진달래꽃 탄화수소류의 곡자에 의한 분해 (The Degradation of hydrocarbons in Petal of Azalea by Gokja)

  • Petal of Azalea(Rhododendron mucronulatum Turcz) was incubated with Gokja at 3$0^{\circ}C$ for seven days and the essential oil components of petal of Azalea before and after incubated were analyzed using a GC/MSD. Ten or more essential oil components including n-heneicosane n-tricosane n-tetreacosane n-pentacosane n-heptacosane n-nonacosane and n-hentriacontane were identified from the petal of Azal-ea before incubated while oxygen-containng compounds including (E)-heptenal 2-ethoxy-1 -hexanol n-hexadecanoic acid methyl ester 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid methyl ester, n-octadecanoic acid methyl ester n-eicosanoic acid methyl ester and 9-docosaenoic acid methyl ester as well as n-alkanes such as n-tricosane that n-pentacosane were identified from the petal of Azalea after incubated. These results suggest that n-alkanes in petal of Azalea might be degraded and some oxygen-containing compounds such as aldehyde, esters and /or acids might be produced when pet-al of Azalea is incubated with Gokja.

북방수염하늘소(Monochamus saltuarius), 솔수염하늘소(Monochamus alternatus), 털두꺼비하늘소(Moechotypa diphysis) 성충의 표피탄화수소 비교 (Comparison of Cuticular Hydrocarbons of the Pine Sawyer (Monochamus saltuarius), Japanese Pine Sawyer (Monochamus alternatus) and Oak Longicorn Beetle (Moechotypa diphysis))

  • 북방수염하늘소, 솔수염하늘소, 털두꺼비하늘소 성충 암·수의 표피탄화수소를 GC와 GC-MS로 분석하고 비교하였다. 북방수염하늘소와 솔수염하늘소는 소나무재선충병의 대표적 매개충이지만 같은 과에 속한 털두꺼비하늘소는 그렇지 않다. 이들은 표피탄화수소 사슬을 다르게 가지고 있는데, 북방수염하늘소의 표피탄화수소 사슬은 $C_{23-35}$, 솔수염하늘소는 $C_{25-32}$, 그리고 털두꺼비하늘소는 $C_{23-29}$로 종간 차이를 보였다. 주 구성성분의 암 수간 차이에서 함량에 대한 차이는 있었지만, 조성에 대한 차이는 없었다. 북방수염하늘소는 n-pentacosane > n-nonacosane > n-heptacosane, 솔수염하늘소는 n-nonacosene > n-pentacosane > n-nonacosane을 가장 많이 포함하고 있었으며, 털두꺼비하늘소는 n-heptacosane > 13-methylheptacosane > 3-methylheptacosane을 가장 많이 포함하고 있는데 반해 n-nonacosene, n-pentacosane의 함량은 적었다. 3종하늘소 표피의 대부분은 n-alkane인 포화탄화수소로 이루어져 있고(40.2 - 65.7%) 그 다음으로, 북방수염하늘소와 솔수염하늘소는 하나 또는 두 개의 이중결합을 갖는 olefins > monomethylalkanes 순이었다. 이와 달리, 털두꺼비하늘소는 monomethylalkanes > olefins 순으로 함량에 차이가 있었다.

  • Besides chrysophanol and friedelin, mixtures of n-hydrocarbons [pentacosane (72.6%), heptacosane (14.6%), tetracosane (5.8%), nonacosane (4.1 %) and hexacosane (2.9%)], n-hydrocarbon alcohols [octacosanol (70.5%) and hexacosanol (29.5%)], l-monoacyl glycerols [acyl part; behenic acid (43.5%), lignoceric acid (32.4%), cerotic acid (9.3%), tricosanoic acid (8.9%), pentacosanoic acid (2.6%), octacosanoic acid (2.3%), heneicosanoic acid (1.0%)], wax esters [behenic acid (56.3%), lignoceric acid (23.0%), cerotic acid (19.8%), tricosanoic acid (4.6%), octacosanoic acid (4.0%), pentacosanoic acid (1.7%), triacontanoic acid (0.6%)/ octacosanol (33.7%), hexacosanol (21.0%), tetracosanol (15.6%), triacontanol (10.5%), docosanol (6.0%), tricosanol (6.0%), heptacosanol (4.2%), nonacosanol (3.0%)] and sterols [${\beta}-sitosterol$ (73.2%), stigmasterol (14.6%), campesterol (12.2%)] were isolated from the roots of Hemerocallis fulva. The acid : alcohol combinations of the major wax esters were $C_{48}$: 22 : 26, 24 : 24, $C_{46}$: 22 : 24, and $C_{44}$: 22 : 22. This is the first report of l-monoacyl glycerols and friedelin from this plant. All isolates were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical reactions.
