마그네슘합금은 넓은 분야에서 사용되고 있지만 높은 산화성과 화학반응성 때문에 표면처리를 하지 않고서는 사용 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 과제에서는 개발 중인 신 마그네슘 합금소재의 부식 및 피막특성을 관찰하기 위해 염수분무시험, 염수침지, 분극 시험 및 도장밀착성 내식성 시험을 시행하였다. 이 결과는 새로 개발되는 신 마그네슘 합금 성분 및 함량 결정의 기초 데이터가 될 것이다.

We investigate astronomical materials listed in the book of Bibliographie Coreenne written by Maurice Courant. He classified ancient Korean books into nine Divisions (部) and thirty six Classes (類), and published them as three volumes (ranging from 1894 to 1896) and one supplement (in 1901). In total, 3,821 books including astronomical ones are listed together with information on physical size, possessional place, bibliographical note, and so forth. Although this book is an essential one in the field of Korea bibliography and contains many astronomical materials such as Cheon-Mun-Ryu-Cho 天文類抄, Si-Heon-Seo 時憲書, and Cheon-Sang-Yeol-Cha-Bun-Ya-Ji-Do 天象列次分野之圖, it has not been well known to the public nor to astronomical society. Of 3,821 catalogues, we found that about 50 Items (種) are related to astronomy or astrology, and verified that most of them are located in the Kyujanggak Royal Library 奎章閣. We also found an unknown astronomical chart, Hon-Cheon-Chong-Seong-Yeol-Cha-Bun-Ya-Ji-Do 渾天總星列次分野之圖. Because those astronomical materials are not well known to international astronomical community and there have been few studies on the materials in Korea, we here introduce and review them, particularly with the astronomical viewpoint.

인공위성레이저추적(SLR, Satellite Laser Ranging) 시스템은 인공위성까지 레이저를 발사하여 되돌아오는 시간간격을 측정함으로서 위성까지의 거리를 측정하는 시스템으로 현존하는 인공위성 궤도결정 시스템으로는 가장 정밀하다. 한국천문연구원은 우주추적 및 감시의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 2008년부터 40cm급 이동형 인공위성레이저추적 시스템을 개발을 시작하였고, 현재 개발을 완료하여 시험운영 중에 있다. 시스템 개발 과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 최소화하기 위해, 설계 단계에서 부품을 포함한 광기계 구조물에 대한 구조해석과, 실험실 프로토타입 구성 등을 실시하였다. 제작된 각 서브시스템별 조립 및 평가는 한국천문연구원이 보유한 광학계 조립 및 평가 시설을 이용하였다. 개발된 이동형 레이저 추적 시스템의 광학부는 추적마운트에 장착되었고, 현장 시험관측을 통해 수신광학계 및 광신호유도계의 정렬 및 제어항목 교정 등을 실시하였으며, 성공적으로 시험 영상 관측을 완료하였다. 이 발표에서는 이동형 레이저 추적 시스템 광학계의 개발 과정과 그 결과에 대해 보고한다.

At pre-construction design stage, most of the design data are based on the site investigation results or property estimation which often does not provide satisfactory output for the tunnel analysis. Nonlinear FEM tunnel analysis was cariied out by Hoek-Brown model which is principly semi-empirical design method based on insitu rock descriptions, rock test results as well as field measurement data. The results of the analytical methods from Hoek-Brown model and Mohr-Coulomb model are compared with the sige measurement data from two-NATM tunnel construction sites. It was found that the Hoek-Brown model can be satisfactorily adopted as a feed back analysis technique in order to examin the safety of NATM tunnel at any construction stage.

Even though the Coulomb's earth pressure theory has been mainly used in practice, the general equation does not exist yet, which is applicable to retaining wall backfilled by cohesive soils. Here, for gravity walls backfilled by cohesive soils, some equations have been derived by newly using the Coulomb's theory, for the cases oi drained and untrained analyses. and for the cases of neglecting and considering the tension crack, respectively. Both the active earth thrust and the depth of tension crack under different conditions were tabulated.

최근 초고속 인터넷의 급속한 발달로 IP 기반의 방송 및 영상의 분배 기능이 빠르게 개발되고 있다. 과거 아날로그 방송에서는 영상을 변조(scramble) 하여 보내고 대응 복조기를 이용하여 정당한 가입자만 시청 할 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 하지만 최근 IP 기반의 방송 시스템에서는 과거의 변조 (Scramble) 방식이 한계점을 보이고 있다. IPTV는 방송망과 달리 개방형 특징을 가지고 있다. 이는 인터넷 기반의 다양한 공격(man-in-the-middle-attack, TCP-hijacking)이 IPTV에서도 가능하다는 것이다. 본 고에서는 IP 환경에서 제공 가능한 보안 서비스에 대한 기술을 정리한다. 특히 IPTV서비스를 위한 보안 요구사항, 적용 기술 및 대표적인 연구를 소개한다.
