다중 스태킹을 가진 새로운 앙상블 학습 기법 (A New Ensemble Machine Learning Technique with Multiple Stacking)

  • 기계학습(machine learning)이란 주어진 데이터에 대한 일반화 과정으로부터 특정 문제를 해결할 수 있는 모델(model) 생성 기술을 의미한다. 우수한 성능의 모델을 생성하기 위해서는 양질의 학습데이터와 일반화 과정을 위한 학습 알고리즘이 준비되어야 한다. 성능 개선을 위한 한 가지 방법으로서 앙상블(Ensemble) 기법은 단일 모델(single model)을 생성하기보다 다중 모델을 생성하며, 이는 배깅(Bagging), 부스팅(Boosting), 스태킹(Stacking) 학습 기법을 포함한다. 본 논문은 기존 스태킹 기법을 개선한 다중 스태킹 앙상블(Multiple Stacking Ensemble) 학습 기법을 제안한다. 다중 스태킹 앙상블 기법의 학습 구조는 딥러닝 구조와 유사하고 각 레이어가 스태킹 모델의 조합으로 구성되며 계층의 수를 증가시켜 각 계층의 오분류율을 최소화하여 성능을 개선한다. 4가지 유형의 데이터셋을 이용한 실험을 통해 제안 기법이 기존 기법에 비해 분류 성능이 우수함을 보인다.

국내 보건행정(학)과의 학제별 전공교육과정 비교분석 연구 (A Comparison on Major Curriculum of 2-Year, 3-Year, and 4-Year Health Administration Colleges in Korea)

  • Background: This study was a comparative analysis of the major curriculum for 2-year, 3-year, and 4-year colleges of the department of health administration in Korea. Methods: Among 45 Korean colleges registered with the department of health administration as of 2012, finally 25 colleges were selected by establishing the department of health administration more than 5 years ago, excluding government's financial support, and taking regional locations into account. Results: First, generally 2-year colleges was not the relationships between organizational philosophy/purposes and major course in comparison to those of 3-year or 4-year colleges. Second, the composition of credits in the major course appears to be higher for 3-year, 2-year, and 4-year colleges, respectively. Third, subjects related to basic medicine and medical records were included more often in 2-year, 3-year, and 4-year colleges, respectively, and health policy issues were covered more in 4-year, 3-year, and 2-year colleges, respectively. Fourth, the number of students per full-time professor in 2-year colleges was much higher than that in 3-year and 4-year colleges, and the employment rate of graduates for 4-year colleges was found to be higher than that for 2-year and 3-year colleges. Conclusion: Although this study has limitations with regard to the selection of research subjects, it provides baseline data for establishing the health administration required for training competent future professionals.

토픽 모델링을 활용한 광범위 선천성 대사이상 신생아 선별검사 관련 온라인 육아 커뮤니티 게시 글 분석: 계량적 내용분석 연구 (Analysis of online parenting community posts on expanded newborn screening for metabolic disorders using topic modeling: a quantitative content analysis)

  • Purpose: As more newborns have received expanded newborn screening (NBS) for metabolic disorders, the overall number of false-positive results has increased. The purpose of this study was to explore the psychological impacts experienced by mothers related to the NBS process. Methods: An online parenting community in Korea was selected, and questions regarding NBS were collected using web crawling for the period from October 2018 to August 2021. In total, 634 posts were analyzed. The collected unstructured text data were preprocessed, and keyword analysis, topic modeling, and visualization were performed. Results: Of 1,057 words extracted from posts, the top keyword based on 'term frequency-inverse document frequency' values was "hypothyroidism," followed by "discharge," "close examination," "thyroid-stimulating hormone levels," and "jaundice." The top keyword based on the simple frequency of appearance was "XXX hospital," followed by "close examination," "discharge," "breastfeeding," "hypothyroidism," and "professor." As a result of LDA topic modeling, posts related to inborn errors of metabolism (IEMs) were classified into four main themes: "confirmatory tests of IEMs," "mother and newborn with thyroid function problems," "retests of IEMs," and "feeding related to IEMs." Mothers experienced substantial frustration, stress, and anxiety when they received positive NBS results. Conclusion: The online parenting community played an important role in acquiring and sharing information, as well as psychological support related to NBS in newborn mothers. Nurses can use this study's findings to develop timely and evidence-based information for parents whose children receive positive NBS results to reduce the negative psychological impact.

