A total of 34 species belonging to 11 families and 21 genera in the Order Mestostigmata are reported from the Korean Peninsula, of which 20/34 species are new for the fauna of the Korean Peninsula (Lasioseius furcisetus Athias-Henriot, 1959, Cheiroseius nepalensis Evans & Hyatt, 1960, Cheiroseius curtipes (Halbert, 1923), Hypoaspis imitatus Reitblat, 1963, Hypoaspis presternalis Willmann, 1949, Hypoaspis kargi Costa, 1968, Pseudoparasitus placentulus (Berlese, 1887), Gamasiphis novipulchellus Ma & Yin, 1998, Parholaspulus bregetovaae Alexandrov, 1965, Parholaspulus paradichaetes Petrova, 1967, Neparholaspis arcuatus Petrova, 1977, Neparholaspus simplex Evans, 1956, Parholaspulus excentricus Petrova, 1967, Gamasholapis asiaticus Petrova, 1967, Veigaia carpillaris Tseng, 1994, Veigaia anmashanensis Tseng, 1994, Leptogamasus bicorniger Witalinski, 1977, Neogamasus insignis (Holzman, 1969), Iphidinychus kakumeiensis Hiramatsu & Hirschmann, 1992, Trigonuropoda sanguinea Hirschmann & Hiramatsu, 1977). A total of 19 of the previously unreported species were collected in soil samples from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), while 13 species were collected from soil samples from the Republic of Korea (ROK). Only two species were found in both the DPRK and the ROK. Illustrations and short descriptions for previously unreported species provided.

A new site classification system and site coefficients based on local site conditions in Korea were developed and implemented as a part of minimum design load requirements for general seismic design. The new site classification system adopted bedrock depth and average shear wave velocity of soil above the bedrock as parameters for site classification. These code provisions were passed through a public hearing process before it was enacted. The public hearing process recommended to modify the naming of site classes and adjust the amplification factors so that the level of short-period amplification is suitable for economical seismic design. In this paper, the new code provisions were assessed using dynamic centrifuge tests and by comparing the design response spectra (DRS) with records from 2016 Gyeongju earthquake, the largest earthquake in history of instrumental seismic observation in Korea. The dynamic centrifuge tests were performed to simulate the representative Korean site conditions, such as shallow depth to bedrock and short-period amplification characteristics, and the results corroborated with the new DRS. The Gyeongju earthquake records also showed good agreement with the DRS. In summary, the new code provisions are reliable for representing the site amplification characteristic of shallow bedrock condition in Korea.

Two species, Plectiscus impurator Gravenhorst and Stenomacrus laticollis(Holmgren), of the subfamily Orthocentrinae are newly recognized from South Korea. This subfamily Orthocentrinae was represented in South Korea as 17 species belonging to four genera until now. In this paper, two additional species belonging to two genera are recorded for the first time from South Korea. Diagnoses of genera and two unrecorded species, illustrations of diagnostic characters are provided.

준현용 기록은 업무에서 자주 참고하지 않아 별도의 장소에 기록을 보관하고 관리하는 기록이다. 준현용 기록관리 단계는 처리과의 기록물이 처음으로 모이는 시점이면서 현용기록과 비현용기록을 이어주는 가교 역할을 수행한다. 체계적인 기록관리를 위해서 준현용 단계의 기록관리는 매우 중요하다. 한국은 많은 기록관리 인프라가 조성되었지만 여전히 기록관리환경에서 다양한 문제점이 존재한다. 이에 미국의 준현용 기록관리체계를 고찰하고 한국의 준현용 기록관리체계와 다른 특징은 무엇이 있는지 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 연방 기록관리체계를 연구 범위로 선정하였으며 기록처분일정, 이관, 평가로 나누어 논의하였다. 연구의 데이터는 기록관리법과 유관기관에서 편찬한 지침, 기록관리담당자와의 서면 질의를 통해 얻었다. 연구 결과, 기록 생산기관과 준현용 기록관리기관과의 관계성, 이관측면에서의 신기술 도입, 기록보존의 민영화, 소극적 평가주체로서의 연방레코드센터 등을 파악할 수 있었다.

