As the amendment to the Personal Information Protection Act, which newly established the basis for the right to request transmission of personal information, was promulgated through the plenary session of the National Assembly, MyData, which was previously applied only to the financial sector, could spread to all fields. The right to request transmission of personal information is the right of the information subject to be guaranteed for the realization of MyData. However, since the right to request transmission of personal information stipulated in the Personal Information Protection Act is designed to be applied to all fields, not a special field such as the medical field, it has many shortcomings to act as a core basis for implementing MyData in Medicine. Based on this awareness of the problem, this paper compares and analyzes major legal trends related to the right to portability of personal health information at home and abroad, and examines the limitations of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and Medical Act in realizing Medical MyData. Under the Personal Information Protection Act, the right to request transmission of personal information is insufficient to apply to the medical field, such as the scope of information to be transmitted, the transmission method, and the scope of the person obligated to perform the transmission, etc.. Regulations on the right to access medical information and transmission of medical records under the Medical Act also have limitations in implementing the full function of Medical My Data in that the target information and the leading institution are very limited. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper prepared a separate and independent special law to regulate matters related to the use and protection of personal health information as a measure to improve the legal system that can effectively guarantee the right to portability of personal health information, taking into account the specificity of the medical field. It was proposed to specifically regulate the contents of the movement and transmission system of personal health information.

Purpose: This study was conducted to discover the essence and the structure of the experiences of weight control by nursing students. Methods: Participants were 12 nursing students who had tried losing weight at C university in Busan, Korea. The data were collected from June 17 to August 6, 2006. For the purpose of this study, focus group discussions and in depth interviews were employed. Results: The collected data were analyzed by using Giorgi's method. As the results of the analysis, the following four components of experience were derived: My appearance looked abnorml; Measures for self-realization; Pursuit of my own way only; Feelings of accomplishment and self confidence. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective weight control program with minimized side effects that are harmful to health, based on the components of the nursing students' experiences in weight control that were identified in this study.

Today the globalization has already penetrated into the education field. It accelerates the exchange and the sharing of the education systems over the world. In that situation, the education systems of USA or Japan were often introduced into our country, while those of Europe haven't been well introduced, less in the field of interior design education systems of Italy. Furthermore, it is necessary to examine objectively the present situations, because the education systems are usually easy to change according to the times. This research is wholly directed by my own experiences such as teaching and studying at Milan, Italy for the past four years. Also the research was continuously done with the data gathering after returning to my country. The detailed situations and characteristics of Politecnico di Milano would be compared to those of other interior design schools at Milan, Italy. I hope it will be an useful data for not only the professors and instructors but also the students who want to study in Italy.

The Purpose of this study is working out of the scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations directed on perfection of strategic planning of development of the enterprises of mining and gold mining branch. The methodological basis of research is based on the economic theory developed by a domestic and foreign science. At processing, generalisation and a writing of materials of the master's thesis following methods were applied: - supervision, - comparison, - the analysis and synthesis, - methods of an induction and deduction, - statistical groupings, - average and relative sizes, - the system approach. Finally, the theoretical and practical importance of this research consists that results of research will allow generating a basis of statement of effective system of strategic planning of a long-term sustainable development of the gold mining enterprises reducing risk of acceptance of inefficient strategic decisions. I would like to express many thanks to the NGO "Semey- My Home" and "EastGeoResources" LLP for their help and support in providing the data collection and data analysis stages of my research from 2006.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore essences and meaning in experiences of women who have had spontaneous abortion. Methods: A phenomenological methodology was used for the study. A total of five women with the spontaneous abortion participated in the study. In-depth interviews were done for data collection, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Results: Five theme clusters, along with 32 sub-themes and 13 themes. The five theme clusters were: 'Waiting and expecting pregnancy', 'Desire to overcome the spontaneous abortion', 'My baby makes me cry and laugh', 'My precious baby', and 'Want to hear with sympathy and talk with you', Conclusion: The women who have had the spontaneous abortion experiences can prevent potential physical and psychological complications after miscarriage by getting education and intervention in nursing. Moreover, they may experience that negative factors of the spontaneous abortion can be turned into positive things through emotional support of family and medical teams.

