  • 지난해 발생한 KT 아현지사 화재사건은 안전이 담보되지 않는 한 5G 초연결 네트워크가 우리에게 장밋빛 미래 대신 잿빛으로 물든 우울한 현실이 될 수 있음을 보여준 사건이었다. 지난 1999년 우리가 밀레니엄 버그의 우려에도 불구하고 새로운 밀레니엄을 큰 사고 없이 평온하게 맞이할 수 있었던 것은 신기술 발전이 가져온 위험요소를 사전에 예측하고 이를 막기 위한 적극적인 투자와 노력을 기울였기 때문이다. 따라서 5G 초연결 네트워크 사회의 가장 큰 위험 요소로 부상한 '네트워크의 단절'을 막기 위한 관심과 노력은 지금부터 시작되어야 하며 그 출발선은 5G 초연결 네트워크의 공공재적 성격과 필수 기본 서비스로서의 역할과 기능에 주목해 5G 서비스의 공익성을 제고하는 방안을 모색하는 일이 되어야 할 것이다.

여성구두의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 -2000년대를 중심으로- (A study on the characteristics of female shoes in 2000's)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a thorough research on shoes of 2000s, understand the changes and analyze the differences and the characteristics of the shoe designs of the past and present in order to predict and indicate the future direction of the women shoe designs. The shoes of the millennium not only kept the old fashioned shapes but also showed futuristic shapes. With the increasing importance of shoes in fashion, shoes with various images were created. As far as the materials are concerned, natural materials and artificial materials were both used. The colors were vivid and the futuristic colors. On the other hand, pastel toned colors and romantic colors were used in many different designs and shapes regardlees of the seasons. Straps and hills differed from the oldies. Heavy decorations were added to strap shoes to form a whole new design and hills show geometrical platforms or the avantgarde like heights. Feminine images overwhelmed the shoe designs of the millennium. To elaborate, Pumps displayed feminine images the most for it showed a high frequency number regardless of the seasons. Shoes are presented in aesthetical perspective rather then functional or practical perspectives that are based on human nature. Cultural, social, environmental and some part religious factors had a great influence on the evolution on the shoes. Especially in the 2000s, future oriented concepts were implemented on shoe designs, resulting a wider range of expressiveness and in the end leading to a more creative shoe designing. Changes in shoe designs could be pointed out in many ways according to the shapes materials, colors, modeling of decorations or also with the diverting trends.

N세대의 화장품 소비 경향 조사분석 (Investigation on Trend of Makeup Products of N-Generation)

  • Since, N-Generation equipped with internet seek for more reasonable consumption, they are seeking positive toward the latest vogue and having strong desires for better consumption. In such, the makeup industry produces makeup products specially made for the N-Generation. The products not only directly reflect the skin features of the N-Generation but also form different. Therefore, the purpose of this study tries to find out the distinctive consumption of the N-Generation that rises as the new consumer group of the new millennium in the makeup industry and their purchase behaviors. The investigation was done on 200 females aging from 13 to 23. Investigation method was done face-to-face interview conducted from Dec. 1st to Dec. 8th, 2003 for a week. Through the study, it can be seen that the network generation is interested in e-commerce and such trend show the possibility of makeup market in the e-commerce. Also, it is suggested that the study can be used as useful data when establishing marketing strategies in the relevant industry. The result where the N-generation demands for distinctive products just for them can be used as an alternative plan of market division policy.

연속된 와이어를 이용한 다층 PCM의 제조방법 및 특성 평가 (A New Method to Fabricate Bulk PCMs from Continuous Wires and the Mechanical Behaviors)

  • Since the new millennium, truss PCMs(Periodic Cellular Metals) have drawn attention because of their superior specific stiffness, strength and multi-functionality. Prior studies have focused on the structural design and optimization. Kagome truss PCM has been proved to have the higher resistance to plastic buckling, more plastic deformation energy and lower anisotropy than other truss PCMs. In this study, we introduce a new idea to fabricate multi-layered Kagome truss PCM from continuous wires which can gain high strength as in piano wires and can be controlled to be defect free owing to drawing process. The relative density, the stiffness and the strength under bending and compressive load are estimated through elementary mechanics and compared with the results from experiments and FEA. The failure mechanisms are analyzed, and also mechanical performance and production are discussed.

  • Metabus, currently represented by Second Life on the Internet, is the next-generation 3DCG Internet world in which the 2D Internet world has evolved, and has grown as a new ICT culture of mankind that can replace real society with virtual society. As such, the reason why the world of metabus has rapidly expanded is that the era of 3D Internet has arrived due to the evolution of the Internet, which only used information, and the spread of 5G communication in user-participating WEB. However, there are many situations in which laws do not exist in this virtual world and various illegal acts occur. As the Internet culture developed earlier, illegal activities by users began to appear, and as the legal responsibility of Internet providers was discussed, mankind quickly passed the Millennium Copyright Act or introduced new copyright protection measures such as technical protection, transmission rights, and rights management information. Therefore, this paper reviews and studies how to accept and further grow this new metabus culture, including the viewpoint of intellectual property.