Hydroid specimens were collected from the coasts of Isl. Jeongjokdo (Taean) and Gampo Harbour, Korea, on 10 May and 19 October 2010. Two of the species identified as Sertularia tenera G.O. Sars 1874 and Plumularia halecioides Alder 1859 are new to Korean fauna. They are described with illustrations.

Two new records of scolecid polychaetes, Praxillella pacifica Berkeley, 1929 and Naineris dendritica (Kinberg, 1867), collected from Korean waters are reported here with descriptions and illustrations. Praxillella pacifica can be distinguished from its congeners by the number of asetigerous segments on the posterior region of the body and features of the anal cone and neuropodial spines on setigers 2 and 3. Naineris dendritica is distinguishable from its relatives by the morphology of thoracic neuropodial lobes and the thoracic uncini at the inferior position. In the present paper, keys to Praxillella and Naineris species from Korean waters were also provided.

이 연구에서는 텍스트 마이닝의 주요 기법인 문헌 클러스터링과 문헌 유사도 네트워크 분석을 적용하여 기록관리학 연구의 지적구조를 분석하였다. 대상 데이터는 2001년부터 2006년까지 발간된 국내 문헌정보학 영역의 대표적인 저널 5종에서 선정된 기록관리학 관련 논문 145건을 중심으로 분석하였다. 군집단위 지적구조 분석 결과, 국내에서 수행된 기록관리학 영역의 핵심적인 주제 영역은 <전자기록관리 디지털보존>, <기록관리정책 제도>, <기록물 기술/목록>, <기록관리학 영역/교육>이었으며, 문헌단위 지적구조 분석을 통하여서는 <디지털 아카이빙> 주제 영역이 중심을 이루고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 시기별 분석을 통해서는 <기록정보서비스> 영역이 새롭게 등장하고 있음이 드러났다.

A new species of Blasobasinae, Blastobasis spiniella Park, sp. nov., is described, and four species: Neoblastobasis spiniharpella Kuznetzov et Sinev, Hypatopa silvestrella Kuznetzov, hypatopa tianshanica Sinev, and Holcoceroides scythrella Sinev ave reported for the first time in Korea. Description, diagnosis, illustrations of the male genitalia, and collection data of these species are provided.

One Iravadiid shell Iravadia (Fluviocingula) elegantula (A. Adams, 1861), from the brackish waters in Kangwon-do was recorded as new to the Korean molluscan fauna. The shell is typically solid and narrowely ovate-conic. The protoconch is small, planorboid to depressed dome-shaped, typically with a minute first whorl. Including the new records in this study, the family Iravadiidae contained 2 genera and 3 species in the Korean water.

우리나라 정부부처 및 공공기관에서는 매우 많은 양의 전자기록물을 생산하고 있는데, 그 종류도 다양하다. 또한, 이질적인 전자기록물이 결합하여 하나의 전자기록물을 이루기도 하는데, 이 논문에서는 이를 복합전자기록물이라고 부른다. 복합전자기록물의 대표적인 예로는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service) 기록물이 있다. 현재, 우리나라 대부분의 정부부처에서는 페이스북을 이용하여 각 정부부처의 정책 공지 및 국민의견을 수렴하는 등 그 활용도와 가치가 높다. 이 외에도 많은 복합전자기록물이 우리나라 정부부처로부터 생산 및 활용되고 있는 실정이나, 이들에 대한 보존 방안이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않아 많은 정보가 유실되거나 방치되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 현재 우리나라 정부부처에서 생산 및 유통되는 복합전자기록물의 종류 및 특성을 살펴보고, 복합전자기록물 보존 관련연구를 조사 분석한 뒤 장기보존 전략을 제안한다.
