정신병동의 정신보건간호사와 일반간호사의 전문직 자아개념 (Professional Self Concept of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and General Nurse in Psychiatric Ward)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate the extent to which the professional self concept between the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and general nurse in psychiatric ward was comparable. The results were expected to provide basic data for developing the construct of professional self concept and making awareness of the importance of the program increasing professional self concept. Method : The subjects of this study were 227 PMHNP and 436 general nurse in psychiatric ward. The instruments used for this study were PSCNI by Arthur (1990), PSI by Heppner and Peterson(1982) and the index of work satisfaction by Slavitt et al.(1978). With the aid of the SAS, t-test. two-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression were conducted. Result : 1. The average item score of PSCNI of PMHNP was $2.82\pm0.27$. and that of general nurse was $2.66\pm0.27$. Statistically significant difference between two groups was found(p=0.0000) 2. There was statistically significant difference between two groups in the score of professional practice(p=0.0000), satisfaction(p=0.0024), leadersbip(p=0.0000) , flexibility(p=0.0000) and skill (p=0.0000). 3. Statistically significant differences between the two groups were observed in terms of age(p=0.0003), marital status(p=0.0001). education(p=0.0005), religion(p=-.0144), motive (P=-.0001), length of service as a nurse(p=0.0121), the length of service in psychiatric unit(p=0.0143). However there were no significant interaction effect with group and age, marital state. education, religion, motive, length of service as a nurse, length of service in psychiatric unit. 4. Job satisfaction (JS) and problem solving inventory score(PS) were found to be the highest factor predicting the professional self concept between the PMHNP and general nurse. JS and PS accounted for $43.4\%$ in the professional self concept of PMHNP, whereas PS, JS, age and religion accounted for $53\%$ in the professional self concept of general nurse in psychiatric ward. In conclusion, this study suggested that we need to develop programs and polices to increase the professional self concept of nurse, particularly of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.

자녀를 둔 어머니의 출산과정 경험 (An Ethnographic Research Study on Childbearing Process of Mother with Children in Korea)

  • The childbearing process is a sociocultural phenomenon of a woman who gives birth to a child as well as a biological phenomenon. The purpose of this ethnographic research study was to explore the experience of childbearing process of mothers with children from pregnancy to the 3 months postpartum in Korea and to understand deeply the perspectives of childbearing women reflected on Korean sociocultural values. A convenient sample of 10 childbearing women were observed from January to October 2000 through field work in Seoul, Korea. Data analysis was accomplished under ongoing process. The results of this study were as follows : The mothers with children experienced self-reflection, family relation, and physical adaptation during pregnancy. In self-reflection, all mothers experienced universality and diversity in their self-discovering process. The universal experiences were maturation, life with family and priority on maternal value between being a mother and a woman. The diverse experiences were taking a dual role of working mother, emotional drift of a resigned mother, and disheartened life of a mother who has two daughters. In family relation, the foundation of the new marital relationship were attained during childbearing process and sexual life were changed for the benefit of a healthy mother and a healthy baby. All mothers established friendly relations with their mothers, but established friendly or conflicting or constraining relations with their mother-in-laws due to husband based family culture. In physical adaptation, the informants endured well the physical discomfort and recognized general appearance change. Also maternal-fetal interaction occurred and mothers realistically felt motherhood and accepted themselves as mother-to-be. The mothers prepared for the best delivery, look for a safe childbirth center, newborn goods, endorsed family coping during hospitalization and responded labor pain to make it more endurable, less painful, fast passed owing to labor recognition of the natural process to be a mother. After childbirth, they felt emancipation, satisfaction, accomplishment, more easiness, actually feeling as mother-to-be, emptiness, and showed response to the sex of newborn. Their Sanhujori practice was different according to the Sanhujori environment including provider, place, time in postpartum and reflected on Sanhubyung. The mothers felt actually mother-to-be and happiness during lactation regardless of feeding pattern. These mothers had a different maternal image about rearing subjecthood through their child-rearing experience. But all mothers felt need for family support and social support. The universal rearing response were actual feeling of mother-to-be, a strenuous experience, a pride on child-rearing, confusion, reflecting marital relationship, and wondering rivalry among children. In conclusion, mother of all with children went through self-discovery, self-reflection and made connections with the family as a mother and as a woman simultaneously during the childbearing process. Therefore it is suggested when harmony and balance between a mother and a woman is accomplished, the woman will lead a healthy and high quality of life. Also, this study sought to confirm the sociocultural factors affecting the childbearing process from the perspectives of the women with children. Therefore health care providers must understand deeply the childbearing women with children based on this finding of and try a integrative approach with new ideology of maternity with biocultural perspectives in a clinical setting.

