The discussion of intellectual property protection with TK, GR in WIPO begin Herbal medicines get a important basis in a development of modern new medicine. For the protection of intellectual property, we set up this study. For the protection of intellectual property with herbal medicines, We analyze as follows. First, we analyze the specific theory and character of traditional herbal medicines. Second, we analyze the existing system on protecting them in Korea. The intellectual property protection with herbal medicines must maintain the specific character of that. We must select the basic traditional herbal medicines. The next, we must protect from intellectual property on add and subtract, combine, create of the traditional herbal medicines. In order that we must construct database on the Herbal medicines.

There is a delicate balance between too little and too much supplemental oxygen exposure in premature infants. Since underuse and overuse of supplemental oxygen can harm premature infants, oxygen saturation levels must be monitored and kept at less than 95% to prevent reactive oxygen species-related diseases, such as retinopathy of prematurity and bronchopulmonary dysplasia. At the same time, desaturation below 80 to 85% must be avoided to prevent adverse consequences, such as cerebral palsy. It is still unclear what range of oxygen saturation is appropriate for premature infants; however, until the results of further studies are available, a reasonable target for pulse oxygen saturation ($SpO_2$) is 90 to 93% with an intermittent review of the correlation between $SpO_2$ and the partial pressure of arterial oxygen tension ($PaO_2$). Because optimal oxygenation depends on individuals at the bedside making ongoing adjustments, each unit must define an optimal target range and set alarm limits according to their own equipment or conditions. All staff must be aware of these values and adjust the concentration of supplemental oxygen frequently.

This paper considers the problem of determining an optimal dynamic operating policy for a two-stage tandem queueing service system in which the service facilities (or stages) can be operated at more than one service rate. At each period of the system's operation, the system manager must specify which of the available service rates is to be employed at each stage. The cost structure includes an operating cost for running each stage and a service facility profit earned when a service completion occurs at Stage 2. We assume that the system has a finite waiting capacity in front of each station and each customer requires two services which must be done in sequence, that is, customers must pass through Stage 1 and Stage 2 in that order. Processing must be in the order of arrival at each station. The objective is to minimize the total discounted expected cost in a two-stage tandem queueing service system, which we formulate as a Discrete-Time Markov Decision Process. We present analytical and numerical results that specify the form of the optimal dynamic operating policy for a two-stage tandem queueing service system.

The advanced rural village development project started in 2005, and this project of purpose is improvement of housing environment and promotion of region activation. Researcher investigated about the advanced rural village development project of nine complex through field survey. The aim of this study is to be offered data of idyllic housing policy by examination actual conditions of study subject. Based on this study, mainly three results can be drawn as follows ; first, this project makes a great contributed to flow in population from urban to activate rural areas. Second, the project success depends on improvement an institution and planed, timely approach. Third, central government must plan network system with rural development project in political, and must support local government into political frame. The local government must consider a regional housing plan overall and must make an effort itself for the project success.

The buyer must pay the price under the contract and must take delivery of the goods of contract. The buyer's obligation to pay the price includes taking such steps and such formalities under the contract. The remedial system of the rights of the seller is easier than that of the buyer, for the obligations of the former are less complicated. The seller has the right to avoid a contract provided two conditions are fulfilled : (a) the buyer must have committed a fundamental breach of contract, or (b) the additional period for performance set by the seller in the case of non-performance must have expired. A decision is more difficult to take in the case of a delay where there is no fixed-term contract, to clarify the situation the seller may set a Nachfrist. It is essential that the contracting parties in Korea should understand the provisions of CISG.

For the activation of the Sanhakyeon Consortium, the role of local universities is critical. It is necessary for the university professionals to bring forth detailed alternative plans to upgrade the technological power of the inferior local small & medium enterprises. This means that the local self-governing bodies must database local universities and professional personnel. As a result, the professionals that are needed by enterprises must be designated to those businesses. Also, the regional small and medium enterprises must develop research personnel to enhance their power of technology. To make this possible, the participating companies of Sanhakyeon Consortium should support the students who are participating in the Consortium with research funds, and also should consider how these students can work for those companies after graduation. Finally, the local self-governing bodies must support Sanhak's cooperative research on locally specialized Industries, by forming a technology-human power network between local universities and small Sl medium enterprises.

To insure accuracy in dental roentgenographs, it is important that the patient's head position and angulation of the x-ray tube. In 1907 Cieszynski applied the rule of isometry to dental radiography and established that in the production of an accurate image of a tooth, the central ray must be porjected perpendicularly to a plane bisecting angle formed by the longitudinal axis of the tooth and the film plane. Proper exposure of the film is a part of the production of a good dental radiograph, and correct processing also makes an essential contribution to the quality of the radiograph. The author analysed the failure of exposure and processing results, and recommended followings. 1. The patient head must be positioned that occlusal plane are parallel with the horizontal floor. 2. Central ray must be projected to the objective tooth and supporting structure and projected as perpendicularly to tooth axis and film surface as possible. 3. In processing, the temperature of the solution and the processing time must be correct.

The study has effected checking the traditional Korean-style house condition in Farm village and the resident preference test in jeonnam area for examination propriety of development a traditional Korean-style house. Also, it was checked over the problem and improvement direction of new building the Korean style house. The resident wanted living in the traditional Korean-style house if it is compromised problem of living equipment and cost of building. First. Jeonnam area Korean style house must keep the 'ㅡ' type plan. Second, the plan must construct compact and effective plan with the main floored room as the center for prevention against an indiscreet plan space extend of outside. Third, it has must need suitable material and construction for applying traditional exterior with effect. Fourth, it has must need actualization plan for the cost of construction is 3,500,000/py for construction.
