해운물류정보(海運物流情報)시스템의 활성화요인(活性化要因)이 물류성과(物流成果)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 관한 연구(硏究) (The Activation of Shipping Logistics Information System on Logistics Performance)

  • The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the information analyzation over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitive power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these, factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top managers support, well structured communication channel, strategic plans connection and inner information analyzation level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LISs main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working processs, institutions imperfection and systems interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

  • 본 연구는 국내의 경제상황을 판단하여 특허권의 유통을 활성화시키고 기술력을 바탕으로 하는 기업과 기술의 가치평가에 종사하는 사람들에게 방향을 제시하기 위해 문헌조사, 사례연구를 중심으로 수행하였으며 특허권의 가치평가에 대한 개념정립을 위해 우선 특허권에 대한 다양한 접근방식과 관계요인, 이론 그리고, 특허권을 다양한 국 내외 문헌을 중심으로 정리 요약하였다. 또한, 라이센스교섭이나 그 외의 거래시 무형자산이나 지식재산의 이용과 관련한 적정한 로열티의 비율 및 특허권 침해의 액을 산정하는데 기본이 되는 특허권의 가치를 평가하는 방법을 제시한다. 더불어 주요가치평가 기법을 제시하고, 가치평가 기법의 문제점과 개선방향을 통해 새로운 가치평가방법의 새로운 방향을 고찰해보며, 특허권의 거래 및 활성화를 위한 대안, 특허권의 가치평가제도를 위한 대책을 제시한 국내 가치평가의 문제점과 국내 모 평가회사의 분석사례 및 시사점을 통해 국내기술에 대한 가치평가의 방법과 제도적, 환경적 문제의 발전방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

패션정보기획의 체계화를 위한 국내 패션정보산업의 고찰 (The Study on Domestic Fashion Information Service Industry for Systematization of Fashion Trend Information Planning Process)

  • The field of textile and fashion is regard to be sensitive to trend, however, the professional fashion information planning company for trend forecasting has not settled down in Korea. This study was designed to propose systemizing for fashion trend information planning in domestic fashion information service market. The empirical research was conducted by analysing in-depth interview data and news-scrap contents about each fashion information planning company. The result are as follows; First, fashion information service showed a little difference according to the type of fashion information companies, but they provided not only general fashion trends but also external market environmental information, survey-based consumer information and various segmented market research reports including academic information. Second, the fashion information planning process is largely divided into 3 stages; trend analysis, trend forecasting, trend application. The trend application step is the stage which connects the fashion information service industry to the fashion business. Thirdly, as a result of the competitive power evaluation for fashion information planning, the domestic fashion information planning companies came to reveal the fact that the possibility of carrying out and information analysis power were weak, however, how to present trend information had a relatively competitive. Consequently, this study is expected to play a role in understanding the importance of fashion trend information, and further ahead it would be helpful to organize the curriculum of fashion information planning subject in order to educate the future fashion executives.

대학도서관 리모델링 전.후의 공간구성에 관한 이용자 만족도 조사 연구 - C대학교 중앙도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on User Satisfaction Research about Spacial Composition before and after Remodeling University Library Focused on C University Library)

  • 대학도서관은 대학교육과 상호 관련되어 있다. 지식 정보사회에는 대학의 경쟁력을 키우고 나아가 국가경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 대학도서관이 발전적으로 운영되어야 한다. 교수와 학생들의 연구 및 학습활동을 지원할 수 있는 적절한 시설과 시스템을 갖추어야만 대학도서관 본연의 기능과 역할을 성취할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 C대학교 중앙도서관 중심으로 공간구성의 변화를 분석하고, 그에 따라 리모델링 전 후의 이용자 만족도를 조사하여 이용자들의 공간구성에 대한 만족도와 그 결과를 분석하였다. 이 연구의 결과로는 이용자가 원하는 도서관 공간 활용 가운데 열람공간과 휴게공간에 대한 중요도를 파악할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 도서관 서비스의 질을 높이거나, 도서관 이용자 만족도를 조사 연구하는 연구자들에게 좋은 참고자료가 될 것이다.

한국, 일본, 글로벌 택배기업의 효율성 및 생산성 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis on Efficiency and Productivity for Korea, Japan and Global Parcel Delivery Companies)