  • 최근의 방사선치료는 치료의 질을 향상시켜서 치료 후의 삶의 질을 높이는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 국내에서도 방사선치료 환자와 치료 시설의 빠른 증가로 방사선종양학 분야는 많은 발전이 되고 있으며, 치료기술 또한 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy의 보편화, liuac based stereotactlc radiosurgery의 활발한 적용과 luteuslty modulated radiation tferapy (IMRT)의 도입 준비 등 고난도의 치료 기술도입이 시도되고 있다. 저자는 최근 20년간 한국에서의 방사선 종양학의 발전을 조망하고 최근 발전되는 4차원적 방사선치료, IMRT의 현황, blologlcai conformailty치료의 개념, 항암제와 방사선치료의 병용에 대하여 살펴보고 최근 정보기술 혁명에 따른 인터넷과 방사선종양학 분야의 정보관리 시스템의 중요성 및 원격진료의 세계적 현황 등에 대해서 알아보고, 21 세기 한국에서의 방사선치료의 질을 올리기 위한 방법들을 제시하였다. 이들은 1) OA (qualify assurance) 향상, 2) 공동 프로토콜에 의한 3상 임상 연구의 필요성, 3) 특정 암에 대한 통일된 치료 프로토콜 또는 가 이드라인, 4) 전국적인 방사선종양학 관련 자료의 광역 data base구축과 중요 암에 대한 patterns of care study 등 시행의 필요성이다

SCR 폐촉매 침출액으로부터 습식제련법에 의한 바나듐, 텅스텐의 회수 (Recovery of the Vanadium and Tungsten from Spent SCR Catalyst Leach Solutions by Hydrometallurgical Methods)

  • 2000년대에 접어들면서 선택적 촉매 환원(SCR) 촉매에 대한 광범위한 수요가 점차 증가하고 있다. SCR 촉매는 환경보호를 위해 질소산화물(NOx)의 배출 방지에 사용 된다. 일반적으로 SCR 촉매의 주성분은 TiO2(70~80 %), WO3(7~10 %), V2O5(~1 %) 등으로 구성되어있다. SCR 폐촉매는 대개 매립되어 폐기 되는데, 분해도가 극히 낮아 매립지에 영구적으로 남아있게 된다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 환경을 보호하고 페촉매에 함유되어 있는 유가금속의 회수를 위하여 새로운 첨단기술의 개발이 필요하다. 이러한 SCR 폐촉매의 처리를 위해 침출 및 액-액 추출과 같은 습식제련법이 설계되고 개발되었다. 첫 번째 단계에서 SCR 폐촉매로부터 바나듐과 텅스텐을 선택적으로 침출한 후, 액-액 추출 공정에 의해 처리되었다. 바나듐과 텅스텐의 선택적 추출을 위해 D2EHPA, PC 88A, TBP, Cyanex 272, Aliquat 336과 같은 다양한 상용 용매추출제를 이용한 실험을 수행하였다. 바나듐과 텅스텐의 추출 및 분리를 위해 세정(scrubbing) 및 탈거(stripping) 연구가 수행되고 최적화 되었다. 3상의 생성을 억제하기 위해 iso-decanol 시약을 사용하여 최적화 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to observe the elements of Japanese popular culture portrayed in Korean new generation fashion at the current point of time, when Japanese popular culture is first being opened to Korea. And the another purpose is to look into the fashion consciousness of them, which is made up of these aspects. The new generation plays the leading role in further excelling the culture of our society. They are the generation of sense and sensibility, the generation of "me", the generation of information, and the generation of individuality. Even before Japanese popular culture was officially opened, the new generation was already accepting fashion, comics and animation, video games, music, broadcasting, food, etc. The Japanese cultural elements that show most in Korean fashion are street fashion and the fashion of celebrities. These are mostly brought in by fashion magazines, the internet, satellite TV, the new media of cable TV, and street shops. The aspects of Japanese popular culture in Korean new generation fashion are many and varied. Such examples in fashion are : vintage style, school-girl style, sexy causal style, black coordination, soft avant-garde style. It can be said that the fashion consciousness of Korean new generation could be placed in the following order. First, the variety of fashion. Next, the internationalism of fashion. Third, the information of fashion, and last, the play value of fashion. Interest has peaked in Japanese culture after the official opening, and this study has explored the very same aspects which can be seen in Korean new generation fashion. This study was meant to help make a responsible and sturdy new generation fashion culture which can help face the new millennium.

  • In the beginning of new millennium, Business-to-Business(B2B) Electronic Commerce(EC) is a hot issues of the world business and economic communities. The market of B2B EC is increasing rapidly, and become a more complex and competitive because many participants and intermediaries are play on their own objectives and strategies. To cope with the situation, participants of B2B EC market should make play with a competitive strategies. So, the participant enterprises must know the critical success factors of their own EC market. This study identifies B2B EC success factor measurement sets, and explores several success factors based on the perceived importance of B2B EC practitioner in the manufacturing enterprises. The study tests the differences of success factors by IS level, EC business model characteristics, and EC introduction and operating characteristics.

  • 산업화에서 크게 뒤져있는 강원도 그 중에서도 원주시가 도시발전방향으로 정보통신분야를 주력산업으로 하려는 청사진을 마련하려 하고 있다. 도내에서는 산업화 조건이 가장 양호한 원주시가 대규모의 공해산업유치보다는 공해가 없는 첨단 정보통신산업의 유치를 통하여 도시발전을 모색하려는 것은 어쩌면 필연이라고 해야 할 것이다. 지방자치제가 본격적으로 성숙되면서 지방중심으로 경제활성화의 주요시책들이 거론되는 시점에 이러한 세미나를 개최를 통하여 과연 원주시가 정보통신도시로 거듭 태어나 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하는 것은 뜻깊은 일이라 생각된다.
