Although marine structures are a risk factor interfering with the passage of ships, there are no obvious guidelines on the required safety distance between ships and marine structures under regulations and laws. In this study, the width of the shipping route width was set based on the AIS data to analyze the separation distance between marine structures and ships, and the ships were classified by the length of each ship. By analyzing the distribution at marine structures, this study confirmed that the ships' traffic volume was in the form of normal distribution. To statistically analyze the separation distance between the traffic distribution results and the normal distribution of ships in this study, the traffic pattern analysis around the marine structures was performed. As a result, the traffic pattern was different by length and the recommended safety distance for each length is presented accordingly. Referring to the IMO (International Maritime Organization) the standard turning circle and reference of safety separation distance between ships and offshore wind turbines of the CESMA (Confederation of European Shipmasters' Associations) and P IANC (World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructures), the analysis was conducted on ships that did not follow the set distance among the AIS data by setting the distance within the recommended ship safety distance to 5-7 overall length. As a result, the 5.5 length over all of the safety recommendations were selected as appropriate, and based on the above results, the two cases recommending ship safety distance were proposed.
The estimation of pile bearing capacity is important since the design details are determined from the result. There are numerous ways of determining the pile design load, but only few of them are chosen in the actual design. According to the recent investigation in Korea, the formulas proposed by Meyerhof based on the SPT N values are most frequently chosen in the design stage. In the study, various static and dynamic formulas have been used in predicting the allowable bearing capacity of a pile. Further, the reliability of these formulas has been verified by comparing the perdicted values with the static and dynamic load test measurements. Also, in most cases, these methods of pile bearing capacity determination do not take the time effect consideration, the actual allowable load as determined from pile load test indicates severe deviation from the design value. The principle results of this study are summarized as follows : As a result of estimate the reliability in criterion of the Davisson method, t was showed that Terzaghi & Peck >Chin>Meyerhof > Modified Meyerhof method was the most reliable method for the prediction of bearing capacity. Comparisons of the various pile-driving formulas showed that Modified Engineering News was the most reliable method. However, a significant error happened between dynamic bearing capacity equation was judged that uncertainty of hammer efficiency, characteristics of variable, time effect etc... was not considered. As a result of considering time effect increased skin friction capacity higher than end bearing capacity. It was found out that it would be possible to increase the skin friction capacity 1.99 times higher than a driving. As a result of considering 7 day's time effect, it was obtained that Engineering news, Modified Engineering News, Hiley, Danish, Gates, CAPWAP(CAse Pile Wave Analysis Program) analysis for relation, repectively, $Q_{u(Restrike)} / Q_{u(EOID)} = 0.98t_{0.1}$ , $0.98t_{0.1}$, $1.17t_{0.1}$, $0.88t_{0.1}$, $0.89t_{0.1}$, $0.97t_{0.1}$.
This study has carried out scanning tests in order to figure out the features of scanning search by sex of space users, with the result of which the validity of data has been estimated. In this research, the scanning patterns were set up for verifying the typology of scanning paths and then the reason for determining scanning paths and the validity of estimation method were reviewed. Since the observation features depends on sex, the analysis of visual activities for acquiring any information in a space will reveal the intention and purpose of space users. The findings by analyzing the features of scanning pattern by sex which were found at the determination of scanning patterns can be defined as the followings. First, for estimating the process of space-information search, the movement distance at each point of continuative-observation data from the angle of eye-movement has been extracted, on the ground of which the fixation and movement of eye have been defined for the establishment of scanning-cut characteristics. Second, the scanning times were estimated for the extraction of effective observation data that would be used for comparative analysis, which showed that men had more data (3,398.2/64.4%) than women (2,998.2/55.6%). This enables the acknowledgment that the scanning cut of men was relatively less, which indicates that men will acquire more information on space than women in the process of observing any space. Third, men's scanning times (58.0 times/2.02 seconds) were less than those of women (71.9 times/1.39 seconds) while the scanning time of the former was longer than that of the latter, which shows the feature that it takes longer for men than women in scanning while the scanning times of the former is less than those of the latter. Fourth, the observation features can be determined that the combination of this result with the predominance character by sex for a general viewpoint to be employed indicates that while men employ mixed-scanning for observation activities to acquire space-information spending for longer time, women, by concentrated-scanning, focus on a single point for shorter time or stay at one location for a considerably long time for space-information acquirement.