탈성매매여성들의 사회적응에 대한 연구 - 근거이론 방법 접근 - (A Study on the Readaptation of the Women Who have Engaged in Prostitution - A Grounded Theory Approach -)

  • 본 연구는 성매매 경험여성들의 사회재적응을 살펴보고 이에 대한 실체이론 구성과 당사자들의 사회재적응을 도울 수 있는 실천적 프로그램을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법으로는 스트라우스와 코빈(1990)이 제안했던 근거이론방법을 선택했다. 원자료는 심층면담과 문서기록수집, 관찰을 수행하여 수집했다. 자료분석은 지속적 비교방법을 사용했다. 연구에는 성매매에 종사했던 9명의 여성들이 참여했다. 원자료를 분석한 결과 개방코딩 단계에서 116개의 개념과 29개의 하위범주, 12개의 범주가 도출되었다. 축코딩 결과는 다음과 같다. 인과적 조건은 적대적 환경과 스스로 찍은 낙인으로 했다. 현상은 익명의 존재로 살아가기로 했다. 맥락적 조건은 가족응집, 위축된정서, 떠밀림으로 했다. 중재적 조건은 사회적 존재로서의 자기회복욕망, 반동적 재구성으로 했다. 결과는 심리적 나그네와 더듬이 살이로 했다. 선택코딩에서는 핵심범주 고르기와 유형분석을 했다. 핵심범주는 생활세계로 부터의 떠남과 귀환의 반복으로 했다. 유형은 현실안주형과 자기엄폐형으로 분류했다. 위와 같은 연구결과에 근거하여 자역사회기반의 사례관리모델개발의 필요성을 제안했다.

청소년의 가족식사와 혼밥 비교분석: 청소년의 시간활용과 가족특성을 중심으로 (Analyzing adolescent family meal vs. alone meal: Focusing on adolescent time use and family characteristics)

  • Objectives: This study aim to determine adolescent meal time, which provides the important context of parent-child sharing time. We divided mealtime into family meal and alone meal, and analyzed the time/space context of each meal time as well as the social determinations. Method: We employed adolescents age 10-18 who live with married patents and attends school at the present (n=5,128) from the original data of Korean Time Use Survey. Results: More adolescent were engaged in family meal rather than eating alone in daily bases. However, the trend show difference by day of week and academic grade; family meal are more prevalent in weekends rather than weekdays. As adolescent reaches high school age, the proportion of eating alone beats the proportion of family meal time. Most of the meal occur at home. Having meal outside was relatively scares, especially on weekdays. Tobit and logistic analysis reveal that, on weekday meal, less school hours, more time spent at the private academy, having family leisure event, and long mother's housework hours were positively associated with family meal time. In weekend model, father's education gradient was associated with family meal time, showing higher the father's education level, there were higher chance of having weekend family meal. As for the eating alone, relevant factors were similar with family meal but the directions were the opposite; having family leisure were negatively associated with alone meal, both weekdays and weekend. Long academy hours, meal preparing and leisure alone were positively associated eating alone. Overall, weekday meal time was strongly linked with adolescent daily schedules and time use, while for weekends meal, in both family meal and alone meal, the influence of parent factors were discovered. Conclusion: The results indicates that alone meal and the family meal are not exclusively related but seem to be complementary. Families tend to enjoy family meal yet, there are some necessary situation that adolescent need to be on their own. Increase in ready-made food industries, growing independence of children by age seem partly allow adolescent children to eat alone. Careful attentions may require for monitoring weekends meal situation and the family factor of adolescent in future studies.