특이점 분포법에 의한 잠수된 방파제의 성능 해석 (A Study on the Performance of a Submerged Breakwater by Using the Singularity Distribution Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 탄성 지지된 잠수 평판으로 이루어진 방파제의 파랑감쇠 성능을 고찰하였다. 이 방파제는 파랑감쇠를 위하여 입사파, 산란파 그리고 방사파의 위상 상호작용을 이용한다. 유동장을 기술하기 위하여 선형포텐셜 이론을 도입하였으며, 특이점 분포방법을 적용하였다. 잠수된 평판은 강체라고 가정하였으며, 탄성지지는 일정한 탄성계수를 가진 선형 스프링으로 간주하였다. 수치계산을 위하여 직사각형 평판을 고려하였다. 수치해의 안정성을 위하여 영향행렬의 조건수를 조사하여 평판의 두께를 결정하였다. 탄성지지의 강성이 방파제의 성능에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 한편 잠수 깊이가 파랑감쇠에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 계산결과에 의하면 방파제의 공진 진동수가 입사파의 진동수보다 약간 작게 설정되어야 파랑감쇠가 최대로 일어남을 확인하였다.

코로나19 팬데믹에서 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influenceing resilience of Nursing college Students in the COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹에서 간호대학생을 대상으로 회복탄력성의 정도를 확인하고 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 2개 대학 간호대학생 320명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 회복탄력성 평균은 3.78±0.61점이었다. 대상자의 회복탄력성은 그릿(r=.469, p<.001), 간호전문직관(r=.614, p<.001), 간호사 이미지(r=.552, p<.001)와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인은 그릿(β=.321 p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.385, p<.001), 간호사 이미지(β=.165, p=.022)로 나타났고, 설명력은 47.3%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 코로나19 팬데믹에서 간호대학생의 회복탄력성 향상을 위해 그릿, 간호전문직관, 간호사 이미지의 향상이 필요함을 확인하였다.

입도분포를 이용한 투수계수의 예측 (Prediction of Hydraulic Conductivity from Gran-size Distribution Parameters)

  • 투수계수는 지반공학의 문제를 해결하는 데 중요한 인자의 하나이다. 그렇지만 현장이나 실험실에서 투수계수를 구하려면 시간과 비용이 많이 든다. 이 논문에서는 입도분포를 반영하는 통계적인 계수를 이용하여 모래의 투수계수를 예측할 수 있는 식을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 36가지 입도분포의 시료를 통계적인 방법으로 조성하여 투수시험을 한 후 그 결과를 회귀분석하였다. 제안식은 변수로서 체분석시험에서 구한 모래 입경의 기하평균과 기하표준편차 또는 D_{10},D_{50},D_{60} 등과 같은 입도분포계수를 사용한다. 제안된 식의 성능을 검증하기 위해 국내 20개 지역에서 채취한 시료에 대한 투수계수의 예측치와 실측치를 비교한 결과 비교적 잘 맞는 것으로 판명되였다. 또한 제안식의 성능이 Hazen 등 다른 연구자들의 식과 비교되었다.

