the proposed assessment tools, we conduct a mimic evaluation for graduates and their employers in order to evaluate the degree of achievement of each PEO.

The necessity of remodeling performance grading system is getting increased for the systematic management of existing housing stock, providing the resident's right to know and promoting the remodeling projects. A quantitative and objective evaluation method that has reflected the characteristics of remodeling must be developed because there is an aspect of having difficulty of assessment by an ordinary person as remodeling performance contains specialized details while the difficulty of applying the criteria of new buildings in terms of assessment items, criteria and methods. Accordingly, this study sets the goal as setting up the development objectives of performance grading system that has considered the remodeling characteristics. This study has analyzed the various assessment systems related to the domestic apartments as well as setting up the organization system of the remodeling performance grading system, perspectives of performance assessment and scope of assessment through literature, etc. It has also established the principles for setting up the assessment items of remodeling performance grade to present the directions for setting up assessment items and criteria.

Marine risk assessment considers events such as collision/grounding, sinking/capsize, fire/explosion and flooding, developing relationships between their causes and effects. In addition, risk assessment of previously sunken ships are also necessary since they continuously have possibility for further oil spill or can cause other marine accidents. The objective of this paper is to develop the risk assessment systems for sunken ships to prevent oil spill and further marine causalities in order to preserve safe and clean oceans around Korea peninsula. The risk assessment systems for sunken ships comprise of database management sub-system for sunken ships, qualitative risk assessment sub-system, quantitative risk assessment sub-system, and cost-benefit analysis subsystem.

This paper presents an assessment system of safety level of 22.9kV grade high voltage electrical facilities considering environmental factors. The assessment system was developed based on the following procedure. Firstly, assessment structure was determined by consulting standards regarding inspection and diagnosis of electrical facilities. Secondly, contents of items and sub items of assessment system were developed. Thirdly, in order to quantify the importance of the assessment system, the weight was calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Lastly, assessment table of safety level was developed including environmental factors such as period of use and load factor. The developed system can evaluate the safety level of high voltage facilities in an objective way. Therefore it can be applicable to electrical safety management system based on Internet of Things(IoT).

The quality of the automatic transmission shift for a wheel loader has been generally evaluated by driver's perception. However the subjective evaluation of the drivers is not always directly related to the shift quality. It is necessary to set up the method for an objective assessment of the shift quality. In this paper, a quantitative assessment method has been developed for the shift quality of the automatic transmission in a wheel loader. The indices for the evaluation were selected through the various tests like the acceleration and the turbine rpm as well as the subjective evaluation of the driver, and were validated by the correlation between subjective and objective assessments using a psychophysical power law. Based on this method, the shift quality of a wheel loader has been evaluated quantitatively under various shift conditions.

Cleft lip is a congenital deformity condition with separation of the two sides of the lip and results in nose deformity. Evaluation of surgical corrections and outcome assessments in nose deformity resulting from the cleft lip depend mainly on doctor's objective judgment. Development of an objective assessment tool in evaluation of the condition and surgical outcome of cleft lip nose deformity patients will help in advancement and evaluation of surgical techniques of cleft lip. Hence, our study aimed on quantitative assessment of a cleft lip nose deformity condition by comparing following parameters gathered from a photographic image of a cleft lip patient: (1) angle difference between two nostril axis, (2) center of the nostril and distance between two centers, (3) overlapped area of two nostrils and (4) the overlapped area ratio of two nostrils. Assessment results of the nose deformity were determined by statistical analysis of evaluation results from three greatly experienced plastic surgeons. In addition, regression model was developed using correlation relationship and factor analysis of parameters from results of the image analysis.

For university facility and space management to be public, and to increase the administrational efficiency, this research suggests an efficient as well as an objective evaluation system/index to allow national and university finances to contribute towards higher education. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into two categories; quality and space management. First, quality management is subdivided into three groups in order for quantitative management, school site and building area, secured building, and financial affairs and expense management. In order for an effective and appropriate space management, the second category of space management proposes seven subdivisions. Based on these subdivisions, quality management on university facility contains 10 evaluation items with marking system which allows perfect score of 50 points. The space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. Therefore, this study developed total of 29 evaluation items for university facility management with marking system that allows perfect score of 150 points. The suggested evaluation system and items will be used as a valuable foundation for efficient and objective university facility management.

This is the evaluation report of clinical competence of undergraduate medical students in Plastic Surgery field using OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination) executed in three years. OSCE comprises of assessment of subject, choice of clinical stations sampling, identification of components of clinical competence to be evaluated, the level of performance required, development of specification table, editing of OSCE presentation page and assessment of practicability and results exploitation. About fifty students were examined annually. Seven station stimuli with simulated patient participation were carried out. The mean OSCE score was $82.3{\pm}6.19$. The reliability of the total station was 0.72. The examination shows a positive response to the OSCE. Our experience shows OSCE's feasibility for Plastic Surgery during the initial course of education. Referring to our experiences, the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KPRS) applied the OSCE test for Korean Plastic Surgery Board Certification