사용자 로그 분석에 기반한 노인 돌봄 솔루션 구축 전략: 효돌 제품의 사례를 중심으로 (Implementation Strategy for the Elderly Care Solution Based on Usage Log Analysis: Focusing on the Case of Hyodol Product)

  • 고령화 현상이 가속화되고, 취약계층 노인과 관련된 다양한 사회문제가 제기됨에 따라 노인세대의 건강과 안전을 보호하기 위한 효과적인 노인 돌봄 솔루션의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 최근에는 노인 돌봄의 수단으로 첨단화된 ICT 기술을 탑재한 스마트 토이를 활용하고자 하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 특히 스마트 토이를 통해 기록되는 노인 행태에 대한 로그 데이터는 노인 돌봄 관련 정책 수립, 노인 돌봄 서비스 컨셉 기획 및 개발과 같은 분야에 정량적이고 객관적인 설명지표로써 활용 가치가 높을 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 현재까지 노인 돌봄 스마트 토이와 관련된 연구 중 스마트 토이를 통해 기록된 사용자 행동 로그에 주목하여 이를 의사결정에 활용하고자 하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기존에 충분히 논의되지 않았던 스마트 토이 사용자 행동 로그 데이터에 대한 분석을 중심으로, 노인 돌봄 솔루션의 사용자 경험 증진을 위한 효과적인 인사이트를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 사용자 프로파일링 기반 행태 분석과 사용 행태에 따른 삶의 질 변화 메커니즘 도출을 단계적으로 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 5개의 노인 생활관리 요인으로부터 노인집단 유형을 분류할 수 있는 2개의 중요한 차원을 도출하였으며, 도출한 차원에 근거하여 전체 노인 사용자를 3개의 유형으로 분류하고 유형별 스마트 토이 사용 행태 차이를 프로파일링 분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 이후 스마트 토이 사용 행태에 따른 삶의 질 변화 메커니즘을 도출하기 위한 단계적 회귀분석을 수행하였으며, 스마트 토이와의 상호작용, 스마트 토이의 콘텐츠 사용, 스마트 토이가 관찰한 노인의 가정 내 활동 정도가 노인의 우울감 개선과 생활패턴 개선에 미치는 영향 및 이를 중재하는 경로로써 스마트 토이에 대한 사용자의 성능평가와 만족감의 역할을 밝혀내었다.

한국적 도서관학교육과정 연구 (Occupational Demands and Educational Needs in Korean Librarianship)

  • This study was undertaken to meet more fully the demands for improved training of library personnel, occasioned by the rapidly changing roles and functions of libraries as they try to adapt to the vast social, economic and technological changes currently in progress in the Korean society. The specific purpose of this research is to develop a standard curriculum at the batchelor's level that will properly equip the professional personnel in Korean libraries for the changes confronting them. This study started with the premise that to establish a sound base for curriculum development, it was necessary first to determine what concepts, knowledge, and techniques are required for professional library personnel to perform it at an optimal level of efficiency. Explicitly, it was felt that for the development of useful curricula and courses at the batchelor's level, a prime source of knowledge should be functional behaviours that are necessary in the job situation. To determine specifically what these terminal performance behaviours should be so that learning experience provided could be rooted in reality, the decision was reached to use a systems approach to curriculum development, which is an attempt to break the mold of traditional concepts and to approach interaction from an open, innovative, and product-oriented perspective. This study was designed to: (1) identify what knowledge and techniques are required for professional library personnel to perform the job activities in which they are actually engaged, (2) to evaluate the educational needs of the knowledge and techniques that the professional librarian respondents indicate, and (3) to categorise the knowledge and techniques into teaching subjects to present the teaching subjects by their educational importance. The main data-gathering instrument for the study, a questionnaire containing 254 items, was sent to a randomly selected sample of library school graduates working in libraries and related institutions in Korea. Eighty-three librarians completed and returned the questionnaire. After analysing the returned questionnaire, the following conclusions have been reached: (A) To develop a rational curriculum rooted in the real situation of the Korean libraries, compulsory subjects should be properly chosen from those which were ranked highest in importance by the respondents. Characters and educational policies of, and other teaching subjects offered by, the individual educational institution to which a given library school belongs should also be taken into account in determining compulsory subjects. (B) It is traditionally assumed that education in librarianship should be more concerned with theoretical foundations on which any solution can be developed than with professional needs with particulars and techniques as they are used in existing library environments. However, the respondents gave the former a surprisingly lower rating. The traditional assumption must be reviewed. (C) It is universally accepted in developing library school curricula that compulsory subjects are concerned with the area of knowledge students generally need to learn and optional subjects are concerned with the area to be needed to only those who need it. Now that there is no such clear demarcation line provided in librarianship, it may be a realistic approach to designate subjects in the area rated high by the respondents as compulsory and to designate those in the area rated low as optional. (D) Optional subjects that were ranked considerably higher in importance by the respondents should be given more credits than others, and those ranked lower might be given less credits or offered infrequently or combined. (E) A standard list of compulsory and optional subjects with weekly teaching hours for a Korean library school is presented in the fourth chapter of this report.

