토오컨강화와 사회적강화를 이용한 유아원 아동의 부적절한 학습행동의 수정 (Modifying Inappropriate Behaviors of Nursery School Children through Token and Social Reinforcement)

  • The effects of token and social reinforcement on inappropriate study behaviors of nursery school children were investigated. The subjects were three nursery school boys, and the target behaviors were : 1) out-of-seat behaviors, 2) bothering other children, and 3) disruptive behaviors. The ABAB(Reversal) design was used in this experiment. It consisted of four periods : baseline, reinforcement I, reversal, and reinforcement II. During the reinforcement period, social reinforcement as well as token reinforcement was applied. In all three subjects, inappropriate study behaviors decreased during the reinforcement periods (I, II), and increased during the reversal period, showing the effects of token and social reinforcement. The subjects showed stability in three post-experimental tests, indicating that modification of inappropriate study behaviors was being maintained.

방과후 어린이집교사의 자기장학 체험 이야기 (The Experience of Teachers' Self-supervision at After-school Nurseries)

  • 본 연구는 방과후 어린이집 교사의 자기장학에 대한 체험을 다양한 이야기를 통해 심층적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 이에 S시 S구에서 근무하는 경력 10년째인 방과후 어린이집 교사를 대상으로 2012년 9월부터 12월말까지 총 4개월간 면담, 참여자의 저널, 참여자와 주고받은 이메일과 전화로 자료를 수집한 것을 기초로 현장 텍스트를 구성하였다. 연구자는 방과후 어린이집 교사가 자기장학 체험을 통해 몰랐던 것을 알게 되는 희열, 자기장학하기에 어려운 방과후 어린이집 교사, 같이 공부하는 선생님, 아이를 이해하기 위한 여가시간 이라는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 이렇게 드러난 결과를 기초로 자기장학을 한다는 의미는 미래에 대한 배움의 길로, 더 보이는 눈, 자기장학하기에 어려운 여건이지만 식지 않는 방과후 어린이집 교사의 열정, 자신을 행복하게 하는 그 무엇이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 어려운 현실여건에도 자기장학을 하며 삶의 의미를 행복하게 사는 방과후 어린이집 교사의 체험이 방과후 어린이집 현장에 함의 하는 시사점에 대해 논의 하였다.

오존 처리가 자돈사내 공기의 질과 자돈의 성장 효율에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Ozonation of the Swine Nursery Building on Indoor Air Quality and Growth Performance of Weanling Piglets)

  • 본 연구는 자돈사의 오존 처리가 돈사내 공기의 질과 자돈의 성장 효율에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 오존 0.03ppm 처리하거나 처리하지 않은 각 처리별 40두의 21일령 이유자돈을 암수 같은 수로 하여 2개의 돈방에 배치하고 3주 동안 사양하였으며, 3회 반복하여 실시하였다. 오존은 상업용 장치를 이용하여 자돈사 밖에서 발생시켜 관을 통하여 자돈사 건물 안으로 0.03ppm 수준으로 유입시켰다. 돈사내 유해가스 농도는 3주 사양시험 중 24시간 동안 2 시간 간격으로 측정하였다. 오존 처리에 의해 황화수소 농도는 변하지 않았으나, 오존 처리했을 때 암모니아와 이산화탄소 농도는 처리하지 않았을 때의 농도에 비해 각각 21%와 7% 감소하였다(P〈0.01). 반면 자돈의 일당증체량, 사료섭취량 및 사료요구율은 오존 처리에 의해 변하지 않았다. 이상의 결과는 자돈사내 오존 처리가 자돈의 생산 효율에는 영향을 미치지 않으나 돈사내 공기의 질을 개선시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.

An importance-performance analysis of using farmers in a rice co-nursery : Focus on the East Gunsan Agricultural Cooperative

  • With an aging population in rural areas, farm owners in South Korea are also aging. In particular, this phenomenon leads to the lack of human resources in rural areas and agriculture, worsening the deterioration of the rural economy. This study aimed, firstly, to analyze the criticality of the lack of human resources and high production cost issues for farmers, before using the farm as cooperative nursery of rice seedlings. Secondly, the study analyzed farmer satisfaction after using the farm cooperative. Analysis results are as follows. The motives of the research subjects for using the co-nursery were the aging of the farming population, the expected reduction of production costs, and farmers' failure in raising seedlings. Importance-performance analysis measured the importance for the farms for cooperative raising of rice seedling at 3.49 and the performance for the farms at 3.41, with a difference of 0.07 between them. The four importance-performance matrix areas, used were as follows: concentrated efforts required (Quadrant I: concentrate here), continuous maintenance (Quadrant II: keep up the good work), gradual improvement (Quadrant III: low priority), and avoiding excessive efforts (Quadrant IV: possible overkill). Based on the results, it was concluded that improvements and efforts would be necessary for each of these areas. And, there is a need to improve services through the initiation of farmer use of this rice co-nursery.