  • Purpose - The parcel delivery service(courier) industry all over the world has been expanding its market so far, but its growth has been declining in recent years. In this situation, most parcel delivery companies are having trouble with managing themselves because of the pressure from the customer to increase service level and decrease the rate. The purpose of this study is to provide ways to improve competitive advantages of the parcel delivery service industry by evaluating the multi-period operating efficiency of Korea, Japan and global service providers. Research design, data, and methodology - The data for the period of 2011 to 2014 were collected from the annual reports published by parcel delivery companies. In this study, we analyze the marketability (revenue), profitability (operating profits), and management conditions (net profits) of parcel service companies by combining information on human resources (number of employees) and material resources (total assets and equity). Therefore, the number of employees, total assets, and equity are selected as input variables, and revenue, operating profits, and net profits as the output variables. In this study, DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is used to measure the comparative efficiency and MPI (Malmquist Productivity Index) is used to analyze the trend of change of the efficiency for a multi-year period. Results - The operational efficiency scores of medium-sized parcel delivery companies in Korea are higher than other larger competitors such as Korean, Japan and Global larger companies. As of 2014, Logen(1.878) was found to be the most efficient parcel delivery enterprise, followed by KGB (1.224), and Kyoungdong(1.002). Otherwise, Hanjin(0.235), CJ(0.262), Hyundai Logistics(0.657), DHL(0.611), UPS(0.766), FedEx(0.498), TNT(0.350), Yamato(0.762) and Sagawa(0.520), larger sized companies, were done inefficiently. The productivity of parcel delivery companies is influenced by endogenous factors as well as exogenous ones such as changes in business environment and technological advances. Conclusions - Korean medium-sized companies have relatively high efficiency scores in operation. That is why they still survive the competitive market in Korea where market restructuring on the industry has been expected to be conducted for many years. The reason why medium-sized couriers had higher efficient scores than larger couriers is that most of couriers spend more operating expenses versus unit price of delivery which is the amount of money that is needed in order to send a package by parcel service. So the delivery unit price must be taken into account by all the expenses associated with the cost of fuel, labor and maintenance expenses for facilities, etc. therefore, the unit price must be increased to strengthen business competitive power. In order for the industry to have more competitive advantage, the companies need to make profits by increasing demand volume and raising the delivery rate to provide high-quality delivery service to customers. And both endogenous and exogenous change must take precedence in order to strengthen their competitiveness.

창조성 발현 경영을 위한 성과지표에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Performance Indicators for Management that Reveals Creativity)

  • The CEOs of global companies have been realized the imagination and creativity that can be obtained from the corporate culture is the crucial competitive power for sustainable growth. Thus, most domestic companies take an increasing interest in how to make creativity efficiently. This paper, however, argues that the proper application of performance indicators can engender creativity and innovation in organizations without costly investing on creativity. Assuming that creativity is actually dominated by the emotion of human resources rather than the rationality, this paper suggests the performance indicators developed based on the viewpoint of the characteristics of human needs and the relationship between the human needs and the attribute of works. The performance system which consists of activity, sociality and creativity is presented and the performance indicators for each category are also suggested to improve the spontaneity and creativity of human resources.

Application of Modern Farming Technology to the Organic Agricultural System

  • Recently, agriculture in Korea is seriously depressed by economic globalization and trade liberalization because of low competitive power. Organic farming, which is favorable for small scale agriculture, is expected to be one of alternatives to boost agricultural activities in Korea. Organic agriculture requires systemic developments of new technologies considering the complex biological interaction within the system in connection with high quality and safety standard. The National Institute of Agricultural Science & Technology(NIAST) has been worked on the series of organic farming technologies, including bio-pesticides, pheromone, natural enemies as well as the testings of materials used in organic farming. NIAST will concentrate on the technological development for compromising to the conflict between commodity-oriented and ecological harmony. Research on systemic land and water use, management of plant nutrition, pest and disease control, post-harvest would also be important targets. Integrated efforts among researchers, professors, administrators, farmers, private sectors, and extension workers are substantial for fast technology development and its dissemination. Development and use of these technologies will homely enlighten the Korean organic farming although it may require quite a time and endeavor.

국내 SI업체의 동향 및 CALS 시범사업 추진전략 (The Trends of Domestic SI Industry and Promotion Strategies for the CALS Model Projects)

  • The CALS/EC is the world-wide accepted concept and its application domain is being expanded continuously throughout the private and public sectors. One of the essential points for realization of CALS/EC is to promote the domestic system integration(SI) industry. This paper describes the present status of the domestic SI companies and the clues to solve their facing problems. In order to evaluate the status of the current SI technology, the MBNQA(Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award) is adopted. The surveyed results show that the average levels of 14 SI companies over 7 evaluation criteria turn out to be 30% through 40% point. The major projects' activities of the SI companies on the information systems over the areas of trade, science and technology, industrial manpower, health and welfare, national security, etc are explained. Also, the competitive power of the SI companies is also discussed. As a target sample, the Korea Telecom(KT) CALS model project is described in terms of its Progresses and Problems. Furthermore, the strategic plans and detailed research items are proposed to resolve on-going issues.

분자영상의 윤리 및 규제 (Ethical and Regulatory Problems of Molecular Imaging)

  • As a molecular imaging is the most up-to-date technology in Nuclear Medicine, it has complicate ethical and regulatory problems. For animal experiment, we have to follow institutional animal care committee. for clinical experiment, we have to get approval of Institutional Review Board according to Helsinki declaration. In addition, approval from Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) is essential for manufacturing and commercialization. However, too much regulation would suppress development of new technology, which would result in the loss of national competitive power. In addition, most new radioactive ligands for molecular imaging are administered to human at sub-pharmacological and sub-toxicological level. In conclusion, a balanced regulation is essential for the safety of clinical application and development of new technology.
