솔라패널을 이용한 라디오존데 온도센서의 일사보정 (Compensation for The Solar Radiation Effect of Radiosonde's Temperature Sensor Using Solar Panel)

  • For the upper air observations, a temperature measurement using radiosonde is a common method, and the compensation of solar radiation effects in the radiosonde temperature sensor is an important factor. In this paper, we present various experiments and compensation methods of the radiosonde temperature sensor to overcome the errors caused by the movement of the radiosonde rotation, etc. The methods and procedures of this study are as follows. First, we used the solar simulator to analyze the temperature variation and solar effect of the temperature sensor in the radiosonde according to the insolation. We also analyzed the temperature variation and solar effect of the temperature sensor according to the incident angle between the solar simulator and radiosonde. Second, we measured and analyzed solar radiation absorbed by solar cells attached to radiosonde. Third, we present combined compensate solution of the first and the second experiment results, to overcome errors caused by insolation effects in the radiosonde temperature sensors. Fourth, we compared that the reference temperature in similar environment with the upper air conditions, to verify the new radiated compensation performance of the radiosonde temperature sensor. Finally, the radiosonde fabricated in this study was raised to the atmosphere, and the laser correction algorithm proposed through experiments was reviewed. As a result of the radiosonde SRS-10 produced in this study, the temperature deviation from Vaisala RS92 was $0.057^{\circ}C$ in nighttime observation, $0.17^{\circ}C$ in daytime observation, It is expected that the GRUAN under WMO will be able to obtain a high test rating of 5.0.

  • Receiving great attention of IoT and 4th industrial revolution, the necessity comes to the fore of the plant system which aims making it smart and effective. Smart Factory is the key realm of IoT to apply with the concept to optimize the entire process and it presents a new and flexible production paradigm based on the collected data from numerous sensors installed in a plant. Especially, the wireless sensor network technology is receiving attention as the key technology of Smart Factory, researches to interface those technology is actively in progress. In addition, IoT devices for plant industry security and high reliable network protocols are under development to cope with high-risk plant facilities. In the meanwhile, Blockchain can support high security and reliability because of the hash and hash algorithm in its core structure and transaction as well as the shared ledger among all nodes and immutability of data. With the reason, this research presents Blockchain as a method to preserve security and reliability of the wireless communication technology. In regard to that, it establishes some of key concepts of the possibility on the blockchain based IoT Edge devices for Plant O&M (Operations and Maintenance), and fulfills performance verification with test devices to present key indicator data such as transaction elapsed time and CPU consumption rate.

청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Self-esteem on the Convergent Relationship between Respect for Human Rights and School Adjustment of Adolescents)

  • 본 논문은 청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석자료는 2016년 한국아동 청소년인권실태조사의 중학교 2학년 2,366명의 자료를 활용하였다. 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 모형 적합도를 검증하고, 부트스트랩을 적용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 연구모형의 적합도가 적합하였으며, 청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계를 자아존중감이 유의미하게 매개하였다. 즉, 청소년들이 인권존중 경험이 많을수록 자아존중감이 높고, 자아존중감이 높을수록 학교적응을 잘하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 청소년의 학교적응도를 높이기 위해 교사에 대한 인권교육 강화, 인권존중과 자아존중감을 접목한 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다.

6차 산업화 영향요인 및 효율성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence Factor and Efficiency Analysis of 6th Industrialization)

  • 농업의 6차산업화는 농업의 융 복합을 통해 새로운 부가가치를 창출하며, 지역경제 활성화에 기여하는 등 농촌지역의 선순환 효과를 촉진시키고 있다. 이에 지역별 효율성 분석 및 효율성에 미치는 영향요인을 분석함으로써 국내 6차산업화 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 자료는 "2015년~2016년 농 식품 6차산업화 기초실태조사 연구" 보고서 자료를 활용하였다. 분석방법으로는 DEA 및 Tobit 검증을 통해서 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 6차산업화는 소득증대 및 효율성 개선에 기여하고 있다. 두 번째, 연평균 농가 인구증가율, 2차산업 참여 비율은 부(-)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 6차산업화 인지여부는 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 자료의 한계 및 정성적 요인, 외생변수 및 설명력 등의 한계가 있을 수 있지만, 지역별 6차산업화 효율성 제고를 위한 객관적인 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