서비스지배논리하에서 가치공동창출 매커니즘과 기업성과간의 관계에 대한 연구 (Understanding the Relationship between Value Co-Creation Mechanism and Firm's Performance based on the Service-Dominant Logic)

  • AIn the advanced - economy, the services industry hasbecome a dominant sector. Evidently, the services sector has grown at a much faster rate than any other. For instance, in such developed countries as the U.S., the proportion of the services sector in its GDP is greater than 75%. Even in the developing countries including India and China, the magnitude of the services sector in their GDPs is rapidly growing. The increasing dependence on service gives rise to new initiatives including service science and service-dominant logic. These new initiatives propose a new theoretical prism to promote the better understanding of the changing economic structure. From the new perspectives, service is no longer regarded as a transaction or exchange, but rather co-creation of value through the interaction among service users, providers, and other stakeholders including partners, external environments, and customer communities. The purpose of this study is the following. First, we review previous literature on service, service innovation, and service systems and integrate the studies based on service dominant logic. Second, we categorize the ten propositions of service dominant logic into conceptual propositions and the ones that are directly related to service provision. Conceptual propositions are left out to form the research model. With the selected propositions, we define the research constructs for this study. Third, we develop measurement items for the new service concepts including service provider network, customer network, value co-creation, and convergence of service with product. We then propose a research model to explain the relationship among the factors that affect the value creation mechanism. Finally, we empirically investigate the effects of the factors on firm performance. Through the process of this research study, we want to show the value creation mechanism of service systems in which various participants in service provision interact with related parties in a joint effort to create values. To test the proposed hypotheses, we developed measurement items and distributed survey questionnaires to domestic companies. 500 survey questionnaires were distributed and 180 were returned among which 171 were usable. The results of the empirical test can be summarized as the following. First, service providers' network which is to help offer required services to customers is found to affect customer network, while it does not have a significant effect on value co-creation and product-service convergence. Second, customer network, on the other hand, appears to influence both value co-creation and product-service convergence. Third, value co-creation accomplished through the collaboration of service providers and customers is found to have a significant effect on both product-service convergence and firm performance. Finally, product-service convergence appears to affect firm performance. To interpret the results from the value creation mechanism perspective, service provider network well established to support customer network is found to have significant effect on customer network which in turn facilitates value co-creation in service provision and product-service convergence to lead to greater firm performance. The results have some enlightening implications for practitioners. If companies want to transform themselves into service-centered business enterprises, they have to consider the four factors suggested in this study: service provider network, customer network, value co-creation, and product-service convergence. That is, companies becoming a service-oriented organization need to understand what the four factors are and how the factors interact with one another in their business context. They then may want to devise a better tool to analyze the value creation mechanism and apply the four factors to their own environment. This research study contributes to the literature in following ways. First, this study is one of the very first empirical studies on the service dominant logic as it has categorized the fundamental propositions into conceptual and empirically testable ones and tested the proposed hypotheses against the data collected through the survey method. Most of the propositions are found to work as Vargo and Lusch have suggested. Second, by providing a testable set of relationships among the research variables, this study may provide policy makers and decision makers with some theoretical grounds for their decision making on what to do with service innovation and management. Finally, this study incorporates the concepts of value co-creation through the interaction between customers and service providers into the proposed research model and empirically tests the validity of the concepts. The results of this study will help establish a value creation mechanism in the service-based economy, which can be used to develop and implement new service provision.

중소기업 직장 여성의 갈등경험에 대한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on Conflicts Experience by Women: Focused on the Case of Women in Small and Medium Size Enterprises)