이치카와(시천(市川)) 시립 제 7 중학교 설립과정 분석을 통한 일본의 교육시설 민간투자 사업에 관한 연구 (A study on the Mixed-Use School PFI in Japan - Case study on the construction of Ichikawa 7th middle school -)

  • This research is intended to analyze the tendency and mixed-use of the PFI for the middle schools in Chiba Province, Japan. The Ichikawa 7th middle school has included food supply system, nursery school, auditorium, day service center and care house. It consists of 2 PFIs. The one is middle school, food supply system, nursery school and Auditorium. The other is Day Service Center and Care House for elderly. This is the first mixed-use school by PFI in Japan. The PFI is a very nice tool for the future of our educational environment. But it has weak points, too. This paper analyze the case of Japanese PFI for the better results of Korean BTL systems.

어린이집 원장의 서번트리더십이 보육교사의 역할수행에 미치는 영향 : 조직문화 및 교직윤리의식의 매개효과 (Directors' Servant Leadership and Role Performance in Nursery School : The Mediating Effects of Organizational Culture and Teaching Ethics)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 서번트리더십이 보육교사가 인식하는 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 보육교사가 인지하는 어린이집 조직문화와 교직윤리의식이 원장의 서번트리더십과 보육교사의 역할수행의 관계를 매개하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 서울과 경기도에 위치한 민간어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 구조방정식 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 원장의 서번트리더십은 보육교사가 인식하는 역할수행에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고, 보육교사가 인지하는 조직문화와 교직윤리의식은 원장의 서번트리더십과 보육교사의 역할수행 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 원장의 서번트리더십은 조직문화와 교직윤리의식을 순차적으로 거쳐 보육교사의 역할수행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보육교사의 역할수행을 향상시키기 위해서는 원장의 서번트리더십뿐만 아니라 조직문화와 보육교사의 교직윤리의식을 높이기 위한 교육프로그램과 정책적 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다.

주세페 테라니의 산텔리아 유치원 계획에 관한 연구 - 근대 교육시설의 가변성 및 개방성을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Giuseppe Terragni's Sant'Elia Nursery School - Focused on the Flexibility and Openness in the Modern Educitional Facility -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the 'Sant'Elia Nursery School' constructed in 1937 at Como, Italy. Giuseppe Terragni(1904-1943) is, as it well known, one of the representative architects in the period of Italian rationalism architecture. In particular, his 'Casa del Fascio(1928~1936)' is evaluated as a representative work of this period. The research is based on the original drawings and letters, mostly produced by G. Terragni himself. Through the analyze on the design process, the research tries to reveal Terragni's design method and strategy, especially in the educational facility project. There are at least four deferent phases in the Terragni's design process; in each phase, there are fundamental changes such as a structural grid system, relationships between skin and columns or spatial sequences. Establishment of a new guideline on the educational facility in 1925 is also an another important issue. There was a political need, during the period of Mussolini's regime, to find a model of educational facilities. So, this project reflects not only the Terragni's design process but also the good example of educational facility in the early Twenty Century in Europe.

CCTV 의무화에 대한 어린이집 원장, 교사, 학부모, 일반인의 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perception about mandated CCTV among Nursery School Principals, Teachers, Parents, and General Public)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 CCTV 의무화에 대한 어린이집 원장, 교사, 학부모, 일반인의 인식. 즉 CCTV 의무화의 장점, 문제점, 개선 방안을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 D광역시에 있는 가정 어린이집, 민간 어린이집, 사립유치원, 병설 유치원에 근무하는 원장, 교사, 학부모와 일반인이다. 연구도구는 선행연구를 참고하여 연구목적에 적절하게 수정 보완한 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 F-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 CCTV 의무화에 대한 장점은 CCTV는 인권사건 발생 시 객관적인 증거자료가 되고, 아동간의 폭력을 알 수 있으며, 대책을 강구할 수 있다. 또한 학대 의도를 줄이거나 예방할 수 있다. 둘째, 어린이집 CCTV 의무화에 대한 주요한 문제점은 사생활 침해 및 기본권 침해, 교육에 무관하게 이용, CCTV는 교사에게 갑갑함, 불편함, 긴장감을 유발하는 스트레스 요인 등이다. 셋째, 어린이집 CCTV 의무화에 대한 주요한 개선방안은 억울한 교직원이 발생하지 않도록 하는 것과 CCTV에 대한 기존 가이드라인의 보완 등이다. 연구 결과를 토대로 어린이집 CCTV 의무화 정책에 대한 장점, 문제점, 개선방안을 심층적으로 논의하였다.