복수의 이미지를 합성하여 사용하는 이미지 기반의 캡차와 이를 위한 안전한 운용 방법 (Image-based CAPTCHA Using Multi-Image Composition and Its Secure Operation)

  • 현재 인터넷의 발달과 봇의 사용이 활발해짐에 따라 컴퓨터와 사람을 분류할 수 있는 수단인 캡차(CAPTCHA)가 많이 활용되고 있다. 글자를 이미지 형태로 출력한 후 이를 변형시키는 방법이 많이 사용되는 캡차는 많은 연구 활동에 의하여, 인공지능 기법을 사용하면 쉽게 무력화 될 수 있음이 알려져 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 이미지를 활용하는 캡차가 주목받고 있고 그에 따라 여러 형태의 이미지 기반 캡차가 제안 및 구현되었다. 그러나 이미지를 활용하는 캡차 또한 각각의 여러 다른 문제가 있는 것도 사실이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제점에 대해서 짚어보고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 복수의 이미지를 합성하는 캡차를 제안하였다. 또한 안전한 캡차의 운용을 위하여 가상 세션을 사용하지 않는 통신 프로토콜을 제안하였으며, 이에 따른 세부 사항에 대해서 논의하였다.

Quality Control of Majoon-e-Nisyan and its Acute Oral Toxicity Study in Experimental Rats

  • The clinical condition Amnesia causes difficulty in learning new information and the inability to recall past events. It is primarily concerned with recent memory loss. Majoon-e-Nisyan (MJN) is a polyherbal Unani formulation, present in a semi-solid form. It is widely used potent drug of the Unani System of Medicine (USM) for treating Nisyan (amnesia). In the present study polyherbal Unani formulation, MJN has been studied for its quality control and acute toxicity. Standardization (quality control) of drugs deals with drug identity, drug quality and purity determination. Standardization of MJN had been done as per the Unani pharmacopoeial parameters approved by World Health Organization (WHO) - Pharmacognostical parameters, Physico-chemical parameters, high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC), microbial load, aflatoxin, and heavy metals. Solvents and chemicals used in the study were of analytical grade and used instrument were calibrated. By conducting an acute oral toxicity study in rats, the safety of MJN was assessed. The limit test method of OECD guideline 425 was followed in the study. Results of standardization and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for preparation of MJN may serve as the standard reference in the future. The data generated in the study for the quality control of MJN proved the quality of formulation and shows that MJN is not toxic in rats following acute dosing up to 2000 mg/kg bw. The data obtained in the paper for MJN may be used as a standard guideline for preparation of the formulation which can save time, cost, and resources for future research endeavours.

Dynamic vulnerability assessment and damage prediction of RC columns subjected to severe impulsive loading

  • Reinforced concrete (RC) columns are crucial in building structures and they are of higher vulnerability to terrorist threat than any other structural elements. Thus it is of great interest and necessity to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the possible responses of RC columns when exposed to high intensive blast loads. The primary objective of this study is to derive analytical formulas to assess vulnerability of RC columns using an advanced numerical modelling approach. This investigation is necessary as the effect of blast loads would be minimal to the RC structure if the explosive charge is located at the safe standoff distance from the main columns in the building and therefore minimizes the chance of disastrous collapse of the RC columns. In the current research, finite element model is developed for RC columns using LS-DYNA program that includes a comprehensive discussion of the material models, element formulation, boundary condition and loading methods. Numerical model is validated to aid in the study of RC column testing against the explosion field test results. Residual capacity of RC column is selected as damage criteria. Intensive investigations using Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) methodology are then implemented to evaluate the influence of scaled distance, column dimension, concrete and steel reinforcement properties and axial load index on the vulnerability of RC columns. The generated empirical formulae can be used by the designers to predict a damage degree of new column design when consider explosive loads. With an extensive knowledge on the vulnerability assessment of RC structures under blast explosion, advancement to the convention design of structural elements can be achieved to improve the column survivability, while reducing the lethality of explosive attack and in turn providing a safer environment for the public.