  • 직장 생활을 하는 여성들이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 직장 여성들에 대한 담론은 부족한 편이며, 성과 중심이나 불평등과 같은 편중된 시각이 대부분이다. 여성들의 갈등 경험은 직장 내에서 발생할 수 있는 상호 작용의 다양한 측면을 내포하고 있기 때문에 여성들이 처해있는 직장 생활의 현실을 여실히 보여줄 수 있는 좋은 사례이다. 또한 이 연구는 갈등 연구에 적합한 연구 방법의 하나로 현상학적 연구를 제안하고 있다. 기존의 커뮤니케이션을 중심으로 한 갈등 연구들이 갈등대처 유형과 같은 변인을 밝히는데 치중하였다는 한계를 가지기 때문이다. 갈등은 무엇보다 맥락에 상당 부분 의존하며, 역동적인 상호 작용 속에서 이뤄지기 때문에 구체적이며 총체적인 해석이 무엇보다 필요하다. 이러한 관점에서, 본 논문에서는 여성들이 직장 내에서 겪고 있는 갈등 경험을 현상학적 연구방법으로 연구하였다. 그 결과, 다음의 여덟 가지 주제를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫 번째 주제는 '불합리한 상황', 두 번째 주제는 '위계적 질서'이다. 세 번째 주제는 '갈등에 대한 부정적인 생각'이며, 네 번째 주제는 '여자와 남자의 차이 인식', 다섯 번째 주제는 '관계의 문제를 중시함'으로 나타났다. 여섯 번째 주제는 '소극적 대처 행동'이며, 일곱 번째 주제는 '공격적인 대응', 마지막 여덟 번째 주제는 '적극적으로 갈등에 대처'였다. 아울러 이 같은 결과가 갖는 함의와 향후 연구를 위한 제언이 제시되었다.

수단-목적사슬이론을 적용한 프랜차이즈 분식점의 서비스 품질, 지각된 혜택, 가치 그리고 행동의도 간의 관계 분석 (A Study on the Relationships among Service Quality, Perceived Benefit, Value, and Behavioral Intention as Perceived by Franchise Snack Bar Restaurant Consumers - Application of Means-End Chain Theory -)

  • 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 분식점 이용객들을 대상으로 프랜차이즈 분식점 방문 시 인지될 수 있는 세 가지 서비스 품질 요인들을 측정하고, 이러한 요인들이 고객들이 지각한 혜택과 가치, 그리고 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구가설 검증을 위하여 총 450부의 설문지를 최근 3개월 이내에 프랜차이즈 분식점 이용 방문객들을 대상으로 배포하여, 이 중 불성실한 응답 39부를 제외한 총 411부의 설문지가 실증분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 요인분석 및 신뢰도검증 및 요인들 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 서비스 품질의 세 가지 요인 모두가 지각된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 세 요인 중 결과품질이 지각된 혜택에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 혜택은 가치에 중요한 선행변수임이 검증되었고, 긍정적으로 형성된 가치는 미래행동의도에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것을 입증하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존에 여러 선행연구에서 검증되었던 수단-목적 사슬이론을 프랜차이즈 분식점을 대상으로 한 연구분야에 적용시켰다는 것에 의의를 가진다. 본 연구의 결과는 최근 외식산업분야에서 중요한 축으로 자리 잡고 있는 분식점 산업의 활성화와 경쟁우위 전략을 구축을 하는데 현실적이고 논리적인 제언을 해줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력에 미치는 영향 - 부산디자인센터의 '산업단지 중소기업 디자인 컨설팅 지원 사업' 사례를 중심으로 (Impact of Design Consulting on Competitiveness of SMEs -Based on the 'Design Innovation Project in Industrial Complex' of Busan Design Center)

  • 본 기업 경쟁력 향상의 새로운 척도로 디자인의 중요성이 부각되면서 종합적인 관점에서 디자인을 진단해주는 디자인컨설팅에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 대기업에 비해 중소기업은 디자인을 접할 기회가 부족하여 디자인의 중요성을 간과하는 경우가 많고 중요성을 알고 있다 해도 실제로 디자인에 투자할 자금력이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 2012년 부산디자인센터의 산업단지 중소기업 디자인지원 사업을 통해 산업단지 중소기업의 디자인 현황과 디자인컨설팅 성과를 분석하고 디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 디자인 인식 개선에 어떤 영향을 주었는지 분석해보았다. 그 결과 대부분의 기업이 현재 자사 디자인에 만족하지 않고 있음에도 디자인에 대해 투자를 하지 않거나 뒤로 미루는 경우가 많았다. 그러나 컨설팅 이후 디자인의 중요성을 깨달은 65.6%의 중소기업이 디자인 개발을 진행했으며 그들 기업은 개선된 기업이미지와 제품 이미지를 통해 매출 상승효과를 가져왔다. 이는 디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 디자인 인식 개선의 중요한 매개체 역할을 한 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 중소기업에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 보다 심화된 디자인 진단 프로세스가 필요하며 국가사업 및 디자인 전문 업체와의 연계 등 꾸준한 사후관리를 통해 실질적인 디자인 개발 프로그램이 마련되는 디자인 컨설팅 지원 사업이 되기를 기대해본다.
