There has been several proposals to resolve the gentle murder paradox; Forrester claims that the paradox shows that the deontic closure principle should be abandoned, while Sinnott-Armstrong claims that the paradoxical result arises from the scope ambiguity. However, I shall argue, the gentle murder paradox hinges on the logical structure of adverbial expressions. Although Davidson shows an insightful way of understanding logical structure of adverbs, there has been misunderstandings concerning the nature of his account. Especially what is called neo-Davidsonian event semantics is based upon combination of two fundamentally conflicting ideas. I shall propose a new way of understanding Davidson's account, on the basis of which I continue to give a new diagnosis of the gentle murder paradox.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the historical material documents 'Kumgo'("檢考"), 'Haeyeongkumandenglok'("海營檢案謄錄"), 'Wanyeong-kumjedenglok'("完營檢題謄錄冊") which were possessed by C.V. Starr East Asian Library, University Of California Berkeley. These documents are a kinds of the coroner's inquest reports that were made out by the provincial magistrate of the Chos$\u{o}$n dynasty in the nineteenth century. The important contents of these documents consist of the murder cases include the trial records of the persons who connected with the case and the reports of the corpse, etc. Especially, 'Kumgo'("檢考") is the investigator's guide book, the outline of this book is how to investigate the murder's case and how to make out the reports. The 'Haeyeong-kumandenglok'("海營檢案謄錄") is an old book of the transcribe from the many kinds of the murder case's reports which were occurred in Whanghae province("黃海道"), 1882-1884. The book of the 'Wanyeong-kumjedenglok ("完營檢題謄錄冊") is transcribe from the text of the murder's case decisions by the provincial magistrate, in Jeonra province("全羅道"), 1837-1839. The result of this study is as follows ; These documents have the valuable material factors especially in the fields of korean old law, social, woman history. and it seems that these documents will be used in the variety fields of the human scientific researches.

The Serial murder is a serious social phenomenon that gives a shock to community and society, because of it's habituate and scheme. We could identify a happening of serial killing crime at Western society, especially in U. S, but hardly to find many cases in Korea except some of cases. We can easily prospect the happening of serial killing crime at Korea in the future, at least it exists that home and social disorganization cause by divorcing and hasty economic development. There will be a reserve criminal who have distorted personality effected by undesirable surrounding, therefore he may become a serial murder. This study examines criminal psychological analysis of On Bo Hwan's serial murder case in 1994 at Korea, according to criminal records and press report and his statement and confession. This paper also show his domestic background and growing atmosphere and human relation between his parents.

본 연구는 살인유형에 따라 참가자의 세대별 살인사건 판단 차이가 존재하는지 탐색적으로 분석하기 위해 시행되었다. 실험 참가자들은 존속살해, 비속살해, 보통살인 중 무선할당 된 한 가지 살인사건 시나리오를 읽은 뒤, 사건 판단(가해자에 대한 판단, 문화적 전통 일탈 정도, 피해자 책임 판단)에 대해 응답하였고, 최종적으로 밀레니얼세대 67명, 기성세대 61명으로 총 128명의 응답이 분석에 사용되었다. 연구 결과, 모든 종속변인에서 살인유형의 주효과와 살인유형과 세대 간 상호작용효과는 나타나지 않았으나, 가해자에 대한 판단(예: 가해자 비난, 가해자 책임, 범죄의 고의성 등)에서 세대에 따른 차이가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나, 밀레니얼세대가 기성세대보다 가해자에게 비우호적인 판단을 내리는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 존속살해의 경우, 밀레니얼세대가 기성세대보다 가해자에게 비우호적인 판단을 내리는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기성세대 참가자는 존속살해 가해자보다 보통살인 가해자에게 비우호적인 판단을 내리는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 특별양형인자의 가중요소로 고려되고 있는 '존속인 피해자' 요인에 대해 재고할 필요성을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 조현병 관련 기사에 나타난 키워드와 주요 주제의 변화를 파악하는 의미연결망 분석, 계량적 내용분석 연구이다. 연구대상은 강남역 살인사건 전후 5년간 보도된 조현병 관련 신문기사이다. 수집된 자료는 NetMiner 프로그램 4.4.1을 이용하여 네트워크 통계분석을 시행하였다. 2013년부터 2018년까지 8개 중앙지에서 610개의 신문기사가 검색되었다. 출현빈도가 가장 높은 주요 키워드는 강남역 살인사건 이전에는 '치료', 사건 이후에는 '사건'으로 나타났다. 사건 이전에는 '편견으로 치료시기를 놓치면 만성화 됨', '조기 치료하면 치료가 가능함', '약물치료로 정상적인 생활이 가능함', '심신미약 상태에서 살인 혐의로 기소됨'이라는 네 가지 주제가 도출되었다. 반면, 사건 이후 '여성혐오주의자가 아니라 피해망상이 심해져 살인을 저지름', '약물치료 중단으로 충동적인 행동이 유발됨', '범행 후 심신미약으로 인한 감형을 주장함', '흉기 난동에 출동한 경찰을 살해함'이라는 네 가지 주제가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 신문기사가 조현병 및 기타 정신질환자에 대한 편견과 낙인을 줄이기 위해 조현병에 대한 정확한 정보를 제공해야 함을 시사한다.