푸시메시지를 이용한 능동적인 출결관리시스템 (Active Attendance-Absence Management System using Push Message)

  • 교육부에서 대학이 수업시간 준수와 학생의 출결관리를 엄격하게 관리하는지 여부를 평가하는 항목이 추가됨에 따라서 대학에서는 전자출결시스템을 활용하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 전자출결시스템을 활용하면 실시간으로 출결관리와 기록관리가 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 기존 전자출결시스템이 가지는 문제점인 부정행위방지에 대한 해결방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 자동, 수정으로 전자출결이 가능하다. 수동으로 전자출결을 진행하면 교수 스마트폰의 BLE 비콘 서비스를 활성화한 후 푸시메시지 서비스를 이용하여 학생의 전자출결 애플리케이션을 자동으로 실행시킨다. 학생이 출석체크 버튼을 눌러 비콘이 검색되면 출결을 처리한다. 자동으로 처리하는 경우 학생이 개입하지 않아도 자동으로 비콘을 검색하고 출결을 처리한다. 제안 시스템은 학생이 인지하지 못하는 상황에서도 자동으로 출결을 처리하며, 불특정 주기로 출결을 재확인 할 수 있기 때문에 부정출결을 방지할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

네일샵의 점포속성에 관한 질적연구 - 단독 매장을 중심으로 - (A qualitative research on the nail shop's store attributes - Focused on independent stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify store attributes for nail stores (focusing on independent stores) by qualitative research. Even though the nail market is showing a steady increase in terms of sales amounts, and the number of stores, related studies were very rare. Meanwhile, as long as the nail market is growing, many stores are suffering from bad business performance because of new nail stores are relatively easier to open than beauty or hair stores, but the nail stores don't have a discriminated marketing strategy. As nail the market is rapidly increasing, finding factors that led to success for nail stores is very meaningful, both for academics and business. The reason that qualitative research should be done before the quantitative research is due to scant theoretical background concerning this matter. For this qualitative research, 8 experts who are operating nail stores as an owner or a manager or a professor at a university who had over 5 years of related working experience were included. The attributes for nail stores were derived using one-to-one in-depth interviews conducted from March 3 to May 31, 2019. As a result of the qualitative studon the attributes for nail stores, it turned out that there were 5 factors-physical environment, product, speed, profitability, and reliability. Physical environment, product, and profitability were mentioned in most related surveys, but some details showed that and speed and reliability have been newly highlighted. Many unknown issues that were not easy to acquire from common academic research are included. After this study, I hope that many marketers may get basic conditions to apply to real businesses and that they can use it as effective data for the following quantitative research.

탈북 의료인의 증언을 바탕으로 본 북한 간호교육의 제도와 교과과정 조사 연구 (Nursing Education between South and North Korea through Verbal Evidence from Defecting North Korean Medical Personnels)

  • Recently, there has been an increasing interchange between South Korea and North Korea. Accordingly, there has been active research to understand the society and culture of North Korea, it has been attempted to have comparative study about nursing education to increase understanding between South and North Korea. In the current educational system, 12 years of education is required for entering a nursing college or university in South Korea, but there are only 10 years for entering nursing college in North Korea. After finishing undergraduate studies one can enter graduate school for a masters degree and or a doctoral degree, but there is a longitudinal relation to medical education in North Korea. Regarding the number of nursing educational institutions, there are 50 BSN programs & 61 Diploma programs in South Korea and 11 Diploma programs in North Korea. In regards to curriculum, South Korea has diverse subjects for general education for freshmen, then is subjects to basic specialities sophomore year, and speciality subject and clinical practices from junior year corresponding to the student's intentions. North Korea has minor subjects for general education and basic specialities in freshmen, speciality subjects sophomore year, speciality subjects and clinical practice in the junior year that may not correspond with the student's intentions. The most outstanding difference in the curriculum is North Korea has various subjects for oriental medicine with clinical application. North Korea also does not teach computer science and English is at a very low level. In clinical practice, South Korea has various settings for clinical practice including community health institutions under the nursing professor or clinical instructor. However, North Korea has limited settings for clinical practice (general hospitals) under a doctor's instruction. Also both South and North Korea have a similar licensing system. Therefore, there must be many more studies regarding North Korea, especially in nursing and nursing education in order to decrease differences and confusion between the Koreas and to prepare for a future unification.