기존 Web2.0 시대의 플랫폼 기업은 서비스를 통해 생성된 개인 데이터로 다양한 비즈니스를 창출해왔다. 하지만 데이터 제공자인 개인은 해당 수익에서 제외되는 모순된 상황에 놓였다. 이에 개인이 자신의 데이터를 적극 관리·통제하면서 능동적으로 활용할 수 있는 개념인 마이데이터(MyData)가 등장했다. 국내에서는 '20.8월 데이터3법(개인정보보호법, 신용정보법, 정보통신망법)이 통과되면서 신용정보법에 근거해 금융 분야 마이데이터 서비스가 활성화되기 시작했다. 그러나 현존하는 마이데이터 플랫폼은 중앙화된 시스템으로 본래 취지와 다르게 개인의 데이터 소유권과 통제권을 보장하기에 부족하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 마이데이터 플랫폼의 한계점을 분석하고, Web3.0 등 변화하는 환경에서 개인의 데이터 주권을 보장하고, 데이터 가치를 공정하게 분배받을 수 있는 DID 플랫폼 기반의 마이데이터 서비스 모델을 제안한다.

This paper analyzes the existing copyright management and copyright sharing model and discusses the limitations. It then proposes a consortium Blockchain-based copyright management model in which the service platform participates as a node, and discusses how to combine the My Data concept with Blockchain and smart contracts. Also, Blockchain-based CP-ABE is introduced and applied to the proposed model as a way for users to define access policies and store copyright data in encrypted form on the storage of the online service providers (OSP). Compared with the existing copyright management model, the proposed model allows the copyright holder to focus on copyright registration, license content design, and sharing, as the data subject. And it is expected to be able to transparently manage the usage records and the basis for the settlement of the copyrighted data that are shared and used on each platform.

Rank learning and processing have gained much attention in the IR and data mining communities for the last decade. While other data mining techniques such as classification and regression have been actively researched to interoperate with RDBMS by using the tightly coupled or loose coupling approaches, ranking has been researched independently without integrating into RDBMS. This paper proposes a tightly coupled integration of the Ranking SVM into MySQL in order to perform the rank learning task efficiently within the RDBMS. We implemented new SQL commands for learning ranking functions and predicting ranking scores. We evaluated our tightly coupled integration of Ranking SVM by comparing it to a loose coupling implementation. The experiment results show that our approach has a performance improvement of $10{\sim}40%$ in the training phase and 60% in the prediction phase.

First half of my article focused on analyzing the current state of historical materials regarding weather and climate, and established a list of weather-related historical literature collection of Korea with which to make a lexical approach to the situations of all kinds of weather literature. It also put emphasis on gathering information and data of weather logs from journal-type historical records which were contained in 48 weather-related journals of Choseon period. The results of this research are expected to be useful for the activation of study in historical meteorology. The latter half of my research focused on analyzing various meteorological states of sunny, cloudy, rainy, snowy and frosty weather which were recorded in the official Annals of King Kojong (1864~1907). And it re-verified historical rainfall data of preceding researches of Wada Yuji (1917), Jung-Lim (1994), Jhun-Moon (1997). In result, different records were found between data of theirs and mine. It means that we have to analyze and reconstruct newly the meteorological data of the Annals of King Gojong and the Daily Records of Royal Sungjungwon (1623~1910) during the late Choseon period.

The modern large-scale surveys and state-of-the-art cosmological simulations produce various kinds of big data composed of millions and billions of galaxies. Inevitably, we need to adopt modern Big Data platforms to properly handle such large-scale data sets. In my talk, I will briefly introduce the de facto standard of modern Big Data platform, Apache Spark, and present some examples to demonstrate how Apache Spark can be utilized for solving data-driven astronomical problems.
