With the advent of text analytics, VOC (Voice of Customer) data become an important resource which provides the managers and marketing practitioners with consumer's veiled opinion and requirements. In other words, making relevant use of VOC data potentially improves the customer responsiveness and satisfaction, each of which eventually improves business performance. However, unstructured data set such as customers' complaints in VOC data have seldom used in marketing practices such as predicting service time as an index of service quality. Because the VOC data which contains unstructured data is too complicated form. Also that needs convert unstructured data from structure data which difficult process. Hence, this study aims to propose a prediction model to improve the estimation accuracy of the level of customer satisfaction by combining unstructured from textmining with structured data features in VOC. Also the relationship between the unstructured, structured data and service processing time through the regression analysis. Text mining techniques, sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, classification algorithms, decision tree and multiple regression are considered and compared. For the experiment, we used actual VOC data in a company.

Interior noise in a car is known to have an important influence on product acceptability. This noise is closely correlated with structural-acoustic vibration. When considering noise problem, the structural-acoustic relation of a vehicle cabin model needs to be identified. However, it is very difficult to get the modal parameters of this kind of cabin structure composed of thin plates: because it not only can be excited by the acoustic vibration of cavity, but also tends to have decoupling effects of one plate from another. In order to obtain modal parameters more precisely, various excitation techniques, i.e. impact, pure random, burst random, and swept sine testing are applied for the first step. In the case of the cabin model, impact and swept sine testing show good results. Next, the determination of the excitation point by trial- and-error and the accurate measurements of FRF's are performed with these methods. The modal parameter extraction is carried out for the final step. This paper proposes a new approach to find the modal parameters more reliably in the case of high decoupling effects. That is, the convergence of MIF and MCF in each panel, which provide some criteria for the validity of the obtained modal parameters, is observed. And from those results, the pretty accurate modal parameters can be determined. A comparative assessment between the modal testing and the FEM is also performed.

In national prospective, the needs to develop water resources has been increased due to water shortage from diverse use of water resources in agricultural areas. Existing agricultural water demand, which has mainly been limited to the use of farming, are now expanding to diverse water uses such as supporting daily lives, diluting environmental pollution as well as industrial use for agricultural complex currently under construction in agricultural region. In this situation, for the sake of effective procurement of water resources and supply method, it is definitely required to enhance the effectiveness of budget investment and project proceedings through integrated re-development which links projects to strengthen existing dams, reservoirs and hydraulic facilities. The major scopes of this research includes developing different types of system such as selecting potential sites to re-construct reservoirs including generating base maps and thematic maps, data collection regarding water demands and reservoir status; analyzing reservoir data; estimating developable capacity and index calculation; and forecasting inundated areas. In addition, this study provides other products such as developing output generation system which can support wide use of data built and analyzed; database generation for better data management; data analysis including selection, extraction, indexation, and calculation of base items through standardization; data security system prohibiting exterior proliferation and malicious manufacturing of data.

Noises from diesel engine are the major issues for noise pollution as well as affect customers' purchasing needs to vehicles powered by diesel engine. This study investigates to screen-out main factors that contribute to noises from diesel engine using VGT 2000cc engine developed recently. Changes of fuel temperature, intake temperature and the presence of three way catalyst don't affect the 'Engine Radiation Noise' and the solely three way catalyst influence on the 'Tail Pipe Noise'. Especially, there are no effects of the presence of three way catalyst on torque, which is main subject that should be considered in secondary study.

Recently, Requnremeni for video data have been increased rapidly by high progress of both hardware and cornpression technique. Because digital video data are unformed and mass capacity, it needs various retrieval techniquesjust as contednt-based rehieval Superimposed-caption ina digital video can help us to analyze the video story easier and be used as indexing information for many retrieval techniques In this research we propose a new method that segments the caption as analyzing texture eature of caption regions in each video frame, and that extracts the accurate scope of superimposed-caption frame and its key regions and color by measunng cominuity of caption regions between frames