국내의 강력사건은 헬기 경비함정을 이용, 즉각적인 대응 및 처리를 할 수 있으나, 공해상 원양어선에서의 강력사건 대응은 지리적 원거리로 인한 자연적 한계가 있고, 국내법 및 국제법적 판단이 필요하다. 즉, 선박의 국적, 발생해역의 법적 지위, 가해자 또는 피해자의 국적 등을 감안하여 대한민국이 형사관할권을 행사할 수 있는지를 판단해야하며, 이러한 자연적인 문제와 함께 외국에서 해양경찰이 실효적으로 경찰력을 발동할 수 있는가의 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 발생한 803광현호를 중심으로 관할권, 피의자 신병처리, 선상살인 사건의 근본 원인을 분석하여 향후 유사사례 발생 시 신속한 수사를 위한 제도적 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 주요범죄 발생의 경비업체 주가에 대한 선행성, 주요범죄 발생과 경비업체 주가 간의 관계를 규명하여 주요범죄 발생의 경비업체 주가에 대한 최적 회귀모형을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요범죄 발생 건수의 경비업체 월말 주가에 대한 선행성을 분석한 교차상관 결과, 살인범죄, 강도범죄, 강간범죄, 절도범죄 발생 건수는 경비업체 월말 주가와 동행(同行)하며, 폭력범죄 발생 건수는 경비업체 월말 주가에 대하여 6개월 선행(先行)한다. 주요범죄 발생 증감률의 경비업체 주가 증감률에 대한 선행성을 분석한 교차상관 결과, 살인범죄 발생 증감률은 경비업체 주가 증감률과 동행(同行)하며, 강도범죄, 강간범죄, 절도범죄, 폭력범죄 발생 증감률은 경비업체 주가 증감률에 대하여 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주요범죄 발생 건수의 경비업체 월말 주가에 대한 중다회귀모형(stepwise 방식)을 도출한 결과, 살인범죄, 폭력범죄 발생 건수가 제외되고 결정계수($R^2$)가 .617로 주요범죄 발생 건수가 경비업체 월말 주가에 미치는 영향을 61.7% 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 주요범죄 발생 증감률의 경비업체 주가 증감률에 대한 중다회귀모형(stepwise 방식)을 도출한 결과, 강도범죄, 강간범죄, 절도범죄, 폭력범죄 발생 증감률이 제외되고 결정계수($R^2$)가 .040으로 주요범죄 발생 증감률이 경비업체 주가 증감률에 미치는 영향을 4.0% 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to examine the relations between the big five critical crime that consist of homicide, robbery, rape, theft, violence and the private security services. To achieve this objective, this research selected the subject of study, specially, 2002 status of the private security such as the number of companies and employees classified by areas along with the big five crime mentioned above classified by area. The research data is secondary data that is from '2003 Crime Analysis' of the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office and 'The private Security Related Data' of the National Police Agency. The selected data were analyzed according to the variables by using SPSS 10.0 statistics software program. Each hypothesis was verified around the level of significance ${\alpha}$=.05 by using the statistical techniques, such as Descriptive Statistics, Correlation, Regression, etc. The following was the result of the study, First, the total number of the big five crime affects the number of the companies at significant level. Second, the number of the security companies can be explained by the each total number of the big five crime in the order of theft, robbery, violence, rape and murder. Third, the total number of the big five crime affects the number of the security employees at significant level. Forth the number of the security employees can be explained by the each total number of the big five crime in the order of theft, robbery, violence, rape and murder.