영유아 보육시설의 영양교육 프로그램 개발 (A Study on the Development of Programs for the Nutrition Education of Preschool Nursery Facilities)

  • This study was aimed at development of a nutrition education program, which was designed for children, their parents and personnel in preschool nursery facilities and carried out by dieticians. The program was conducted at 6 preschool nursery facilities for 3 months from July to September 1998. Four-hundred thirty-three children aged 2 to 7 years were engaged in the program. Children in each class were given nutrition education practice once a week by dieticians using education materials and a guide book based on a 12-week program. The themes of nutrition education for children consisted of 'knowledge of food sources and foods', 'relations between food and health', 'other roles of food', 'right eating habit', and 'cooking practice'. Each of five leaflets on nutrition education for parents was delivered eery three weeks in a series and leaflets were posted on a bulletin board. Nursery school teachers were educated by their participation in the class with dieticians using education materials. Evaluation of nutrition education by children, parents and personnel was carried out by interviewing and using questionnaires before and after the program. Children responded more positively more positively on their eating behavior and sanitary behaviors after nutrition education. Parents'opinions on the nutrition education program were positive : 72.3 described the nutrition education program as 'very good'and 'good'. In addition, 71.3% answered that the education materials for parents were helpful. A majority(93.8%) of personnel in facilities evaluated the nutrition education program effective. Nursery personnel evaluated the importance of general nutrition knowledge, childhood nutrition, and obesity control for nutrition management and nutrition education more highly after nutrition education. This study indicates that nutrition management and nutrition education programs for preschool nursery facilities are necessary and they would be effective when implemented by dieticians.

제주지역 직장어린이집 보육실의 겨울철 실내온열환경 실태 (Winter Indoor Thermal Environment Status of Nursery Rooms in Workplace Daycare Centers in Jeju Island)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the thermal environment status of nursery rooms in workplace daycare centers in Jeju and propose measures to improve their indoor physical thermal environment. For this purpose, measurements were performed in the winter indoor physical environment of 51 nursery rooms in 11 workplace daycare centers and a psychological evaluation survey on the thermal environment of nursery rooms was conducted for 70 nursery teachers. The investigation was carried out over 11 days in January 2017. The results are as follow. The average indoor temperature of the nursery rooms was $21.3^{\circ}C$($18.7-23.8^{\circ}C$) and the indoor temperatures of 47 nursery rooms (92.9%) were higher than the environmental hygiene management standard for domestic school facilities ($18-20^{\circ}C$). The average relative humidity was 33.9% (16.4-56.0%), and 37 nursery rooms (86.3%) showed a lower average relative humidity than the standard (40-70%). The average absolute humidity was $9.1g/m^3$ ($4.7-13.6g/m^3$), which was lower than the standard for preventing influenza ($10g/m^3$). When the indoor temperature and humidity of the nursery rooms were compared with international standards, it was found that 85% or more of the 51 nursery rooms maintained appropriate indoor temperatures, but 40-50% of the nursery rooms maintained a low humidity condition. Therefore, they need to pay attention to maintaining the appropriate humidity of the nursery room to keep the children healthy. The average indoor temperature of the nursery rooms showed a weak negative correlation with the average relative humidity. The indoor temperature had a significant effect on the relative humidity: a higher indoor temperature resulted in lower relative humidity. Regarding the fluctuations in the average indoor temperature of the nursery rooms during the day, in daycare centers that used floor heating, the indoor temperature gradually increased form the morning to the afternoon and tended to decrease during lunch time and the morning and afternoon snack times, due to ventilation. The daycare centers that used both floor heating and ceiling-type air conditioners showed a higher indoor temperature and greater fluctuations in temperature compared to the daycare centers that used floor heating only. In the survey results, the average value of the whole body thermal sensation was 3.0 (neutral): 32 respondents (62.7%) answered, "Neutral", Which was the largest number, followed by 21 respondents (30%) who answered, "Slightly hot" and 17 respondents (24.2%) who answered, "Slightly cold." Twenty-nine respondents answered, "Slightly dry," which was the largest number, followed by 28 respondents (54.9%) who answered, "Neutral" and 10 respondents (19.6%) who answered, "Dry." The total number of respondents who answered, "Slightly dry" or "Dry" was large at 39 (56.4%), which suggests the need for indoor environment management to prevent a low-humidity environment. To summarize the above results about the thermal environment of nursery rooms, as the indoor temperature increased, the relative humidity decreased. This suggests the effect of room temperature on the indoor relative humidity; however, frequent ventilations also greatly decrease the relative humidity. Therefore, the ventilation method and the usage of air conditioning systems need to be re-examined.