Large and small marine accidents which are related to vessel's navigation are happening continuously and these maritime accidents have caused loss of lives and properties, and serious maritime environmental pollution damage. It is also true that maritime pollution damage is increasing due to these accidents, probability of growth of seaborne volume and complicated maritime traffic environment. Korea, recently, is developing an evaluation index which can assess sea risk through the evaluation of maritime traffic environment and provide danger and general information with relation to maritime traffic environment on target sea area to evaluate maritime traffic safety. In this paper, we intend to confirm the validity of maritime traffic safety on the basis of vessel navigator's risk consciousness and various sailing conditions by using the ship handling simulator. To confirm the validity of sailing vessel's maritime traffic safety, we use analysis of variance. By using analysis of variance, we analyze vessel navigator's characteristics, distance, speed and encounter type between vessels. Through multiple comparison of each factor's risk difference, we can confirm the change of numerical value of risk difference in statistical aspect.

The purpose of this study was to develop index about the sixth industrial entrepreneurs to establish the spirit and measuring the sixth industrial entrepreneurship for groups successfully led to the sixth industry of agriculture, which is actively being conducted in recent years aimed at rural stimulate the economy. Enlighten the value of rural resources, production, processing, in a sixth industry establishment that has a characteristic of fusion distribution and tourism in addition to the elements of the entrepreneurship that has been emphasized in the traditional establishment, the more diverse entrepreneurship element has been requested. In this study, to derive the traditional entrepreneurship of the components and the sixth industry entrepreneurship component through literature research, through interviews with experts of the sixth industry, an important element of the entrepreneurship that is required in the field It was derived. Based on the derived results, set the index of the sixth industry entrepreneurship, it was conducted a questionnaire survey of sixth industry workers. Through analysis of the navigation factors, to evaluate the measurement and indicators of relevance, factors that have been set through the results literature study and interviews of exploratory factor analysis it was found that has been rationally constructed. The results of this study, education and consulting for the activation of the sixth industry, would be able to take advantage of, such as in the planning of education programs for whom decide to go back to the countryside(Agro migration). In addition, to diagnose the entrepreneurship of a conventional sixth industry progress mainly, it is expected to be able to help you to proceed with the custom capability development that meets the individual needs.
Purpose - Understanding how service convenience drives shopping performance is imperative for retailers such as department and large discount stores. Retailers have to enhance shopping productivity by reducing the costs of shopping, as convenience triggers customers' perceived shopping value, leading to customer satisfaction, and ultimately patronage behavior. Consumers, generally considering time as a scarce resource, are more sensitive to the time costs of tasks in regard to shopping trip, differently from forming perceptions of convenience in time orientation. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the moderating effects of consumers' time orientation on the relationships among service convenience of retailers and shopping performances such as shopping value and service performances. Research design, data, and methodology - The department and discount store chains were chosen as the point of analysis in this study. Data were collected from a survey of real-life consumers and all respondents were screened to ensure only those who had visited in the department and discount store chains within past six month prior to the day of data collection. Out of 600 self-reported surveys that were distributed, a total of 530 responses were returned and after excluding 20 incomplete responses, the final sample size was 510. The three hypotheses were proposed and tested in this study. The one hypothesis was on the moderating effects of time orientation for the effects of service convenience on shopping value (hedonic and utilitarian shopping value). The other two hypotheses were on the comparisons between high and low time-oriented customers with the effects in shopping value from service performance. Hierarchical moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Results - The results suggest that the effect of service convenience on utilitarian shopping value and the positive effect of utilitarian shopping value on customer satisfaction are greater in low time orientation than high time orientation customers. Conversely, when customers are highly oriented toward time, the effects of hedonic shopping value on customer satisfaction and revisit intention are greater than for customers who are lowly oriented toward time. Conclusions - This study has two-fold significance. First, this study contributes to the consumer behavior and services marketing literature by incorporating customers' time orientation into the service convenience-shopping performance. Although the effect of service convenience on shopping performance might differ from customers' perceptions concerning shopping, there has been little investigation or comparison between customers' perception on time. This study is a first attempt to consider how the effects of service convenience on shopping value and service performance vary with differing levels of customers' time orientation. This study advances prior studies by showing that the service convenience-shopping value and service convenience-service performance relationships vary across different combinations of the customer's time orientation. The findings of this study suggest that the retailers need to enhance the experiential aspects of the stores for their high time-oriented customers. Conversely, for the low time-oriented customers, the retailers should boost the visual distinctiveness and ease of store navigation.
The international community has done a lot of effort to improve the aviation safety. The new high technologies, systems and development of navigation equipments considerably improved the level of aviation safety. However, the aviation accident rate has been showing unchanged status without the decline since 1980. It means it is difficult to secure enough safety by the existing efforts to improve the aviation safety, eventually needs new methods for the accident prevention. With this in mind, the nations interest new methods that can consider a countermeasure by realizing potential risk factors before fatal accidents. In other words, that is to analyze and share the safety information collected from accidents by establishing aviation safety information system. To establish international aviation safety information system, each country's aviation accident incident reporting systems are need to be established. Also aviation safety data taxonomy is need to be standardized. Then, aviation users will communicate the information efficiently. This study investigates and considers each country's aviation accident incident database taxonomy for the analysis of the aviation data and the necessary prevention activity. This will contribute to a better international aviation safety and strengthen the country's aviation diplomacy.