To understand the human exposure levels of volatile halogenated hydrocar-bons in ambient air, a new rapid and convenient analytical method for determination of the compounds in gaseous phase was evaluated and established. The method is based upon passsive diffusion to personal sampler containing adsorbent and solvent extraction followed by purge trap/ on-column cryof-ocusing method. A new method needs no special instrumentation for gas collection because it is based upon the passive diffusion principle. The typical chromatogram obtained in this study proved that rapid and simultaneous determination of target analytes was possible with good resolution. The developed method was successfully applied to determine the volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in indoor air and the values obtained by this new method were compared with those by direct suction method. The concentration of carbon tetrachloride, 1,1,2-trichloroethylene, chloroform showed the values below 400$\mug/m^3$ except the maximum of 1,513$\mug/m^3$ of chloroform. 1,1,1-Trichloroethane showed approximately 1,000 to 5,000$\mug/m^3$ range of diurnal fluctuation in indoor air.
Visual object tracking is a fundamental problem in the field of computer vision, as it needs a proper model to account for drastic appearance changes that are caused by shape, textural, and illumination variations. In this paper, we propose a feature-based visual-object-tracking method with a sparse representation. Generally, most appearance-based models use the gray-scale pixel values of the input image, but this might be insufficient for a description of the target object under a variety of conditions. To obtain the proper information regarding the target object, the following combination of features has been exploited as a corresponding representation: First, the features of the target templates are extracted by using the HOG (histogram of gradient) and LBPs (local binary patterns); secondly, a feature-based sparsity is attained by solving the minimization problems, whereby the target object is represented by the selection of the minimum reconstruction error. The strengths of both features are exploited to enhance the overall performance of the tracker; furthermore, the proposed method is integrated with the particle-filter framework and achieves a promising result in terms of challenging tracking videos.

Idiopathic gingival hyperplasia is a rare condition of undetermined etiology. The enlargement is usually associated with the emergence of the teeth into the oral cavity and may regress after extraction. The enlarged gingiva may be primarily attributed to hyperplasia of the subepithelial layer that is relatively avascular and consists of densely arranged collagen bundles and numerous fibroblasts. The recommended time for treatment is after completion of eruption of permanent teeth. But the most important thing is the patient's psychological and esthetic needs. Lately, Schluger has proposed modified gingivectomy procedure with horizontal, internal beveled incision for thinning of the flap resulting in less pain and bleeding after treatment, minimal opportunity of infection. The purpose of this report is to document a case of 8-year-old girl who had registered in Dept. of Pediatric Dentistry of Seoul National University dental hospital for treatment of her gingival hyperplasia and delayed tooth eruption
Spud-can is used for fixing jack-up rig on seabed. It needs to be inserted up to the required depth during the installation process to secure enough soil reaction and prevent overturning accidents. On the other hand, it should be extracted from seabed soils as fast as possible during the extraction process to minimize the corresponding operational cost. To achieve such goals, spud-can may be equipped with water-jetting system including monitoring and control. To develop such a smart spud-can, a reliable numerical simulation tool is essential and it has also to be validated against physical model tests. In this regard, authors developed a numerical simulation tool by using a commercial program ANSYS with extended Drucker-Prager (EDP) formula. Authors also conducted small-scale (1/100) physical model tests for verification and calibration purpose. By using the numerical model, a systematic parametric study is conducted both for sand and K(kaolin)-clay with varying important soil parameters and the best estimated soil properties of the physical test are deduced. Then, by using the selected soil properties, the numerical and experimental results for a sand/K-clay multi-layer case are cross-checked to show reasonably good agreement. The validated numerical model will be useful in the next-stage study which includes controllable water-jetting.

The study aims at suggesting the direction of industrial utilization for harmful jellyfish which appears in large quantities in the Korean coastal areas. If the technology of industrial utilization for the jellyfish is developed, it will be possible to grow the industry to the export industry due to the mass appearance of jellyfish in Korean coastal areas. The industrial utilization of jellyfish should follow the direction of minimizing the damage by the jellyfish blooms and maximizing the resource recycling of the jellyfish. Therefore, Korea needs construction of infrastructure for the industrialization and promotion of R&D in order to activate the industrial utilization. Finally, the study suggested issues and tasks for promoting the industrial utilization of jellyfish as follows. First, Korea should stabilize the high quality raw material supply system. Second, mass processing technology should be developed for the industrial utilization of the jellyfish. Third, research and manual development should follow for the preparation of turning the jellyfish to the food. Fourth, extraction technology of useful non-food substance such as extracting collagen from jellyfish should be developed and accelerate the industrial utilization of non-food area.