창의적 패션디자인 프로세스가 제4차 산업혁명시대 핵심역량에 미치는 영향 - 창의적 자기효능감, 협력적 자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력을 중심으로 - (The Influence of Creative Fashion Design Process on Core Competencies in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era - Focusing on Creative Self-Efficacy, Self-efficacy for Group Work, Problem Solving Ability, and Communicative Ability -)

  • The field of design requires creative thinking in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Advanced educational process are needed to develop creative human resources. The ability to creatively develop or cope with new things is also seen as an important core competency. Therefore, this study develops a creative fashion design process and verifies its effect on core competencies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For this, 29 college students majoring in fashion design were selected to form an experimental group, a comparative group, and a control group. A creative fashion design program was applied in the experimental group. However, the existing fashion design program was applied to the comparative group. The corresponding sample t-test was applied as an analysis method. The analysis results are as follows. In the experimental group, creative self-efficacy, self-efficacy for group work problem solving ability, and communicative ability improved. However, only communicative ability improved in the comparative group. There was no change in the control group. We proved the value of the study based on collected results. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basic strategy for subsequent research.

비쇄파조건에서 경사식구조물의 개별 최대월파량 산정 (Estimation for Maximum Individual Wave Overtopping of a Rubble Mound Structure under Non-breaking Conditions)

  • 해안구조물 설계시 허용평균월파량은 설계요소중의 하나이며, 구조물의 마루높이는 구조물의 안전, 보행자의 안전 및 운영 등에 요구되는 월파량 이하가 되도록 하여야 한다. 최근 들어 보다 안전한 설계를 위해 평균월파량보다 개별 최대월파량을 기준으로 적용하자는 제안이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 비쇄파조건에서 개별 최대월파량에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것이며, 경사식구조물의 기하학적 형상을 고려안 2차원 수리모형실험을 수행하였다. 또한 실험을 위해 새로운 계측방법을 고안하였다. 실험결과를 이용하여 평균월파량에 기반하여 개별 최대월파량을 산정할 수 있는 경험식을 제안하였다. 그리고 피복재 어깨폭에 따른 평균월파량의 저감효과에 대해서도 검토하였다.

딥러닝 기반의 핵의학 폐검사 분류 모델 적용 (Application of Deep Learning-Based Nuclear Medicine Lung Study Classification Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to apply a deep learning model that can distinguish lung perfusion and lung ventilation images in nuclear medicine, and to evaluate the image classification ability. Image data pre-processing was performed in the following order: image matrix size adjustment, min-max normalization, image center position adjustment, train/validation/test data set classification, and data augmentation. The convolutional neural network(CNN) structures of VGG-16, ResNet-18, Inception-ResNet-v2, and SE-ResNeXt-101 were used. For classification model evaluation, performance evaluation index of classification model, class activation map(CAM), and statistical image evaluation method were applied. As for the performance evaluation index of the classification model, SE-ResNeXt-101 and Inception-ResNet-v2 showed the highest performance with the same results. As a result of CAM, cardiac and right lung regions were highly activated in lung perfusion, and upper lung and neck regions were highly activated in lung ventilation. Statistical image evaluation showed a meaningful difference between SE-ResNeXt-101 and Inception-ResNet-v2. As a result of the study, the applicability of the CNN model for lung scintigraphy classification was confirmed. In the future, it is expected that it will be used as basic data for research on new artificial intelligence models and will help stable image management in clinical practice.