실험대학 과제도서실 운영에 관한 조사연구 (A Research Survey on the Reserved Book System of Pilot Universities in Korea)

  • This is a survey of the reserved book system in the pilot universities in Korea. We have surveyed only 22 university libraries among 29 pilot schools as of 1977, because of the differences in the library users, library organization, library facilities, and library materials between universities and colleges. In 1972, the Korean Ministry of Education developed a reformation plan for their higher education based on the teaching method of curriculum-oriented faculty instead of that of the faculty-oriented curriculum. The former puts emphasis on the cultivation of a student's thinking, creativity, and judgement through self-teaching to do a given assignment. The reserved book system in a college or university library is one of the most important methods necessary to accomplish the above educational aim. The survey used a questionnaire with 50 question on 28 items concerning the various aspects of the reserved book system in 22 pilot universities. the survey result discovered many problems needing correction. The following list describes the measures needed to correct the problems found in the pilot universities. 1. The management of a centralized reserved book system is much more effective and economical than the decentralized reserved book system when a university is located on the same campus. 2. In the university library, an independent reserved book department requires to gain the desired educational aims as compared with the reserved book room controlled by any other department in the library. 3. The reserved book system should not be adopted by all the departments at once but enlarged gradually, for it needs the understanding and support of faculty members and the university itself. 4. As competence is essential to the effective operation of the reserved book room, the university library should not place an unqualified person in charge of the reserved book department. 5. The librarian in charge of the reserved book department is required to do more professional works such as analysis of users, collection and analysis of syllabuses, maintenance of faculty member cooperation, establishment of measures to acquire unavailable materials, and drawing up an effective management plan. However, he is spending most of his time in clerical works, that is, non-professional works. 6. Three to five titles of each reserved book are considered reasonable and required materials should be shelved in proportion to the number of students, that is, one copy per eight or ten students if the materials are allowed to lend for two hours at a time. For the supplementary materials, the library needs to place two or three copies per subject. 7. Professors must select reserved books with care so that they can be used year after year. 8. Few universities are asking professors the number of class students and the date when the reserved material will no longer be needed on reserve. 9. The library should gather all the lists of reserved books from every professor at least three to five months before the courses open, because it takes a long time to obtain foreign materials. 10. It is desirable that the reserved book department should collect the lists and prepare the materials with promptness and consistency. 11. Instead of block buying, it is desirable to purchase reserved books at the time the library gets the reserved book list from the professors. The library should also inform faculty members whether it obtained each reserved book or not before the course open. 12. The library should make a copy of materials if a professor requires to reserve an out-of-print book or partial contents of a book, journal, and thesis. 13. An independent budger for reserved books from the budget for general materials is desired. 14. The shelf arrangement of reserved books by courses or professors under the same department is much more preferable than a classified arrangement. 15. While most of the universities adopted the open shelves system for all the reserved books, it is more effective and economical to take a compromise system, that is, closed shelves for requires materials and open shelves for supplementary materials. 18. Circulation of reserved books needs a different system between required materials and supplementary materials: two or three hours and/or overnight loan for the former and two and/or three days loan for the latter. 17. A reserved book room should be open a long time after class so that students can have sufficient time to use the room. 18. The library must take daily and monthly statistic as well as statistics on every aspect of the reserved book system in order that the library ma decide on policy and management of the reserved book room in collaboration with the university. Furthermore, regular reports on the use of the reserved book room should be made to the president and the executive council by the library to acquire their understanding and cooperation for the reserved book system. 19. Cooperation of faculty members is indispensable to the effective management of the reserved book department and it is desirable to make a committee which will fix various decisions about the system. Whenever the director of the library make his decision, he must consult with his staff in order to involve them earnestly in the operation of the system.