A digital map of 1/5,000 scale provides basic information to be utilized in various businesses, such as in land management, urban information system of a local government, navigation of private sectors and others. 1/5,000 digital map, which contains information of the entire land of South Korea, is performed as a national fundamental map, however, comparing to 1,000 digital map, it has some difficulties in terms of positional accuracy and attribute data for applying in urban areas. Also, since the paradigm of spatial information services has been changed, more accurate positional information and rich attribute information are required for the government businesses and private map services. Particularly, demands for the high precision spatial information based on large-scale digital map is increasing in facility managements due to rapid changes in urban areas and various spatial analyses. For those reasons, this study proposes how to apply and use precise spatial information based on 1/1,000 digital. Firstly, an analysis of legal system related to large-scale digital map and spatial information is conducted in the research. Afterwards, the ways are suggested to improve systematical utilizations of 1/1,000 digital map. We also define existing applications of spatial information in public and private sector, and recommend methodology that can be utilized high precision spatial information.

As the demand on the precise positioning for the moving objects has been increased in the various industry field, many studies have been conducted to analyze real time kinematic technique and its practical usage. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the possibility of Network-RTK(VRS) in real-time kinematic positioning. So, the accuracy analysis has been conducted by comparing the Network-RTK(VRS) position with respect to the RTK position. As a result, Network-RTK(VRS) based on kinematic positioning has centimeter level of RMS in the ideal environment compared to RTK positioning. However, when the integer ambiguities was lost, the accuracy of Network-RTK was meter level. At that time, the quality value has been changed dramatically and shows big correlation with accuracy. When the position and height quality values are within 0.1m, the RMS of the horizontal and vertical position appears better than 10cm and 20cm, respectively. However, if the quality value is over 0.1m, the RMS increases to larger than a meter. Therefore, it is recommended to check the quality value when conducting Network-RTK(VRS) kinematic positioning to get the centimeter level accuracy.

This paper concerns extracting 3D motion information from a 3D input device in real time focused to enabling effective human-computer interaction. In particular, we develop a novel algorithm for extracting 6 degrees-of-freedom motion information from a 3D input device by employing an epipolar geometry of stereo camera, color, motion, and structure information, free from requiring the aid of camera calibration object. To extract 3D motion, we first determine the epipolar geometry of stereo camera by computing the perspective projection matrix and perspective distortion matrix. We then incorporate the proposed Motion Adaptive Weighted Unmatched Pixel Count algorithm performing color transformation, unmatched pixel counting, discrete Kalman filtering, and principal component analysis. The extracted 3D motion information can be applied to controlling virtual objects or aiding the navigation device that controls the viewpoint of a user in virtual reality setting. Since the stereo vision-based 3D input device is wireless, it provides users with a means for more natural and efficient interface, thus effectively realizing a feeling of immersion.
